The other two joined them almost quarter way to the doctor's place. Itachi was going slow for Naruto but once the other two joined them, Genma picked up Naruto they picked up the speed. The doctor showed them to the examining-room, where he did the necessary exams, he didn't like the results. Sasuke's blood pressure was too high, he also showed signs that he was under too much stress and if they are not lower, he can lose the child and maybe even his life. More stress can push his body into seizure or even a heart-attack and his body won't take it. He is too weak. He exited his office where he was going over the exams he had done. He went to the four that were waiting for his diagnosis on the boy, when he entered, they were sitting, he told them the results and left. Itachi was devastated, there was a chance he could lose his baby brother, one of the two people he loves the most in the entire world, the other being his yellow haired otouto who was holding him while he was silently breaking down. They were outside of the examining room where Sasuke was laying. Kisame was standing by a window by the door, Genma was standing next to Naruto with a hand on his shoulder, while the blond was sitting on a chair holding on to his Nii-San, who was sitting next to him.
"Itachi, I know you want to go to him, but he can't handle the stress, let me go first and explain the situation to him first."
Itachi nodded knowing that, was for the best. Naruto stood up, Genma gave him a tight hug before Naruto walked into the examining room. Genma sat down next to Itachi showing silent support while the blond was inside with Sasuke. Itachi was glad that he wasn't alone and appreciate the silent support he had from the other two male.

Once Naruto was inside the room, he noticed that Sasuke was awake, watching his hands that were crossed and laying in front of him.
"Sasuke?"
Hearing his name being called softly Sasuke looked up. His eyes watered up when he saw the blond, knowing he had escaped. Naruto walked over to him and sat next to his bed.
"Sasuke, the doctor said that if you are too stressed you will lose the baby or even your life, but I need to tell you something, things that were hidden from you for your own good or just because you wouldn't have believed them either way. I knew your brother before the massacre, he was my bodyguard, then he became my teacher and last but not least he became my brother. He was a spy in Akatsuki for me. But there is a secret even greater than that, he had hidden it from you and the village so that you can restore the Uchiha name but sadly you turned traitor. The secret was that Itachi had made a deal with Danzo that he would kill his own clan on the condition that you would live, the clan was planning a coup, the Sandaime was planning on negotiating with the clan, but Danzo had his own plan. He went behind the Sandaime's back and had prepare an army big enough to wipe the entire Uchiha clan, a few weeks before he attacked Shisui for his eyes, taking down one of the two opponents that could stop him, the other being Itachi, but because the clan was distrusting of Itachi, and blamed him for Shisui's dead, he consider Itachi no longer a threat. So, Itachi went to Danzo so he could spare you. Those were the terms. The clan elimination at his own hand for your survival."
Sasuke was openly crying, neither heard the door open or close but the next thing they knew was that Itachi was holding Sasuke while he was crying.
"What Naruto said was true. I had torture you with Tsukuyomi so that you can hate me enough that when you were ready you could come and kill me, and thus bringing honor back to the Uchiha name but now everything changed. Naruto has a plan, and should it work, we can finally be some kind of family, the kind that Mom wanted us to be, instead of what we were. I wasn't there for you under the orders of father but now, now, little brother, nothing will keep me away from you. Naruto moved to sit on the bed, so now Sasuke was sitting in the middle of the two. Naruto took one of Sasuke's hands in his, while Itachi had Sasuke's upper body hugged to his body. Sasuke put his head on his big brother's shoulder and cried, as the other two let him try it out and waiting for his reaction to what he was just told, but he fell asleep. So, they let him sleep.

Two days later, Naruto was sitting in Sasuke's room. They were all gathered so they could find out how Sasuke escaped, but more important, how he found the blond hideout. They had given the raven-haired boy time to sleep, and time to process all that had happened since he had left Konoha. The group decided last night that it was better to let Naruto do the talking.
"Sasuke, I know you don't want to talk about it, but we need to know so the others can defend us. How did you escape? And how did you find me?"
At first, they thought he wouldn't say anything but then he opened his mouth and once he started, he couldn't stop, it was like Sasuke was outing all that happened to him by getting the story out. Apparently after the surgery that made it possible for him to conceived, Orochimaru had raped him a few times 'to make sure he was pregnant' he says after wards. At this Kisame had to restrict Itachi, his eyes flashing between the Mangekyou and his normal Sharingan. After a while Naruto just walked over and hit Itachi behind his head.
"Stop it, Nii-San."
Itachi looked at Naruto with an angry expression, while the others looked baffled that someone dared to hit Itachi like that.
"Don't look at me like that. He is bound to attack, so he can get 'his' Uchiha back. When he does, he is yours to do what you want, just make sure that whatever is left over is sealed in a sealing scroll then burned so that no one can resurrect him from the dead."
Itachi finally calmed down when he heard this, as he started to think all that he will do to the snake bastard once he presents himself in front of them. Once things were calmed once more, Naruto had to urge Sasuke to keep going. When he did, he told them he had help. That it was Hozuki Suigetsu that got him out, at the name Kisame perked up, but he didn't say anything. And that it was Uzumaki Karin that had led him to Naruto, at this Naruto perked up.
"Uzumaki?"
"Yeah, apparently you had a clan, even a village where your clan was honor as Konoha does the Uchiha and the Senju."
"I know about this, but I thought they were all killed under the combine force of Kiri, Kumo and Iwa."
"Apparently her family had order to fled during the attack on Uzu, they are some of the few who had received this order."
