Phoenix: And THE TRUE JUSTICE

This is an Alternate story of Sly Cooper series! A vigilante with a help of two friends takes down a group of 5 menaces who had killed his own parents and goes on to bring justice to criminals and help the people who are in need, with a cop who is hot on his trail that follows him everywhere he goes, although two love eachother’s company but have to hide it in order to do their job

1. Prologue

DISCLAIMER: THIS STORY IS BASED OF SLY COOPER SERIES, I DO NOT OWN THE ORIGINAL STORY AS IT BELONGS TO SONY AND SUCKER PUNCH, THE STORY INCLUDES VIOLENCE, OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE, DRUGS AND TRAUMATIZING EVENTS

Chapter 1: Breaking in (Prologue)

In the beautiful quite nights of Paris in France in summer, as streets are filled with emptiness and quite in middle of the night, not much of a commotion and activity going as we see cars driving through town as citizens get up early to work through the night to earn money and support their families financially.

Suddenly we see a male figure in full black clothes with a back and long stick on his back jumping over roofs of buildings, with such amazing skills of parkour as the figure seems to be an expert having great and amazing stamina, as he then approaches a roof that is smaller than the one he was on, as he jumps and lands on the small roof with a roll and continues to run, as he runs up to a wall of a tall building as he opens his hands as the orange lights in his black glove's palm turn green and he attaches to the wall and starts climbing it, until he reaches the roof and as he stumbles upon a long electric wire that connects to another building on other side of the street.

As he pulls out a stick that was hanging on his back and and he extends it as it turns into a cane, as he jumps and hangs onto the wire with the cane as he swings to the other side of the street, as he arrives at the other building he pulls his cane out of the electric wire and makes the cane turn back into a stick, as he sticks it on his back and continues to jump on buildings as he goes to his next destination, until he stops as on a roof's ledge as his appearance finally gets revealed.

An athletic build man that stands 6,1 (185cm) tall and with black boots, clothes with a purple eagle on the chest, covered in black leather and armor, as he is wearing a black mask with goggles with voice module on the inside to hide his voice and identity, as he stands looking at a police department with a Police badge and a sign that says INTERPOL, as suddenly the figure starts to hear a ring in his right ear thats attached to the mask, as he clicks on it and suddenly a loud voice comes on screaming

???: "PHOENIX, PHOENIX DO YOU READ ME!

The figure which seems to be nicknamed Phoenix is suddenly startled by the loud noise as he then says in an angry low tone.

Phoenix: Yeah I hear you loud and... very fucking loud man, don't scream into my earphones again you almost blew my ears

As the man on the radio then says in a worried tone.

???: "Listen Phoenix Im just worried that you might get caught breaking into INTERPOL department, are you sure we need to get the files you need?"

Phoenix: "Yeah I do, I need to get a copy of the Inspector's file on the Las 5 amenazas (The 5 Menaces), so then I get to know where they are and can go after them for revenge.

???: "Are you sure this is a good idea Phoenix? I mean listen, you're breaking into the Main Interpol headquarters in the whole world, where the best officers in the world work in!"

Phoenix: "Listen Gamma I'm the one who's breaking into the department, don't worry man, have you forgotten that I got skill in breaking in without making a single sound?"

Gamma: "It's not that I don't trust you, but I don't think you can get pass Inspector Lopez that easily"

Phoenix chuckles a little as he thought of Inspector Lopez as he then says.

Phoenix: "Don't Worry about here, trust me if she finds me inside, I can think of many ways to escape easily right before her beautiful eyes"

Gamma: " *sigh* just don't get too comfortable with her"

???: "And don't forget me buddy, I'm still at the van waiting for you"

Phoenix: "How can I forget you big man? Keep the engine running Alpha"

Phoenix then pulls out binoculars as he starts to inspect the roof, entrance, windows and Inspector's office as he then asks.

Phoenix: "Gamma have you finally found the department building's schematics?"

Gamma: "I have, it seems there is an entrance through a small vent on the roof but you better watch out as it leads to a big ventilation room with lasers inside but with small ledges."

Phoenix: "Thanks for the heads up!"

Phoenix then proceeds to put his binoculars back in its place as he then takes a few steps back, and then starts to run towards a building that's next to the department as he then jumps as he reaches the ledge of the roof and activates his sticking gloves on the building, as he then starts to climb the wall, as he reaches the roof he starts to climb up the Interpol department's left wall, avoiding the windows to not get caught by the cops in each room, until he finally reaches the roof.

He then finds a vent that Gamma told him about, as he then takes out his stick and extends it into a big one, and smashes the vents enough to open a space for him, but as he enters the vent, instead of jumping right through, he sticks his gloves on the inside of the vent as he goes inside slowly, he goes through until he reaches the big ventilation room, with lots of lasers that if he touches he will get burned and an alarm will go off, he saw how long it is and was lazy enough to go down slowly.

Luckily as his friend Gamma had mentioned, there are small ledges, which made it easier for Phoenix to jump on and avoid lasers, as he started to jump down from one ledge to another doing flips and such, until he lands on the ground floor, and finds an electric power-box thats connected to the lasers, as he destroys it so that the lasers disappear, he then puts his finger on his right earpiece and says.

Phoenix: "Gamma, Ive made through the ventilation room, where is the Inspector's office?

Gamma: " According to the schematics, it seems that Inspector Lopez's office is on the other side of department, take straight line then take a left when you reach the end and another right and then another left, and straight ahead you will find the Inspector's office, be careful Phoenix, there might be some guards who are patrolling the halls, including cameras surveying the building."

Phoenix: "Roger that Gamma."

Phoenix then starts to slowly make his way towards the Inspector's office, as he avoids cameras and guards patrolling by, until he finally reaches the Inspector's room, but before he enters he asks Gamma.

Phoenix: "Gamma there is sure to be some cameras inside Inspector Lopez's room, can you disable them?"

Gamma: "Of course! I can hack them and make em temporarily offline for 1 hour."

Phoenix: "More than enough."

As Gamma hacks the cameras inside Inspector Lopez's room, he enters the office and starts to look around the room, as he finds the safe he is looking for, but then he sees that the Inspector had been trying to gather evidence about him and his gang, as Phoenix chuckles and says

Phoenix: "She likes to put my pictures on the wall... Ok love there is nothing wrong with that, Gamma can you find the safe code?

Gamma: "Let me at-least rewind the tape a little to see Inspector Lopez typing in the code."

It takes Gamma few seconds to find a tape of the Inspector putting the code as he finally found it, as he then says.

Gamma: "I found the code! Its 5433740"

Phoenix then puts in the code in the safe as he opens it and finds a case file of Las 5 Amenazas, as then Phoenix starts looking at the pages and then says.

Phoenix: "Gamma I got the file!"

Gamma: "Good job Phoenix! Now get outta there now!"

Phoenix: "Hold on I need to make a copy first."

Gamma: "What?!"

Phoenix: "A copy!"

Gamma: "Why do you need another copy?! You already got the file, take it and go!"

Phoenix: "Gamma Im not a thief! Second of all we have codes! We don't steal items unless we're returning them to the real owner, we don't steal anything that belongs to normal citizens!"

Gamma: "BUT HOW ARE YOU GONNA MAKE ANOTHER COPY?! WE CANT MAKE ONE SO FAST! WE NEED A PRINTER!"

Phoenix: "Yeah but she has one."

Silence filled the room as Gamma took a breath and then said.

Gamma: "You gotta be fucking-"

We then cut to Phoenix printing few photos of the Las 5 Amenazas patiently, as Phoenix is gently printing the photos, as he finishes printing he puts the pages of the file back in its place and puts it back in the safe and closes it, as he then grabs the copy he made and then says.

Phoenix: "I just printed the photos and I put the case file back, as nobody would even notice not even the Inspector herself."

Gamma: "Good... but for your information, I see that the Inspector herself is waiting for you at her balcony with a gun, as-well as some officers have surrounded the door waiting for you to come out, I told ya you fucking idiot, we'd be caught if you decided to sit in the office longer enough."

Phoenix laughs as he then says.

Phoenix: "On my way Gamma don't worry"

Phoenix then steps out into the balcony as suddenly a gun chamber clicks off, as a woman with a Spanish accent says.

???: "Hands up criminal."

Phoenix smiles as he puts his hands up and looks to his side as he sees Inspector Clara Lopez, as she has his gun aimed right behind his head, as he then says calmly.

Phoenix: "Hello Clara."

Clara: "Phoenix."

Phoenix: "Been a longtime, haven't seen you since I give you the slip in Tokyo.

Clara: "Which reminds me, you should be put in jail for killing the Yakuza's boss, and I should also add breaking-in and forging with police evidence"

Phoenix: "Hah, all I did was just print-... hey you know the Glock 20 seems to fit you very well.

Clara: "You think so? This Glock can put 3 bullets in your head with a single push, to finish you off easily."

Phoenix: "So you want to end our little rendezvous like that?"

Clara: "Well plenty of time for that if you do as I say."

Phoenix: "Love to stick around to chat with you, but I just dropped in to say hello and take a copy of your evidence on Las 5 Amenazas."

Clara: "Over my dead body."

Phoenix immediately grabs the stick and knocks off the gun in Clara's hand as he immediately gets off the ledge and starts to go down onto the ground floor, leaving Clara stunned, as she immediately called for backup and informed the headquarters of Phoenix's position as she picked up her gun and started firing at Phoenix but shes "Missing" him all the time, as for Phoenix he is holding his stick as he starts to make a run for it, as he then reaches the van his friends are staying in, as he finally gets in the back of the van he then screams.

Phoenix: "ALPHA NOW!"

As Alpha starts to kicks on the gas and starts driving away as fast he could, giving Interpol no chance of following them, as for Clara, she watched them go away while standing on the balcony as he screams.

Clara: Fuck! I'll get you Phoenix!

As then... the Van disappears into the dark.
