Scooby Doo And The Space Power Rangers Versus The Phantom Virus:
Bill McLemore was an ex computer science student who was in prison again for boycotting his fellow rival Eric Slaufer's computer with a phantom virus. But he'd heard that Eric was planning a new computer game with the space power rangers which was the main theme along with Scooby Doo and the Mystery Inc gang who included Daphne, Fred, Shaggy, and Velma. Bill adored the space power rangers as a child. The space power rangers included the Zeo power rangers, the Turbo power rangers, the Space Patrol Delta (SPD) power rangers, the power rangers in space, the power rangers galaxy, and the Time Force power rangers. Bill looked up the space power rangers' cloned rivals and began designing them into the form of phantom viruses. He also made a new identity for himself called Oscar Whealson.
He went to the New York college where he met Eric, Professor Robert Kaufman, along with the Mystery Inc gang, and the space power rangers. While Eric showed the Mystery Inc and the space power rangers his new game which they were all impressed with. Once they left for lunch Bill began entering his cloned space power rangers in phantom virus form. He did this as quickly as possible before the Mystery Inc and the space power rangers returned to the lab.
Once back Bill hid behind a book shelf with the transmitter. As soon as the Mystery Inc and the space power rangers arrived back Bill zapped them into the game.
But it wasn't long until the Mystery Inc busted Bill by revealing his true identity. Officer Wembley escorted him back to prison and informed the staff at the prison to keep Bill under observation and he was given a restraining order by New York so that he couldn't return.
