Reggie never had a place to call home,he had a house, but it was cold in every sense - the fights that seemed endless, the feeling of never being enough for his parents, he got used to that cold, and as a consequence, his heart grew cold too, until one day two special boys entered his life: Alex and Luke.
At first he had been scared that he wouldn't be enough for them or for the band, scared that if he gave them the chance to really know him, they would confirm the words of his parents - that he was useless and unlovable. But time proved him wrong, Alex and Luke loved him, and he loved them.
Everything is looking as good as it could be for the band; the found a really good guitarist and in some weeks they were going to play at the Orpheum (the Orpheum for god sake, it was Reggie's dream since he was 4) but Alex and Luke were going through a lot of things.
Luke escaped from his home because his parents couldn't accept that he was going to dedicate to music, Reggie could see that he misses his parents, it was kind obvious since he always writes when he is upset, that is how Unsaid Emily was created, the song was good but he was worried about his friend, Alex and him know that sometimes Luke goes back to his house just to watch his mom, he always tells him that it isn't healthy that he should talk to her but he never listens.
Alex's anxiety got worse after coming out to his parents, they didn't kick him out, but whenever he was at home, they tried to convinced him that being gay is a illness and that he should go to conversion therapy, that is why he moved with Luke to the garage,he is always moody and freaks out when something change, he tries to hide it pretend that he is okay but he isn't very good at doing it.
Reggie doesn't know how to help, he is doing his best trying to keep their minds busy with jokes and just trying to be happy around them, but this is eating him alive; every day he feels worse, and every day his parents' fights seem louder,he can't tell this to the boys, he thinks that they are going through enough and if he talks to them he would become a burder but everything is going to be alright he never needed anyone.
