Present Day

Location: Nal Hutta

Aurora's POV

Once the ship was landed on the surface, my face filled with disgust as we walked out. Alex sighed when he saw my face.

"What now?" He asked in annoyance.

I gestured to the planet's surface and atmosphere. "This is what's what. I forgot how awful this stupid planet is."

Alex sighed. "You are a tough one to please."

I rolled my eyes before looking at Geenine.

"Stay with the ship." I sternly said to her, and she moaned in annoyance.

"We don't care, stay with the ship." Alex replied before we started heading towards town.

As we started walking towards town Alex began to make conversation.

"You know this place is run by the Hutts right?" He asked.

I nodded. "I've been to this place far too many times, it just disgusts me on how much crime has occurred throughout the galaxy."

He sighed. "Ro, look at who you're talking to…we're both war criminals."

I tilted my head side to side. "Technically I'm a former war criminal…you on the other hand…I have no clue what you are."

This time he rolled his eyes, which made me laugh in response, which he in return gave me a shove. We both retained our composure as we walked towards town. We noticed the town was in a little bit of a civil unrest, with Hutt guards attacking citizens by beating them with staffs, to make them return to ignoring the fact that their entire planet was run by a criminal organization. Or in other words, making them return to live in fear. I went to go and help one of the citizens, but I felt a sharp grasp on my upper right arm.

I turned around to see Alex's hand wrapped around it.

"Don't." He began. "You'll draw too much attention to yourself."

I sighed before shrugging off his grasp as we continued to walk through town. Eventually, we stumbled upon a pawn shop that I knew pretty-well. Alex stopped in his tracks.

"What is this place?" He asked in confusion.

I looked at him in disgust. "Every person who goes off grid, knows of this Pawn Shop…it's my backup for if and when Cid goes out of business…which will never happen."

He rolled his eyes at me as we walked in. When we walked in my eyes immediately widened when I saw Pablo, the owner, and his wife both in slight distress and shock.

He immediately perked up when he saw me. "Torch." He smiled. "What can I get for you today?"

I shook my head. "Nothing, this time. I'm in need of information. My colleague and I are looking for a couple of bounty hunters, do you know if they passed through here?"

He nodded and practically shook with fear. "Yes, one of them tried to kill me…that was the blue one, the one with the tattoo tried to give us credits after his buddy tried to kill me, but we denied it. We alerted the Hutt's, and they caught the one with the tattoo, but he got away."

I glanced to Alex who just nodded in agreement. We both wished Pablo and his wife well before we walked out.

"Well that explains why there's so many guards out." He explained once we got outside.

I nodded. "I know, I feel like this whole place is crawling with criminals."

"Including us." He replied.

I sighed as we walked through town, but I stopped in my tracks when I noticed two familiar people standing at the center of it.

"Ro…Aurora, what's wrong?" Alex asked.

I sighed in annoyance as I saw Anakin and Ahsoka standing in the center of town talking.

"You've got to be fucking kidding me." I murmured as I walked towards them.

Once I got in front of them Ahsoka's eyes widened, and Anakin looked at me in confusion.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" We both asked at the same time.

"What am I doing here? What are you doing here?" We both asked each other again at the same time.

He put both his hands up. "Time out, what the hell are you doing here?"

I gestured to everything around me. "What do you think I'm doing here? You think I'm here on Royal business? I told you both, I had this covered. Do you not trust me?"

Anakin shook his head. "It's not that I don't trust you, I do, but…"

"But what?" Alex asked.

Anakin pointed at Alex. "Who are you?"

"Who am I?" Alex asked in annoyance. "Who are you?"

"It doesn't matter who he is." I explained pushing Alex aside. "What matters is the fact that we all have the same goal…to kill Rako Hardeen."

"You know his name?" Ahsoka asked.

Alex smirked. "Of course, she knows his name."

"Still don't know who you are." Anakin said in annoyance.

"Alex, this is Anakin, Anakin, this is Alex." I explained. "He's helping me track down Hardeen."

Ahsoka smiled. "Oh my god, is he your boyfriend?"

My eyes practically popped out of my head. "WHAT?" I practically shouted.

"Huh?" Alex asked in confusion.

"Oh my god, is this a date? Is this how you guys do dates? You track down criminals together?" Ahsoka asked practically jumping up and down.

"Why didn't you tell me you had a boyfriend?" Anakin began. "I could've done a background check."

"HE'S NOT MY BOYFRIEND!" I practically screamed.

I took a deep breath before continuing. "First of all, I don't have a boyfriend, second of all, I would never ever let it be him."

"Rude." Alex replied crossing his arms.

I whipped my head around to look him in the eyes. "Shut up."

I immediately turned back to Anakin and Ahsoka. "Now, did you two just get here, or did you find out anything?"

Anakin sighed. "Evidently there's been a plot to kill the Chancellor, and at the center of it are Hardeen, Bane, and Eval. I went into the Saloon, and they told me that there is a ship they are heading out on. We need to find it before they leave if we have any chance of catching them. Thankfully, the owner of the ship scammed them into only giving them enough fuel to get to Orondia. We were headed there now."

I glanced to Alex, and he nodded before we walked past them.

"Where are you two going?" Ahsoka asked.

I turned around with a smirk. "To Orondia, of course, last one there, gets to watch me kill Hardeen!"

Eventually the four of us piloted our respected ships to Orondia, and once we were flying both ships over the planet's surface, we got our eyes on the fuel station. While we were flying over the fuel station, I looked out the window at one of the ships closing the ramp to get on.

"Cad Bane." I said with a sigh as I saw the man getting in.

"How can you tell?" Alex replied.

I rolled my eyes. "Who else dresses like that moron?"

He nodded. "Fair enough."

As soon as Bane's ship took off, we followed Anakin's ship, who was closely following Bane. Eventually, I noticed Anakin jump out of the bowel of the ship and onto Bane's ship.

"Is he insane?" Alex asked.

I sighed. "You get used to it after a while."

Eventually I saw Bane get out of the ship and while the two were engaging in a fight, I stood up from my seat.

"Where're you going?" Alex asked, keeping his focus on piloting the ship.

"To save Anakin's ass…like always." I explained.

Once I climbed onto Bane's ship, I activated one of my blasters, and began firing at him.

"Not you too!" He began.

As Anakin and I continued to fight off Bane, I noticed that the three ships were having difficulty piloting through the terrain, which unfortunately lead to all three ships crashing…to some degree. Anakin, Bane, and I were all thrown off the top of the ship and onto the ground. I immediately recovered and stood up. I grabbed both blasters and had them aimed and ready to go, as there was quite a bit of dust around us. I slowly started walking toward Bane's ship when I felt something sharp pierce through the left side of my abdomen. I gasped in shock and just as I was about to scream, I felt a hand cover my mouth.

"Because you took the Holocron from me." Bane's voice whispered as I collapsed to the ground. I then heard him say. "One down, one to go" before walking away from me.

As I slowly felt myself starting to die, I felt like I began to hallucinate. The reason? Well, I saw Rako Hardeen kneeling next to me saying:

'Aurora, it's me, you're going to be alright. Don't follow me, I'll be fine.'

Honestly, I'm so confused. Then just before I blacked out, I heard Alex's voice calling for me, and then everything went black.

Eventually, I felt myself slowly start to come back into consciousness. My eyes slowly opened and realized I was in an all-white room. I immediately sat up and started to breath heavy.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, easy Ro. You're alright, everything's alright." Alex explained as he sat down on the bed I was in and put his hands on my shoulders.

"Where's Anakin?" I ask breathlessly.

"He's fine, he's meeting with the green guy." Alex explained.

"Yoda…wait, does that mean we're on Coruscant." I asked in confusion.

Alex nodded. "I found you when you were bleeding out. Thankfully, your body temporarily heeled itself long enough for me to get you back here. The infirmary they have here is quite impressive."

I nodded. "It is impressive as much as it is annoying. Where's Hardeen?"

Alex sighed. "He got away with Bane…why?"

I shook my head. "Something weird happened before I blacked out…Hardeen said to me 'Aurora, it's me, you're going to be alright. Don't follow me, I'll be fine.' It sounded so familiar…I feel like…"

"You feel like what?" Alex asked in confusion.

"I feel like Obi-Wan is somehow alive, and is either working for, or working with Hardeen…I can't explain the feeling I have, but I know it sounds crazy." I explained.

Alex sighed. "Honestly, I've seen weirder shit today."

I laughed. "You and me both."

"I got worried about you." Alex explained. "I thought you were going to die."

"It's hard to kill me." I explained.

I sighed. "It takes a lot more to kill me."

He sighed. "For the first time in a long time, I thought about killing them…all of them, if you were dead…what they did to you and Anakin made me want to kill all of them…they remind me of what you and I use to be like."

I nodded. "Agreed. Where's Anakin and Ahsoka?"

"They went to Naboo, something about protecting the Chancellor." He explained.

I nodded before I slowly started to get out of bed. "Good, let's meet them there."

Alex immediately stood up. "No, you are not getting up out of bed…you were stabbed, you need to heel."

I shook my head. "Don't baby me…I'm fine…and if you try to baby me, I will stab both of your eyes out. Now move, or you will be moved."

Alex took a step back as I ripped the IV from my arm.

I sighed. "Ready?"

"Let's go kill that son of a bitch." Alex said with a smirk making me smirk in response.

And for the first time in a long time, both Alex and I were going to like murdering people…which is something I never thought I'd say.
