Quietly humming to theirself, the barista wipes down the counter. It's a quiet winter night, and there aren't many customers at this hour, but they aren't about to close down just yet. Their real clientele had yet to arrive.

Speak of the devil, someone opens the door and lets himself in. A slight tugging in the back of the barista's brain lets them know that this guest isn't quite what they seem. Turning to greet the man, they smile, both as part of the greeting and at the revelation of the man's identity. So, it would seem Eraserhead isn't quite as human as he may appear.

They greet the Hero, "Welcome! I haven't seen you around here before, so let me give you a little introduction to our business model. At all hours of the day, we serve your standard cafe drinks and snacks! However, during our later hours our adult customers are given the chance to order alcoholic drinks as a chance to unwind. Though, you seem to be on patrol tonight Eraserhead, so I'm guessing you'd prefer our cafe menu,"

The man pauses for a second at being recognized, but shakes it off quickly, "You'd be correct. I'd like the most caffeine you're willing to put in a single cup to go."

They chuckle, "Coming right away sir."

They go about preparing his order, the ingredients for a drink they named 'Heart Attack in a Cup' easily coming to mind. With the Hero's attention drawn to looking around the shop, it's easy enough for them to slip some simple magic into the process to speed it along.

Soon enough, the drink is done and they present it to the tired Hero.

"One Heart Attack in a Cup for Eraserhead!"

The man raises an eyebrow, "Is that what it's actually called?"

They simple gesture to the menu and watch him let out a quiet ""huh" in response. They chuckle and wave as he makes his way back to the door.

They call after him, "Hey! Do me a favor and tell Nezu his order arrived! He's been bugging me about these exotic tea leaves for a month!"

Aizawa pauses at the door. That's the second time they'd said something that had given him pause. At first, the Barista had recognized him on sight. While unusual, he could write that one off as them being knowledgeable on Heroes. But then there's the way they talked about Nezu. Like they knew him personally.

Looking at them, they look to be a young adult, 20 at the most. He hadn't seen them at UA during any of the years they would've been a student, and he couldn't recall seeing them around campus after that either. Of course, there is the possibility of Nezu frequenting the cafe himself, but why go to the trouble of getting to know them? It's obvious the Chaos Rat trusts them enough to handle his tea, but why? What about this barista stood out enough for Nezu of all people to take an interest in them?

Aizawa doesn't trust it. Doesn't trust that this barista could be any ordinary person.

He turns to them, "Sure, I'll let him know. What did you say your name was?"

They brace their elbows on the counter, lacing their fingers to make a rest for their chin as they smile at Aizawa.

"Just call me Gwyar."

Aizawa gives one last nod and heads out, taking a sip of his coffee. Damn, the drink had earned its name. The sheer caffeine of the concoction is almost enough to get his undead blood pumping again.

Back in the cafe, Gwyar's smile morphs into a smirk, "Damn that was fun. The look on his face was priceless!"

A sigh escapes from behind them as a tuxedo cat with gleaming purple eyes hops up onto the counter. The feline gives them a pointed look before speaking.

"Did you have to antagonize him? He'll start looking into you now."

They scratch behind the cat's ear, "Oh come on Grimm, don't be a spoilsport! It'll be so much fun to mess around with him! Plus, Nezu made a bet with me saying it'd only take him a month to figure out. No way in any of the Nine Hells is that rodent gonna winning this one."

Grimm groans, "Seriously? I think we both know damn well that Nezu doesn't make bets he can't win."

Gwyar chuckles, a wide smirk pulling at their face, "Perhaps, but we get to rig the game this time. I'm gonna get that money out of him, and rub it in his face too!"

Grimm bat their hand with his paw, "That's a terrible idea! Even if you do win!"

Gwyar lifts Grimm up into their arms, "Okay, let's not focus on that for now. It's a full moon out, so we've got some rituals to perform."

Grimm grumbles about it but just accepts that Gwyar is gonna have to learn this lesson the hard way. He just hopes Nezu isn't too harsh on them.
