Chapter 4: The Unexpected

Sasuke made it back to the Fairy Tail guild and walked inside.

'Yo Sasuke! See Ezra he's the guy I was talking about. You should bring him too.' Sasuke heard Natsu talking to someone.

He looked to see a long scarlet red haired woman with brown eyes. She had on armor above the waist and below she wore a blue skirt and long black boots.

Ezra gave a good luck at Sasuke. He's very handsome I won't deny that, but I want to see if he's got the strength to match. Ezra smiled. 'Natsu's told me a lot about you. Sasuke right? My name is Ezra Scarlet.'

'I see and nice to meet you Ezra.' Sasuke nodded to her.

'I want to test your strength Sasuke. How about we have a spar?' Ezra smirked. 'Unless you're too scared.'

'WHAA?!' Members of Fairy Tail yelled astonished.

Oh it's on. 'And what do I get if I win??' Sasuke questioned.

'You won't win, but I guess I will do anything you ask of me.' Ezra said. 'And vice versa if I win.'

'Sasuke don't do it!!'

'What are you crazy!?'

'Don't die yet you've just joined!!'

Sasuke could hear the voices of different guild members, but ignored them all and smirked.

Damn Sasuke could say he actually liked this quest. High risks with high rewards and all he had to use was Taijutsu? This was going to be a good challenge. He accepted the quest.

'I'm ready whenever you are Ezra.' Sasuke gave her a confident smirk of his own.

'Oh confident are we? Follow me.' Ezra led the way to the arena and Sasuke followed.

Every Fairy Tail guild member followed after them.

-To the arena-

The Fairy Tail members was in the bleachers as they looked at Sasuke on the left and Ezra on the right.

'Do you think he can do this Lucy??' Natsu asked her, very eager to see the fight.

'I don't know...Sasuke-kun's strong, but what I've been hearing about Ezra, she's strong too.' Lucy speculated.

'Ain't no way in Hell Sasuke's got this. Ezra's too strong.' Gray said.

'Yeah Ezra have defeated everyone in the guild. I like Sasuke, but who's to say he'll be different?' Happy responded.

'Well I'm rooting for Sasuke-kun. I believe he got this.' Mirajane joined in the conversation. It would be nice seeing her old rival lose.

'Yeah Sasuke's the manliest man!!' Elfman agreed with her.

'Yeah he's super cool! Go Sasuke!' Romeo cheered.

'Let's not hope he embarrass himself. That would suck.' Loke said.

'Only one way to find out..' Cana followed.

-To the battlefield-

Ezra stared at Sasuke with a competitive smirk. 'You can still walk away Sasuke. No one would blame you.'

Sasuke matched her gaze and smirked back. 'No chance in Hell.'

The two waited for Macao to start the match. 'If you get knocked out the area you've lost and if you can't fight anymore you've lost. Ready?! Three...Two...One...Fight!!' Macao called the match.

Ezra wanted to end this quickly. She grabbed her sword and charged at Sasuke. Gotcha. She thought as she sliced her sword down. Too easy.

-Chinggg-

Her eyes widened as she felt her sword slightly rattle as it came to a halt.

She looked to see Sasuke hold her sword...with one hand.

The Fairy Tail members looked in awe with dropped jaws.

Ezra tried to put more strength into it, but to no avail.

'Didn't think this would end that easy did you??' Sasuke said as he spin kicked Ezra in the stomach.

Ezra was blown back, but managed to get her footing. She looked impressed at Sasuke. 'It seems I've underestimated you Sasuke. You're very strong.'

She took her sword out again and sprinted to meet Sasuke in the middle.

She slashed diagonally to catch him off guard, but Sasuke gracefully dodged it. She then thrusted at his chest, but the flexible Sasuke leaned back to dodge it. He caught her sword between his hands and used the momentum to flip her to the other side of the area.

Ezra flipped herself in the air and then landed on her feet. 'Not bad. Not bad at all. I think you've earned the right for me to use one of my armors.'

Sasuke watched as the entirety of Erza's body glowed bright yellow.

Once it died down, Sasuke could see Ezra with a whole new black and spiky armor set. She also had a large black spiky mace.

-To the stands-

'Yep match is over. Sasuke might have been doing better than anyone before, but now he's done with.' Gray could acknowledge Sasuke's greatness before this but now with Ezra's Purgatory Armor? Yep he's fucked.

'Damn as much as I hate to agree with you Gray, you may be right.' Natsu looked a little down at knowing Sasuke would lose.

'Sasuke did well, but yeah Ezra won.' Happy said.

'Of course she would use that armor against Sasuke-kun.' Mira rolled her eyes. This match may as well be over with.

From what everyone else was saying, this new armor Ezra had was unbeatable. Lucy hoped that Sasuke-kun could pull something out of his sleeve.

'Well at least he didn't embarrass himself. He was impressive.' Loke adjusted his glasses.

'Almost thought sexy had her.' Cana sighed. She should've known, the result was always the same.

'I still believe go Sasuke!!' Romeo continuing cheering for him.

'Sasuke is still the manliest man even if he lose!! What he did was beyond greatness!!' Elfman gave him a thumbs up.

-To Sasuke and Ezra-

'Your defeat is inevitable now. This is my Purgatory Armor. No one who saw this armor lived to tell the tale.' Ezra smirked confidently. This match was over. Sasuke was indeed strong she could admit, but he was no match for this.

'First time for everything.' Sasuke held his hand out in a 'come hither' motion.

'Your courage and confidence is admirable, but it's time to end this.' Ezra held her mace out behind her and charged at Sasuke.

She was about a few inches from Sasuke before she slashed the mace and a huge wind slash followed after.

Sasuke subtly smirked. He give his thanks to Rock Lee.

Dust was shot into the air.

Ezra stood and watched until it cleared. She couldn't believe he just took that attack.

The Fairy Tail members watched closely and with eagerness.

The dust then cleared and Sasuke was nowhere to be found.

Ezra narrowed her eyes as she looked around. Where did he go? She confusingly questioned.

'Right here.' She heard the voice of Sasuke and her eyes widened as she was kicked in the air.

The Fairy Tail members looked on with shock and surprise. He might actually do it.

'D-Damnit can't move..' Ezra tried her hardest to move but to no avail.

'You're mine!' Sasuke appeared behind her and punched her in the gut.

He then twisted his body and punched her again. For the last attack Sasuke ended it with an axe kick to her solar plexus and Ezra was launched outside the arena. 'Lion's Barrage!' Sasuke shouted the technique.

A crater formed where Ezra landed.

The silence after was loud.

'I-I can't believe it!! Winner Sasuke Uchiha!!' A shocked Macao yelled.

'Let's fucking go Sasuke!!' Natsu jumped up and down with joy.

'Awesome Sasuke!' Happy followed after him.

'Damn that was smooth Sasuke! Nice one!' Gray cheered.

'Great work Sasuke-kun!' Lucy cheered also.

'I knew it! The manliest man indeed!' Elfman cheered.

'Way to go Sasuke-kun!' Mira cheered.

'It's good to see her get knocked down a few pegs. Aye Sasuke!' Loke cheered.

'Sorry for doubting ya sexy!!' Cana cheered.

'I was right! Nice Sasuke!' Romeo cheered.

Ezra was extremely strong Sasuke thought and she would've defeated anyone else, but unfortunately she chose to spar with him.

He watched as Ezra got up out of the crater. She had a few scratches, but other than that looked unharmed. She held her head high as Sasuke could see the respect in her eyes and her smile. She walked to him.

'I...loss.' Ezra started. 'I almost can't believe it, but I accept defeat. You are very strong Sasuke and you didn't even use magic. I'm glad you're on Fairy Tail's side.' Ezra gave him a cute smile. Now that he have proved his strength match his looks, maybe just maybe she can...wait what was she thinking?! Ezra covered her blush with her hair as she turned to the side.

Sasuke could respect the fact that Ezra wasn't a sore loser. It made him respect her more, although he did wonder why she was turning red like her hair.

'Me next!!' Sasuke could see Natsu with his Fire Magic on his hands.

'Fool if Sasuke won against Ezra, what makes you think you can do anything??' Gray questioned Natsu.

'Enough. That's enough sparring for today. We have to get ready to head out.' Ezra said. She looked at Sasuke again and slightly blushed. 'It would be nice if you joined...Sasuke-kun.'

Oh no not the Queen of Fairies too!! Lucy thought slightly begrudgingly. If this kept up Sasuke-kun would be taken before she knew it...he probably already was!! Hopefully not.

Sasuke nodded to Ezra. 'I'll join but I must grab some things first.'

Ezra smiled warmly at him. 'Great just meet us at the train station whenever you get done.'

'Will do.' Sasuke said before quickly leaving.

-Cutscene-

Sasuke made it to his apartment and saw the screen he was looking for.

Legendary Exceed egg acquired!

Sasuke seen that the egg was in his inventory and took it out with haste.

Unlike his last one, this egg was small and was colored green with what look liked bright light sparkles all around it.

[Legendary Exceed Egg] : You won't expect this one

Sasuke pressed yes with eagerness.

He watched as the egg started to crack and the sparkles around it glowed. The shells then exploded outwards. Like last time, Sasuke blocked them.

He looked to see what it was and was shocked.

The description was damn right. He didn't see this one coming.

He looked at the small Fairy that hatched from the egg.

The fairy was a woman. She was fair-skinned and had baby blue eyes. She wore her shoulder length blonde hair in a bun with her bangs out. She had elf-like ears.

For clothing she wore a green strapless dress with a miniskirt. On her feet she wore green flats with white puffballs on her toes. She also had clear butterfly-like wings on her back.

Sasuke watched as the fairy looked at him with much confusion. The fairy then stood still and stared at him for a second.

Like with Bahamut, Sasuke felt a pinch at his memories.

The Fairy friendly smiled at him. 'Sasuke Uchiha huh? Nice to meet you I'm Tinkerbell, you can call me Tink.' Sasuke heard her high pitched but calm and sensual voice say to him.

Never in his life would he imagined something like this but here he was. It was ironic. He was apart of Fairy Tail and now came in contact with a real Fairy. Turns out Fairies don't have tails haha...ha. Sasuke nodded to Tinkerbell. 'It's nice to meet you too Tink. What brings you here?'

Tinkerbell got in a thinking pose. 'Well I don't remember how I got here or where I was before, but it must have been because of that gamer power.'

'Yeah it must have brought you too.' Sasuke agreed.

'Me too?' Tinkerbell questioned.

'Bahamut.' Sasuke called out to him.

Sasuke's shadow morphed as the room grew darker and colder. Bahamut then came out the shadow and flew next to Sasuke's head.

'You called me Sasuke? And who's this...Fairy??' Bahamut looked slightly surprised seeing her.

'Well just like you Bahamut, the gamer power brought us here for Sasuke-kun.' Tinkerbell said.

'I see. Well it's a pleasure to meet you..' Bahamut stopped.

'Tinkerbell.' Tinkerbell smiled.

'Tinkerbell. Are you ready to start Sasuke?' Bahamut asked him.

'Unfortunately no. I have somewhere to be.' Sasuke said.

Bahamut nodded. 'Let me know whenever. Farewell to you both.' Bahamut flew back into Sasuke's shadow and blended in with it.

The room turned back lighter and warmer.

'Whew. It was starting to get cold.' Tinkerbell said.

'Well what are you going to do now?' Sasuke asked her.

'That's up to you Sasuke-kun. We can train your new powers, but you said you had somewhere to be...can I follow you around??' Tinkerbell had puppy-dog eyes as she asked him. She hoped he said yes.

Sasuke shrugged. 'Suit yourself.' Sasuke thought it would be funny seeing the others faces now that he had a real Fairy as his Exceed.

'Yay!!Thanks Sasuke-kun!!' Tinkerbell hopped on his shoulder.

Sasuke patted himself down and then left to the train station. This was going to be funny.
