Agent "Warden" Juniper
Juniper is the Second-In-Command at New Hope. He is incredibly brave (though he constantly test the border between bravery and stupidity) and is somehow always calm, even in situations where most people would panic.
He is also a famous actor from Barkingburg, making the perfect cover. He sadly shares the same narcissistic personality all shepherd's have, constantly claiming to be "The best actor in the whole world".
He definitely makes a perfect fit and i honestly recommend him to take the position of First-In-Command if something is to ever happen to sweetie.

Agent "Queen" Tundra
Brought in as a replacement to Codi Gizmody after her disappearance, Tundra is incredibly smart (honestly the smartest canine i have ever met) and loves to invent stuff. She hates maintenance but we have people who can maintain the equipment for her. She is also skilled in combat but when she does go in battle she prefers to attack from a distance using the rifle she built into her puppack.
Tundra had to grow up inside the Soviet Union before moving to Germany, in Germany she was hired into the Kriegshunde where she started making better puppacks for it's soldier's, this is also where she got her combat training from. She eventually moved to Barkingburg when her service ended where she applied for New Hope, which is where we are today.
So far she has been a great member of New Hope and has even surpassed Codi Gizmody in usefulness, She may even take my position eventually.

Tyranus Lupus
Tyranus is a confusing individual, He'll go from trying to murder you, to fighting along side you and getting you to safety, to trying to murder you again. He has amazing combat experience having to fight off multiple other wolves in the wild and is built like a fucking tank, i swear he takes training more seriously than even Chase.
We don't know anything about his past or even about him in general, however we do think he lives somewhere near the mountains in adventure bay as he is always spotted there.
Agent's are to take extreme caution when working with Tyranus as even if he wants to help the agency he is still a wolf.

Ace Schäfer
Ace was a stray German Shepherd that was found by Chase one day and offered a place inside the Paw Patrol by Ryder, He accepted and started helping Chase as a secondary police pup. They worked together for over a year and they treat each other more like a father and son then friends, eventually Chase officially adopted Ace.
Ace is the youngest member of the Paw Patrol currently, only being around 3-4. Despite this he is way more mature then normal (much like his father was when he was young) and he has the same determination to completing the mission that Chase does. He doesn't really get along with the other members with Zuma, Rocky, and Everest being the only ones that like him, everyone else isn't a very big fan of him.
I recommend agent's that work with Ace to act calm and try not to make him panic for their own safety, i don't want to know what Chase will do if Ace gets injured.

For people confused about certain sections of these "Character Reports" or curious about other parts of my stories world here is a explanation to hopefully answer some of your questions.
1 - In this world the Soviet Union still exist but the warsaw pact doesn't, the cold war also isn't happening anymore.
2 - Yes, Juniper is based on the person you think he is.
3 - In this world's germany, dog's and human's have equal rights. this won't be important for a long time but it'll make a future story make more sense.
