This short story is set early on in Breath of the Wild, with Link riding in the fields of Hyrule. I wrote this as a tribute to the first horse I ever caught in-game. I do hope you enjoy the majestic imagery of this open world game from Link's point of view.

So, when the first child born of a Hylian man and a Zora woman begins her quest to find her place in the world, all the while baring clear signs of what she is, she must follow her father's footsteps and be courageous. This is the story of Lizoru, the first ever Zorlian.

At the end of the final battle, Link is dragged into the realm of demons. In order to return, he will need the help of a cunning foe. Will he return? Or will the darkness of his heart consume him? His bane...

100 years in the past, Link and Zelda make their way to Zora's Domain as part of their preparations to deal with Ganon's eventual return. The walk wouldn't be so bad for Zelda had she remembered to use the bathroom earlier that morning, especially with all the flowing water nearby. (This is an omorashi/pee desperation story. On his journey to claim the Divine Beast in Gerudo Desert, Link is captured by the evil Yiga Clan. With hardly any memory of who he was before he awoke on the Great Plateau, Link must free himself for the sake of all of Hyrule.

Defeating Calamity Ganon was just the beginning. Princess Zelda tries to help her appointed knight Link to fully recover his memories and he, in turn, works with her to restore the Kingdom of Hyrule. The Yiga Clan, though, have one last ace to play to stop them. A Breath of the Wild sequel.
