Interviewer - Agent "Warden" Juniper
Tracker is walking through a hallway when he arrives at a door with the word Juniper on it, he enters and sees a German Shepherd sitting at a desk on the other side of the room.
"Hola." Tracker said while waving.
"Hello, here for the meeting?" Juniper asked.
"Sí." Tracker said.
"I'ma assume that's a yes, Alright how long have you been working for the Paw Patrol?" Juniper asked.
"5 year's." Tracker said.
"Ok, what is your job in the Paw Patrol?" Juniper asked.
"I'm the jungle rescue pup." Tracker said.
"Do you have a second specialization?" Juniper asked.
"No." Tracker said.
"I'm not sure how useful jungle rescue will be, we don't have jungles in barkingburg." Juniper thought. "Alright what equipment do you have." Juniper asked as he picked up tracker's character report."
"I have spring loaded cables to help me travel in the jungle and a bunch of tools." Tracker said.
"Ok do you have any combat experience?" Juniper asked.
"No, not really." Tracker said.
"Do you have any leadership experience?" Juniper asked.
"No." Tracker said.
"Do you have experience in working under large amounts of stress?" Juniper asked.
"I have some experience." Tracker said.
"This meeting is going by pretty fast, i like that" Juniper thought. "I'm noticing you don't have a place of birth listed, if i may ask, where are you from?" Juniper asked.
"I dunno, i don't really remember much of my past." Tracker responded.
"Last question, How good is your hearing?" Juniper asked.
"Good, like really good." Tracker responded.
"Alright that's all the questions i have. this meeting lasted 4 minutes, that's a record." Juniper said. "That's even shorter than Rubble's meeting was." Juniper whispered to himself.
"Ok, ¡adios!" Tracker said while leaving.
"Bye" Juniper said.

Ok let's get to the point. Tracker's best ability is by far his incredible hearing, He can hear noises that most others can't. His equipment is decent but not that helpful to us and his skills won't exactly be useful to us, after all we don't have jungle's here.
We don't know much about his past, infact we don't even know where he's from or what his last name is. The first time he appears on record is 5 year's ago when he first met the Paw Patrol, the 4 year's of his life before that is completely unknown.
Despite all of that, i still recommend him for membership in the New Hope Agency. His great hearing especially could be extremely useful in spying.
