How long has it been?

Decades that's for sure.

This long journey of mine has been going on for decades, and I sure have changed a lot along the way.

But I can't stop, no, not yet.

There's something I need to do before that, as much as I'm tired of all this and wanted to lay it all to rest, I can't find myself doing so.

Because if I do, this country is gonna be in grave danger.

I'm not obligated to do this alone, but I don't think that anyone with a sane mind will accept this crazy story of mine.

That I'm a reincarnator, literally.

Now that name is probably something you would see a lot in the otaku culture, where the main character gets reincarnated into a fantasy world, I think that genre is called ise-something, but that's not the point.

But too bad reality doesn't work the same way, because in my case, my soul only gets reincarnated to the same world and be reborn as a baby from another happy family.

Of course, I believe everyone goes through this process, but what made me different is that I had my memories of my past lives intact. And since those memories of mine come to me naturally as I grow, I don't feel weirded out.

It may seem like a fairy tale to you, but it's true, a demon just casually came to me when I'm in the brink of death and asked me if I wanted to have a second chance. It's hard to not believe that magic exists at that point.

Haha, whether you believe me or not depends on you, I personally think you won't, that's why I even told you in the first place.

Anyways, that's enough for today, I'm logging off.

He got off the chair with the computer right in front of him, shutting down.

The man went out of his room, across the living room, and stopped by the window right beside the sofa that showed the view of the road outside.

The sunlight is bright and is shining right at him, but it feels pleasant, it serves as a way for him to interact with Mother Nature after being confined by technology for some time.

But even so, he felt a bit solemn.

"Why did I even do that?"

He muttered, but since he's alone in this house, it reached no one's ears.

"Maybe I just want to let off some of that burden to some random stranger on the internet, after all, besides him, there's no one I can ever broach this subject to."

But still, it is pretty risky, I shouldn't let my guard down like this, I don't want to blow my cover this quick again, he thought, keeping it to himself this time.

Just as he was about to leave the window, he spotted a boy who's wearing a school uniform, hurriedly running along the road. He looked nervous, as he could see the sweat beads on his head.

That boy is from the same school as her, right?

He might be a friend of hers, let's see what he's up to.

He hurriedly got the jacket that was hanging behind the door, and hurriedly got out, chasing after the boy.

Little did he know.

He was about to be entangled in an incident that'll get him in big trouble.
