Clyde, Tolkien, and Stan accompanied Leo and Jimmy to the Hephaestus cabin, while Kenny, Butters, and the girls went with Will and Nico. That meant Kyle was stuck in a group with Tweek, Craig, and Cartman.
"Alright, so over here we've got our volleyball court and some of our strawberry fields." Annabeth gestured to their right. "The satyrs and nymphs at camp grow them so that we can front as a berry farm. Less suspicious to the mortals. They can't get in of course, but it's useful for city zoning."
"I'm zoning out of this conversation." Cartman complained.
Annabeth ignored him and continued walking.
"Up here is the amphitheatre, we have campfire sing-a-longs and marshmallow roasts every week."
"Sing-a-longs? That's gay." Cartman muttered.
"Shut up fatass, you sing all the time!" Kyle turned on him.
Annabeth wheeled around. "You can't speak like that here." Her eyes were darting between the two of them, which seemed unfair. Cartman was clearly the problem.
"It's okay." Craig said. "Cartman's always like that."
"It's not okay!" Annabeth said. "If you can't respect other campers then you won't be allowed to stay. We don't accept bigotry here."
"I'm s-sorry, I didn't m-mean it." Cartman sniffled. "I'll talk more kindly to others from now on, I p-promise."
Annabeth didn't seem fooled by his apology, but let it slide.
They continued in a loop around the camp, Cartman making snide remarks under his breath whenever Annabeth couldn't hear. They passed the climbing wall, canoe lake, dining pavilion, pegasus stables, archery range and combat arena, forge, armory, and stopped right in the middle of camp in front of a collection of mismatched but impressive cabins in an Omega formation, surrounding a central hearth fire. There were campers all around them, polishing shields, chatting excitedly, tending the fire, and running back and forth between the different cabins with armfulls of supplies.
"These are the cabins you'll sleep in. There's one for each of the gods, so you'll stay with your other siblings once we know who your godly parent is." Annabeth said. "In the meantime, the Hermes cabin will take you in." She indicated one of the more normal looking cabins, made simply of logs.
"Oh joy." Craig said.
He didn't seem to be excited, or surprised, about anything that had happened so far, but it was hard to tell with Craig.
"You seem to be taking this well." Annabeth noted, as if reading Kyle's mind. Of course, next to Tweek who was shaking uncontrollably, Craig could have been a rock.
"I am losing my mind." Craig said calmly.
Annabeth opened her mouth again, likely to reassure him, when a bunch of campers gasped loudly nearby. Kyle hadn't even noticed, but one of the other groups had joined them in the green and were standing at a dark cabin a few meters away. Above the crowd a black hologram that looked like a stick figure with raised arms and a T-cross in the middle floated in the air. When the other campers backed away, Kenny was standing alone underneath it, looking worried. Two of the counsellors from earlier, Will and Nico, exchange concerned glances.
There was obvious unease around them, but several of the campers got to their knees as Will announced, "Kenny McCormick, son of Hades."
