A few minutes ago
All Might's pov
After I say my catchphrase, I begin walking forward. "I couldn't shake the feeling that something had gone wrong here when Aizawa and Thirteen weren't answering my calls." Say as the students are happy that I have arrived. "So, I hurried over and ran into Young Iida on the way. He told me of the villainy at work here." I explain.
I then grit my teeth in anger. I can't believe all this went down while I was resting! I hate to think of how frightened these children must be right now. And how hard my comrades had to fight to protect them. The only thing I can do now is reassure them that everything will be okay. That's my duty as the Symbol of Peace.
I then tear my tie off and throw my coat off my suit. "Holy crap! It's All Might! I've never seen him in person!" A villain tells. "I didn't expect him to be so big!" Another villain says. "This is no time to talk! If we strike now, we can—" I cut the villain by blitzing through him and the other villains, knocking them out.
I go over and pick up Aizawa, who has both his arms broken and is knocked out. "I'm sorry, Aizawa. I should've been here" I apologize to him. I then look over to the right and see a massive corpse of a creature with three of my students near it, Young Midoriya being one of them. However, when I look over to the other individual it's, "Garou?!" I yell. I instantly blitz to the students and get them a safe distance away. "Everyone, get back to the entrance. And take Aizawa with you! He does have a lot of time!" I order as they nod and take Aizawa away.
I stand tall as I finally face Garou. "So, we finally meet, Garou." I say. "You and the rest of these villains will be brought to justice for what you have done. Especially you, considering the amount of my fellow heroes you've put in the hospital." I say with anger. It may have taken me a long time, but now I can finally put Garou away. For good!
Suddenly, I hear Garou start to chuckle. "HahahaHAHAHA! So, that dry little weasel was telling the truth!" Garou yells with excitement. "Finally, after facing pathetic weaklings, I get the chance to fight All Might!" Garou yells as he smiles crazily. "This is perfect! I'M FREAKING STOOPED!" Garou screams. Is he crazy or something?!
Having enough with his ramble, I slam my fist into the ground, destroying it and knocking Garou off balance. While he's distracted, I charge right at him with my arms crossed. "Take this!" I yell as I hit Garou, sending him flying through the air. While he is spinning in the air, he straightens himself out and lands perfectly on his feet. What?! How did he do that?! No one can simply take that with no injuries! This guy, is he even human? Garou looks up at me with a bloody grin.
Midoriya's pov
When Tsu and I get Aizawa safely back with the others, I look back at the fight with All Might and Garou. Upon watching, I see Garou striking at All Might's chest, making him flinch a little. All Might shrugs it off and punches Garou in the face, sending him rolling on the ground. Surprisingly, Garou stands up just fine and still has a smile on his face.
"Holy crap. How the heck is he able to tank All Might's punches?" Mina asks. "I don't know, but All Mights got this!" Uraraka says. "She's right! It's All Might, and he never loses." Mineta says. "I wish I could agree, but something is off." I say, getting their attention. "What do you mean?" Tsu asks. "Look." I point at the fight.
"If you look closely, Garou looks to be holding back a lot. And I haven't seen a sign of his quirk activating." I say. "Maybe…he's just being overconfident?" Mineta says. "Maybe, but we can't say for sure." I say. Please, All Might. You have to beat him.
Garou's pov
All Might punches me again and it sends me back a few yards. I spit out a lot of blood and smile again. This is what I wanted! All Might is finally giving me the night I always wanted! "You're so much stronger than I thought you were, All Might. It'll make beating you all the more satisfying." I say with a grin.
"That's what you want? A good fight?" All Might asks. "Hehe. It's a little more complicated, but I was dying to fight someone strong." I say. "The other pros that I hunted were all talk and no show. You, on the other hand, are much stronger than those weaklings." I say. "Don't you dare insult my comrades!" All Might yells, dashing at me to attack, but block it and try to kick him.
All Might grabs my foot and swings me into a large fountain. "Pros put their life's on the line everyday. They may not be high ranked, but they're strong in their own right. A villain like you has no right to disrespect them!" All Might yells. I get back up and chuckle. "Hehe. Put their life's on the line? Then why do I keep seeing them act like celebrities." I ask.
"You say these pros are strong, but to me their nothing but a joke. They only become heroes to try and get famous. And they've become so fixated with their quirks that if a situation envolves a different hero's quirk, then they'll give up without a fight." I say. "Not that you would understand. You're too busy sitting on your shiny pedestal to know what I'm preaching." I say. "You may try to say you're doing this for the greater good, but I know you're just using that as an excuse to justify your crimes. Your monster play ends today!" All Might yells.
All Might then rears his fist back and yells, "DETROIT SMASH!" As his fist inches closer to my face, I remember…that day.

"DETROIT SMASH!" Tatsu yells as he punches me.

"Why don't you be the monster?" Tatsu asks, knowing I didn't have a choice.
I will be the monster, but I won't ever lose to a hero! NEVER!
BLAM!
I counter All Might's attack with the fighting style I haven't used for a while and hit him under his chin. "Your wrong, All Might. You won't stop this monster play!." I say. I then get into the old geezer's fighting style, Fist of Flowing Water Crushing Rock (FOFWCR). I thenattack all of his pressure points and finally deliver a punch directly into his face..
All Might falls to his knees in front of me. "NO! ALL MIGHT!" I hear Deku yell from the entrance. That's right. Look at your great Symbol of Peace and see that he's no god. He's only human. "That…fighting style." All Might says, trying to stand up. "That's right. It belongs to the one man who beat. The former number 1 hero in not just Japan, but the world. Silverfang." I confirm his suspicions.
"Silverfang?! But…he was a hero. Why would he train a villain?" All Might asks. "He didn't. He kicked me out of his dojo 10 months ago, but it doesn't matter now." I say. All Might tries to stand up again, but fails. Is this all you got? Maybe I need to give you a little motivation. "Oh, don't try getting up. You got a front row seat to see Garou the Monster murder all your students." I say. I'm not actually gonna hurt them, just trying to get All Might's blood pumping.
"Tsk! Don't you dare hurt them!" All Might says, finally standing up. "Hehe. That's the way, All Might!" I yell, blitzing at him to attack when I feel a little cold air. On instinct, I jump off the ground to avoid some ice stopping me in my tracks. "What the?!" I yell. I look over and see a kid with ice near his foot. I land safely on the ground and I look at the kid, pissed. "You little shit!" I yell. "Don't think because you're stronger than us that we won't fight too." The kid says
"Die!"I hear another voice as I dodge an explosion. I look and see a spiky haired kid with grenades on his arms. "Don't think you're the only one here, Icy-Hot!" The Pomeranian yells. "Young Bakugou, Young Todoroki, get out of here!" All Might yells. So, that's their names. "Like hell! I'm not just gonna sit around and do nothing!" Bakugou yells, propelling himself with explosions to attack me.
"You should have listened, kid!" I yell as I grab his face and slam him into the ground, burying his face below the ground. Todoroki tries to use his ice at me, but I smash through it and grab his arm. "You should have stayed out of this." I say to him as I pop his arm out of its socket. "AAAAHHHH!" Todoroki screams. He'll be fine. The docs can fix him up— All Might punches me in the gut and sends me flying into a wall.
"You'll pay for that!" All Might yells as tries to slam his fist into me, but I block it time. I then head butt him in the face and it made him stagger. I take this opportunity to strike his weak spot with a massive punch. "Blurgh!" All Might vomits blood. Guess the journal was correct!
Not giving him time to recover I use (FOFWCR) to attack him at full force. All Might tries to block my strikes, but I break through his defenses and continue my assault. All Might tries to punch me again, but I redirect it and punch him in the stomach with all my strength, sending him flying at the staircase, right near the students. I jump at All Might and land on top of him. I then continue to pummel him into the ground, burying more and more of him.
Having enough, I stop and stand on top of him. "It was fun while it lasted, but like all things, this fight must come to an end." I say. "I'm…not done…yet." All Might says as he tries to stand, but steam starts to come off his body. "Oh no." All Might. I think he's about to debuff. "Looks like you're out of time." I mock him. "…Why are you doing this? You have incredible strength. With your quirk, you could've—", "What did you just say?" I ask.
"I said, with your quirk—" I cut him off by chuckling. "Hehehe. You honestly thought my strength and power was a quirk?" I ask. "Huh?" The students and All Might are confused. "Let me put it in these words for you. I. Don't. Have. A. Quirk." I say as everyone is shocked.
Midoriya's pov
"Qu…Quirkless?!" I yell in disbelief. "Yep. It's ironic. A quirkless individual, who is supposed to be weaker than anyone, is able to take on the number 1 hero." Garou says. That's…impossible! Garou has done something's that require a quirk. How did he get this strong?! And if he could have been this strong, then… could I have been that strong too?
Garou's pov
I look at the students' faces and see that they're terrified. They never expected the great Hero Hunter to be quirkless. When I look at All Might, he looks much more terrified than the students. Weird, but whatever. "Now, it's time to finish this!" I yell going to finish All Might. "NO!" I hear Deku yell as dashes at me and punches me in the ribs. "Blurgh!" I vomit a little blood.
"You son of a—" I am cut off by All Might punching me into the air. He doesn't let up as he punches me in the gut, sending me higher into the air. "Now for a lesson! You may have heard these words before, but I'll teach what they really mean!" All Might yells as he grabs me by the shirt and swings me back to the ground, breaking some of my bones. He lands on the ground and rears his fist back. "Go beyond! PLUS ULTRA!" All Might yells as he punches me in the gut and sends me flying through the roof. "Damn you…All Might." I whisper as I fall to the ground. I lost…again.
Midoriya's pov
All Might just sent Garou through the roof as my classmates cheer for All Might's victory. "Deku, are you alright?!" Uraraka yells as she rushes to my side. I used my quirk to distract Garou, but at the cost of breaking my arm. "I'll…fine." I say as she sighs in relief. The door burst open and more pros finally show up.
"Apologies for being late. We were held up by another situation." Nezu says, sitting on Vlad King's shoulder. "Nezu…" All Might calls out as more steam comes off his body and Nezu nods as he gets Cementos to create a wall around All Might. He must have used up his time.
"Are all of you alright?" Midnight asks us. "We're fine, but Garou is in the forest." I say. "What?!" She yells. "All Might sent him flying through the roof. He should be knocked out." Tsu says. "Alright, thank you for the information." Nezu says as he was listening. "Midnight, take a unit of police officers and find Garou." Nezu orders Midnight. She nods and goes to get Garou. Finally, the Hero Hunter's rain of terror is over.
No one's pov
The police arrest all the villains at the USJ. Aizawa and Thirteen are taken to a hospital to treat their injuries. Most of the students had just scratches and bruises, but three of them were found knocked out. Kyoka Jirou, Momo Yaoyorozu, and Denki Kaminari had injuries that lead to the conclusion that they encountered Garou before All Might arrived.
Overall, the villain's attack failed. However, Tomura Shigaraki and Kurogiri, the supposed leaders of the League of Villains, managed to escape. While they are an incredible threat, everyone felt relieved that Garou has been defeated. Or so they thought.
Midoriya's pov
All Might and I are currently in Recovery Girl's (Quirk: Healing) nursing room. All I can think about now is that Garou was quirkless. Like me. "All Might, do you think he was lying? About being quirkless?" I ask. "I don't know. But we mustn't doubt his claim." All Might says. "But now that we know, he could pose a much more dangerous threat than before." All Might says. "What do you mean?" I ask. "…It's nothing. We don't have to worry since Garou has been defeated." All Might says. Does he know something that I don't?
"Oh, and thank you, for what you did." All Might says. "You're welcome." I say. Suddenly, the door opens and a Detective walks in. "Ah Tsukauchi, glad you're here." All Might greets him. "Midoriya, this Detective Tsukauchi, a close friend of mine." All Might introduces him. "It's nice to meet you Midoriya." Tsukauchi says as he shakes my hand. "You too sir." I say as I shake his hand.
"So, what brings you her old friend?" All Might asks. Tsukauchi's face grows nervous. "It's about the search for Garou after you launched him from the roof." He says. "Did you find him?" All Might asks. "We found a crater with some blood in it…but Garou was nowhere to be seen." Tsukauchi answers.
"You mean…" I was unable to finish my question. "Yes, Garou has escaped and is still on the loose." Tsukauchi confirms. "How? All Might launched him miles away!" I say. "We're trying to find out for ourselves as well." Tsukauchi says. "Don't worry Midoriya." All Might tries to calm me. "Even if he escaped, he's still wounded." He says. "Which means I'll be able to capture him if we find him. And stop him before it's too late." He says with a smile. That's right, Garou is wounded and if he faces All Might right now, he wouldn't stand a chance. He'll be put away soon. I hope.
In the streets at night
Garou's pov
I'm sneaking through the streets while losing a lot of blood and my clothes torn apart. I never thought that All Might could beat me. His speed and power were exceptional. It was more than I bargained for. I was lucky to get away.
Had that kid not ambushed me, I could've beat All Might. Of course heroes don't play fair, they never do. That was a good reminder. Hehehe, this is the freaking best. I know I will become so much stronger after today.
First things first, I need to patch up my wounds. Some of my bones are broken and I'm losing a lot of blood. I'll need to rest for about a month before going back out . Just you wait All Might, cause next time, it will be your last fight.
