Chapter 12: Conflicting Ideals
"Do you see the problem here, Bee?" The Yondaime Raikage asked his brother and right-hand man, Killer Bee, the Hachibi Jinchuriki, his tone firm and neutral but Bee realised the undertones of worry and apprehension underneath.
"No, Brother Ay, I do not. All I understand is that the council is not satisfied with the humiliation dished out to us by Konoha a couple of years ago."
"And there lies the problem, even after the shaky peace treaty we had signed with Konoha, our Shinobi still bear the same hatred, and conflict between our Shinobi and theirs still happens, because of that tensions are rising, and with how strong Konoha has become after the major internal changes, all of us have been on edge, our spies reporting Iwa is preparing for something big and allying itself with Oto is not something we can overlook." Ay looked up at Bee with a grave look on his face, "War is almost upon us, be it in a couple of years or tomorrow, I want you and your team to be ever ready, and do not slack in your training. How far has Yugito been able to control Nibi's Chakra?"
"Her progression is pretty good, and for someone only twelve being able to control two tails in the first version is a feat to be commended on," Bee reported.
"Good, keep her on schedule. By the time the Chunin Exams come along, I want her to be able to access the second version if possible. We need all of our aces up our sleeves as soon as possible." Ay commented. "Bee, tell Darui to implement pre-war commands on our Shinobi, I want us to be ready for anything, and if anyone attacks us, we hit back even harder, and remember our motto, 'Protect our Own', and that is what we live by, make sure to drill in into your team." Ay, stood up facing the windows, "Regardless of our actions, we can either delay the war as much as we can or instigate it and suffer the consequences if we face defeat, we need a distraction great enough to give us the upper hand."
Iwagakure
Onoki had just dismissed the representative from Otogakure, with him exiting the door. Not a moment later, his Granddaughter Kurotsuchi entered, plopping in the nearest available chair near the desk, staring at Onoki with disbelief in her eyes, Onoki did not back down, standing his ground, the two were having a silent conversation.
"What is it that you want Granddaughter, spit it out, or get out."
"Allying with that slimy son-of-a-bitch Orochimaru, are you out of your mind, you have gone senile haven't you gramps."
"Sod it, Kurotsuchi, both of us benefit from this alliance, it will be better if you kept your mouth shut on matters you have no experience in."
"Hah, as if! Orochimaru would rather stab us in the back if it meant saving his skin, and while he may have offered the alliance he hasn't shown us anything interesting to keep the alliance going, 'Might makes Right', and up till now the only decent Shinobi in his military is Orochimaru himself, and no one else," Kurotsuchi argued.
"Enough Kurotsuchi, I am still your Kage, so it's best you keep your opinion to yourself if you don't want yourself excluded from our plans." Onoki threatened and Kurotsuchi's Chakra flared but she kept it under control, she opened her mouth but closed it, gritting her teeth in frustration, getting up from the chair and exiting the room, but she made a last remark before she closed the door.
"The invasion will fail, and Orochimaru will use our Shinobi as a means to an end."
Onoki sighed, "What am I going to do with her, she simply does not understand."
Hidden in the corner was a pure white snake recording the conversation and relaying it to Orochimaru who grinned at the apparent hate that Kurotsuchi had for the alliance that had formed.
"Kukukukuku, very interesting," he chuckled. "It seems that the Fence-Sitter's Granddaughter does not like our alliance. Good. I'll use that to my advantage."
Kirigakure
The Sandaime Mizukage was discussing the situation with the Commander of his Hunter Nin, frustrated with the lack of progress in finding the demon clans that fled Kirigakure a couple of years ago, trying to plan out where to send their Shinobi next to search for the missing-nin, but being unable to decide, the Mizukage dismissed the Commander, and his body became rigid as out from a swirling vortex appeared an orange-masked Shinobi, the one eyehole displaying the feared crimson eye, showing disgust to his surroundings. From a wall on his right, another figure appeared, covered in two venus flytrap extensions, which separated to reveal two halves of the same person. One white and the other half black, their eyes shining with yellow energy as they nodded to the masked figure on their left.
"How do you do Obito-Kun? Oh, shut it, Zetsu, Obito has no time to chat with you, let's get down to business immediately." The black half scolded. "We have located the Jinchuriki of the Ichibi, Nibi, Yonbi, Gobi, Hachibi and the Kyubi, and just like before the Sanbi, Rokubi, and the Nanabi are nowhere to be found, and the two-man team to capture the Biju have also been decided; for Ichibi, Sasori and Deidara have volunteered, for Nibi and Nanabi, Hidan and Kakuzu, for Yonbi and Gobi, Kisame and I will handle it, both the Yonbi and Gobi Jinchuriki are elusive so our (AN: I mean Zetsu does have two half, so I refer in this situation as 'our') skill is necessary for its potential capture, for Hachibi, Orochimaru and his right-hand man Kabuto will complete the capture, so you are left with the Kyubi and we'll decide on who gets to capture which of the remaining hidden Jinchuriki later."
"Good, very good. For now, tell them to prepare and take on any mercenary jobs they find. We'll start capturing the Jinchuriki in two years, and also inform them to find out as much information about this 'Akatsuki' as possible, they're competing with us, though not the same goal, rather being as successful as we are in completing the mercenary quests Omagatoki receives, so try to whittle them down, but killing them is not our priority unless they have a bounty, then they can do whatever they seem fit."
Zetsu left Obito as he sat down on the old Kage's desk, 'Progress is slow but steady, but the many setbacks that we had faced just to reach here were just a hassle and the rewards were few but were worth the wait, the only thing left standing against the Infinite Tsukiyomi is the missing Jinchuriki and the missing Kekkei Genkai clans, they just disappeared off the face of the Earth, hopefully, Zetsu, Sasori and Kakuzu's spy network will reap any significant results. My patience wears thin, and my ambitions are only ever growing. If need be, I'll force the Mizukage to declare war on the neighbouring nations, which will surely force them to come out of hiding to take advantage and try to take back Kirigakure. The Shinobi of Kirigakure, while fewer in numbers, stand out with their natural talent and overall quality, so I have a decent army if I so wish. They'll be able to withstand attacks from multiple nations and more so if the 'Mizukage' employs Omagatoki. All I have left to do is simply wait and see.'
Uzushiogakure
Kushina was going through some documents on her desk, pouring over them. The room she was in was completely sealed, inaccessible to all except her wife Minako, her sister, her niece, the leader of the Uzushiogakure-funded mercenary group Akatsuki and the Commander of Uzu's Anbu. It was the latter who appeared taking a knee, waiting for Kushina to take notice, and that she did, but Kushina had a bit of a funny bone in her, as well as the fact that the Anbu Commander was also someone she trained, it was always fun for her to mess with her.
Letting her stay on her knee for another five minutes, Kushina looked up and acted surprised when she saw her, "Oh, I didn't see you there. What news do you bring me, Omega?"
"It was just as we feared, we have lost contact with Wave country, and our spies report that a multi-billionaire by the name of Gato who owns Gato's Transportation and Cargo company has seized control over the land as he wishes to monopolise the area raking in more profit while leaving the people in poverty. What are your orders?"
"Do nothing, I see this as a perfect opportunity for Naruto-Kun to test out his skills and he will be graduating in a month from the Academy and then another month of D-Ranks. Though I don't see that happening since Naruto is talented, he would probably be sent directly on C-Ranks under the supervision of a couple of Chunin or Jonin, so note down for later that if Wave country does not call out for help or employ Konoha's help, we will secretly do so on their behalf. But just in case things get messy, send out an Anbu squad for a short-term reconnaissance mission, and tell them to make sure that Gato's thugs or mercenaries don't kill any women or children, they are not to be harmed. Other than that they are to stay out of sight and out of mind."
"Hai, Kushina-Sama. But if I may, why are we staying put?"
"Simple, Naruto-Kun will grow up to become the Daimyo of Uzushiogakure and hence will need allies, so if Naruto-Kun is the one to save their whole country, they will be more than willing to ally with us, simply because they owe Naruto for saving them, it is a win-win situation for Uzu and Wave, we get to monopolise the trading routes in the area and they get security and defence from us. You are dismissed Omega." And in the next instant, she was gone leaving Kushina in total silence.
'Oh, how I miss you Naruto-Sama, even after all the times he has visited not once did he take my body for his pleasure, not once, only doing so with the three younger Kunoichis whom he had enslaved in the woods of Konoha. It's not fair!' Konohagakure
Hiruzen and Illumi were deep beneath Konoha, walking through dimly lit tunnels, reaching the end where two Anbu guards let them through nodding their heads in respect as the two passed. When they entered they were met with another Anbu who welcomed them and led them through another passage where he opened a door by knocking in code and closing the door behind them.
They were greeted by the Anbu Commander Kitsune and her two Vice Commanders; Torune now codenamed 006 and Fu codenamed 007, and behind the three were three ex-Root Shinobi in training, Naruto's classmates; Sai, Shin and Hinoko, who looked nervously at the Hokage and his apprentice Illumi, their eyes piercing their very soul, even with the extensive Anbu training, in front of basically two monsters, they couldn't help but show slight fear in their eyes.
"So these are the three who passed the conditions I had given you," The Hokage commented, "Hmmm, their chakra is above average and surprisingly dense, they are on guard but I clearly see a couple of chinks in their armour, but they have done well to not pass out in fear. Congratulations, you three have passed my expectations, I will be placing you three on a team and Kitsune will be your Team Leader, but before I give you three your first mission, answer me. How good of a friend are you to Naruto-Kun?"
The three didn't know what to answer but Hinoko the spokesperson of the group answered, "All of us are good friends with Naruto-Kun,"
"Excellent," Illumi replied, "So your mission is to seduce Naruto-Kun and keep him loyal to Konoha, he is too valuable as an asset to have him desert or betray the village, with him being the Kyubi's Jinchurki and as far as we know the last Uzumaki, it is of the highest importance that Naruto-Kun stays loyal to Konoha and continues his lineage here."
The three were shocked and could do nothing but nod, lowering their heads obediently as they tried to process the order they were given.
"You have a month to complete your mission, fail to do so and you will be punished severely, if you succeed, you'll be wed to Naruto as soon as he turns sixteen, so rejoice, it will be a glorious wedding."
"Hai." The three chorused.
"Continue their training, as well as honing their seduction techniques, I've seen what I need to, so continue their training and remember our deal." Hiruzen aimed the last part at the two Vice Commanders, 006 and 007, before turning and leaving with Illumi in tow.
"Kitsune-Sama forgive us for our impertinence, but is the Hokage serious? We can't seduce a guy whom we have known for the past five years, and Naruto-Kun already has a girlfriend: Ino Yamanaka, and I sincerely doubt she'd appreciate us trying to seduce her boyfriend," Hinoko questioned her superiors.
Kitsune sighed but replied, "Hinoko-Chan, regardless of what the order is or what it might entail, we are Anbu and our strength is needed to keep the village safe and protected from any outside threats, and if the Hokage himself is giving you a mission then it isn't something we can delay, not even for a moment, so complete the mission and hopefully Ino-San won't take it too personally."
"Hai." The three tiredly chorused.

The three were now back in their quarters where Hinoko was trying to make the best out of the situation.
"Sai, Shin, I know that all three of us are unwilling to go through with the mission, but just think of it this way, if we manage to succeed in seducing Naruto-Kun, we at least know that he will be an excellent husband for the three of us and I can only hope that Ino-Chan will not be too upset, so I plan that we complete this as soon as possible and not delay it any longer. My reasoning behind it is that Naruto-Kun and Ino-Chan have not yet copulated so Naruto-Kun's bond with Ino-Chan is not as strong as it could be, so we need to act quickly and decisively, but I need you to help me." Hinoko laid out her plan to her two mission partners, who at first were doubtful but eventually agreed that it would be best if they snatch Naruto up first.
"We are going to go through with the plan by the end of the week or earlier if conditions are favourable, so be on standby for a signal."
Next Week
Over the next week the three planned to isolate Naruto to have the greatest chance of success, and unknown to them, Naruto had caught onto their plan and made it deliberately harder for them to succeed, but soon enough Naruto got tired of the game and let himself be caught by staying back after the Academy finished on the pretence to clean the classroom, which the teachers bought since Naruto did have three of the four of the teachers under his control and soon he planned to have the fourth as well, and the girls seeing the opportunity also volunteered, grateful for the chance in front of them.
But before they could even begin, Naruto locked the door, stood in front of them, his arms folded, his expression giving nothing away and tapped his foot which triggered two very important seals, "So tell me, why are the three of you so keen on getting me alone? I don't want to hear excuses, I want to know the truth." Naruto's piercing violet eyes froze them on the spot, their mind racing to find a way to get out of this situation, but seeing no other way, Hinoko bowed her head and replied," Naruto-Kun, the three of us aren't normal Academy Students, we are wards under the Anbu and were trained by them, and since we are nearing graduating, the Hokage has given us a mission to prove our worth. The mission was to seduce you, to keep you in Konoha so that your lineage continues here and not through a kunoichi or civilian who is not loyal to Konoha and does not have Konoha's best interest at heart. We argued with our superiors but in the end, we had to go through with it. Please, forgive us."
The three girls carefully noted Naruto's reaction, from surprise to annoyance to cold fury. His Killer Intent covered the room, and the girls unable to handle the pressure fell limp on the floor, their bodies violently shaking, on the brink of unconsciousness, but just as Naruto's Killer Intent flared, he reigned it in, placing the girls on the benches in front of him, waiting for them to regain their bearings.
A few minutes later they stirred and opened their eyes, landing on Naruto who was reading an orange book and giggling from time to time, Naruto didn't even notice that they were awake so they thought to notify them, only for them to be ignored, frustrated, they tried again and succeeded as Naruto placed his book down on his lap and didn't say a word. The four remained in awkward silence for a couple more minutes before Naruto broke it, "You know, you are not the first people the Hokage has sent to seduce me, and I doubt you will be the last. I've forgiven the Hokage for doubting my loyalty to Konoha, but to do so a second time, I will not stand for it, so I will give you two choices, either die here or swear loyalty to me, and me alone. I'm giving you ten minutes to decide, but you can answer before that if you like."
The girls were wide-eyed as they never expected Naruto to betray Konoha and force them to choose between loyalty to Konoha or loyalty to him, and to them the answer was simple, they didn't like the way the Hokage wished to impose his will on others, and while Naruto did threaten to kill them, they believed he would be a better leader than the current Hokage ever was, so as one they declared, "We swear our loyalty to you and you alone."
"Good, but as a precaution," Naruto's Chakra chains enveloped the girls, binding them, their Chakra subdued and unresponsive, "I shall have to bind you to my will." Naruto used his 'Sexual Aura' and sent it through his Chains, the effects happening immediately; their eyes glazed, and they stopped struggling against the chains, "Forgive me, but I cannot be compromised in any way, but fear not, you will be extremely useful to me." Naruto lowered them to the ground, unbinding them as he also sat down, focusing his Chakra on his ear tags, 'Mito-Chan, can you hear me?'
'Hai, Naruto-Sama, I hear you loud and clear, is there anything I can do for you?'
'Mito-Chan, listen to me carefully, I want you to repeat what I say exactly as I said it to Mother, "Send the envoy. The Hokage cannot be trusted," Mito-Chan, I know you have questions, but wait till you come here, and I'll explain everything to you. Just be patient okay?'
'Hai, Naruto-Sama, I'll do just as you say. Bye, Naruto-Sama, I love you.'
"I love you too Mito-Chan. Have a safe trip."

Just as Naruto had ordered Kushina to hasten the plans on her end, Naruto was doing the same; Illumi was able to convince the Clan Heads of his proposition and all of his classmates now lived in the same Apartment building he did, and since his Apartment building had six floors, seven if you counted the rooftop, all of his classmates were easily able to get their separate apartment for themselves; on the sixth floor, Naruto, Wasabi, Sumire, Namida, Shizuka and Mito would live when she arrived. On the fifth floor; in the first apartment, Sakura, Satsuki and Sarada would live, in the second apartment, Hinoko, Sai and Shin would live. On the fourth floor; in the first apartment, Shikadai, Cho Cho and Ino would live, and in the second apartment, Hinata Hyuga and Hanabi Hyuga would live. On the third floor; in the first apartment, Kira, Harika and Yakumo would live, and on Hiashi's request, in the second apartment, Neji and his teammates Tenten and Lee would live.
Naruto was currently helping everybody move into their apartments and had told his lovers to meet him on the rooftop for a meeting to discuss their rent and utilities.
Two Hours Later
Naruto was sitting down comfortably on a sofa chair while everybody else was sitting on three seating sofas looking at Naruto expectantly waiting for him to say anything.
"I've given these apartments out on rent to all of you, but for the time being, your parents will be paying for rent and utilities for the next two months until all of you have a decent and steady source of income. The rent if you wish to know is 30000 Ryo per month, which was a mutually decided upon amount after discussing with your parents, and the bill for utilities is another 10000 Ryo. Hot water will be available 24/7 because of the seals I've placed on the showerhead which will automatically heat the water to your preferred temperature. As for security, I will be distributing bracelets to each of you, which will allow only you to enter the apartment, for example, I give a bracelet to Sakura-Chan, Satsuki-Chan and Sarada-Chan, and I configure the bracelet to the apartment they are in, so now, only the three of you can enter the apartment and no one else, if anybody else wants to enter, they would need the permission of anyone of its residents. Any questions? Yes, Neji-Chan?"
"Just to be sure, who else other than me and two of my roommates has access to our apartment?"
"That would be me, of course, as your landlord it is still within my right to have access to your apartment in case of emergencies, but if you don't feel comfortable about it, you can give the emergency key to someone who you trust more than me, I have no problem with that." Naruto's very reply placed Neji in a corner, since in any way or form, every one of Naruto's tenants besides Neji's teammates were bonded to Naruto, so they collectively took Neji's question as a hit to Naruto's honour, and Neji realised it almost immediately and hastily apologized.
"Forgive me, Naruto-Kun, I did not mean for my words to offend you." But Naruto simply waved his hand as if her words meant nothing to him and he didn't care which did a lot to soothe the other listeners who were triggered because of Neji.
"Any other questions? Yes, Ino-Chan?"
"I don't mean to pry," Ino started yet her eyes narrowed suspiciously at Naruto who simply smiled charmingly at her knowing what her question was going to be, "Why is Shizuka-San moving into your apartment? We still have two floors available, surely she could have simply moved there instead of with my boyfriend."
"A good question, Shizuka-Chan, would you care to explain?" Naruto's eyes flickered towards Shizuka who was inwardly nervous, being unable to meet Ino's eyes, but being the brave kunoichi she was, she faced Ino and answered, "I challenged Naruto-Kun to a battle thinking that I would easily win with how laidback and carefree he was, but when he fought, I could barely touch him and he ran circles around me whittling me down till I eventually surrendered. But since I lost, it is tradition in my village to marry the person who defeated me in combat, so by the power vested in the Hokage, he wedded me to Naruto-Kun. So in short: I am his wife."
Everybody was dumbfounded by the revelation and didn't know how to react, but Ino broke the silence by launching herself from her seat, tears streaming from her face, but anger exploding with every step she took, "You fucking harlot!" Ino's fist buried itself in Shizuka's gut, the impact knocking the air out of her lungs. She fell to her knees, unable to react to the surprise attack but thankfully Naruto was there. Using his chains to separate the two, he ordered Sakura to heal Shizuka while he dealt with the furiously struggling Ino.
"Hey everybody, you guys have fun, I'll be back after a while." Naruto quickly shunshined to his room, locking the door behind him and gently releasing Ino on top of the bed, she refused to even look at him, her back turned towards him, all signs indicating that she was seriously upset. Naruto sat behind her letting her lean against him, his hands protectively wrapped around her waist as he nuzzled into her hair, "Ino-Chan, tell me what's wrong?" Ino didn't answer sighing frustratedly from time to time before replying.
"I know that I shouldn't have gotten upset. You had already told me that you would be with several others as well as me, but I thought that when Shizuka-San said that you two were wedded I thought she meant that you two had sex, but in hindsight, I should have faith in you that you wouldn't cheat on me, and why wouldn't you; she's more beautiful than me, and even bustier, I can't compare t-" Ino was stopped in her tracks as she was turned around and kissed with a passion she couldn't fathom, it took away her breath and she melted into the kiss. They separated and Ino had a dreamy smile on her face as Naruto held her tight and whispered into her ear, "Ino-Chan, you are the most beautiful woman I have ever met in my life, and never, ever say that you can't compare, never! And if you don't believe me, then I'll have to keep on kissing you until you do."
"Also, Ino-Chan," Naruto grinned mischievously at her, "Do you want to see it?" At first, Ino was confused but had a little idea of what he was saying but replied, "Do I want to see what?" But Naruto only looked down and Ino blushed, her blood rushing to her face as she realised the implications of his words and slowly nodded, her hands trembling in anticipation.
Naruto stood up and slowly pulled down his pants, his blue boxers were doing a bad job of hiding his massive boner, and as her eyes witnessed it throbbing within the confines of his boxers, her mouth gently opened unable to speak save a small high-pitched squeak. "Ino-Chan, do you want to have the honour of pulling the final obstacle down? You don't have to speak a word, use her hands." Ino hesitantly raised her hands and curled her fingers around the boxer's waistband, pulling it down before pulling it back up, confronting her two feelings but when Naruto's hands covered hers, she had no choice but to let Naruto control her movements and her eyes closing in surprising as Naruto's dick slapped her cheek, unintentionally letting out a gasp as she felt her lover's warmth spread through her core.

"You are forgiven, I have no grudge against you, I knew that sooner or later, I would have to face you eventually, so I was lucky that you got it out of your system when you punched me in the gut."
Ino chuckled, "Yeah."
"Okay, everybody now that everything is settled, and nobody has any more questions, you are all dismissed. Thank you for your time." Naruto bowed to his tenants who bowed back out of respect.

A Day before the Uzumaki Envoy reached Konoha
Naruto once again called for a meeting a week after the first one but asked that Neji Tenten and Lee not to join since he wanted to speak only with his soon-to-be-former classmates as it was now time for him to implement another part of his plan to conquer Konoha, and when everybody had gathered, he subtly placed two seals; 'Time Manipulation' and Privacy Seal so that he could have the highest of secrecy and so that no one could interfere with his plan.
"So all of you may be wondering why I have gathered all of you here, and while I want to get straight into the issue, I wanted to ask, are all of you comfortable in your current apartments and is there anything that you feel needs to be added? Sakura-Chan, yes, what do you want to suggest?"
"Uh, yes, well it isn't a suggestion but a question. How is it that the apartment looks bigger from the inside than the outside, do you use any Fuinjutsu?"
"Very apt, Sakura-Chan, yes I use Fuinjutsu, I used a copying Fuinjutsu to copy a standard bedroom and multiplied it twice so that each of you could have your separate bedroom, so then, why such a low rent? The rent was based on the original blueprint of the apartment, not the extended one, otherwise, the rent would probably have reached 60000 RYO and 20000 RYO for utilities. Now that no one has any questions, it is time for me to tell you guys a secret: Uzushiogakure survived the attack on them, they are still thriving and their strength is greater than Konoha could ever have. My parents are alive and are leaders of Uzushiogakure, and when I turn eighteen, I will take over leadership of Uzushiogakure and conquer the world, starting with Konoha. But to succeed, I would need the support of people with political reach, and that is where all of you come in. Every one of you has parents or guardians who have great reach and influence in Konoha's administration." Naruto now stopped his rant, letting what he said sink in. "So now, I give all of you a choice; either follow me in my mission, or I force you to follow me. All those with me, stand behind me, all those against remain seated."
Immediately, his girls got up and stood behind Naruto, except for Satsuki, Sarada, Hinata, Hanabi, and Cho Cho all stayed frozen in place, not accepting what Naruto had just said, looking at him with hurt in their eyes, they only meant as a tool for his needs and that he didn't care for them at all. But the people who were hurt the greatest were Hinata and Hanabi. Both had looked up to and admired Naruto for all their lives, and their small puppy love had grown into a full-blown love, but hearing him say these words was nothing short of a stab to their hearts.
"Why, Naruto-Kun," It was Hinata who spoke up, tears streaming down her face, her eyes pleading for him to say that this was simply a prank, that it was not real, but Naruto wasn't in the mood for pranks.
"Why, you ask me. A foolish question. But to answer, it is my destiny and my right, and I will stop at nothing to make what I want a reality. But if it is of any solace to you I did truly love you, all of you, and that is why I am giving you a choice, to prove your loyalty to me and not to Konoha." They knew he was dead serious but they couldn't betray Konoha, their home where they all grew up. They also realised there wasn't any way to convince Naruto to not do this.
"Naruto-Kun, we will not stand by you."
"I was hoping you wouldn't say that. Seize them." In just a few seconds, all of the girls remaining on the chairs facing Naruto were now bound to them by ropes courtesy of Naruto's girls. "All of you," Naruto directed his command to his loyal girls, "Sit on those chairs in a single file facing me." And they did just so. 'Good, now time to place on all of them my memory manipulation seal, except for my girls, they are, of course, an exemption.' Naruto made his girls stand up and stay close to him, while he walked towards his first target: Aburame Harika. He took out a tag and placed it on her forehead, tapping a chakra-infused finger onto the tag, triggering it, and letting his already chosen memories flow into her brain: That she was his soldier, and that being of any use to him meant everything to her, and that she would serve him for the rest of her life. Naruto used the same seal on Cho Cho, Shikadai and Yakumo.
Naruto used another seal for the rest of his tenants; Shizuka, Hinata, Hanabi, Sarada, Satsuki, Kira, Ino and Sakura, a seal filled with memories that all of them were his wives, and that they worshipped the very ground he walked on, and for the Hinoko, Shin and Sai, he made the three be part of his Royal Guard alongside his girls, who he promoted from slaves to his Royal Guard.
"Girls, create Shadow Clones and take all of them to their rooms, I'll take Shizuka-Chan with me, while you take the rest, I'll be giving you temporary access to their apartments, so go."

Once more, Naruto called for a meeting on the rooftop, once again asking Neji and her teammates not to come, and gathered all of his lovers to sit in front of him, except for his Royal Guard, who sat protectively behind and surrounding him.
"So, girls, do you now appreciate your Master's plan?" Naruto sternly asked and as expected only received nods, his grin widening as the 'Memory Manipulation' seal had fully taken over their minds, "But, I am not pleased. While some of you willingly joined me, some did not, so I will be punishing all of you, not only you but your family as well. So tell me, are there any women worthy of being with me? I already know Kira's answer, but I want to hear from the rest of you."
It was Hinata who spoke up, "I wish to speak collectively on behalf of sister-wives, but why not take our Mothers, they have greater experience in rearing a child than us, so they will be more of use to you if you wish to impregnate one of them,"
"An excellent idea, Hinata-Chan," Naruto praised and Hinata turned scarlet from the attention she received, 'Why not, if I am taking Tsume-Chan, Kira's mother, why not take the others as well, but to even accomplish the task it would require and very complex 'Memory Manipulation' Seal, but lucky for me, I also have the 'Time Manipulation' Seal, so I have all the time in the world.' "Before I dismiss all of you, I would like to inform you of some changes, Hinata, Hanabi, Satsuki, Sarada, Kira, Ino and Sakura, all of you will now be living in my apartment, so gather your things, my Royal Guard will escort you to your rooms, and Wasabi, Sumire, Namida, Hinoko, Shin and Sai, all six of you will be living in the two apartments below us, I have already torn down the walls between the two apartments, so it's now one big suite. The rest of you will remain where you are already living. Also, my Uzumaki kin will be living in this apartment, so I want all of you to treat them with respect, especially since my Queen will also be coming, Mito Uzumaki and her word is law," Naruto now looked directly at his wives, "She is the leader of your sisterhood, so I will not tolerate any complaints against her. All of you are dismissed."
Naruto realised that Neji would investigate the changes, so to hide the change he placed a memory manipulation seal and simply ordered her brain to think of the changes as normal, but as a precaution, he did the same to her teammates.

A Day Later (On the Outskirts of Konoha's Sensory Barrier)
"Finally, we've reached the outer edge of Konoha's Sensory Barrier, I still don't understand why we had to take so many breaks, we could've reached Konoha in half the time we just took," Tayuya voiced her complaint.
"Patience Tayuya-Chan, what matters is that we have almost reached Konoha, and we will all present ourselves to Naruto-Sama, so I don't want him to think for even a second, that you find coming to Konoha, coming to him a waste of your time, and that you have no patience whatsoever." Karin, Tayuya's best friend consoled her. "We mustn't show weakness of any kind, we are after all a part of Naruto-Sama's Royal Guard."
Mito was walking in the front, ignoring the complaints from Tayuya, since she always had a complaint on the tip of her tongue, and was reaching the edge of her patience, but consoled herself that she would be meeting her husband, and hoped that he would straighten out Tayuya and her incessant need to talk.
"Annoying isn't she," Toka, one of Mito's best friends remarked, "Such a loudmouth, and even after years of training with Kushina-Sama, she failed in curbing her tongue, such an annoyance, and a risk on any mission, but since Naruto-Sama himself had chosen her as one of his Royal Guard, we can't complain about the situation."
"But, even if we can't do anything about it, surely Naruto-Sama would be able to. We will give our thoughts on Tayuya-San and her behaviour unfitting for a member of his Royal Guard, he would surely take action," Nagako, Mito's other best friend gave her two pennies on the matter. "On guard, a group of four is approaching us at a rapid speed. Their chakra readings are calm, I can only guess that this is our Anbu Escort. Zabuza-San, Ameyuri-San, you will be speaking on all of our behalf, so don't threaten them unnecessarily."
"Yeah, yeah, we know the drill."
A few minutes later, the four chakra signatures, landed on the trees slightly ahead of them, crouching down, their masks staring menacingly at them. One of the Anbu dropped down, who they presumed was the leader, and asked, "Are you the envoy from Uzushiogakure?"
"Hai, Karin-San, show them," Zabuza ordered Karin, who stepped forward and raised her palm aiming it at a tree trunk on her right, and from the palm materialised a Silver Chain created with her Chakra, piercing the trunk as easily slicing through butter. "I hope that was enough, but alongside the practical proof, we have a physical one as well," Zabuza slowly moved her hand towards her pouch, opening it and taking out a scroll which he flicked towards the leader who caught it in mid-air.
The leader opened it and read its content, nodding in confirmation to his squad behind him, "All of you follow me, I'll be taking you to the Hokage."
In the Hokage's Office
"Why has Uzushiogakure revealed itself now of all times, why not before, when the Kyubi had attacked Konoha, or even further back, during the Third Great Shinobi War, why have they sent a group of Uzumaki, led by two of the famous Seven Swordsmen of The Mist?" The Hokage questioned but received no concrete reply, only that any information they divulged had to be in front of Konoha's council and that Naruto Uzumaki had to be present since this meeting would bear a significant impact on his life.
The Hokage agreed and dismissed the group, having the Anbu lead them to their private quarters, and signalled his Anbu to inform the Clan Heads and Civilian Council Members of the meeting and to inform Naruto Uzumaki to join the meeting immediately.
Half an Hour Later
Everybody had gathered and were patiently waiting for the Hokage to start speaking and explain why this meeting had been called, nervously eyeing the group standing underneath an Uzushiogakure banner, but Mebuki, who was never really the most patient of people, voiced out the thought that had been running through the minds of everyone present, "Hokage-Sama, why have we not started the meeting, everyone of importance is here as per your order, so we would wish to know what is going on."
"Patience, Mebuki-San, all will be explained shortly. We still have two people who need to be present before we can begin, and I have already sent my Anbu to collect them. They will be here shortly," The Hokage replied, his pipe stuck firmly between his lips. It took another few minutes before the door to the Council Hall opened one final time, letting in Naruto Uzumaki and Tsunade Senju.
Naruto and Tsunade's eyes flicked towards the people at the far end of the hall, recognizing the banner of his clan, and immediately making his towards the group, stopping in front of them but turning his face towards the Hokage and asking only a single question, "You said to me that the Uzumaki had died out and that you couldn't find a single shred of evidence of them even existing. So why is it that I'm seeing a whole group of my supposedly 'lost' kin in front of me, well excluding the two Swordsmen from The Mist?" Naruto turned his head back, eyes locking with Mito, conveying his happiness through his eyes, he continued, "Nevermind your answer, I'm taking my kin with me, and if you need us, we'll be at my apartment, and inform Zabuza-San and Ameyuri-San of the address, we wouldn't want them to get lost, now would we?"
Naruto turned around, beckoning the Uzumaki and the lone Senju to follow him, leaving behind the Seven Swordsmen of The Mist and their apprentices, and led them through the council hall's double doors, no one even attempting to stop him, the fury in his eyes was enough to deter the Clan Heads from scolding him for his rudeness.
The Hokage coughed, "That was...interesting, but moving on, Zabuza-San and Ameyuri-San, spokespersons of Uzushiogakure, what do you have to tell us?"

Naruto led the Uzumaki through the streets of Konoha, wrapping them all with a layer of Genjutsu so that no one would notice them walking, and quickly and quietly reached Naruto's apartment building where he led them all to his apartment, letting them enter and closing the door behind him, the door automatically locking, Naruto let out a sigh of relief as he embraced Mito. He also made sure that the rest of them didn't feel left out so he created five Shadow Clones for each member of his Royal Guard, hugging them tightly as he couldn't believe that his plans were now being close to fruition.
"All of you get comfortable. There are some very special people that I want you to meet," Nodding subtly to his clones who nodded back, Naruto internally grinned, 'The seals were successful, and this time they didn't even faint, so the process will become so much smoother. You have to stop and wonder what a Uzumaki can do with the ability to change the perception of time as well as having higher Chakra Reserves than most of the Shinobi combined.'
Naruto's clones led them to another room, or more specifically the Throne Room, while Naruto created another couple of clones to inform his wives and slaves to join him in his apartment. Sending the clones Naruto himself entered the Throne Room and sat down on the Throne at the far end of the room, and had Mito sit on his lap as he laced his arms around her stomach, while the rest of his Royal Guard took their positions; Nagako and Toka standing guard behind him, while Karui and Tayuya stood guard near the main door and Karin sat in front of Naruto's feet, resting her head against his legs.
A few minutes later, the double doors opened and Naruto's wives dutifully took their seats on their thrones next to Naruto; on his right, Hinata, Hanabi, Shizuka and Kira, and on his left, Sarada, Satsuki, Ino and Sakura. While his soldiers sat down, a couple of steps away, their heads bowed in respect and each of his Royal Guard stood behind one of his wives.
"I have brought all of you here for a reason. One of which was to discuss the hierarchy in this family, so let me begin; I am your Emperor, and Mito-Chan is your Emperess. If I am not present, her word is to be accepted as if it were mine, and in no way or form will I allow even the slightest of disrespect to my Queen," Naruto kissed the bottom jaw of Mito, his hands reaching for her bountiful breasts, playing with them as he continued, "Now on the matter of my Royal Guard; Nagako-Chan, Toka-Chan, Wasabi-Chan, Sumire-Chan and Namida-Chan, all of you will be part of my Royal Guard, while Karin-Chan, Karui-Chan, Tayuya-Chan, Hinoko-Chan, Sai-Chan and Shin-Chan will be part of my dear Mito-Chan's Royal Guard. I will always be accompanied by at minimum two of my Royal Guard and the same is for Mito-Hime."
"Now for the three of you," Naruto focused his attention towards his three soldiers on the ground," You three are to be always present at my Lady's beck and call. If she calls for your attention, you are to drop everything and attend to her, whatever she wishes, you must complete it. You are disposable, and useful to me only because of your status and your Kekkei Genkai. Your lives are in my hands, if I so wished it, I would snap your necks and leave you to die, but for the time being, I cannot." Naruto cocked his head to one side, "Hmmm, it seems we have some unwanted guest trying to enter the premise. Nagako-Chan, Toka-Chan, why don't you two be a dear and capture whoever they are, I would like to have a 'word' with them."
"Hai, Naruto-Sama." The two bowed their heads and Shunshinned out of the room, returning after a few seconds, with a bound and gagged Neji, Tenten and Lee.
"Look who we have here. Trying to crash the party were we, Neji-Chan? For whatever reason would you do such a thing? I know, maybe you were jealous because of the lack of attention, and that you wished that I would acknowledge that you existed outside of being my tenant, but what about your teammates, how were you able to coerce them into this futile operation, by maybe promising them that you would share me with them. How pathetic!" Naruto stood up, letting Mito take his place, and crouched down in front of the trio, "Spies like you deserve punishment, but I have more pressing matters to attend to, so I'll go easy on you." Naruto reached into his robes' inner breast pocket, and his hand returned with three seals, the same seals he had placed on Harika, Shikadai, Cho Cho and Yakumo.
He placed them on their foreheads, triggering the seal with a tap of his chakra-infused finger, and making them his. Their eyes rolled back into their heads, and they fell unconscious, "You three, take them back to their apartment, I'll be visiting them later." Naruto's eyes tracked the three unconscious Kunoichis, 'So their minds were unable to bear the changes I made to their memories. Weaklings!'
"Everybody! I have one final announcement to make: I want all of you to train as hard as you can because, in just a couple of weeks, I will change how Konoha will be run, and I will rule Konoha from the inside, and for me to be successful, I need you to be as strong as you can, especially so for my Royal Guard. Is that clear?"
"Hai, Naruto-Sama."
"Good, all of you except Mito-Mito is dismissed," Naruto ordered as he lovingly grabbed Mito, carrying her bridal-style to their room, "Also, before I forget, all of my wives will move into this apartment, and the Royal Guards will move into the two apartments below mine, and my seven soldiers on the floor beneath the Royal Guards." Not waiting for any affirmations, Naruto exited the throne room and Shunshinned to his bedroom, where he laid Mito on the bed, who then leaned her head against the headboard, while Naruto pulled up a chair next to her.
"So, Mito-Hime, are you impressed?"
"I am my love, and I can't wait until all of the Shinobi Nations are conquered by you, I'll be supporting you with everything I have." Mito passionately replied.
"Thank you, Mito-Hime, I love you," Naruto smiled, a truly genuine one, a smile he had almost forgotten. "I leave you in the care of my Royal Guards, I still have a business to attend to at the Council Meeting. I'll tell you all about it when I get back." Naruto kissed Mito on the cheeks, his hand lovingly cupping her face.

The Council Meeting, in short, was extremely boring for Naruto since all that Zabuza and Ameyuri had said was already something Naruto had known, so it was nothing new to him. To summarize what happened, Uzushiogakure would as before Ally with Konoha, but only to the limit of aiding Konoha in times of need, such as if Konoha is at war, Uzushiogakure would gladly send squads of Shinobi to remain garrisoned in Konoha to maintain the seals surrounding Konoha and to increase the limit of the sensory range for the duration of the hypothetical war, but they would not fight the enemy for them unless the enemy directly threatened Uzushiogakure. This was accepted by the council and a trade contract was set up as well as deciding to exchange ambassadors.
It was also decided that Mito and the rest would remain here to join Konoha's forces as a gesture of goodwill and that Zabuza and Ameyuri would become their team captains while Suigetsu and Haku would return to Uzushiogakure to convey the agreement.
Graduation Day
Naruto wasn't really excited for today, he just felt as if it were simply a rock which he needed to kick to the side, something that before would be his dream come true, but now, he had bigger goals in life, so today was an extremely boring day for him. It would have remained as such if it wasn't for him listening in on a conversation between a certain teacher and a snake.
Earlier Today
Naruto woke up early, Mito was still asleep so Naruto didn't feel like waking her up, instead, he stealthily opened the door to his bedroom, pulsed his chakra and in the next second, Wasabi, Sumire and Namida were there in their nightwear, on one knee, their heads bowed. "You three, wake up my soldiers, I have a couple of jobs for them." That was all Naruto said before he headed towards the living room where he sat down on his favourite sofa chair and read a book to pass the time, waiting for his slaves to come and meet him.
It didn't take long and his girls returned with his soldiers, gently pushing them to their knees. Naruto snapped his book shut, eyeing the seven, silent for a few seconds before he spoke, "Neji-Chan, do you three have a mission today?"
"Hai, Naruto-Sama, it is a C-Rank mission, and it will last for approximately a week. We are to reach the main gate at ten in the morning sharp." Neji replied and Naruto nodded.
"Fine, you three are dismissed. Prepare your things for the mission and don't be late." Naruto ordered and the three retreated out of the room, "But you four are free, so then, I want you three to make breakfast for me and my wives, Wasabi-Chan, you and the other two help for today, and make sure they know how I like my breakfast, and make sure that you don't make any noise,"
Fast Forward a Couple of Hours
Naruto and the rest of his wives were sitting around a large rectangular table made of the finest mahogany money could buy, with him sitting at one end, and Mito at the other, with his Royal Guard in the corners of the dining room guarding him from any threats, though that strictly wasn't necessary, since in his apartment, no one could infiltrate or spy on him, but he failed to dissuade them from doing their job, so Naruto let them be.
Naruto exited his apartment, after saying goodbye to Mito, and strictly ordered his wives and soldiers not to come out all at once, but in groups of three to lessen any suspicion, and told his Royal Guard that they were to accompany Mito everywhere that she went, with no exception.
He arrived earlier than he usually did and used his sensory abilities to see if there was anyone present, except for a few other students and a couple of teachers, there was nobody present, but something caught his mind's eye; a room covered in seals, and unfortunately to whoever was there, he was able to see past the barrier and to his surprise it was his teacher Mizuki, on her knees and talking to small figure that he wasn't able to make out.
So Naruto being Naruto, arrived at the room and used his skills to break a part of the barrier allowing him to listen in to the conversation.
"Guren-Sama, preparations are complete, I will be launching the mission after today's exams are finished and I find a pawn to use, and when I am done I will meet you at the predetermined location at twenty-three hundred hours. The package will be exchanged for the previously agreed-upon price; asylum in Otogakure for me and my fiance."
'Guren? Who's she? Mizuki-Sensei's accomplice, probably. I've heard enough to know that she's a traitor and I could probably capture her here, but if I were to let Mizuki-Sensei go through with her plans, catch her in the act, and then capture her, it would probably ease off any suspicion for the time being. But first I need to go to the Hokage.'
...
Naruto quickly reached the Hokage's office barging in, stating that it was an emergency, using all his willpower to not attack the Hokage there and then, and quickly explained the situation, to his surprise the Hokage wasn't concerned at all stating that they knew about Mizuki being a traitor and so asked him whether or not he would like to be part of the mission, and Naruto couldn't refuse, since if Mizuki was a traitor, she'd probably have a lot of useful information, and fortunately for Naruto, the Hokage stated he was to eliminate her and burn her corpse, since everything that Mizuki knew, they already did.
"Wait a minute, if you knew that Mizuki-Sensei was a traitor and that she was of no use to Konoha, then why hadn't you had her captured and executed in secret, why did you let her live for so long in the first place?"
"Mizuki is a spy under Orochimaru, my former student. We only kept him around to feed him information that would at most hinder Orochimaru if possible, but to keep Orochimaru from suspecting too much, we allowed Mizuki to get away with actual data now and then, but now that he is trying to leave Konoha, his usefulness ends and so I am assigning you a B-Rank mission; eliminate the traitor and spread her ashes through Konoha's forest."
"Hai, Hokage-Sama." 'This is perfect, now no one will care for somebody the Hokage himself declares a traitor,' "Hokage-Sama, Mizuki-Sensei also mentioned something of a fiance, any idea who she is?"
"The fiance in question would be Tsubaki, if she is also involved, then you may give her the same treatment as Mizuki."
"Understood. I shall take your leave."

After The Graduation Exam
The results were in and Iruka revealed that this year's Rookie of the Year was Naruto. Surprisingly, this year's Kunoichi of the Year had tough competition but in the end, it was Hinata who succeeded in attaining the title. But now, it was time for the main event, he ordered everybody to go back and wait for him at the apartment while he took care of some business. He ordered Hana and Sadoru to stay back but out of sight and they faithfully did just that, and soon enough Mizuki did approach him.
Naruto's plan was simple; Mizuki wanted a pawn, so he would make sure that everybody had quickly left the premises so the only pawn that would be available would be him.
Mizuki approached him with a fond smile, as that is what she usually had on her face whenever a student approached her or the other way around. "Naruto-Kun, what are you doing sitting here, shouldn't you be at home celebrating your huge accomplishment with your family?"
Naruto grinned, "Well yeah, but I still don't believe it, I finally graduated, I've finally become a ninja, but what saddens me the most, is that I'll probably never be back here other than special occasions, so I wanted to stay back as long as possible to say goodbye to this building."
"That is truly a beautiful sentiment, and I don't want to take up any more of your time. It seems I'll need to find somebody else to help me with this task," Mizuki muttered the last bit to herself but loud enough for Naruto to hear, hoping that he would take the bait and he did.
"What, no Mizuki-Sensei, if you need my help then I'm always available. Just tell me what it is, and I'll get it done." 'Good, so you hoped that I'd take the bait, did you? Lucky for you, I'm not so gullible as any normal fresh out of the academy Genin.'
"Well if you insist, I was ordered by the Hokage to task any promising Shinobi or Kunoichi with a mission to prove their worth, and the Hokage also said that I can only choose one, so you were my first choice."
"Well, I'm honoured that you thought of me, so I'm more pumped than ever. Tell me, Mizuki-Sensei what's the task." And when Naruto saw her open her mouth to tell him, he thought, 'Hook-Line-and Sinker. Now all that's left is for me to reel it in.'
...
Naruto had informed the Hokage about Mizuki's plan, and that he would instead of bringing Mizuki the actual Scroll of Sealing, he would instead bring a regular scroll but the scroll would have the same dimension as the actual one. The Hokage agreed, letting Naruto see the scroll and asked Illumi to show where the scroll was hidden.
Illumi went through some hand seals unlocking the scroll's holding place and obediently handing it to Naruto's open hand. Naruto then brought out a normal scroll, used a seal to increase its size and used another seal on the Scroll of Sealing linking it to Naruto's scroll, copying all the original contents onto it. Naruto nodded to Illumi who returned the scroll to its rightful place and the two reported back to the Hokage.
Naruto presented the fake Scroll of Sealing to the Hokage and sealed it into another seal located on his right bicep and dismissed himself, bowing down to his superiors.
Illumi turned towards the Hokage, letting an expression of fake concern spread over her, "Hokage-Sama should we send backup? We know that Naruto-Kun is an excellent Shinobi and that his skills put him towards the upper level of Chunin, but it is still an Experienced Chunin who we are sending him up against."
"There is no need to worry, you forget that a seven-year-old Naruto succeeded in taking down Kumo Jonin."
"I understand, but isn't that a different case, back then, the Jonin were caught by surprise and had no information on Naruto's skills or weaknesses, but Mizuki does having trained and guided Naruto into who he is today." Illumi pressed on her argument, but the Hokage held up his hand and asked that she not worry for Naruto and instead that she have faith in him.
...
It was now night, and Naruto had followed Mizuki's plan exactly as she instructed him, and waited for her at an abandoned shack on the outskirts of Konoha with the fake Scroll of Sealing in his hand. He didn't have to wait long as his sensory range triggered informing him of two individuals heading directly towards him, their chakra suppressed, but not enough for them to hide from him. He stood up, putting on a cheerful smile as he bowed his head to his Sensei and her partner.
"Mizuki-Sensei, who's she?" Naruto nodded his head towards Tsubaki. Tsubaki had dark eyes and long black hair which she wore braided down her back with jaw-length bangs, framing either side of her face. She wore a short-sleeved blouse, over which she wore a flak jacket and shorts and also wore bandages around her legs.
"She, Naruto-Kun is my fiance, who I hope to marry in the not-so-distant future. But never mind her. Tell me, did you do as I asked," Mizuki received a nod, and seeing that her expression changed, from the kind, approachable Sensei to a more sadistic creature altogether, revealing her true self, "Good, now I have no more use of you, Naruto-Kun, so say your prayers, as I'm about to send you to your maker." But before she could even begin, Naruto started laughing, from beginning with a giggle to full hysterical. The laugh froze Mizuki and Tsubaki in their tracks.
"I always knew that the two of you were traitors, and while the Hokage has told me to eliminate you, I have different plans for the two of you. But Naruto didn't receive a reply except for an attempted kick to his face, which he grabbed onto with his right hand and swung the perpetrator into the tree behind him, smashing her through the trunk and out the other side. "I told you, you won't be able to land a single punch on me, so as a gesture of goodwill, I will allow you to get one free hit in, and I won't attempt to dodge or block the attack in any way."

Mizuki looked down at him, her eyes filled with fear and despair as she realised what was going to happen.

Secondly, I will be announcing the teams that I have created for you; Mito-Hime, you will be joined by Toka-Chan and Nagako-Chan, your sensei will be Zabuza-Chan, Karin-Chan, you will be with Karui-Chan and Tayuya-Chan, and your sensei will be Ameyuri-Chan, Wasabi-Chan, you will be with Namida-Chan and Sumire-Chan and your Sensei, after going through the list of potential sensei's provided to me by Illumi-Chan, will be a newly promoted Jonin Anko, apprentice to Orochimaru the Snake Sannin, Ino-Chan, I will be pairing you with Shika-Chan and Cho-Chan, and your sensei will be an Elite Jonin Mirai Sarutobi. Shika-Chan, and Cho-Chan, I'm entrusting Ino-Chan's safety to both of you, so don't disappoint me."
"Hanabi-Chan, you will be paired with Harika-Chan and Yakumo-Chan, and your sensei will be recently promoted Jonin Kurenai Yuhi, Satsuki-Chan, you will be with Kira-Chan and Sakura-Chan, and your sensei will be an Elite Jonin Kimiko Hatake, Sarada-Chan, you will be with Hinata-Chan and me, and we will possibly have an Anbu as our sensei, but I'm not sure on who. If you have any questions you may stay back else you are dismissed." Naruto was now left in the room with Mito still on his lap, unwilling to part from him, and Naruto didn't mind that in the slightest, and his three slaves. "Iruka-Chan, I want you to move your things into this apartment, as you will from now on be sharing a room with Mizuki-Chan and Tsubaki-Chan. All three of you are dismissed."
"Mito-Hime, what do you think of the teams I created, do you think that they were acceptable?" Naruto rotated Mito, so she was now facing him, with her head resting on his shoulder, her hands massaging his back, and her hips grinding against his erection.

"I think you should listen to Kushina-Sama. If the threat is as big as she says, then that will be a perfect opportunity to implement your plan to take over Konoha by controlling the intricate politics of Konoha. We already have Illumi-San under our control as well as the different heiresses, we're only left with the matriarchs of some clans, so we should not be in any rush to execute the plans."
"Logical as always, Mito-Hime." Naruto nodded, "I will send a letter back to Kushina-Chan, but in the meantime, want to train with me, Mito-Hime?"

Naruto was once again bored being in the Academy, listening to a boring mandatory speech, and almost nodding off when the team pairings were announced, and the pairings were the same as he had decided. He waved goodbye as everyone soon left one by one with their respective senseis leaving behind the Root Team, Hinata, Sarada, Naruto and his Uzumaki kin.
Iruka looked towards the grouped-up Uzumaki as the sliding door of the classroom opened letting in Zabuza and Ameyuri and immediately all the present Uzumaki except Naruto stood up, bowed in respect towards Naruto and exited the room with their sensei. "Okay, so you may be wondering why I haven't announced any sensei for you, but that is because the Hokage wished for only certain people to know about who your sensei would be. Team 12 consisting of Hinoko, Sai and Shin, will be transferred to Anbu as per your contract, a representative will meet you after we are gone and will lead you to your new base, while Team 1 consisting of Naruto, Hinata and Sarada will also be transferred to an Anbu facility. So you may have to wait for a few minutes, and I'm sure your new senseis will be here soon." Iruka bowed her head slightly towards her former students and left the classroom.
The six Genin had to wait only for another few minutes before Naruto picked up on two Chakra signatures arriving at their location. Remaining calm, he signalled the others to be on guard as the unknown Chakra signatures materialised in front of them. The two were Anbu, with their guarded stance, animal masks, and their chakra constantly pulsing, Naruto let his guard down and raised his hand to greet the two.
The Anbu in the Kitsune mask stepped forward, "My name is Kitsune, and I am here to collect Team 12, please come with me." Naruto locked eyes with Hinoko, whose eyes gleamed, understanding her Master's desire and swiftly, with Sai and Shin just behind, made her way down where KItsune stood and the four Shunshinned away, their Chakra signatures quickly travelling further with every second.
The other Anbu accompanying Kitsune spoke, "My name is Neko, and until all of you become Chunin, I will be your sensei and Squad Captain. Follow me."

In The Hokage Tower
Hiruzen and Illumi were looking into a crystal ball, impassive of the events that had passed in the Academy Classroom, and the Hokage leaned away, the image fading revealing and the pair stood in silence contemplating on what to say, but the silence was broken by Hiruzen, "I know what you are thinking Illumi. But it was necessary, with the revelation that Uzushiogakure survived, and Suna becoming surprisingly quiet over the past month, as Hokage, a difficult choice had to be made, Kumo and Iwa have become testy at our borders and with Kiri still embroiled in its civil war, and the only reliable ally we have is Uzushiogakure, having Naruto-Kun to be trained under Anbu supervision was inevitable."
"It was completely unnecessary to have Naruto-Kun and his teammates thrusted into such a harsh training regime, we are not at war, and even in the past wars, Konoha has always come out on top without the need to unleash our Jinchuriki, so why now? Even if we are attacked, our Anbu, Konoha's first line of defence is more than capable of stopping a Jinchuriki in their tracks with the seals Jiraya-Sama has given the entirety of the Anbu forces. So, I repeat, why?"
"It is because of the sudden appearance of Uzushiogakure. It has put me on edge in a way I only felt during the three Shinobi Wars. Why had Uzushiogakure not revealed itself to Naruto-Kun when he arrived at the island, or if they had done so, why had both Kimiko and Shizune kept it a secret, but for now I have no way to find out the truth save strapping them both in a chair and asking Inoichi to look through their memories, but I have faith in my Shinobi so that option is off the table." Hiruzen mused before his eyes widened, "But it does make sense why Naruto felt happier when he came back to Konoha, he must have made contact with Uzushiogakure and kept it a secret, so his act in front of the council was fake, so it was good that I'm keeping him under Anbu supervision."
"An interesting theory," Illumi commented, "But without any significant evidence, there is nothing we can do about it, but I'll try on my end to get an answer out of Naruto-Kun."
Hiruzen nodded, "Let's get our minds off what has already happened and think of what will happen: your inauguration as the Godaime Hokage, the first female and the first Uchiha Hokage. We must meet up with the council to propose the date. Anbu." One member of the Hokage's guard appeared in front of them, his mask inquiring for his order. "Tenzo, gather the Council Members. Tell them to be quick about it."
"Hai."

Author's Note
I hope that this chapter conveys what the title of this chapter states; with Kumogakure vying for the top, Iwa, as always, looking for a way to dethrone Konoha as the strongest, even going as far as to allying with Orochimaru who kept the Sound Four hidden, while Uzushiogakure is making their moves their thoughtfully planned out moves to conquer the entirety of the Shinobi Nations while Konoha wants the temporary peace to continue, unwilling to prepare for war. And as for Suna, well, I'll give you more info in the next chapter.
So how did you feel about this chapter, I think I did pretty well, but I still feel I could have written it better, so maybe I'll go through this chapter later, and see if any changes are needed. As always, leave a review.
