Modern AU. Caleb ages out of the foster system and adopts his brother. He encourages him to befriend others his age so he becomes less dependent on him, but he is still struggling with severe trauma. He signs him up for Summer camp after receiving the suggestion from his next door neighbor, who has a weird daughter he suspects his brother might share a lot in common.
