Completely Powerful Guy was confused. He thought it was a nightmare, he thought all of it was a joke. But it was real, and it wasn't a joke. Completely Powerful Guy had no reports about any crime in The Big City, nor any calls for help. Nothing. Not even something very minor like someone's ball getting stuck on top of a building. Completely Powerful Guy had no idea what was going on and became bored about waiting... Which led to him to remember someone who he hated, someone who he despised more than anything in the world, someone who started all of this: Boredom Guy.

At first, Boredom Guy was a typical office worker who hated attention and was something to ignore and move on. Completely Powerful Guy thought the same and didn't care about the guy, until one day. On that day, Sondra was kidnapped by Count'D Ten and Completely Powerful Guy came in to save the day... As in being too afraid to fight back and do anything, which pissed everyone off, even Count'D Ten himself. They thought that all hope was lost, until Boredom Guy came into the scene. When he came in, he began to tell Count'D Ten all about working in an office, made him join meetings, and have a coffee break every once in a while. Completely Powerful Guy thought that Boredom Guy was not helping and told him to get out, but he didn't listen. He just went on and on, hours on end. Everyone, including Completely Powerful Guy, was getting tired by this and thought that the boring guy was wasting their time. That was until something happened which still ticked Completely Powerful Guy to this day. He was woken by Wonderful Boy and was told something shocking: Count'D Ten became so bored by Boredom Guy's ramblings that he was too tired to do anything and was quickly caught and arrested by the police without any trouble. Ever since that day, Boredom Guy is considered a hero by everyone in The Big City and, like usual, he hated the attention he was given. Completely Powerful Guy was confused on why Boredom Guy was like that, and that only hated him even more. Getting tired of the lack of the reports, he decided to go out to The Big City and confront Boredom Guy about it and get the answers he wanted.

Later in The Big City, Completely Powerful Guy was looking around to find Boredom Guy and give him a talk. While doing so, he noticed that no one had looked at him or even payed attention to him, despite his out-of-place appearance. "That's strange..." He told himself, "Usually, everyone would cheer for me, but it appears no one is doing so. Was it something I did?" "More like something you didn't." said another voice. Completely Powerful Guy screamed in fear upon hearing it, but when he looked to see where the voice was he realized that it came from Boredom Guy himself. Remembering his idea of confronting him, he looked at him straight in the eye. "What do you want?" He asked. "I could technically ask the same question." Boredom Guy replied. "I noticed that I'm not getting any reports of crime or any calls for help, and no one seems to notice me anymore..." Completely Powerful Guy told, "Ever since YOU rescued Sandra, instead of me!" "One, it's Sondra." Boredom Guy corrected, "Two, that was because I actually rescued her, unlike you." "But that doesn't answer my question!" Completely Powerful Guy complained, "Tell me! What is going on?" Boredom Guy sighed, "Do you want to know the truth?" Completely Powerful Guy nodded. "...You fell out of favor." Boredom Guy told blandly. Completely Powerful Guy was offended by these words, "FELL OUT OF FAVOR?! How can I, Completely Powerful Guy, fall out of favor?" "Isn't it obvious?" Boredom Guy questioned. "Oh, I get it." Completely Powerful Guy told, "The reason I fell out of favor was because of YOU! If you never saved Sundra, then I would still be popular and praised everywhere!" Boredom Guy shook his head, "Look, I'm not the reason you fell out of favor. Statistically speaking, it was bound to happen." Completely Powerful Guy was now confused, "What do you mean by 'it was bound to happen'?" "What I mean is: You were never a hero in the first place. You were never a crime-fighter. You were not even powerful. All I see is a coward, to put it best according to my reports." Boredom Guy added, "Even if I never saved Sondra, then someone else will. It could be anyone and anything. The military, a maintenance worker, or even that sheep called 'X Agent' I've been hearing about. Regardless, you will still fall out of favor and eventually be forgotten about. If you're so cowardly that a typical office worker could be a better hero... God help you." Boredom Guy then walked away to avoid the attention, leaving Completely Powerful Guy on his own.

Usually, he would never admit of being wrong, but this time he had to admit it. Boredom Guy, despite hating his guts, was actually right about him. He was never a hero, he was never a crime-fighter, he was never powerful. Completely Powerful Guy remained speechless and continued to think about what the boring man had said, until his ego had somehow returned and started to take over. Completely Powerful Guy sniffed, "One day, I'll prove you wrong! One day, I'll prove that I'm not a coward! One day, there will be something so disastrous that you won't be able to help! One day, I'll come back and truly save the day! One day, I will be forever known as 'Completely Powerful Guy'!"

Completely Powerful Guy angrily made his way back to his fort and wait for the day to make his big come back. Little did he know, that day will never arrive...
