(At the RCPD)
Place a blueprint of the yacht on the table, for everyone to see.
Martin: "Let's go over the plan again, Eclipsa, Snivy and Charizard will enter onto the yacht; Francisco and Goodra here will be on board for maintenance; Lapras and Leo will be on lookout. Meanwhile I will be leading an Elite team to storm the warehouse."
Francisco: "And what are they going to do."
Grace: "Eva and I got a fight club to inspect."
Meanwhile, in a different room, Eclipse wraps some bandages around Charizard's wing to hide his tattoo. Charizard growls at her for making it too tight.
Eclipsa: "I'm sorry, but this has to look legit, I don't know what would happen if someone sees that. I mean we're in enough trouble as it is."
"Charizard"
Eclipsa: "I know that you can understand me, but since you're not my Pokémon, I won't be able to understand you back."
Charizard then naps his fingers, igniting a small flame. "Charizard"
Eclipsa: "Ok, if you see the device or anything else suspicious, do that and I'll go to you."
"Char," he shakes his head in agreement with her. Martin walks in to check on them.
Martin: "Are you 3 ready? Goodra and Francisco already left."
"Snivy," she said while nodding. Charizard nodded as well.
Eclipsa: "Yes we are, but I have to ask, why are you suddenly ok with me being involved?"
Martin: "I'll let you know later. Right now, we need to focus."
(On the Yacht)
As the yacht neared the harbor, several speedboats approached from the side. A Grenninja climbed aboard with the beacon strapped around his neck.
The speedboat leaves immediately and the Grenninja sneaks his way down to the engine room.
A Dragonite with a toolbox was checking on the engines when the Greninja used Night Slash, which the Dragonite blocked with the toolbox. The toolbox split in half, but then the Greninja used Lick, paralyzing the Dragonite.
Grenninja drags Dragonite to the side and continues on. He then sets the beacon down and turns it on, a button glows blue signaling that it is ready.
(At the harbor)
The yacht docks in, and bridges are set up. The maintenance crew disembarks, while the new crew boards.
On a different bridge, a Greeter people in. Eclipsa gives the Greeter the invitation.
Greeter: "Hi, thanks for coming. What is the Charizard's name?"
Eclipsa: "Oh, name? Yes, his name is…Max."
Greeter: "What happened to his wing?"
Eclipsa: "He was attacked by a Vaporeon."
"Chari?" He said, confused.
Greeter: "A Vaporeon?"
Eclipsa: "Yes. I would rather not go into the details, but you see."
Greeter: "Ooh, I think I understand, you may go."
Eclipsa: "Thank you."
As they walk up the bridge, Charizard bumps his head onto her. Seemingly annoyed by what she said.
Eclipsa: "Sorry, I panicked."
(Fight Club)
Grace and Eva in Sylveon form, gets to the back door of the fight club. Eva's ribbons wrapped round the guards, sedating them.
Grace nodded, readying her gun. Eva slides her ribbons under the door and opens it from the inside.
They enter into the main section with the arena in the middle, going behind the bar, they split up with Eva going down the main hall and Grace going upstairs.
Eva entered the storage room where she was approached by a Garchomp, a Blastoise, and an Arbok.
Blastoise use water gun which Eva blocks with the ribbons and dodge out of the way. Garchomp uses sand attack while Arbok tries to use wrap, the Sylveon dodges them both, using the ribbons to tangle Arbok up.
Eva then use Moonblast against Garchomp, pushing her through several shelves and knocking some vials down.
Blastose then charges at Eva, ready to use Brick Break. The Sylveon covers herself in ribbons, forming a shield, and gets knocked through a wall into the main area and straight through the cage doors of the Arena.
Eva devolves and looks around, seeing that the Arena is made of metal. The artificial gem in the necklace glows blue and she evolves into a Vaporeon.
She uses Rain Dance while making a run towards the arena gate, she locks the gate and runs around the arena using Rain Dance several more times. The puddle of water forms in the arena.
Blastoise uses Water Gun trying to get her, the gem then starts glowing yellow ceasing the Vaporeon to devolve and evolve again into a Jolteon. As she puts her paws in the water and bites onto the metal cage, she uses Discharge, paralyzing the Blastoise.
Meanwhile, Grace begins searching every room. She finds a man using a money counter and is with a briefcase full of cash.
Grace: "Stop what you are doing and keep your hands where I can see them."
The sound of a gun clicks behind her.
Person 2: "You put your gun down first."
Grace: "I need to see your boss."
Person 1: "What for?"
Grace: "I work for the Pokémon Inspection Agency; I can help you guys legalize Pokémon battles."
The person behind her lowered his gun in curiosity, giving her the chance to take his gun and knock him out.
Grace: "Now I have 2 guns, tell me where your boss is, now."
Person 1: "He's outside, waiting for us."
Grace then handcuffs both men to an exposed pipe in the wall. Putting the other gun in her pocket and raising her own gun back up, she makes her way back outside.
She finds a limo running in a nearby parking lot, she gets around the vehicle to the driver's window to realize that it's empty. Suddenly she notices the gang boss in the mirror.
She turns to face him knocking each other's gun out of their hands. He grabbed her by the hair only for her to lean forward and flip him onto his back.
He crawled for his weapon, which she kicked away from him; all the while, he pulled her down and gets up himself.
Both pulled out knives and started swinging and dodging each other. Eventually, they ended up holding knives at each other's throats in a stalemate.
Gang boss: "Why are you here?"
Grace: "I want to know who gave you the Lugia."
Gang boss: "I can't discuss that."
Grace: "If you do kill me, RCPD will be all over you and your illegal fight club. But if you tell me who hired you, I can promise your sentence will be less severe."
Gang boss: "It'll be so easy just to kill you right…"
"Jolteon!" The man turns to see Eva charging up for the attack.
Grace: "How would you get past her then?"
Seeing the Jolteon, the man lowered his weapon and allowed himself to be arrested.
Grace: "I'll take these guys back to the PD, you go down to the harbor and help the others."
"Jolteon" Eva said before running off.
(On the Yacht)
As the yacht leaves the harbor, Max the Charizard and Eclipsa wander around. Snivy sneaks around looking for the beacon.
Meanwhile, Francisco and Goodra are in the engine room looking for the beacon as well. Goodra yells for Francisco since they found Dragonite's body.
Francisco calls on the radio.
Francisco: "We found a Dragonite, it looks dead I think."
Goodra checked the Dragonite's pulse and then sighed with relief; the Dragonite was only paralyzed.
Eclipsa: "What type of Pokémon can do that, has to be like a Gengar, or a Seviper, Dachsbun…"
Charizard, while listening in through the radio, looked outside and saw that there was a speedboat going by the side. With the snap of his claws, he lit up a small flame to get Eclipsa's attention.
Seeing the Greninja go into the speedboat in a rush, Max decided not to hesitate and ran down the hall to get to the speedboat.
Eclipsa gets to where he was only to find Max jumping onto the speedboat.
(At the warehouse)
Meanwhile Martin's team storms the warehouse to find that it was empty except for the cryogenic Lugia.
However, the cryo chamber has already begun the awakening process, and the Lugia inside opens its eyes to see the team there. Darting its eyes like it's putting a target on everyone there.
The glass door opens and a fog forms around the chamber. As the Lugia crawls out, he uses Roar startling everyone around.
Even though Lugia is quite intimidating, he was in a calm state. Back at the yacht, the beacon with a timer on it goes off and the beacon starts a humming sound.
As Lugia feels a sharp pain in his head, he accidentally uses Hyper Beam at a random direction and destroy multiple pillars in the warehouse.
Martin: "EVERYONE OUT NOW!"
Parts of the warehouse begin collapsing on itself while some of the members start shooting tranquilizers at the Lugia, which he uses Steel Wing in defense.
Lugia then uses Gust weakening the infrastructure even more; as part of the roof falls, Ampharos uses Zap Connon saving some of the members from being crushed.
After that, a Feraligatr uses Ice Punch and a Sandslash uses Earthquake. Lugia out of response uses Iron Tail, throwing them into some metal crates, making dents on impact.
Lugia starts flapping his wings and flies away. The building finally succumbs to its weight and collapses completely, killing anyone caught inside.
(The Speedboat)
As the speedboat leaves, Max the Charizard bites his tail to keep his flame above water and grabs onto the boat.
He climbs up and the Greninja notices him. Greninja uses Quick Attack, trying to make the Charizard slip; Charizard uses Heat Wave to burn Greninja.
The driver of the boat reaches down for his gun and Charizard uses Scratch on the man before he could use it. He holds his hand in his shirt, bleeding and screaming.
Greninja uses Water Pulse in an attempt to confuse him, Charizard uses Flame Charge and manages to knock the Greninja overboard.
The driver however tries to choke Charizard with a piece of cloth, which Charizard then uses Flare Blitz.
Charizard throws the man overboard and takes control of the boat. He looks up to see Lugia flying towards the yacht, he sets the speedboat to full speed and quickly makes his way back.
(Back at the yacht)
Meanwhile Francisco and Goodra got to the deck of the ship towards the surveillance systems. One of them knocks and a Bayleef using her vines lets them in.
Captain: "Hello, what is the purpose of your visit?"
Francisco: "We need to check some camera footage, fast!"
Captain: "Why? What happened?"
Francisco: "Everyone on this ship are in danger. Please, let us check."
Captain: "Come, this way."
Francisco: "Thank you."
The captain leads them to the surveillance systems and allows Francisco to operate it. He starts rewinding it quickly, and Goodra points to one of the monitors showing the exact time Greninja claims on board.
As they continue watching, they see Greninja walk into a closet with the device and after 5 minutes walks out without it.
Francisco turns on his radio.
Francisco: "Eclipsa you read me?"
Eclipsa: "Load and clear."
Francisco: "We know where the device is, it's in a closet on like the left side, right behind the stage."
Eclipsa: "Going there now."
As Eclipsa ran to the closet, the yacht shifted, stumbling everyone as a black shadow flew passed by.
Francisco looks out the front window and sees the shadow turning around. Goodra visibly shaking.
Francisco: "Eclipsa you might need to hurry up."
Eclipsa gets to the door, Snivy uses Leaf Blade to break the locked door and there the beacon stood, though despite being small, has a quite loud hum.
As Lugia flies straight towards the ship and prepares to use Shadow Ball, Bayleef turns the wheel to the right and sets the speed up higher.
The ship leans to the left as it takes a sharp turn and only allowing Lugia's Shadow Ball to hit the back of the yacht.
Snivy uses her vines to keep Eclipsa from falling overboard during the turn and the explosion. But the vines snap and she falls over.
Thankfully Lapras swooped down and caught her, Lapras then helps Eclipsa climb onto her shell where Leo is sitting.
Leo: "Are you ok?"
Eclipsa: "Yes I am. Snivy, get us that beacon."
"Snivy" As Snivy uses her vines to lower the beacon to them, Leo radio in to the RCPD, asking for all boats to get here and to evacuate the yacht.
Leo: "Alright, let's get this thing away from here."
As Lapras swims away from the yacht, Lugia immediately rushes after them. Charizard drives the boat next to them.
"Charizard!" He said, gesturing to them to get on. Eclipsa throws the device onto the speedboat and jumps down, then taking control of the boat.
Leo also jumps down and Charizard climbs onto Lapras's shell. Eclipsa speeds up while Lapras slows down.
"Charizard"
"Lapras?"
Charizard shows Lapras his left wing which is covered with scars; Lapras nodded and aligned herself under Lugia.
As Lugia gets lower and is about to use Hyper Beam on the speedboat, Charizard jumps up and bites on Lugia's tail, messing with his flight path.
Lugia uses Hyper Beam upward; the beam itself lights up the night sky, catching the attention of everyone across the city.
Lugia falls into the water and Charizard tries everything in his power to keep his tail above water.
Just then, ice forms around him, allowing him to get on the surface; a Glaceon wearing a necklace sitting before him.
"Charizard." He said, getting up.
Eva just nods, but the ice cracks and they see Lugia swimming underneath. Both of them go after Lugia, with Eva using Ice Shard to create a path for Charizard.
Meanwhile Leo is trying to break the beacon but an electrical shield protects it.
Leo: "Nothings working, I've tried a hammer, smashing it."
Eclipsa: "What if we short circuit the shield?"
Leo: "And how do I do that?"
Eclipsa: "Use the boat's battery."
Leo: "What about the Lugia who's trying to kill us?"
Eclipsa: "He doesn't care about us, he just wants that thing."
Leo goes to the back of the boat and opens the battery compartment. As Lugia swims towards them, Lapras uses Water Pulse as a means to force Lugia above water.
This gives Eva the chance to use Freeze-Dry, encasing Lugia in ice; Charizard also grabs the headset on Lugia and attempts to remove it.
Lugia however uses Earthquake as a way to break the ice and set himself free, but Charizard remains firm.
Charizard uses Ember on the headset, while Lugia uses Hail; clouds form over the harbor, and hail begins to fall.
As Lugia flies in different directions to get Charizard to let go, Eva goes to check on Eclipsa and Leo.
"Glaceon" she said as she got on the speedboat. Meanwhile Lugia and Charizard fall on the beach.
Leo: "Eva, I need your help."
Eva then devolves and evolves into a Jolteon; she bites onto the wires and supercharges the defense mechanism using Wild Charge.
The machine starts sparking and begins malfunctioning; Eva transforms into a Vaporeon and jumps off the boat. Eclipsa and Leo jump off as well, and Lapras carries them away.
Meanwhile, Lugia gets ready to attack Charizard but then the headset malfunctions and Lugia uses Roar as loud as he could.
Charizard runs up to Lugia and uses Fire Punch. Before Lugia can do anything, the remaining members of the Elite start shooting tranquilizers at Lugia, finally making him faint.
The group gathered around Lugia as boats began dropping people off from the yacht.
