Midoriya Izuku was tired. Every single day he spent hours training to uphold a legacy he had no interest in fulfilling. He hadn't even been informed of it till he'd already swallowed All Might's hair./span span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"You would think that having a two-hundred-year-old relic chasing after him for the quirk he now owned was something he should be privy to./span span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"Apparently, since All Might claimed he had already disposed of him, it had been deemed unimportant information./span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"That's also where his stupidity came in. It's common knowledge that if you don't find a body, it's a possibility that the person is still up and kicking. Everyone who knew about One for all and All for one failed to take this factor into account. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"Izuku didn't even see the point of the battle. Why should he continue fighting for a cause he has no interest in? Why should he continue a legacy he hadn't signed up for? The only thing he asked for was a quirk, not whatever else came with the package. If possible, Izuku wanted to sprint in the furthest direction just to get away from everyone. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"Not only did he have to deal with the expectations of One for all, but he also had to deal with the peer pressure from his classmates and teachers. His classmates had deemed him the class cinnamon roll, which he thought was hilarious because they couldn't have gotten farther off the mark. It was also hilarious how they expected vast things from him when they weren't even his close friends. Sure, he had held plenty of conversations with his classmates, but only when he approached them first. They never interacted with him first./span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"Izuku also had to deal with Aizawa-sensei breathing up his neck about how he needed to reign his quirk in and cease destroying his bones./span span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"Now, Izuku would really appreciate not having to push through excruciating pain every time he used his quirk, but that's what happened when you were utilizing a quirk that had been cultivated for eight generations. Aizawa-sensei would even know that he had been a late bloomer if he had taken the time out of his day to read Izuku's personal file. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"It wasn't just Aizawa-sensei, either. Even Recovery Girl was becoming sick and tired of his presence in her office. That had become crystal clear to him when she mentioned not healing his broken bones anymore after the sports festival. He believed this statement to be utterly ridiculous considering she was the school nurse and could get fired for refusing the treatment of her patient./span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"Not only that, but she would also go off on a tangent along with All Might about how he needed to get One For All under control in order to become the next Symbol of style="color: black;" Had either of them ever taken the time to stop and consider the idea that he had no interest in becoming the next Symbol of Peace? Sure, Izuku would be the first to admit that in the beginning, he had wanted to become the Symbol of Peace just like All Might. But immediately after meeting the man in person, his ambition had changed drastically./span/span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"From what he'd gathered, All Might was a yellow buffoon who only cared about the legacy of One for All and Izuku becoming the next Symbol of Peace. Not once had he taken into account what Izuku might want to achieve with the quirk instead. Izuku reasoned this was probably because All Might believed it to be preposterous that he would want to do anything but become the second coming of All Might./span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"As time drifted on, Izuku came upon the realization that he didn't like the way pro heroes went about handling situations and that he no longer held any interest in becoming the Symbol of Peace that All Might wanted him to be. Of course, he couldn't bring this up with All Might, since he would just laugh in his face and say something along the lines of, "What a funny joke, Young Midoriya!" or, "With One For All, you can easily become the next Symbol of Peace!" There was also the possibility that All Might would become furious with him and punch him in the face. He would much rather avoid being Texas Smashed in the face if he could./span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"Izuku had also recently begun catching glimpses of the ghosts inside of One For All. The entire process was absolutely exhausting, and after having met with them, he would wake up entirely drained of energy. One time, he had even woken himself up by accidentally using his quirk in his sleep and breaking the window. He had gotten in huge trouble for that mishap./span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"The past users also seemed content in showing him their past memories like watching a movie, so he was also trying to combat that as well. Balancing seven other people's memories and experiences along with your own was extremely tiring. It was also getting repetitive seeing all of them being killed by All For One. /spanspan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"The humorous part about this entire situation was the fact that every single time he saw one of their memories, he never found out why they were all vying after All For One. Not once was this thought clarified. The only thing Izuku saw was the past users going on a mass man hunt to try and kill All For One. To Izuku, it appeared as though the past users had a fixation on trying to kill him to avenge their fallen mentors./span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"Wasn't the whole aspect of being a hero supposed to have nothing to do with revenge? /span/p

As soon as he started questioning heroes about their morals and ideals, he quickly realized the majority were fake. Most of them were only prancing around trying to get the most attention from the media and populace. /spanspan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"It was sickening to him that heroes were more worried about their online presence rather than saving the common man. It was even more disgusting that they would let their own biases seep into who they would save./span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"Izuku carried out some research, only to find that the pro hero Mount Lady rarely saved mutant type citizens, only opting to save those that harbored no distinct physical appearance change from their quirk. It was atrocious the number of heroes that participated in this blatant discrimination. It was even made a hundred times worse with the number of heroes that ended up killing their victims. Izuku found it laughable that the number one and two heroes were responsible for the highest casualty and death rates among the heroes./span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none;"A lot of the time, All Might's victims would die shortly after receiving one of his signature punches. A good number of civilians would also be killed from the blast radius of his punches. /spanspan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"The majority of his punches knocked over buildings in the surrounding area, crushing people that were unfortunately still inside./span/p
