Night surrounded Lillie's home as she was awake and sitting at her desk with Snowy sleeping on her bed. Lillie then opens up her journal to a blank page. "Ash and Jordan discovered an unknown Pokémon, and we're calling it Nebby. I'm the one who named it! Nebby is an extremely cute Pokémon who adores star candy!" Lillie wrote in her journal. "And not only that, I was really surprised when my mother visited me! She wanted to place Nebby in the care of the Aether foundation. Not to mention the possibility that Nebby could be an ultra-beast. That surprised me too. Nebby's filled with wonderous mysteries! But still, things are a little worrisome these days."
"Breakfast everybody!" shouted Ash as the sun rose over Kukui's house. Pikachu, Skylar and the other Pokémon were eating as Jordan was eating at the island counter. Nebby yawns as it wakes up with some sleep in its eyes.
"Here we go. Now, open wide." said Ash as he gets out some star candy.
"Ahh." said Nebby, opening its mouth and eating the star candy.
"Yummy?" Ash asked and gets a giggle in response.
"Ready, you two?" Kukui asked. "We'd really better get going. We're working with clay today."
"Don't worry. We left ours at school!" said Ash, showing his empty backpack. Kukui looked over at Jordan.
"Don't look at me like that. It wasn't my idea to leave my clay at school." said Jordan, then points to her brother. "It was all his idea."
"Of course…." sighed Kukui, then held up two lunches. "You're not gonna wanna forget your lunch."
"Yeah. You're right." said Ash and sets a happy Nebby down. Being curious, Nebby crawled around on the floor, towards Pikachu and the others. Litten and Lycanroc were sitting next to each other when they both started racing at who could eat their food the quickest.
Confused by this, Nebby looked between them as it watches them quickly eat before moving onto Rowlet. Nebby greeted Rowlet who then became uncomfortable with it staring, so Rowlet tried to make the situation more comfortable until it got dizzy from walking around its bowl.
"Trumbeak?" asked Leilani, seeing a dizzy Rowlet fall to the floor as Nebby giggles.
"Pikachu." said Pikachu as he, Toph, Harmony and Meeko were eating next to each other.
"Lucario." said Meeko. Nebby joins them and sits in front of Pikachu, playfully tickling his nose.
"No, Nebby." Meeko gently said to Nebby, who looked up at her as she shakes her head. "We can't do that to Pikachu."
Nebby smiled up instead, not understanding that she was giving out a warning when it tickled Pikachu's nose again. Pikachu made his sneezing face and sneeze, causing Nebby to quickly disappear and reappear near Ash and Jordan's feet. "Pika?" asked Pikachu, looking over at Meeko, Rogue and Harmony.
"Oricori." Harmony tells him.
"Salan, Salandit." replied Rogue.
"Pikachu?" asked Pikachu.
"Lucario." said Meeko, nodding.
"'Kay, I'm ready to go." said Ash as Rowlet trills, heading into Ash's backpack.
"I'm already." said Jordan as Nebby follows suit, floating in next to Rowlet.
"Pikachu!" said Pikachu, jumping up onto Ash's backpack.
"Looks like you two are having fun." said Ash. "Be nice to each other. Lycanroc! Emma! Litten! Rogue! Harmony! Make sure you watch the house."
"Lycan! Roc!" said Lycanroc and Emma.
"Litten! Salan! Cori!" said Litten, Rogue and Harmony.
"Shall we hit the trail?" asked Kukui.
"Yeah!" said Ash.
"Indeed we shall!" said Jordan.
"All right! Let's make it a great day!" said Ash as he and Jordan went out the door.
"I'm stuck…." said Rotom, going through the Rockruff door. "Don't forget about me!"
"Hurry! Hurry! Hurry!" Meowth shouted from the food truck. "Get a lip-smacking taste of our yummy Bewear Brand Honey Malasadas! They're honey-licious!"
"Wobbuffet!" said Wobbuffet in agreement as James sighs at the oil fryer.
"Yes, yes, we're sorry. We'll be more careful next time." said Jessie while talking to Giovanni's assistant then turns it off. "What a bore! What a broken record! So annoying! She brings up old news, AND WONT LET IT GO!"
"It's because we went to Kanto without going to headquarters and this after we were explicitly summoned." said James. "We do need to save face and replenish our operating funds at the very least. They're perfectly golden brown!"
"O-kay….so how do we save face with the home office?" asked Jessie as Meowth held a tray full of Malasadas. "We havent had a single customer."
"No worries." said James. "If we set up shop in front of the Pokémon school, the sweet smell of our malasadas is sure to draw in those hungry kids! It's a strategy saturated with success!"
"Strategy alone doesn't pay bills." Jessie reminded him.
"Whoa! Something smells good." said Ash as he and Jordan ran up to the food truck.
"Kids!" said Jessie, hopping out of her chair. "Top of the morning!"
"Yum, yum!" said Ash.
"Pikachu!" said Pikachu as drool starts to come out the side of both trainer and mouse.
"The twerp and baby twerp…." said Jessie
"They've got honey on them." said Ash.
"True. A major selling point." said James.
"They smell good but looks a little questionable to me." said Jordan, looking up at Team Rocket.
"Lucario." said Meeko, taking a closer look at the malasadas before looking up at Team Rocket.
"Aah!" squealed Nebby as it came out of Ash's backpack, causing Jessie's eyes to go wide.
"That's…." said James when Kukui walked up behind Ash and Jordan.
"So! Looking for an early snack, are you?" he asked.
"Uh….if I don't, I'll be starving by lunch." said Ash.
"That's because you didn't eat breakfast, Ash." said Rotom.
"I won't be as hungry as you. I was hoping to buy one to go with my lunch." said Jordan.
"You'll be fine." Kukui said to Ash before nodding to Jordan.
"Man…" said Ash as he follows Kukui inside.
"It is the most important meal of the day." said Rotom. "You know that."
"Honey party pooper." said Meowth.
"Wobbuffet." said Wobbuffet.
"Hey! Team Rocket!" said Jordan, gathering their attention. "I'll buy some of your honey Malasadas if you don't steal any Pokémon today."
"You….you will?" asked Jessie, shocked that she would do this for them.
"Yep." said Jordan, pulling out her Riolu looking bank. "I still have a lot of coins in here, left over from Kanto to Kalos."
"Smart girl." said Meowth.
"That's right, I am smart." said Jordan, then turns to Jessie and James. "I'll take 7 malasadas from you guys."
"7?!" asked Jessie and James.
"Yes, 7 malasadas. You heard me right." said Jordan. "Knowing my brother, he and the mouse are going to try and steal the first 6 malasadas from me behind my back when I'm not looking."
"You're lucky." grumbled Meowth.
"And you're lucky that I'm buying something from the three of you. Just be happy about it, King Cranky." said Jordan and starts walking away with Meeko.
"I'm not cranky!" Meowth shouted after her.
"Yes you are! So, don't even bother in trying to deny it, Meowth." Jordan said over her shoulder.
"Cario!" said Meeko.
"Did you see that?" Jessie asked as Jordan and Meeko left.
"How could I not?" asked James.
"That Pokémon must be incredibly rare!" said Jessie.
"A purple body? Check. Gaseous features? Check." James said to himself. "A rarer-than rare Pokémon means one thing. And luckily for you, I know what that thing is!"
"What is it?" asked Jessie.
"A Protokoffing!" said James.
"Proto-WHAT-ing?" asked Jessie, confused as ever.
"Wobba?" asked Wobbuffet, unsure of what he heard.
"Just as Pikachu evolves from a Pichu, I'm certain that Pokémon is Koffing's pre-evolved form, Protokoffing!" James explained.
"Well, word up!" said Meowth. "When you start flinging facts with such confidence, I'm in!"
"Wobbuffet." said Wobbuffet.
"This is our chance to save face with grace!" said Jessie. "By catching Protokoffing!"
"Woo, woo!" yelled James and Meowth.
"Has everyone brought their own clay?" asked Professor Kukui.
"Yes, sir!" said the kids.
"Oh, no! I forgot!" said Mallow, remembering that she had left it back home.
"Would you like to share mine?" asked Kiawe.
"Thanks, Kiawe." said Mallow, then looks at the clay laid out on his desk. "All that?"
"Clay Mountain!" he said.
"Now, class? Today, you're going to be sculpting your Pokémon partners." Kukui explained to the class. "Closely observing them while you work might lead you to discover something new."
"Right!" said the kids.
"Let's see, who should I make?" Ash asked himself as he starts working the clay. "Nebby and Rowlet are asleep, so….Okay, Pikachu, I choose you!"
"Pikachu!" Pikachu said excitedly.
"Now stay perfectly still." said Ash.
"Pika…." said Pikachu.
"I should divide this in sections so that I can make you." Jordan said to Meeko.
"Cari." Meeko said, smiling as Jordan divides the clay.
"Let's get started on the clay version of your body." said Jordan as she gets to work.
"Please make a balloon." Lana said to Popplio, who then gets onto the desk.
"Pop…." said Popplio, making a huge balloon.
"Stop. Now hold that pose." said Lana and Popplio starts to struggle a bit. "Stay still, okay?" Popplio did the best she could at holding her pose with the balloon, until it started shaking and finally popped all over. "Pop…." said Popplio, apologetically.
"Charjabug." said Sophocles, not doing anything to his clay.
"It's the same." said Rotom.
"If it's Charjabug, then where is its clay face?" asked Jordan.
"All I see its just a block of clay." said Meeko.
"Try again." said Kukui.
"All done. Its Turtonator." said Kiawe, finishing his clay sculpture of Turtonator.
"Turto." said Turtonator when suddenly the clay sculpture slightly fell over until the head falls to the desk.
"No…it's not stable enough. Turtonator! Get down!" said Kiawe.
"Turto!" said Turtonator, getting down on all fours.
"That's it! Perfect!" said Kiawe, re-sculpting the clay.
"Steenee, now. Give me a cute pose." said Mallow.
"Steenee!" said Steenee, placing her hands under her face as she does a cute pose.
"Perfect!" said Mallow.
"All right, let's try you, Togedemaru!" said Sophocles, using a desk size potter's wheel.
"Demaru!" squealed Togedemaru as Ash goes over.
"They let me faithfully recreate Togedemaru's spikes." Sophocles said proudly. "My super deluxe pottery wheel and carbon sculptor."
"Eh? Lucar?" asked Jordan and Meeko.
"Sophocles? Why are you waiting?" asked Mallow.
"Timing is everything." he replied.
"Vul!" squealed Snowy as Lillie's sculpture of her was taking shape.
"It probably would be better if I slimmed it down a little bit." said Lillie.
"Yeah. Check it out." said Ash, finishing his sculpture of Pikachu.
"It looks more like a Mimikyu. Not a Pikachu." said Kukui.
"Pikachu?" asked Pikachu, tilting his head.
"Uh oh….'kay, one more time." said Ash.
"You're my right hand…..you're my left." Jordan said, singing to herself and Meeko, unknowingly gaining the attention of others as she works on her Meeko sculpture before gathering around her. "You give me courage. You, I promise to protect. Ok, time to put on the ears. Through every challenge…..through every fight. When we're together, it always feels so right."
"Wow." said Lillie as Jordan uses a clay tool to use on Meeko's clay head.
"Jordan's really getting the details." said Sophocles.
"It helps from time to time that Jordan blocks out the world." Ash explains with a smile on his face. "She always keeps an extra notebook for writing stuff that doesn't involve Team Rocket." Out of the backpack, Nebby was awake and crawling around.
"Toge?" Togedemaru asked Sophocles.
"Aww….I think it looks more like a Jigglypuff." said Sophocles, looking at the clay as Nebby crawled to him. "Let's see…." As he went back to work on his sculpture, Nebby touches his leg and glows. "Not quite a Jigglypuff…." Sophocles then said as Togedemaru yawns when he suddenly disappeared.
"Toge?" asked Togedemaru, looking for Sophocles. Somewhere on the island, Sophocles appeared in Jigglypuff's house.
"Jiggle?" asked Jigglypuff as Sophocles appeared behind it.
"Togedemaru is more like….." said Sophocles, not realizing until he looked up at Jigglypuff. Just as it was about to sing, Sophocles disappears again, causing Jigglypuff to puff up in anger.
"What happened?" asked Sophocles as he appeared back in the classroom.
"Toge!" said a happy Togedemaru.
"Whats wrong?" asked Kukui.
"You know….I thought I just saw a Jigglypuff." said Sophocles.
"I only see Togedemaru." he then said.
"It didn't have a microphone in its hand, right?" asked Jordan as Sophocles nodded. "Oh boy. That particular Jigglypuff has a bad habit of drawing on others in anger when people and Pokémon fall asleep during its song."
"So which pose am I supposed to use?" Mallow asked as Steenee did a variety of poses for her.
"Steenee." said Steenee, releasing Sweet Scent. Rowlet wakes up and heads for Steenee, who then slaps Rowlet, knocking the quail Pokémon into Ash. Nebby playfully coos as it floats over to Mallow's leg.
"What would Oranguru think?" she asked herself as Lana looks behind to see Nebby takes her to Oranguru.
"Guru, Guru." said Oranguru as Mallow appears in its restaurant.
"Huh?" said Mallow as Nebby takes her back to the classroom.
"Whats up?" asked Ash as Mallow reappears and screams.
"Mallow disappeared, then reappeared." Lana explained as Nebby goes to her. "Like a wave!" Just then, Lana disappears and reappeared seconds later, soaking wet. "Lana, what happened to you?" asked Ash and Jordan.
"I was in the ocean." said Lana.
"Whats with Nebby?" asked Ash.
"Nebby's in a playful mood." said Jordan, tilting her head.
"Just like Wela Volcano….it's perfect!" said Kiawe, disappearing with Nebby.
"Where'd Kiawe go?" asked Ash in shock.
"HOT!" yelled Kiawe, reappearing with hot embers in his hair.
"Quick, Popplio! Bubble Beam!" said Lana. Popplio quickly uses Bubble Beam to put out the embers in Kiawe's hair.
"What just happen to me?" asked Kiawe. "I almost fell into a volcano!"
"Volcano?" asked Ash as he watches Nebby hop away.
"Wela Volcano?" asked Jordan and he nodded. "Okay….now I'm scared."
"See that? Nebby disappeared with Kiawe too." said Mallow.
"That was Teleport." said Rotom.
"What's Teleport?" asked Ash.
"Teleport allows the user to instantly travel from one location to another." explained Rotom.
"Awesome! I didn't know you could do that, Kiawe!" said Ash.
"Of course I can't!" yelled Kiawe.
"Ash, remember when I first got Kadabra, back in Saffron City? How he found us after your battle with Sabrina?" Jordan asked her brother who then nodded. "That's how Kadabra did it."
"Kadabra teleported to you?" asked Lana.
"Yep. After Ash battled Sabrina, the Saffron Gym leader, Kadabra teleported onto the Gym floor and saw me." Jordan explained. "He was only a Abra back then when he first saw me but Kadabra did that. After he teleported in, Kadabra heard my voice and teleported right into my arms."
"No wonder he loves to hug you so much when we met him at the party." said Mallow.
"And yet, he still has a tight grip, even after evolving into Kadabra." said Jordan. "That's why I gave him to Ash when I first got him."
"You know what?" Lillie asked the others. "I think Nebby might have done it."
"Nebby did that?" asked Ash.
"So…where did Nebby, anyway?" asked Sophocles and Mallow sees Nebby closing in on Lillie.
"Lillie!" she called out as Nebby hugs her leg.
Lillie screams, expecting to be teleported with Nebby somewhere. "Maybe Lillie's gonna Teleport." said Ash when suddenly nothing happened. "Or not."
"It fell asleep." said Mallow as Jordan takes Nebby off her leg.
"You can unfreeze now, Lillie." said Jordan. "Nebby's in my arms."
"Komala." said Komala as it rolls around and rings the bell for lunch. Nebby was sleeping on the desk as everyone placed their desks in a circle for lunch. "Oh, man…I sure wish Nebby would take me and Jordan somewhere too."
"You're gonna regret saying that." said Jordan, swallowing a bite of her sandwich.
"Why?" he asked as Pikachu yawns.
"You don't want to know what it's like to be teleported from place to place." said Jordan.
"So I can't help wondering, where did everyone go?" asked Lillie.
"I went to Jigglypuff's place." said Sophocles.
"I went to Oranguru's." said Mallow.
"I went to the ocean." said Lana.
"I went to a volcano." said Kiawe.
"Just a sec." said Lillie. "At th moment you were teleported, did your thoughts have anything to do with where you ended up?"
"Now that you mention it, I thought my sculpted Togedemaru look like a Jigglypuff." said Sophocles.
"Maru?" asked Togedemaru.
"Oh yeah. At that exact moment, I was wondering what Oranguru would've thought about Steenee's pose." said Mallow.
"I think about the ocean all the time!" said Lana.
"Pop, Pop." said Popplio.
"I was thinking about the mountain on Akala island." said Kiawe.
"Turto." said Turtonator.
"Then it seems to me that the logical conclusion of this mystery is that Nebby must have been reading whatever is was going on your minds and then teleported everyone there." Lillie explained her theory.
"You know, that might just be exactly what happened." said Kukui.
"Since Nebby is still so little, it's possible that it hasn't decided where it wants to be." said Mallow.
"That makes a lot of sense." said Lillie as they watched Nebby sleep.
"Nebby…where do you want to go?" Ash asked, picking it up from the desk as Jordan and Meeko came up behind him. Nebby wakes up and looks up at the siblings before wailing.
"If this is what you did to me when I was a baby, I don't blame Nebby at all." said Jordan, speaking over Nebby's cry.
"Maybe you're hungry! Here, open wide…." said Ash, getting out the Star candy for Nebby, when one of the candy hits its head. "sorry, Nebby!"
"If I make a funny face, maybe it will stop!" suggested Lana as Nebby wailed. "It worked on Harper and Sarah."
"Go for it." said Ash. Lana makes a funny face that she uses on her twin sisters, only to which Nebby continued to cry. "Look, Nebby! Watch my face!" said Mallow, squishing her face together with her hands, but Nebby didn't stop. "My cheeks hurt…"
"Then let me try." said Sophocles, trying his funny face only scaring Nebby into crying more. "Ow! My mouth hurts."
"Of course you're going to scare it doing that!" said Kiawe. "I got this." He then starts giving Nebby positive funny faces which only caused Nebby to cry harder. "Isn't that better?" Kiawe asked Nebby.
"Somebody do something." Ash asked.
"Of course…let me." said Kukui.
"Don't worry, I'll do it." said Lillie.
"Huh?" asked Kukui as everyone watched Lillie make a face for Nebby in which all but Jordan became horrified. Nebby stops crying and became delighted as Jordan was stunned. "All right! Yes! Nebby stopped crying!" said Ash.
"Pikachu!" cheered Pikachu.
"You know….you should make that face more often." Jordan said to Lillie. "I like it."
"Lucar." said Meeko.
"Of course you both would." said Ash.
"What do you mean by that, Ash?" asked Kukui.
"Stuff like that doesn't scare me anymore, no thanks to Ash." said Jordan.
"I said I was sorry." Ash tells her. "You didn't have to tell mom every time it happened.
"Lucario!" said Meeko.
"I love you, Ash but you know better as the oldest sibling than to do that to me." said Jordan.
"Pika, Pikachu." said Pikachu, patting her back as Meeko sets him back at his desk.
Nebby floats into Ash's arms, teleporting Ash, Jordan, Pikachu and Meeko from the Pokémon school. "Huh?" everyone said as the siblings disappeared with Nebby.
"They all just disappeared." said Rotom.
"Huh?" said the brother and sister as Nebby teleported them to Jigglypuff's place.
"Jigglypuff?" asked Ash.
"Pika?"
"Please no." said Jordan as Jigglypuff starts to sing.
"Cario?"
Suddenly, all four of them and Nebby started to yawn. Back at the Pokémon school, everyone became worried about the siblings. "They still havent come back…." said Kiawe.
"Wonder where they were teleported to?" questioned Mallow.
"I'm a little scared." said Lana.
"Do you think Ash, Jordan, Pikachu and Meeko were teleported to wherever Ash was thinking about?" asked Lillie.
"Knowing the way Ash thinks, I imagine they're teleporting all over the place." said Sophocles.
"That's not a good thing." said Kiawe.
"Well, whatever….." said Mallow with Kukui folding his arms behind her. "waiting here isn't doing us any good, isn't it?"
"You're right." said Kukui. "Then I suggest we all go look for them."
"You too, Rowlet." said Mallow.
"Rowl…." trilled Rowlet.
"Trumbeak." said Leilani, knowing that she will have to keep an eye on Rowlet.
"Charizard." said Kiawe and Charizard roars as it flies up to the classroom window.
Kiawe, Charizard, Rowlet and Leilani take off in search of Ash, Jordan and their Pokémon by air while everyone else searched by foot. At Jigglypuff's place, Ash and Jordan fell asleep and once Jigglypuff stopped singing, it got angry.
"Jiggly?" asked Jigglypuff, seeing Ash, Jordan, Pikachu, Meeko and Nebby asleep in front of it. Puffing up, Jigglypuff got out its marker to draw on the siblings, Pikachu and Meeko.
Soon as Jigglypuff walks away, Ash, Jordan and their Pokémon start waking up. "We must've fallen asleep." said Ash.
"Pika." said Pikachu.
"I knew I should've gotten some earplugs." said Jordan.
"Olu." said Meeko. The four of them looked at each other and sees what Jigglypuff drew on them. "Huh?" the four said.
"Pika!" said Pikachu. "Pika?"
"Lucar!" said Meeko. "Lucario?"
"Jigglypuff really needs to learn how to control its anger, not get upset when others fall asleep during its song and not get into their personal space." said Jordan, looking the drawings on her brother's face.
"Yeah." said Ash in agreement as Nebby wakes up. "We need to wash up."
Soon as he said that, Nebby takes them to the ocean where Lana was earlier. Ash, Jordan, Pikachu and Meeko were above the water until they fell. "Not here!" said Ash as Jordan places her hands on her mouth when Nebby teleports them to Oranguru.
"What the…" said Jordan as Nebby teleports them again, not knowing that Oranguru was going to offer them a drink behind them.
"Oranguru." it said once they had disappeared. At Kukui's house, Litten and Lycanroc were talking, Rogue and Harmony were laying out on the couch while Emma was placing their dishes in the sink. Suddenly, Nebby teleports Ash, Pikachu, Jordan and Meeko inside the house, shocking the Pokemon. "Oh wow, I think we're back home." said Ash.
"Finally." said an exhausted Jordan.
"It's good to see you guys." said Ash when Nebby teleports them again to the top of Wela Volcano.
"AAAHHH! OLU!" screamed Jordan as Meeko hops into her arms.
"This has to be Teleport." said Ash as they stood on the ring of Wela Volcano. "Man, is that hot!"
"Hot! We're falling!" both brother and sister shouted as Nebby teleports them to their next destination.
"Now hear this!" Jessie shouted to the water of the setting sun as Team Rocket stood on the beach. "No bob-cut, glasses wearing goon gal is going to defeat ME!"
"Yeah. Spoken like a true hothead." said Meowth.
"Wobbuffet." Wobbuffet said in agreement.
"Thanks, I needed that." said Jessie then turns around. "So? Protokoffing needs to be caught. Suggestions?"
"How about an ambush?" asked Meowth.
"Staking out the school?" asked James. "Please keep in mind that the Twerps could get in our way at a moment's notice."
"Wobbuffet." Wobbuffet added.
"Point taken." said Jessie. "If only they'd appear on a desolate beach like this. That would make Pokémon pilfering that much easier."
"AAHH!" shouted Ash and Jordan as they, Pikachu and Meeko fell into the sand.
"Wobbu?" asked Wobbuffet as it and Team Rocket turned around.
"I told you, Ash….." said Jordan, giving her brother a crazed look. "you're going to regret teleporting because you don't know what it's like teleporting from place to place. But no…..you didn't want to listen."
"Well sorry for not taking you seriously, Jordan." said Ash.
"Now ya know!" shouted Jordan.
"Hey. Now where are we?" asked Ash.
"The beach? Really?" asked Jordan, baffled. "Nebby teleported us to the beach?" Nebby looks down the shore and coos when it sees Team Rocket. "Hey, it's you guys." said Ash.
"A little knowledge is a dangerous thing." said Jessie.
"And grasping the obvious has that familiar Twerp ring!" said James.

"Wobbuffet!" said Wobbuffet.
"All right, we wanna know what you're doing here, get it?" asked Ash.
"Pika!" said Pikachu.
"Yeah! Cario!" said Jordan and Meeko.
"I wanna know why the both of you are such lame brains, get it?" asked Jessie.
"We're here to help!" said James. "That Protokoffing you're holding….we'll take it off your hands."
"Protokoffing?" asked Ash, as Jordan looks down at Nebby, then back at James.
"That Pokémon in your arms!" said James, causing Ash to look at Nebby.
"Dude, really? You think that this little cute thing is a pre-evolved form of Koffing." said Jordan, then scoffs. "Where did I miss that in the Kanto handbook?"
"Cari, Lucario." said Meeko.
"What?!" shouted Meowth, shocked at what Meeko said.
"This is why I collect the handbooks from different regions." said Jordan before Jessie could ask for a translation.
"You've got to be out of your mind!" said Ash.
"Pika!"
"Oh, yeah? Not this mind!" said Jessie.
"You guys really need to spend more time with Bewear." said Jordan.
"Cario!"
"And we need to get away from Bewear more often." added James.
"Case in point! Terrorize the Twerp!" shouted Jessie as she lets out Mimikyu.
"Mimikyu!" said Mimikyu, threateningly.
"Pika." challenged Pikachu. "Pika!"
"Say. I had a thought." James said to Jessie.
"You think?" asked Jessie.
"Prove it…." said Meowth. James starts whispering his idea to them.
"Wow." said Jessie.
"That was some think." said Meowth.
"Thanks! So that's the plan." said James. "Let's fight fair and square. Man to Twerp."
"Baby Twerp doesn't battle either." said Meowth as the boys walked away. "And we'll be keeping an eye out for dirty tricks."
"Can you live with that, Jordan?" asked Ash.
"I can deal with that." she tells him. "I lived with you since the day mom brought me home from the hospital."
"Now, Mimikyu, make those lame losers see stars." said Jessie.
"Kyu, Kyu!" hissed Mimikyu.
"Be careful, Pikachu." said Ash. "Mimikyu's powerful."
"Pika!" shouted Pikachu as Ash sets Nebby in the sand.
"This could be dangerous, Nebby, so stay back or be with Jordan." said Ash. Nebby understood what Ash told it as it stood behind him.
"Pikachu, Electro Ball!" shouted Ash.
"Pika!" shouted Pikachu, building up an Electric Ball at his tail. "Pika, Pika, Pika, Pik!"
"Mimikyu!" shouted Mimikyu, swinging its tail and hits Pikachu's Electro Ball right back at him.
"Pika!" shouted Pikachu, dodging his own electric attack as Ash gasps. "Pik."
"It's going to make it hard to land an attack!" said Ash. "Wait for an opening and then let 'em have it!"
"Pika!" said Pikachu as Nebby cooed in concerned.
"Now what's the problem?" asked Jessie. "So many to choose from…" As Ash and Jessie circled each other, James and Meowth were hiding behind their truck when out of nowhere, Jordan and Meeko popped up. "You know, the two of you need more sun on your skin." Jordan said to James and Meowth. "You both are way too pale."
Back on the beach, as they circled each other, Ash had to cover his eyes due to the sun, causing Jessie to hugely grin from ear to ear. "There's our chance…" said Jessie as the warmth of the sun fell on Mimikyu's back.
"Pikachu!" Pikachu said in distress as he covered his eyes from the blinding sun.
"NOW! Grab it!" screamed Jessie and Meowth runs over to Ash.
"Considered it grabbed." said Meowth.
"No, Nebby!" shouted Ash.
"Pikachu!" shouted Pikachu as he turns his back on Mimikyu, who then tries to attack before being returned to its Pokéball.
"You lose, twerps." said Jessie as Nebby played in Meowth's hands. "Protokoffing's now got a new family."
"Wobbuffet!"
"New family?! What happened to a fair and square fight?" asked Ash.
"Pika!" shouted Pikachu.
"Once a twerp, always a twerp! We fooled you!" shouted Team Rocket.
"No wondered they're weird." said Jordan.
"Lucario." said Meeko.
"Heads up!" said James as the four of them had their backs towards each other. "This is when we need to be on our guard. You know who always shows up around this time."
"Yeah. On cue." said Meowth with Nebby over his head. Nebby waves its arms and starts to teleport Team Rocket. "'Scuse me?" asked Meowth as white light surrounded him and the others.
"Pika!" said Pikachu as Ash and Jordan gasped. Just then, Nebby had teleported Team Rocket back to Bewear's cave with Bewear standing out front. "Wait!" said Jessie as Bewear grabs them. "This makes no sense whatsoever."
"Par for the course." said James.
"We're off with a new blast…." Team Rocket finally sighed.
Nebby looks around at its surroundings from the forest floor. Scared, Nebby knew that it needed to find Ash and Jordan. As pictures flooded its mind, Nebby remembered that it left Ash, Pikachu, Jordan and Meeko on the beach before squealing happily. "Should we've told them that Nebby's not…..?" Jordan started to ask Ash.
"They'll figure it out at some point." said Ash.
"Should I make a call to their boss about the current situation?" she asked.
"Do it as a precaution. You never know what could happen." he replied, knowing full well who she was talking about when suddenly Nebby teleported into Ash's arms. "Nebby!"
"Where have you been, little cute one?" asked Jordan, rubbing Nebby's head.
"Thank goodness!" said Ash. "We were so worried that you wouldn't come back!"
"Pika! Lucar!" said Pikachu and Meeko. Nebby babbles to Ash and Jordan before falling asleep in the former's arms. "I know you had quite the day." said Ash.
"Pikachu." Pikachu said from Ash's shoulder.
"At least we know that you had fun doing it." said Jordan.
"I found them! Over there!" shouted Kiawe as he spots the siblings.
"Ash! Jordan!" Mallow called out as they looked up.
"Hey! Ash! Jordan! We found you!" said Kiawe as he and the others ran up to them.
"There you are!" said Rotom.
"Where have you been?" asked Kiawe.
"We've been looking for the both of you!" said Mallow.
"Hi, Nebby!" said Lillie when Ash and Jordan shushed her.
"Aww….Nebby's sleeping." said Lana.
"It used Teleport a lot…." Ash explained. "To the top of a huge volcano, under the sea, Oranguru's place, Jigglypuff's place…."
"For the record, I don't ever want to be teleported to the top of Wela Volcano unless it was an emergency." said Jordan.
"Wait, isn't that…." Lillie wondered.
"Right. It's exactly where you guys went." said Ash as Jordan nodded. "Maybe it wanted to go again. You know? It was even able to come back all by itself."
"Wow." said Mallow.
"Bit by bit, Nebby's getting better and better at using Teleport. I'm proud of it." said Rotom.
"We'd better tell Professor Kukui right away!" said Sophocles.
"Yeah. He's probably running all over the forest looking for Ash and Jordan." said Kiawe.
"That's not good." said Ash and Jordan when Nebby got startled and starts fussing.
"It's awake." said Rotom and just then, Nebby starts wailing as it teleports everyone way, causing Rowlet and Charizard to be confused. The kids and Nebby reappeared at the Pokémon school.
"What the…?" said Jordan, quickly looking down before she and the others grab ahold of a turret of the Pokémon school roof.
"Why did we end up here?" asked Kiawe.
"We were thinking about going back to the Pokémon school, weren't we?" asked Lillie.
"Sending us into the classroom would've been better than this!" shouted Ash.
"Okay, who thought we should end up on the school roof and not inside the classroom?!" asked Jordan.
"Not me!" said Meeko.
"Pika!" screamed Pikachu.
"Somebody get us down! Please!" wailed Sophocles as Nebby thought it was funny as it giggled.
"Nebby, it's not funny." said Jordan.
"Put us back in the classroom, Nebby!" screamed Meeko.
