Here is some information regarding the story.
1. This is an alternate timeline from Tales of Demiyah Oliver, based on what could have been.
2. Not canon regarding the Psycho Path comics.
3. The age of the Dino Thunder Rangers are different. Conner, Ethan, Kira and Krista are 14 during Dino Thunder. Tiernan and Trent are 11 during Dino Thunder. Demiyah, Denki and Takuya are 7 during Dino Thunder, Tyson is 10 during Dino Thunder and Tommy and Kimberly are 27 during Dino Thunder.
4. Lighting Cruiser is with the Dino Thunder team during their active days.
5. Demiyah meets Leon and Hop in a different way.
6. Takuya is the one turned evil instead of Demiyah.

You know the tales of Demiyah Oliver: Princess of the Moon and hero extraordinaire. But what if things were different? As Sailor Pluto points out, there are many different realities and timelines. What if things were different? What if Caroline was caught before she get Demiyah to take the illegal mutant cure when she was 5? What if Psycho Red and Psycho Yellow were different people?
This is the story of the Psycho Revelation.
We see a man by the name of Albert McKnight watching footage of the Dino Thunder Rangers in their civilian forms and their Ranger forms. In particular he's glaring at the image of Conner: the Red Dino Thunder Ranger and his former nephew.
He's snapped out of his thought by a door opening. A scientist appears and nods at him
"It's ready sir." The scientist says.
McKnight grins.
After the Cyborg Ranger incident of 2000 he was stripped of his military rank, dishonorably discharged and forced to pay fines. He was later arrested for forcing the Dino Thunder Rangers to reveal their identites earlier this year in 2006.
Thankfully for him Admiral Birdie of SPD had him released in secret. Unfortunately for Birdie he was caught trying to illegally arrest the A-Squad SPD Rangers not long after that.
This left Albert to try and figure out how to get revenge on the Rangers for costing him everything. Eventually he was given a golden opportunity in the form of the Psycho Rangers.
You see in this reality the Psycho Rangers haven't been saved from the mind control yet and he had access to the data cards they had returned to thanks to Caroline not being able to give Demiyah the illegal mutant cure and giving him the idea to use them against the Rangers.
Now all he had to was bring them back using the Digital Reanimation machine.
After placing the data cards into the machine the lights begins to glow and when the machine is done standing before them are the six Psycho Rangers. Psycho Red, Psycho Blue, Psycho Yellow, Psycho Black, Psycho Pink and Psycho Green.
"Where are we?" Psycho Black asks while rest of the Psycho Rangers look confused.
"You are in my laboratory, we have a common goal in mind. We all want the Power Rangers gone, I have the technology to help you. All I want in exchange is Demiyah Oliver left mostly alive." Albert says, showing them a picture of Demiyah Oliver as she looks currently.
Albert wanted Demiyah Oliver as a weapon because Diomedes showed him the future and he saw how powerful Demiyah was. So he thinks if he gets control of Demiyah then Diomedes would give him a position of power in his kingdom.
The Psycho Rangers huddle together for a few moments before looking at him.
"Alright, we're in." Psycho Green says.
Two days later we see the Dino Thunder Rangers at Reefside Park, celebrating the 2nd anniversary of Mesogog's defeat. Conner, Takuya and Tyson are playing soccer, with Rocky joining in. Krista, Trent, Tiernan and Denki are playing volley ball. Kira and Demiyah are on the swings and Tommy and Kimberly were cooking food on the grills.
Things were going well, at least until the screams of panic were heard.
"That doesn't sound good." Tiernan says.
"Come on, lets check it out." Tommy says.
When the group arrives at where the screaming is coming from Tommy, Kimberly and Rocky immediately pale.
"No..." Tommy says, recognizing the evil Rangers based on what Andros and Leo told them.
The Psycho Rangers then turn to the group.
"Dr.O, who are they?" Conner asks, prompting the Psycho Rangers to look at them.
"We're the Psycho Rangers." Psycho Red says.
"We're stronger than you." Psycho Black says.
"Smarter than you." Psycho Blue says.
"Faster than you." Psycho Yellow says.
"Better than you." Psycho Green says.
"But we're evil!" Psycho Pink says.
The Psycho Rangers then attack their chosen targets. Red went Conner and Tommy, Pink went after Kimberly, Blue went after Ethan and Rocky, Yellow went after Kira, Tiernan and Trent, Green went after Takuya, Tyson, Denki and Krista, leaving Black to face Demiyah solo.
The Psycho Rangers knew Demiyah had a greater connection to the grid due to her Dino Gem, so they sent their best fighter to deal with her. All of the Dino Thunder Ranger morph, Rocky morphs into the Blue Zeo Ranger. Demiyah is the only one who doesn't morph.
Demiyah and Psycho Black are trading blows and the occasional snarky quip.
Eventually, Demiyah kicks Psycho Black in the gut hard enough to give her enough time to morph. Only thing was she didn't morph into Dino Thunder Pink like the Psycho Rangers thought she would.
"Strato Force Charge! Grid Unison!" Demiyah says, morphing into Stratoforce Pink.
This causes everyone to stop fighting and just stare at her.
Kimberly looks at Tommy.
"Did our daughter just morph into a Ranger we've never seen before?" Kimberly asks, causing Psycho's Red and Pink to look at them.
"Did you two not know about this?" Asks Psycho Red.
"No." Tommy and Kimberly say at once.
"I've never seen that Ranger before in any of the archives." Psycho Pink says with a confused tone of voice.
Psycho Black on the other hand was more freaked out.
"WHAT DID SHE JUST DO?"
Psycho Green just stares for a moment, staring at Demiyah. Remembering an old love.
Before Psycho Green can even snap out of it all the Psycho's are on the ground in a pile and Demiyah pulls out the Crescent Moon Wand.
"Moon Healing Activation!" Demiyah says, tapping into the power of her Dino Soul and the Silver Crystal.
The energy bathed the Psycho Rangers in pink and white light, knocking them out and causing their morphed forms to glitch temporarily.
The rest of the Dino Thunder Rangers look at Demiyah.
"Why did you use Moon Healing Activation on them?" Krista asks the Pink Ranger.
Demiyah then turns to the other Dino Thunder Rangers with a grim look on her face.
"I sensed mind control on them while we were fighting them. I just undid what what Dark Specter did to them."
That makes the Dino Rangers look sympathetic, especially Takuya.
Tommy then speaks up.
"I'm going to call for an emergency Ranger Council meeting, the other Rangers need to know about this." Tommy says, getting nods from the others.
