After the Titan War, all that Thalia wanted was to get away from America. She had no one outside the mythological world, and the war had cost her a lot. Luke had been a good friend, or he looked like one, now that she could think about him she could see that he was always resented the Gods. When they were running he had always something to say about them, nothing good. She had sacrificed her life for him and he had paid her by trying to kill and use her. Not only him but the hunters had suffered a lot of loses, she just couldn't handle anymore loses, everywhere reminded her of them. So two days after the battle of Manhattan she quit from the Hunters, Phoebe was going to be a good lieutenant, got into a taxi and with the help from the mist went to the closest airport. There she got into the first plane that went away from the country.
As it turns out the fight's destination London, England. Thalia had never been there, but she knew that they speak English.

Another advantage of the destination was that it would take several hours to arrive. That meant that she would have time to rest before she had to start thinking the next thing to do.

There's something Thalia had been keeping a secret for almost everyone, her mother had been a witch as such Thalia has inherited her magical powers. After being revived she expended some of her time at camp, before joining the Hunt, with the Hecate kids. They promised to not tell anybody about her powers while teaching her how to use them, they taught her transformation, charms, potions, and everything that a magical school would have done if the circumstances have been different. But the most important thing they gave her one of the most important possessions she had, her wand (11'', pine and Thunderbird feather).
Knowing that the plane was going to London, Thalia knew where to go, The Leaky Cauldron a magical hotel and the entry of the local magic shopping district Diagon Alley.

When Thalia awoke from her nap the plane was still half-way to London and after having some food she started making a to-do list.
1- Getting money
2- Finding somewhere to stay (Leaky Cauldron)
3- Sending goodbye letter to Annabeth and Percy
4- Shopping: new clothes, magical equipment.
5- Looking into possible schooling magical and no magical (Hogwarts a possibility)

It was short and possibly will be longer at a later date but the important things were there. The rest of the flight was spent listening to some Green Day music, watching a movie or two and sleeping some more. Sleeping being a demigod was like flipping a coin sometimes you got heads and have no dreams and sometimes you got tails and strange dreams, being the second the most usual of the two. Just before landing, she has one of the second, a dream of a boy younger than her with black hair and green eyes being hit by a whale of a man.

As soon as the plane landed, Thalia got into a taxi to Charing Cross and the Leaky Cauldron, where she got a big room with attached bathroom and 3 meals with the little magical money in her possession. She had to pay to the owner in the inn because wizards couldn't be tricked with mist, she had enough for a week.
That night Thalia slept without dreams for the first time that she could remember, in the morning she was awoken by the sun streaming into her room. When she returned to her room after having breakfast, she found an eagle tapping in her window. With a hunting knife in one hand, she opened the window and let the animal come inside, it carried two small packages. As soon as he was free of the objects, the eagle flew out of the room.

One was from Artemis wishing her luck and containing a new bow, nectar, and ambrosia, more surprising was the other package. It was from Zeus and had a golden key with a letter explaining that it was from an account in Gringotts and telling her to take care.

After a trip to the goblin bank, the first point of the list was complete and the second one was written out too. The next step was the more difficult of the list, send goodbye letters to her friends. She decided to leave that for the afternoon and start all the necessary shopping that morning, robes, cauldron, potion ingredients, various books, and a multicompartment trunk was bought before lunchtime.
After lunch, Thalia sat down and started writing letters explaining that with the prophecy fulfilled she didn't need to be in the Hunt, and she wanted to explore the world. No mention of magic was written nor any clue where she was at the moment. Some strong looking eagles took a letter and take off, destination camp half-blood.

Next day was like the previous one, the only difference being the place. After getting out of the pub in no magical London, she asked for directions to the local shopping centre. There, Thalia bought muggle clothes, writing supplies, no way she was going to write with ink and quill in parchment, and various other items.
Even though technology attached monsters and the shops sell lots of it, Thalia though that she could enjoy a couple of afternoons there playing games and watching movies. After all she had suferend in her life, she deserved to spend time like every other kid her age, and monsters were a lot less common in the UK.
A routine was developed, mornings were spent studying magical books, recommend by Lou Ellen and her siblings, and afternoons in the shopping centre. She hadn't decided if she was going to attend a magical or a normal school, so an application letter to Hogwarts was written but not sent yet.

During the next days, Thalia heard kids complaining over the stormy weather in a close place called Surrey. The kids were saying to some others that even though the weatherman had predicted sun it hasn't stopped raining since Monday. In London, the sun had been shining all week, not a cloud in the sky, and being Surrey so close it was strange. It was Sunday that week that Thalia decided to investigate, the day was nice and when she arrived Surrey the sun was in the sky. The trip had been a decision taken that same morning, after a dream displaying a neighbourhood with equal house and a storm brewing above number 4th house. When she arrived, she found herself in the same place that her dream.

The morning continued to be sunny and at midday, she sat down in a park near Privet Drive, where the house in her dream was, she had investigated the whole place until finding the exact house. It was after lunch that the weather started to change, the wind started to blow, even if there wasn't a small breeze that morning. Then clouds started to form, she had heard that morning on the taxi radio that the forecast had predicted a sunny day. She was about to leave and get back tomorrow after dinner time, but she stopped at the first thunders were heard.
Picking her backpack she decided to check 4th Privet Drive before leaving. The rain had started to fall and when she arrived at her destination the storm was at full strength with thunder and lightning, all centred around the house, just as her dream. Carefully taking care of not being seen she went to the back of the house. What she saw through the window made her instantly angry, a fat man was hitting a boy and a woman and an obese boy were watching. The kid was even eating popcorn, like a pig, and seem to be enjoying the whole thing.

Something inside Thalia scream at her to help the boy, she felt like he was important to her, then she remembers the dream she had in the plane. Electricity cracked over her body and with a kick the back door was down.
Just then the fat man stopped to punch the boy, and Thalia could see him clearly for the first time he had black hair and green eyes, he was the kid from her dream. At the same time, the fat kid runs upstairs with his hands in the bottom, looking at her scared. The woman scream, fear in her feature and was quickly hidden behind the fat man, probably her husband.
The whale dropped unceremoniously the boy and advance to her trying to appear threatening while failing completely in Thalia's eyes. She could see fear clearly in his small evil eyes, she opened her spear and saw satisfied how he took a step back.

Thalia was making sure to appear as threatening as possible to the obviously no magical people. With electricity cracking over her body and her spear in hand the whale seems to be terrified of her, while his wife still behind him kept looking out the window.

The man gathered all his courage and said:

- Get out of my house you freak! I will call the police if you don't leave now!

If he had been more intelligent he would have not said that words, as he was clearly not he did. The only thing that those words got was to make her even angrier. The storm intensified, and more electricity surrounded her as she grip her spear thight. She pointed her preferred weapon to the idiot and his wife, a lightning bolt fell in the back garden, swerved to the spear and hit them.
