I Own Nothing

AN: I kind of made Justin a little tougher in this. In the last chapter he was worried about getting kicked out of the hospital, so he didn't act. However, this chapter is bringing out a take no crap Justin.

Chapter Summary: Michael shows up at the loft and learns that Brian and Justin really are married. He has to deal with the truth.

Title: It's The Truth

It was two days before Brian was allowed to leave the hospital. It had been determined his leg was only fractured instead of broken. They'd done a CT when the swelling went down and put a walking boot on him. He wasn't allowed to put any pressure on it without the boot on. Crutches had been out because of the stitches from having his spleen removed. It meant that Brian had to stay in a wheelchair or lean on Justin around the loft. Emmett had helped Justin rearrange the living room along with Daphne since he couldn't get into the bedroom area. Brian had ordered a new bed before they got married. It was big enough for four people, but they were the only ones in the bed. Unless Gus was over and wanted to sleep with them, but he had a bed there too now. His mom was looking for a place so they could move into.

The family had come in to see Brian while he'd been in the hospital, minus Michael. Debbie hadn't said a word about where he was, but he hadn't shown up there. He'd been informed by his mother that Brian was awake though. Justin was just waiting on him to show up for another round. The family had mostly been smiles about the fact they were married now. He was sure they were still in shock and possibly denial too about it. Lindsay had wanted to know why the hell they hadn't included her or his son for that matter. Brian had dealt with that telling her that Melanie was once again being a bitch and they were trying to use his son as a pawn. So until they stopped trying to be manipulative he wasn't including them. If he could have brought Gus without them, he would have. He'd thought about it, but they'd said Gus had been sick with a cold. He hadn't known if that was the truth or to keep him away from his son for some stupid reason.

"You going to tell me where you're minds at right now?" Brian asked with a smile looking at Justin who's lap his head was resting on.

He'd gotten bored in the bed and convinced Justin to help him to the couch. It was only a few feet away, but he was bored there. Justin didn't want him to hurt his self and he'd kept trying to get Justin to do a few things that might cause a stitch to get pulled which had resulted in Justin moving to the couch, so he didn't end up back in the hospital. He'd promised to behave if he could just lay right here.

"Not really, just thinking about the one person who hasn't come to see you. I know he's going to show up." Justin said moving his fingers through Brian's hair.

He'd told Brian what had been said at the hospital after they had gotten home the day before. He hadn't wanted to worry Brian in the hospital. He'd just been thankful that Michael hadn't shown up either. He was still hurt that he'd been wished dead, Brian had been pissed too. He'd been shocked that Michael would say something like he had. He knew he would be shocked about them getting married, but out right vicious about it, no. Justin knew it had hurt Brian too, to finally see that Michael wasn't going to accept them. He hadn't even brought up the whore comment. Brian already knew from another time that Michael thought he was a whore. Which Brian had replied that he must think him a whore as well since he taught him everything. Michael hadn't replied to that comment.

"There has been so much going on since we got married, I haven't had a chance to say anything. I was going to tell him after we got back from Vermont. I haven't gone out since we got married and besides Gus haven't really seen anyone of them. I was hoping to let some time pass. I already told you though when I asked you to marry me, you're my best friend now Justin. The one you love the most becomes your best friend." Brian said.

"I know. I just think that silently moving on isn't working, Brian." Justin said moving his fingers in Brian's hair.

Before Brian could answer someone started banging on the loft door as hard as they could. It only took a second to know who it was since Michael started yelling just as loud for Brian to open the door. Justin sighed getting up once Brian lifted up. He didn't want to answer the door, but it was better to get it over. Brian and he had changed the locks weeks ago so that only the two of them had a key. He pulled the door open before being pushed out of the way, hard. However, Justin grabbed hold of Michael by the back of his shirt pulling him back to the door.

"Until I say you can come in you are not allowed into our home. The locks were changed for a reason." Justin said. "Now you can ask to come in or stand there, what's it going to be?" He asked giving Michael a look.

"Brian, tell your puppy to move or I'll move him." Michael said glaring at Justin. He'd been shocked that Justin had dragged him back to the door. He didn't know he was that strong. He figured he was a weak little shit.

"I don't own a puppy so I'm sorry can't do that. If you want my husband to move, you can show him some respect though." Brian said from the couch. He couldn't help the smile that was on his face seeing Justin stand up for his self. "I wouldn't mess with him though, he's not happy with you." He added.

He knew that Justin could protect his self if need be. He had started taking self defense classes after what happened with Hobbs. He could body slam him now, which was only done in the bedroom to land on the bed. It was actually hot that Justin could pin him down. He figured he shouldn't think about that right now since they had an unwanted guest. He also wasn't supposed to be having sex. He didn't need to get hard thinking about Justin pinning him down and fucking him. His husband's dick sliding into his ass. Yep, not going there right now or he'd be in a pickle. He had already been in a time out from earlier when he'd tried getting Justin to suck him off.

"Brian." Michael complained, but Justin wasn't budging and when he tried to shove him out of the way Justin grabbed hold of his arm pulling it behind his back and forcing him completely out of the loft. "OMG STOP." Michael screamed as Justin put a little pressure to make him know he was serious. "What the fuck is wrong with you. That hurts." He whined.

"I don't take shit anymore Michael. If you don't show me some damn respect you will find yourself on the sidewalk. I will put you there myself." Justin threatened. He hadn't wanted to do that at the hospital. He had been needed and being thrown out wouldn't have been good for Brian. "So what's it going to be ask to come in or do I put the trash out?" He asked.

"Can I fucking come in?" Michael asked whining at the tight grip Justin had on his arm.

"With that attitude fuck no you cannot come in." Justin said.

"PLEASE," Michael yelled out.

"No, screaming at me isn't getting you in here either." Justin said.

"Dear god, please let me come in." Michael groaned in the best voice he could muster even though he wanted to strangle Justin.

"If you had done that the first time you would have gotten in sooner." Justin said finally letting go of him. He wasn't going to back down or be pushed away anymore. Brian had told him to stand up for his self and it would work in the end. The self-defense classes had also helped especially after all that had happened to him. He hadn't wanted to feel helpless when it came to that again.

"Brian, I been so worried they wouldn't let me to see you. He had some illegal papers claiming you were married and was his power of attorney. You could have died because he signed those papers not even reading them. Why doesn't my key work?" Michael asked going over to Brian who he didn't realize was glaring at him. "He fucking man handled me and hurt me. You know I bruise easily and there will be fingerprints there. He claimed he's your best friend now. I think he has brain damage from being hit in the head that's just now showing."

Brian was glad he couldn't get off the couch because he would probably toss Michael out of the loft if he could. He turned his head fixing to say something finding Michael's face right in his about to kiss him. He put his hand between them because those days were over. The only person he was kissing now was Justin. They'd had a talk before getting married about that. They'd also had a talk about the fact he kissed Michael way too much, which didn't help in the slightest.

"What's wrong?" Michael asked with a whine.

"I am married to Justin, Michael. We got married six weeks, five days, four hours, eight minutes, and so many seconds." Brian said almost what Justin had said but adding days to it. "I am not going to kiss you or let you kiss me because the only mouth that's getting near any part of me is my husband's. Watching Justin in that hospital made me realize something, I love him, and I won't lose him." He said giving Justin a smile who was now standing in front of him. "The papers aren't illegal either and the only people that have keys to the loft are us now." Brian said before pointing at Justin then his self in case Michael didn't get the hint.

"Why on earth would you marry him? You don't do relationships, you made fun of Lindsay and Melanie when they started planning their wedding. You can't be serious about this. He'll leave you when he gets tired of you. When you can't keep up with him anymore, he'll want a divorce and take everything." Michael said. "It's not too late to call it off. Melanie could probably get the papers for you."

"Michael, I am not calling anything off unless it's our friendship. If you can't fucking respect Justin, then you have none for me. We are married, that is the fucking truth. The only question you must answer is if you are going to act like a decent human being to him. If you're not just go because I cannot throw you out, which I should for wishing him DEAD." Brian shouted causing Michael to jump. "What didn't think he'd tell me or Daphne? You're own mother told me what the fuck you said. I'm sorry Michael a best friend doesn't treat Justin the way you did. That don't even get me started on all the past shit you've said either."

"He's brain washed you somehow." Michael said in a low voice looking at Brian with pleading eyes not to let it be true. There was no way on earth that Brian would pick the twink over him. Brian didn't answer him though, he was too busy looking at Justin. "You will regret ever meeting him one day." He said getting up from the couch. "I hope you're miserable together and he gives you something because he'll cheat on you like the whore he is." He added before turning to Justin. "You are a piece of shit and I stand by what I said. You should have…" Michael didn't get to finish his rant because Justin punched him as hard as he could.

"If you don't fucking leave then you might wish you were dead." Justin growled out looking down at Michael who had landed on the floor. He was sure he'd have a black eye by the end of the day. He hadn't wanted to fight before, but things changed. He refused to be the helpless person anymore for someone to bully. Michael was trying to be that now and he wouldn't tolerate it.

"Brian, are you going let him do this to me. You saw him hit me. You could tell the police, he probably will do it to you too. He's abusive." Michael whined.

"I'm sorry I saw nothing, I must have went blind for a moment there. Though that was hot." Brian said with a smile at Justin. Yeah when he got better he was going to need Justin to have his way with him.

Justin tried hiding the smile before reaching down and grabbing Michael by the shirt collar. "If anyone is abusive it's you. All the crap you have done. You might not be physical when comes to the abusive, but it is emotional and psychological." Justin informed him as he hauled Michael to his feet and forced him out of the loft. "You come back and I'll call the damn police telling them you threatened to kill me. We have witnesses at the hospital when you said it." He added before he slammed the loft door on a stunned face Michael. "You're a fucking weasel."

Justin had reset the alarm before he helped Brian back to the bed. He knew that Brian had already made his choice when he'd asked him to marry him. He'd made it sooner probably when he brought him here to the loft. They laid on the bed not saying anything for a while. It wasn't the way they had planned on doing things, but it had been how it happened.

"I'm not miserable, are you?" Brian asked breaking the silence after a while. He'd just wanted to lay there with Justin. He'd realized even if he had already let his friendship with Michael go, he hadn't told him.

"No, I'm happy now that you're going to be okay." Justin said moving his hand over Brian's torso avoiding the bandage that was there though. "I don't know if you'll ever change your mind about him, but if you do want be friends again, I can't be."

"I'm not, I had to let that part of me go or I wasn't going to be able to do what I promised. I said I'd love you always and respect you for the rest of our lives. I couldn't do that if I let him degrade you all the time. We'll be okay and I have you, which is what matters. Tomorrow, we get to spend the day with Gus too so that's a plus." Brian said feeling drowsy from the meds he'd taken before he'd laid down.

"Go to sleep, no need to fight the pills. We can both nap." Justin said kissing Brian before shutting his own eyes. He wasn't miserable, he was beyond happy and had been for over a month now. Brian was the love of his life and that was what counted.

"I'll be glad when we can have sex again. You punching him and throwing him out was hot as hell." Brian mumbled before he drifted off.

Justin smiled putting his arm around Brian as tight as he dared. "I could tell." He whispered.
