It was a month after the USO ended and Chloe decided to stay behind to be with Chicago. She still had two weeks left until she started vet school. The Bellas left two days after Beca's performance, but Beca left the day after her performance. The girls wanted to take Beca to the airport, but the short brunette wanted to say her goodbyes at the hotel. Each goodbye was full of tears and promises to keep in touch.

Chloe thought about that day often because something just didn't sit right with her that day. Beca was her best friend beside Aubrey. The two had lived together for years and even shared the same bed for the last three years, but their goodbye was quick. Something was different in the way Beca hugged her goodbye, and it was too quick if Chloe was being honest with herself. It felt like Beca was treating her as an acquaintance rather than her best friend.

It seems like all the other Bellas had a more personal goodbye with their short DJ but her, and it bothered Chloe to no end. But she wanted to see where this relationship was going with Chicago, so she didn't dwell on it too much. She texted the brunette every other day to see how she was doing, and she rarely got responses back. The responses she did get were one-word responses, or a message explaining how Beca was too busy to hold a conversation.

This went on for two weeks before eventually Chloe gave up for now and told herself that she would reach out more when she got back to the States. For now, though, she was trying to enjoy her time with Chicago. The redhead did enjoy his company a lot and she was having a great time. He took some time off to spend with her and they went everywhere.

With one week left before Chloe left Chicago took her to Greece at an all-inclusive resort. They enjoyed their time strolling Athens and visiting the historic buildings. It was the last day before Chloe was going to leave for the States to get ready for school. The view from their room overlooked the ocean Chloe was never going to get tired of seeing it.

Chloe had decided to walk around on her last day just to take in the views one last time. "Chloe?" somebody said in the distance and Chloe was looking around to see who said it. "Chloe!" the person said again and when Chloe turned, she found the voice. To say she was shocked was an understatement, as she watched Beca coming towards her.

"Beca what are you doing here, and how did you find me?" Chloe was asking the girl who now was standing in front of her. "We are still sharing our location on find friend, so I came to where you were. As to why I'm here, I realized I left something behind." Beca replied and before Chloe could push any further Beca smashed her lips together with Chloe's. She was about to pull away when Chloe chased after her lisps and deepened the kiss trying to bring the shorter girl closer to her.

The two girls were making out in the middle of the sidewalk but neither one of them cared. Beca wasn't liking how Chloe was taking charge, so she decided to back the redhead up against something. Soon Beca realized that she backed Chloe into a brick wall of another building. Beca pressed further into Chloe as their kiss was getting heated. Beca slid her tongue over Chloe's bottom lip and was granted access. Beca could hear the moan Chloe let out when their tongues met.

Finally, air became an issue, and the two girls broke apart. They rested their foreheads against each other then Beca finally spoke. "I must get going now, but I just needed to do that. I needed to let you know that I have been in love with you for years. Now enjoy the last bit of your vacation with Chicago and I'll see you later." Suddenly a plane was hovering over the water as Beca made her way to it.

"Beca, don't go please." Chloe shouted at the smaller woman.

"Beca."

"BECA!"
