Prologue

We start off seeing a boy with black spiky hair and black eyes in a doctor's office really excited to find out his quirk. This boy was known as izuku midoriya and one of the strongest and smartest kids of his age around musutafu.
"Sorry kid, it's not gonna happen." the doctor said
At those words Izuku's world collapsed and everything around him stopped. He was devastated. He wanted to be a hero for so long and yet he was just told his dream was impossible.
On the way home izuku and his mother Inko were silent the whole time, not daring to speak to each other without the fear of izuku breaking down from the sadness.
Once they got home izuku went straight to his room without uttering a word to his mother. When in his room he saw something that was not there when he left it was a letter of some kind.

If you got this then that means it is time for you to unlock what is rightfully yours. I've made a list of what you'll be doing for the next 10 years. It's a training regimen for you to do some chakra control exercises and body training. What is chakra you ask, Chakra is a supernatural substance native to lifeforms on some planets. Due to it being the component to create Chakra Fruit, the Ōtsutsuki Clan travel from planet to planet to absorb all the chakra on them in order to create the fruit to consume. Chakra is created when two more primal energies, known collectively as one's "stamina", are molded together. Physical energy is collected from each of the body's cells and can be increased through training, stimulants, and exercise. Spiritual energy is derived from the mind's consciousness and can be increased through studying, meditation, and experience. These two energies becoming more powerful will in turn make the created chakra more powerful. Chakra is essential to even the most basic jutsu. Through various methods, the most common of which is hand seals, chakra can be controlled and manipulated to create an effect that would not be possible otherwise, such as walking on water, exhaling fire, or creating illusions. Chakra is ordinarily not visible to the unaided eye unless it is highly concentrated or manifested in large amounts. This is rarely seen due to the restrictions of eight specific tenketsu known as the Eight Gates, which limit the amount of chakra an individual can release at a single given time. Now here is what you'll be doing for the next ten years: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, 100 pull-ups, 30 minute meditation, 75 km run, and chakra control. Follow these steps and I'll give you the tools to become an amazing hero.
Izuku could not believe his eyes. He was given the necessary tools to become a hero, but who gave this to him he doesn't know but he'll use this to become the greatest hero.
