As Asuka woke up the next morning, she turned her head over to find Becky still sleeping beside her. She turned to the windows and to find the sky was still dark, yet she was freezing cold and the time was only 2:36 AM.
Asuka went over to Becky, deciding if she should wake her up to ask her to cuddle or cuddle her now.
Then, Becky woke up. She had felt Asuka's presence behind her and was confused why she was up late. Asuka told her that she was cold and wanted to cuddle her, and her heart skipped a beat at Becky's response:
"Of course ye can, cuddle wit' me all ya want!" Becky said, as she gestures to Asuka with open arms.
Asuka wasn't sure if she was even breathing right now. She scooted closer to Becky, wrapped her arms around her as Becky did the same. Asuka felt better in Becky's arms; the warmth. Becky then fell asleep, as Asuka watches The Man, sleeping on her shoulder. She felt like she was in a dream right now, her blushes increasing slowly, and eventually, she managed to sleep it off.
The next morning, Becky awoke to Asuka's body turning over. Asuka's back was now facing Becky, and Becky moved closer as she wrapped her arms around her. Becky took one last look at Asuka before getting up and making breakfast.
A few minutes later, Asuka woke up and got up. She fixed Becky's bed and got downstairs, as she saw Becky cooking. Becky noticed Asuka as she finished cooking and put their plates down the table as they ate.
Asuka was the first one to finish eating, and she put her plate on the sink as well as Becky. Asuka got her coat and was ready to leave, and put her shoes on as she told Becky goodbye.
Though, for Becky, she wanted Asuka to stay a little bit longer. She had secretly also harbored a crush for Asuka, yet she was too embarrassed to confess. She wanted to be with the Empress of Tomorrow, but she wanted to find a way to be with her; to gain her trust.
