Chapter Three - The Death of Marge:

In a quiet home in Stroud, Gloucestershire, England lives an unpleasant woman by the name of Marjorie Eileen Dursley. She was a short round woman with pasty skin and grey hair, and she just so happens to breed dogs. English Bulldogs to be exact. They aren't too aggressive, but all dogs have some aggression within. This fact shall be her downfall.

Mooney crept up to Marjorie's door at around two in the afternoon to 'enquire about a dog.'

"Come in, come in," said Marjorie as she opened the door.

Remus smiled and politely let her lead him to the dogs.

"I heard you were one of the top breeders in Gloucestershire."

"I am," Marjorie confirmed and Remus smiled.

"Excellent! I was looking to get a dog after I lost my wife recently."

Marjorie smiled, "I'm sorry to hear about your loss."

"Thank you," Remus said solemnly. As Remus leaned down to look at the dogs, he used an untraceable compultion spell for the dogs to attack Marjorie when it hits midnight.

Remus gets back up and says, "I will need to think about if I'd like to use your services. I will be back in a week."

Marjorie wasn't happy, but she smiled regardless and led Remus out of her home.

Later that night, as Marjorie slept, the clock struck twelve, and her dogs suddenly felt the need to attack.

She never saw it coming, but the last thing she saw was her sweet bulldogs tearing the flesh from her skin in an animalistic frenzy. And then Marjorie Eileen Dursley was no more.

No one noticed the death of Marjorie for three entire days, and they only noticed because she had an appointment with a client that day. The police were called, and an investigation was launched into why the bulldogs attacked. It was quickly discovered that Marjorie had a habit of abusing the poor dogs and removing their young way too early. The dogs were sent off to a shelter, where a woman adopted all of them and took good care of the sweethearts. They were a little bit traumatised, but the woman helped them recover. The only issued remained that Marjorie's only living relatives needed to be informed and her funeral required planning.

(Time Skip)

The clock read 04:48 on Tuesday 10 November 1981 and there is a knock on the front door of Number Four Privet Drive. Lily woke up first, so she applied her glamour and put on a robe to answer the door. It turned out to be two police officers; one was mildly short with blond hair and blue eyes; the other was taller with brown hair and brown eyes.

"Mrs Dursley?" said the one with the blond hair.

Lily was a bit caught off guard, but she answered in the positive anyways.

"I am Officer Smith, and this is Officer Holt," said the brunet, "May we come in and talk to you and your husband? We have some bad news for both of you."

Lily let the officers in and led them into the living room to sit down, then went to get James, and the children after applying their glamours to look like Vernon and Dudley. After setting the children down on a play mat in the living room, Lily went into the kitchen and prepared some tea for everyone to drink while they talked. She gave the officers and James their tea, sat down on her chair and indicated to the officers that she was listening.

"Well, Mr and Mrs Dursley, we have some unfortunate news about your sister and sister-in-law, Marjorie Eileen Dursley. She has passed away yesterday morning around 00:34 and we are here to inform you about her passing," stated Officer Holt.

James and Lily had to keep from smiling, instead, they acted shocked by the news of a member of their family being dead.

James gapped and asked, "How did she die, if I may ask?"

"She was mauled to death by her dogs. We do not yet know what caused them to act the way that they did. It is very unusual for English Bulldogs to act aggressive," answered Officer Smith with a sombre face.

"Thank you for informing us of this tragedy in the family," Lily smiled sadly, "we will need to plan her wake and funeral. We will have to plan it soon so that we can invite her friends."

"Of course, ma'am," said Officer Holt respectfully.

Lily got up to show the officers out and thanked them again at the door.

James walked up to her and whispered, "Now we don't need to worry about any muggles harming our child or lord."

Lily just smiled.
