"That confirms it." Recovery Girl looked up from the complex graphs before her. "Nine's power is that of All For One, and through One For All, you not only resisted him, but took one of his stolen quirks." She fished an image from the pile, presenting it to Katsuki, along with Izuku and Nezu, who stood beside him. "It's a perfect match to Cell Activation, a quirk that belonged to a doctor who went missing a few weeks ago. It increases cell activity in your body, improving physical condition along with extreme levels of regeneration. Its drawback was stamina consumption and only effecting those with type A blood."

Silence fell over the infirmary as the information was processed, only broken by Nezu's contemplation: "One crucial detail we are missing is how this villain came into possession of All For One. From our collective experiences with him, it is clear he would never allow someone to simply be born with the same power as him... this would be far simpler if we had a copy of All For One's DNA."

As Nezu spoke, Izuku approached the papers on the desk, sifting through them till he reached the DNA analysis on Nine. Moving towards a whiteboard, he pinned the diagram to the wall, before beginning to draw something. One For All's memory stockpile allowed him to perfectly recall Yoichi's experience after the quirk first formed. Specifically, he searched for the test results he performed to discover power transfer.

He finished drawing, stepping to the side to show the gene that was draw next to Nine's All For One. "Yoichi's original quirk factor... Nine's quirk matches in several places, it isn't a random mutation, it's the generation one version of All For One."

"I seem to recall you telling me you had this handled, Nine. Not only has the most important attack of stage one failed, but you lost a valuable quirk in the process. Had you allowed the doctor to improve it, we would not be in this situation." Nine stood perfectly still has he observed the man before him, his single intact eye piercing through the darkness. "I suppose there is nothing to do about it now, at the very least, you've shown me something of great importance. Slow the demon attacks, the heroes are already weakened, best to allow them to feel safe."

"Yes sir, anything else?"

"Contact those associates you mentioned in the hero commission, I want UA to have no choice but to hold their sport's festival." He leaned back in his chair as Nine walked away, it wouldn't be long now. Endeavour's injuries had already reduced his performance, low ranking heroes were dead or too scared to keep working and soon he'd wipe out his biggest issue. With Katsuki Bakugou dead, Izuku Midoriya's power would fade as well, when it did, no one would stand up to him.

"Disappointing, I was told you'd be the strongest, but you're just like the rest of the people in this world. Weak creatures that don't know who they should be ruled by."

Ibara sighed as her eyes snapped open. She wasn't getting enough sleep regardless, now it would probably be far worse. A vine brought her phone to her, allowing Ibara to view the time, something that caused her to sigh once again. Moving to the messaging app, she was surprised to see who was already online.

'Can't sleep?' She questioned, unaware of the turmoil said message caused the boy on the other side of the phone.

'Yeah, adrenaline is gone and I'm on edge.' Silence fell over the chat, leaving Ibara with her thoughts. Her eyes soon fell back to her phone, however, as Katsuki texted her again: 'Sports festival is coming up, wanna train?'
