A/N: OK as the site was done due to a power failure not too long ago that also messed with the reviews and the email alerts, I decided to wait for that to be fixed by writing ahead then noticed I had a Ch for all but two stories so decided on doing all as one large update.

Also, I'll be having some rain go by for the week so also sped through USM, RWBY, and Young Justice stories so apologies for the quality mainly on those as they were the last ones I worked on, and was running on empty, and speeding through to get them up in case power/internet goes out.

Chapter LXIX: Foreign Affairs.

Last Time.

Mist takes down one by re-solidifying a small portion of herself inside it, short-circuiting it. Argent destroys another with an explosive batarang aimed at the neck.

"Oracle… Please tell me I was wrong about what Perdita found here."

"… No."

"Damn it!" Naruto cursed before sighing. "Hack into this to find where the signals are coming from… The ones from before got too damaged."

Suddenly, Robin came up. "These machines contain proprietary Technology… Common to one a certain breed of Spider-Bot we've dealt with before."

"So Vertigo's not behind this." Naruto narrowed his eyes as Robin nodded.

"No… It's been Lex Luthor all along."

Metropolis November 10, 13:14 EST.

Lex Luthor sits at his desk at LexCorp HQ smiling as he laces his fingers together.

Now.

Krastmala November 10, 20:15 EET.

Naruto conversed with Wonder Girl, Robin, Oracle, and Cyborg, who explained the results of their investigations. "The mining company found something big." Naruto sighed before continuing. "I won't say that there could be bugs here, but they brought it to Perdita."

Oracle then nodded and continued. "Then Perdita contacted Naruto to help get it to S.T.A.R. Labs."

"Yeah, the trade-off would be with their identical purses when taking them off in a room. But the intel leaked and she was abducted." Naruto spoke up after Oracle. "These robots have LexCorp designs in them. The Bialyan factory's where we believe Perdita's being held."

BOOM!

The Outsiders appeared outside the LexCorp factory surrounded by the robots. "Outsiders, GO!"

Wonder Girl yelled as they attacked. The Squad swiftly engages them, but Terra asserts they need to hurry for Perdita's sake, and sends the others inside, leaving the Lex-Bots to her and the Super-Cycle.

Superboy leads the charge and smashes his way inside, but the Squad finds Onslaught waiting for them; Devastation, Mammoth, Shimmer. "You're outnumbered."

Devastation smirked at that. "Outnumbered, huh? Guess you didn't know about our newest recruit… Cuz I think you met your Match."

Superboy turned to see another man standing to his right. He looks like a disfigured version of himself with paler skin, his left leg and the left side of his face swollen, and his right arm had become oversized. He's wearing a red solar suit with a reversed shield S.

"Match."

Devastation and Wonder Girl grapple, with Devastation gaining the upper hand, as Match sends Superboy flying with a punch.

Back outside, Terra admits she may have bitten off more than she could chew, but the backup she called for arrives just in time. A boom tube opens up bringing in Mongoose Squad; Kid Flash, Static, Forager, Blue Beetle, Windfall, and Livewire. However Kid Flash immediately spots enemy reinforcements arriving as more Lex-Bots emerge from the factory.

Inside, the Outsiders face off with Onslaught; Superboy takes on Match, Stargirl tries to blast Shimmer, and Beast Boy as an elephant fights Mammoth.

As Superboy reluctantly fights, he hears static from Oracle. "Co- It- Kr- Onite!"

He groaned as there was a green glow before looking to his right to see a man who has a human head and neck, with short, brown hair, brown eyes, and pale skin. The rest of his body is a humanoid robot made of dark gray metal with various glowing green elements, most notably the chest which consists of a large glowing green window with three pairs of metal "ribs" showing kryptonite inside.

"Well, well, if it isn't the world's finest ingrate. We haven't met, so allow me to introduce myself. My name is Juan Cordero… But you can call me Metallo!" (1.)

Star City, November 11, 12:44 PST

Lian and Paula walked in to check on the others as Lian went to be between her aunt and her friend remembering a story he'd tell when he was babysitting for the heroes. "C'mon, grandma! We have to say hello!"

"There's no hurry, Lian… They won't be able to say hello back."

"That's OK," Lian replied. "They just need to know they're not alone."

(Flashback.)

Star City, September 29, 2010, 2010 PDT.

Oliver is caught in traffic as he tries to get to Star City International Airport. The radio traffic reporter blames the hold-up on security arrangements for the visiting Princess Perdita. Ollie calls Dinah, for a mission but she doesn't answer so he leaves a message, telling her that he is there to pick her up and will meet her at baggage claim.

Later.

Inside the airport terminal, Perdita's security and the TSA prepare to bring Perdita out. A crowd of photographers await behind ropes at the bottom of the escalators, along with some spectators, including a father with two young girls excited to see the princess. Among the photographers is Henchy, with a gun disguised as a camera.

Denny escorts Perdita down. He realizes something is wrong, and takes a bullet in the shoulder. As Denny tries to take Perdita back up, and a female TSA agent gets the watching family on the ground, Johann Mintz and Piotor Platz also open fire. Perdita's second bodyguard, the TSA agent, and Denny all go down. Suddenly, an arrow shatters a window and hits the ground, emitting thick smoke, as Green Arrow leaps down to Perdita's side.

As he intervenes in the assassination attempt against Perdita at the terminal of Star City International Airport, Green Arrows shoots Joe Henchy's camera gun, then flees with Perdita as more assassins open fire. He sets up a zip-line arrow, smashing a window, allowing them to escape outside onto the runway. Piotor Platz radios Merlyn, informing him that the target has escaped and that he has a green light.

Arrow and Perdita take cover behind a baggage cart, and Arrow asks the princess if she knows why she has been targeted. Perdita explains that it is because she is no longer a princess; her father was murdered the night before, making her the queen, making her the only one between her uncle Werner Vertigo and the crown.

Arrow asks why she risked coming to Star City; Perdita tells him she has a weak heart and needs to see a specialist. Arrow takes the chance to move while it is quiet, but Merlyn is observing from a rooftop and shoots several arrows, hitting Arrow's right shoulder and calf.

On the airfield of Star City International Airport, Green Arrow cries out in pain as two of Merlyn's arrows hit him. Still carrying Perdita Vladek, he dives for cover behind a baggage cart, where he pulls out the arrows. Perdita tears her dress to make bandages for him. Knowing they need to make a run for it.

Arrow uses an arrow to wedge down the cart's accelerator, as he and Perdita run beside it to maintain cover as they move. Merlyn lights an incendiary arrow and shoots it at the cart engine. The cart explodes, throwing Arrow and Perdita onto a baggage conveyor, which takes them inside the airport. Merlyn radios his accomplices and tells them to inform their client.

Inside the baggage conveyor, Arrow thinks they are clear, but no sooner comes under attack by Joe Henchy with a wrench. Arrow blocks the attack and knocks Henchy onto a lower conveyor with his bow, but then hits his head on a hatch as the conveyor sends him and then Perdita into a chute. They land in the baggage claim area, with Merlyn waiting, bow drawn, ready to kill them both.

They agree to a single arrow duel, but Perdita is worried when Merlyn reminds Arrow that he lost their previous 16 duels. They shoot on the count of three. Arrow's arrow slices Merlyn's in two, cuts the assassin's bowstring, then hits the wall behind him, releasing a cloud of knockout gas.

Perdita and Arrow's celebration is cut short by the arrival of Count Vertigo, who disables them with Vertigo waves and prepares to kill them even as he claims to have arrived to protect his niece only to arrive too late. He is stopped and knocked out by a Canary Cry.

(Flashback End.)

Lian put her hand on Dinah's before Paula walked over.

When getting to the last full week of October uploads will slow down for a while… Just until I write out a chapter ahead for all stories so I can be one Ch ahead for the holidays and upload all either the day before or on it same for Christmas end of Nov I'll again write out a chapter ahead for each story before updating one to have them all be updated on Christmas

Next to be updated will be Shinobi on Board as I'll start over on the published order
