Interview Log - March 21st, 20XX

Interviewer - Agent "Warden" Juniper

Chase is walking through a hallway when he stops at a door with the name Juniper on it, he then opens the door and enters before shutting it behind him.

"Hello chase, it's nice to see a fellow shepherd." the interviewer said.

"Hi Juniper, how's your day been so far?" chase said

"it's been fine, please take a seat we have a lot to speak about." *Chase sits* "Alright so let's get to the point here, do you have any experience in leading a team?" Juniper asked him.

"Yeah sorta, I'm the second-in-command of the Paw Patrol so i'm pretty experienced." chase responded.

"How long have you've been working for the Paw Patrol?" Juniper asked him.

"About 8 to 9 years now if i remember correctly, I joined it when i was really young." chase said.

"Alright, how many do you lead? is it a small group or like a large department?" Juniper asked as he pulls out a few pieces of paper, the one on top having Chase's logo on it with his name next to it.

"It's small, only around 9 members." Chase said.

"Wow that's very small for a search and rescue company, how do you guy's complete so many missions so frequently with such a low failure rate?" Juniper asked while grabbing a pen and writing something on the paper.

"We're good at our jobs, each one of us is specialized in a certain field, we have a firefighter, a mechanic, a pilot, and even a mountain rescue pup. Some of us are more useful than others but we all try our best." chase said.

"Interesting, what is your "specialization"?" Juniper asked.

"I'm the police pup... and sometimes a spy." chase answered.

"sometimes?" Juniper questioned.

"Yeah i only really use my spy gear whenever we have to go to barkingburg, and we only go there when sweetie is causing trouble." chase said.

"Are you good at being a spy?" Juniper asked.

"Yeah, i like to think i'm an amazing spy. i have yet to fail a single mission!"

"except that one time you got kidnapped by her?" Juniper said.

"..."

"Anyways tell me about your "friends" in the Paw Patrol" Juniper said.

"Well first we have the third-in-command Marshall, he's the firefighter/medic of the group, then there's Skye who is the pilot."

"so she flys a plane?"

"No, a helicopter. Next is Rocky who is our mechanic and honestly i hate to admit it but he's also the smartest member, then we have Rubble who is the construction pup, and then... Zuma! the water rescue pup." chase said.

"you have trouble remembering his name there?" Juniper asked.

"yeah he isn't used on many missions so i don't get to work with him as much as the others, but next is Everest who is our mountain rescue pup. and then we have Tracker... jungle rescue." chase said.

"I assume by your tone of voice when saying his name you don't like him very much?" Juniper asked.

"No i like him, he's a good friend. it's just... something happened between me and him a few months ago." chase answered.

"Alright well i won't push you to talk about this "incident" if you dont want to talk about it, I'm not your therapist" Juniper said, laughing a bit while saying the last part.

"Yeah, i have a dalmatian at home as my therapist, i don't need another one." chase said.

"I didn't know he had a 3rd job." Juniper joked.

"Haha he doesn't, me and him just sit and talk about stuff that happened to us in the past. He also just let's me vent while he listens" chase said.

"He sounds like a good friend." Juniper commented.

"He is a good friend, me and him have known eachother since we started the Paw Patrol, We're actually the founding members of it." chase responded.

"You two lead the entire company by yourselves at one point? that must've been really stressful." Juniper said.

"Not really, we didn't get as many missions back then as we weren't very well known outside of adventure bay." chase said.

"Interesting. Alright well i think it's time to wrap this meeting up, I'm gonna schedule a few meetings with the other members and have a conversation with them as well." Juniper said as he put the papers back in the drawer next to him.

"Alright then, i better get going anyways. Bye Juniper." chase said.

"Before you go chase, is there anything i should be careful of discussing around the other members? like a certain fear i shouldn't discuss?" Juniper asked.

"oh uhh Marshall doesn't really fear anything and there isn't much that makes him mad other than us getting hurt, Skye doesn't like eagles for... reasons i don't want to discuss, Rocky doesn't like water and don't mention food around Rubble." chase said.

"Rubble doesn't like food?"

"No, actually the complete opposite."

"Alright then, goodbye Chase." Juniper waves at chase as he leaves the room.

"bye" Chase said before leaving.

"I wonder what the incident he referred to was, it definitely seems like it was something major."

Juniper thought. "Well, it's none of my business, I should go ahead and schedule a meeting with Marshall."

Character Report

Agent "Hunter" Chase

Chase is an interesting member of the Paw Patrol, He is loyal, brave, and is ready to sacrifice anything to finish the mission. His amazing sense of smell and great hearing is another good quality of his.

However even with how great Chase is, he still has some flaws. His hate for sweetie commonly causes him to mess up during missions where they have to work together, i recommend having them paired together as least as possible. Chase is also very prone to making quick, rash decisions which can result in his teammates getting injured.

Now onto his experiences, he is the police pup of the Paw Patrol and has great leadership experience. he is also a good spy and i hope to see him and Juniper working together often. He is also good at combat and has firearm training.

If there is anyone who could possibly join New Hope Chase would be the best candidate in my opinion.
