Author's Notes: Good afternoon folks. After seeing teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem in cinemas, it reignited my passion for the series. That also got me thinking, what should my first crossover fanfiction be? I thought about it for a good bit and realized that the 90's X-MEN and the Turtles have a lot of things in common. Both of their shows were airing at around the same time, both take place in NYC and both teams have personalities that could intermingle.

Note: I do not own TMNT or X MEN. All characters used in this story belong to their respective owners.

New York, 1992 A.D Sewer

Leo and Donnie are training and sparring. After a little while, Leo lands a hit on Donnie with his wooden sword.

Donnie: Aw, you got me there bro!

Leo: Yeah, I went easy on you there, pal! C'mon, let's go again.

Donnie: Alright, but this time, I ain't holdin' back!

Leo and Donnie go at it for a little bit longer before Raph comes in with the pizza.

Raph: Ay yo! Leo and Donnie! Pizza Time!

Mikey hears those words and immediately runs over to the table.

Mikey: Pizza Time!

The turtles all crowd around the table to feast their eyes on the special delight that is pizza. They all take their slices and chow down on it like nobody's business. They all enjoy it thoroughly. After that meal, they all sit down on the couch in order to wind down. As they turn on the Channel 6 News, their favorite reporter, April O' Neil comes on the screen and begins her report.

April O' Neil: Good Evening, NYC! Here in New York, life seems to be thriving, but there's also a dark secret to this city. There has been a recent rise in criminal activity in several parts of the city. These crimes are thought to be perpetrated by several members of the Foot Clan. After some time in the limelight, they seem to be making a resurgence in their activities so, citizens, stay safe! This is April O' Neil, signing off!

After April gets done with her report and the TV turns off, the Turtles all discuss what to do. Then, Splinter speaks.

Splinter: You must go, my sons. Stop the Foot Clan before they can cause any more harm!

All Turtles: Yes, Dad!

The Turtles all get their weapons and set out on a new adventure that will determine the fate of the city. Meanwhile, at the Xavier Mansion, the X-Men are also getting some down time. Gambit is lying on the couch, exhausted from all the bad mutants he's bashed with his staff.

Gambit (thinking): Damn, it's been a long day of doing this job. Finally, I can get some time to myself.

Just as he begins to wind down, Professor X radios to all the members of the team. Wolverine is still in the Danger Room and quickly ends the fight before exiting and leaving the room to go meet with Professor X.

Professor X: X-Men, come in! There's been a disturbance located in Central Park. This enemy is new and we have never heard about it before. Proceed with caution!

Cyclops: Got it! Gambit, you comin'?

Gambit: I guess an X-Member's job is never done, eh?

Cyclops: It never is. Now let's go! We got a park to save if you're interested.

Gambit follows along as they head to Central Park. Unbeknownst to them, the Turtles are also headed there as well. This confrontation would lead to the most unlikely alliance between turtle and mutant.

Hi everybody. I know this is a little different, but I decided to do this sooner rather than later because I am more passionate about it now.

Don't worry. I have more Megaman X chapters on the way!
