"Home, sweet home," Luke sighed happily. "Nothing like coming home to North America after having traveled the world."
He drove down the long road to his house. There was a metallic blue car parked in front of it. He parked his car and got out. He looked in through the car windows of the blue car but no one was in there. He walked up towards the house and saw a woman leaning up against the front door.
"Riley?" He asked.
"Hi, Luke," she said.
"Wow, you look... Wow!" He said.
"Thank you," she said. "You look amazing too."
Her cappuccino brown hair had gotten longer but her dark green eyes looked just like he remembered.
"What are you doing here?" He asked.
"I'm visiting an old friend," she said.
"Friend?" He questioned.
He found his keys and unlocked the door.
"We both know what I would like to say instead," she said.
"Then say it," he said.
"I'm visiting my boyfriend," she sighed. "Or ex boyfriend."
"I didn't want us to break up," he said.
"Neither did I," she said. "Can I come in or do you want me to leave?"
He held out his hand and allowed her to enter. They walked to the living room and sat down on an armchair each. She was clearly nervous and he just sat there and waited for her to start talking.
"My father is a scary man," she finally said.
"I remember," he said.
"He had me in a chokehold. I don't know how he did it but he managed to control my bank account. I couldn't get my money for rent or food or anything unless I broke up with you," she said.
He ran a hand down his face. He had always known her father was the reason for the breakup somehow. He just didn't know how her father had managed to convince her to do it.
"You should have told me," he said.
"It wouldn't have made a difference," she said.
"It would," he said. "I would have taken you in. I would have helped you. I would have been there for you."
"I was scared, Luke," she said.
Tears showed in her eyes. He got up from the chair, squatted down in front of her, and took her hand.
"Riley," he said. "Why are you here?"
"Is it too late?" She asked. "I finally fought my way out of his grip. I changed my last name and moved here to Maryland because I knew you were here. I got a new job and a new bank account. He can't control me anymore."
She squeezed his hand hard.
"Is it too late to start over? Is it too late to ask for a second chance?" She asked.
"No," he answered. "It's never too late."
"Luke," she whispered.
He moved up and kissed her. She wrapped her hands around his neck and held on tight. He lifted her up and carried her into the bedroom. He gently placed her on the bed and took his time undressing her and exploring her body all over again.
"Luke!" She pleaded.
"Easy, Riley. I'm not going anywhere," he said.
He placed himself between her legs and let his tongue out to play. She responded to him just like she used to in the past. She tried pushing up and grinding against him, and he had to hold her down by grabbing on to her thighs. It didn't take many minutes before she arched her back and cried out. He kissed his way up her body, ending his path with a kiss on her lips.
"I missed you, Luke" she said.
"I missed you too, Riley," he said.
"Don't make me wait any longer," she said.
He pushed inside her and kept his movements under control. They rocked together for a few minutes before he slowly started upping the pace. Her walls started caving in and he thrust in deeper. She arched her back again and cried out a second time. He kept thrusting for half a minute longer and then finally let go too. He rolled down next to her and pulled her into his arms.
"I didn't want to cum already," he said. "I was trying to hold on longer to get you there again but it was impossible."
"There's plenty of time for another round today," she said.
She raised her head and smiled warmly at him.
"I'm not leaving again," she said.
"You better not. This time around I have more money and I know every airport inside out. I'm gonna find you," he said.
She laughed and gave him a quick kiss.
"I missed you so much," she said.
"Not as much as I missed you," he said.
"We missed each other equally," she chuckled.
"Fair enough," he chuckled too. "I'm just so happy you decided to come find me. Fuck the past and everyone who tried to keep us apart. The future is ours, Riley. No one can take that away from us."
