The engine reeved loudly to his motorcycle as he approached and came to a jerky stop at the curb of an alleyway. People near the sidewalk jumped back and sent glares but he ignored them as he reached for his phone. The feeling of uncertainty overcame his body as he kicked the stand to his vehicle. This was the spot according to his GPS. Some woman stood nearby dressed almost naked in a sense and smirked toward him as they started to approach. Zeke who stood before him, shadowed by the building made his way over, shooing the hookers away in the process. He wore a very loose and oversized v-neck t-shirt with its sleeves ripped off. His jeans were black as the alleyway with rips and tares. A cigarette laid upon his lips as he puffed out a bit of smoke from the side of his mouth as he reached, pulling the cig out. His earring shined along his right ear as he entered the street light, the upside down cross shifted with his movement.
He approached the motorcycle as Luka reached, taking his helmet off from his head. His black hair loose and messy fell from the helmet, his blue tips more vivid than from earlier that day but different as well to where it was now blue underneath his locks. Zeke kept the cigarette in his fingers to loosen the extended ashes as he then took another puff. Luka stood from his bike. Zeke nodded at his appearance, he wasn't use to seeing him in such a get up from his normal t-shirt work attire. Luka wore a skin tight black tank with a fake black bullet proof-like vest with various pockets on the front strapped to his upper chest. His pants were similar to Zeke's, black with tears on the knees but were tighter along his legs. Loose chains hung from his waist and along his arms were sleeve gloves, his various of bracelets hidden underneath from view.
"Looking good. Dressed to impress I see." He chuckled taking one last long puff of his cigarette before he flicked the cigarette on the ground and stomped on it. He exhaled the smoke like a dragon as he leaned his head back to the darkening sky. Luka shook his locks looser. "I guess." He commented as he sat the helmet along the back of his bike. "Just trying to have a good time after today." He whispered as he reached adjusting the straps on his vest. Lukas stomach churned with the shifting of nervousness and second thoughts. Mixing like oil and water. Zeke frowned as he looked upon his friend. He could tell something was off about him.
"Hey, do you want to talk?" He asked with a tone of concern.
Luka scuffed at him, he really wasn't in the mood to talk about everything that went down. The day seemed to have dragged on for longer than he wanted to. After Adrian made his departure, Luka tried hard to avoid Marinette at all costs. His heart and stomach turned at avoiding her but it also hurt seeing her. He was able to convince Rose to let him load all the deliveries at once and take them, he spent most of his shift delivering to all of the customers. And with him not working at the bar that night, he used his spare time to dye his hair back to its former color combination. He hoped his hair didn't smell too badly of dye. He used a lot of his Old Spice Bearglove to cover the dye odor.
Unlike before where he was showing various different emotions, Lukas stood before Zeke with not much feelings going on his face. "Like you said before. Let's not kill the vibe between us with sappy shit." He spoke as he adjusted his sleeve gloves before scooting past Zeke. He could tell he was trying to keep his guard up. Zeke made it his mission to loosen the man up in some shape or form.
Zeke threw his arm around his shoulder and pulled him in tightly as he motioned their bodies towards the alleyway. "I am very excited to show you my favorite go to spot." He commented. "Have you ever been to a bar slash underground rock concert with different themed events?"
Luka stared back him with an utterly confused expression about what the man just said. "That sounds like a hodgepodge of chaos."
"Oh it is but shockingly it works very well together." He stated as they made their way through the alley way. Luka rolled his eyes as they passed numerous couples making out along the walls. Bottles, cigarette butts and among other forms of adult trash lined the walk way. He cleared his throat awkwardly as he faintly believed he saw a woman giving a man a blowjob behind a trash can they passed. His eyes quickly adverted away.
"Just ignore them, unless you're into that," Zeke laughed as he motioned his arm towards some neon lights that luminated the end of the alleyway. A raise of his brow Luka stared in utter awe and astonishment. The sign illuminated the words Midlife Crisis. His eyes slowly shifted looking at Zeke who had the proudest of expressions along his face. His had the biggest of smug smirks. Luka asked, "What the hell is this?"
"This is the club I like to go to. It's called Midlife Crisis because there's something a little bit different each day." He chuckled awkwardly. "Kind of like someone going through a midlife crisis, they don't know what to do next." Luka couldn't believe his eyes as he stared along the various of posters that hung along the brick walls each advertising different weekly night themes happening or that have already happened. He blinked as he saw posters of two female dancers on each side of the entry doors. One female with short white straight hair with a white underwear, no bra, showing all her glory along her chest. And the other girl with brown hair, wearing bright sunshine yellow underwear and matching bra. Saying Featuring BOOOBETTY baby and LemonSpice.
"Wait, there are strippers here?"
"Dancers. Not strippers. They dance in cages on the stage they have inside. They are there mainly for old crowd and for something to eye."
His eyes darted around the location. It was so well hidden for a club. Was it a secret kind of club? He didn't know that there was such a thing in his City. The city that he protected most days, it was right under his nose the entire time. He stared down as a stairway led to the doorway of the club. Where the hell has this been? As if he read his mind Zeke commented.
"I've only been coming here for a few months but it's rather new and I feel like you are going to love it here. If you are indeed having a rough night this will help you shrug those worries away." Zeke patted his shoulder as he let him go and walked down the steps. Luka stared along the eight steps towards the doorway and then back at the alleyway. He scuffed to himself, he was a protector of Paris and he was going to a stripper nightclub bar. Was this a responsible thing to do? Her bluebell eyes flashed in his sight. Her body pressed against Adriens haunted in his memory.
Fuck it. Every hero deserves a night out and a time to have fun. Luka looked back and forth before he descended down the stairs. The bodyguard before him nodded and opened the door for the men. "Thanks Carl." Zeke snapped his fingers toward the large heavy set man. Lukas' heart beat hard in his ears before the sound of loud music covered it over upon their entry. His stomach flipped flopped like a fish out of water as he looked about the walls to the hallway they entered. A few people stood in front of them as they all made their way down the hall and around a sharp corner. The carpet below was covered in confetti and glitter specks, the walls covered in similar posters that hung outside. Luka could see them a bit better then outside but the hallway lights were very dimmed. "Poetry Screamo Match?" Luka commented at the poster they passed that clearly had a photoshopped version of the Rolling Stones lips along the sheet. Zeke chuckled. "You Disappointed Your Father Bash Jamboree?" Luka continued. "Oh Gawd, Furries Gone Wild? What is all this?"
Luka smacked his face as he shook his head. What did he just step into? "Told you, it gets crazy some nights." Zeke shrugged as they started to approach the door. Luka stared back at the walls but turned his head slowly toward the door. What was tonight's theme? He wondered. He looked past Zeke to the door people entered. A huge poster hung on a stanchion holder. "Miraculous Masquerade?" Luka read outloud. "What's that suppose to mean?"
"Oh, if you buy a hero mask, $24 bucks per person, you get all your drinks 20% off." A woman ahead of them by the door spoke as she turned on her heels. She had a blonde pixie cut with obnoxious pink and purple makeup. She wore the whole rainbow of colors of bracelet beads on her wrists. Luka stared at the small female. "Hi, hi! I'm Cassie. But you can call me cat. I'm the event planner for this establishment! Welcome welcome!" She grabbed Luka and Zeke hands and shook them. Zeke chuckled.
"We've met Cat, a few times actually."
"We have? Oh sorry sorry, we see so many faces here." She looked at Luka. "I'm pretty sure I would remember Bluey here though."
"Nah, this is his first time here, this is Luka." Zeke spoke as he put his arm around Luka, Zeke was a tiny bit shorter then Luka, not much but did cause Luka to shift a bit forward in the tight hallway. Luka forced a smile but quickly dropped it. Cat smiled back and she seemed to be jumping in her shoes as she reached into her batman themed utility belt. "Alright boys. I have Viperion. Rubybug. And Chat Noir."
"I'll take Chat Noir." Zeke chuckled as he handed $48 bucks over to Cat who took it. "And I'm buying his, he will take Viperion." Luka blinked.
"E-excuse me?"
"What? You want to be RubyBug?"
"N-no, um."
Luka shook his head but gulped as Cat shoved the teal mask into his hand. "Sorry, no refunds or exchanges." She giggled evilly. "Enjoy your visit."
Luka went to turn away but was dragged by his neck by Zeke who's arm was still around him. Luka squinted his eyes as the dim hallway was then illuminated by the moving light of the searchlights that lined the ceilings. Different colors bounced against his body as his eyes darted back and forth. His heart began to race as they squeezed past the semi tight crowd that hung by the door. It opened up the further you went into the room. Zeke let him go as he moved in front of him and turned to face him. "Mask on." He smirked. Luka huffed as he glared down at dollar store material plastic. He sighed. He can't wear this? Even though it was poor quality, people might put two and two together.
He pondered along the mask. "I'm sorry. Can I have Chat Noir?"
"It's just a mask bro." Zeke expressed as he snapped the elastic around his head. Luka gulped as he stared down at the persona mask. His heart raced face, he couldn't get out of this, could he? He felt Sass thumping his pelvic bone from the tiny fanny pack on his hip where he was hiding.
Luka reached back, dragging his locks up. He held his hair half up as he pulled a hair tie out of one of the pockets on his vest. He placed the tie around his pony tail and tied it tight. His bangs fell forward and lined the side of his face as the rest hung in a loose ponytail. The blue underneath shined vividly in the black lights that shined around the room. He had to make sure nobody could put anything together. He inhaled slowly as he closed his eyes, reaching and snapping the mask into place. He opened his eyes slowly. Pupils looked about as the people continued onward with their partying. None stopped in their tracks like he thought they would. He darted his head back and forth. Nothing. Zeke rose a brow at him with utter confusion. "You okay?" He asked.
Luka snapped his eyes to him. "Y-yeah, I'm okay. Just, anxious." He stated as he adjusted the plastic on his cheeks bone. The fake fangs on the mask poked at his skin. This was never an issue for Viperion's real costume. His heart raced hard that it pulsed in his ears. He had to remain calm. He needs to try and enjoy this night but he felt this was a stupid move to make.
He stared down at the floor. As her blue eyes flashed in his mind once more. He shook her from his thoughts.
"So what you wanna do first?" Luka asked with a ting awkwardness in his tone. Zeke was smiling ear to ear as he looked about at the crowd and then turned toward Luka. "Huh? Oh, how about we head over to the snack bar?" He asked with the grin never leaving his face. Luka could tell, Zeke was going to have a blast tonight but he was unsure about himself. Luka winced as the lights beamed across his face as Zeke dragged him with his arm around his neck. He was filled with the uneasiness of tonight now that they were there. He was use to the hustle and bustle of the coffee bar versus this was very hectic. Luka scuffed his hair as they walked pass some girls that were half dressed pretty much with how much skin they were showing. Men surrounded them and drooled as they all grinded on each other.
Luka could probably get away and turn back now but he came here to have a good night. He can't let his nerves get the better of him. With everything happening when it comes to superhero him, this could be his last shot at having decent fun before shit hits the fan. He still was anxiously waiting for the first attack by Mariposa. Her words still haunted him. "Let us rid the world, together, one bad egg at a time. Here is your chance to think of our proposal. Until we all meet again in the near future, let today's rising sun mark as a symbol to the beginning of change."
What did she mean by our proposal? Her and the Kwamis? What could they possibly have up their sleeve? There has to be more behind this then he can simply figure out from their encounter. He sighed and then winced as the music roared with a loud scream in the song. It caused his brain to rattle and goosebumps creep along his skin. The scream that haunted his skull rattled back like PTSD. His skin started to crawl and heart began to shake. He shouldn't be thinking about this right now. He NEEDS to have fun. He HAS to have fun. Luka groaned as he started to feel nauseous. The snack table came into view when the crowd broke apart toward the end of the sea of people. Luka pulled away from Zeke quickly as he leaned against the table, shoving his hand into a small bowl of m&ms and sprinkling a pinch full into his mouth. Zeke rose a brow toward the man as he reached for a small bag of chips. "Okay dude?"
"Yea, just needed a bit of sugar in my system." He told as he chewed on the chocolate treat. He pinched for another batch and sprinkled them in his mouth. A hand reached across the table into his view. "I can give you some sugar cutie." Luka looked up and then coughed when he looked what was displayed somewhat behind the table. The table was propped up against a small stage and he saw the bars in view. He flushed red as two women stood along the stage. One was kneeled down with a smile on her face.
"Uh, uh." Luka stuttered as he kept second glancing at the female and then away as her breasts were poking through the bars. Luka backed away a step as Zeke came up close to his side. "Not your first time seeing boobs is it?" He laughed. "No! Of course not, I just wasn't expecting it." Luka huffed. Zeke smiled as he opened the bag and looked up at the girl. "'How's it going Betty?" He asked as he crunched on his Cool Ranch Doritos. "Night is going Boo-tiful" she giggled. "Come for another lap with this spooky bitch?" She smirked as she reached booping his nose. "Or you come to show off your cutie here?" She winked toward Luka. Luka scuffed awkwardly as he scratched the back of his neck. He looked around and noticed the white armchairs that sat near the tables. "Well, you know, we were looking for a snack." Zeke chuckled.
He snapped his head toward Zeke. Is this what he meant by snack table? Not the food but them? Zeke glanced at him at the corner of his eyes. "You willing to come out and loosen my friend up?"
"What? No, no. I'm good." Luka shuffled with a chuckle but Zeke grabbed his collar when he went to turn away. He grumbled when Zeke used all his might to shove him into one of the slick chairs. "Zeke, come on, I wanted to just drink not get grinded on."
Zeke rose a brow. "Yeaaaaaa, I don't believe that." He told as he turned toward Betty as she walked to the edge of the stage and walked down a small set of stairs. The cage was a fake wall that only covered the front part of the stage. Zeke handed the girl a twenty dollar bill. "First time with a dancer. Make him feel special." He chuckled as he sat in the other chair. She giggled as she tucked the twenty in her white hair bun. Luka could see her better from this angle then from behind the bars. She wore no top but white underwear, just like in her poster out front. She wore big bulk white heel boots as she walked over to him. Her hair was pure white but brown was showing through her roots. She placed her hands on the chair arms as she leaned over him. Her boobs hung in front of them. "Now, being your first time, just know, you can look but you can't touch." She giggled with a wink.
Luka gulped as he looked to her but kept glancing at her bounty hanging before him. "L-look, I don't know about th-this" he gulped as her hand grazed along his crotch. "Just a quick dance, it won't hurt. In fact, it will make you feel good." She told him as she glanced over and smiled. "Here." Another female chimed. She held a tray with a couple shot glasses on them and placed them on the side table next to the chair. Betty reached and handed the glass to Luka. "Here sweety."
Luka took the glass into his fingers and with his nerves completely being shot he took the shot quickly as he adjusted himself in his seat. He took in a shaky breath after he shivered the vodka taste down. His mind was racing as he stared along the female figure as she turned her figure and slid her arms along her torso and down her hips. Luka glanced to Zeke who was watching the other figure on stage dance as he took a shot. Okay this is happening. Play it cool. Don't touch. Just watch and relax. He adjusted his phanny pack on his stomach to his side where Sass was. He really needed to find him a different hiding spot.
He sat back and relaxed his muscles as he watched her move in front of him. Her hands danced along her whole body as she turned and caressed her chest and then rubbed around her collarbone and neck area. Luka stared along her body as she moved closer toward him. Her boobs were hypnotic almost to a point where he couldn't take his eyes off them before he realized she was straddling him. He blinked as he kept his wrist forced along the arms of the chairs as if they were chained. As she shifted her torso and chest in a snake like motion as her covered self grinded along his front. He gulped at the feeling and motion. He swallowed a groan he wanted to spit out premature. God he never realizes how horned up he is until someone touches him in such a way. He inhaled sharply as his eyes stared down along her pelvic as she motioned it about him before he stared up along at her hanging breasts. He wanted to grab them so badly. They almost taunted him with their plumpness. She stared down at him with lust filled eyes. Her being a dancer she had that look down pack cause it made his head go fuzzy.
Luka huffed a bit as he watched closely, his skin boiling with intense heat as she continued to grind on him as her hands touched his chest. His eyes drifted over and noticed Zeke was no longer in the chair. He blinked as he looked around quickly before another performer walked over and whispered into Betty's ear. She creased her brows and nodded. The other girl turned away before Betty looked down at Luka. "Sorry Sugar. I guess one of our girls walked out after taking a phone call suddenly and they need me back on stage." She expressed as she pulled away from Luka. It happened so fast and was over just as fast. His lip wanted to quiver almost like a little kid getting their toy taken from them but he kept his composure. "Oh, damn, okay, that was just getting hot too."
"I know. I'm sorry. Here, take your friends money back since I didn't perform too long for ya." She told as she reached pulling the money from her bun. "N-no." He huffed as he rubbed his bridge of nose and eye lids. "Keep it. It was a good wake up drink from a tall glass like yourself." He sighed with a smile. "Thank beautiful."
She smiled and gave him a look. "You can't talk to girls like that here. Going to make them feel special darling." She swooned herself with the bill before she tucked it back into her bun. "Enjoy your night here." She expressed before she ducked away back to the stage. Luka inhaled her marshmallow like perfume that tailed behind her. He stood as he dusted the glitter from his pants before he cursed a bit that the shit is probably never going to get out of the fabric.
Tonight was going to be his chance to finally be himself and have fun. He looked back up and blinked, his head moved back and forth as Zeke was still no where. "Z-zeke?" He asked. He huffed as he made his way through the crowd. "Sorry, excuse me." He stated as he pressed his hands on people's backs and shoulders to make it through. He shivered at the uncomfortableness this was causing him at seeing so many people wearing masks of his teams hero personas. So many RubyBugs and Chat Noirs stared along at him. He felt like it was his team mates staring back at him as he moved his body through. Make small talk. He cooed a breath out as he was trying to prepare himself for what felt like the impossible.
"Hi" he said to a person as he walked through. The person ignored him. He grumbled as he continued. "Sup?" He said to another. The male nodded a sup back but the male continued on with his own small group. A small female figure walked passed him with a Viperion mask. "You like Viperion? M-me too" he stared awkwardly. He wanted to slap his own forehead for saying that. The girl stared and turned onward. His own mask seeing amongst the people didn't throw him off too much. He rarely saw himself, so seeing masks on others wasn't too creepy. But it still felt odd. He did have a ting of jealousy as there were a lot of Chat Noir masks among the crowd versus Viperions. Luka grumbled as the fanny pack continued to vibrate from Sass' harsh thrashing. Luka rolled his eyes as he hissed. "Okay I get it. Hold on." He huffed as he looked around. He saw a single door bathroom along the wall side near the bar.
Luka opened and locked the door quickly as he turned around to stare at his floating friend as he ripped the mask from his face. "what?!" He snarled. Sass continued to glare with a look of disapproval. Luka tossed the mask at the sink as he leaned against the counter as he hung his head. "Nobody has noticed. Okay. You can loosen your tail in a twist. Alright?"
"Luka. I'm fine with you having your fun but this, this is dangerous. First. You are wearing your herosonas mask. Someone is bound to put that together you are him. Two you are drinking with your emotions being at the driver seat. In my years as a kwami amongst humans. Drinking emotions is not the smartest move. And finally. I hate being in that pack. I'm literally in the wave of being tussled with." He shivered at the thought.
"First. I changed my hair. Nobody will realize."
"Until you transform as Viperion again."
"Heros can alter their egos to how they want. All I have to do is keep Viperion's hair the way it has been. So solved. There. Second. I'm not emotionally drinking. I'm drinking to have fun. Sure shit has happened but tonight I've told myself to have fun and try not to think about all the shit that's been happening." He huffed as he turned toward Sass. "And third. What else is am I suppose to do. I have no where to hide you. It's the fanny pack or the pocket in my vest. And seeing the pockets on my vest can barely fit a lighter and that's it. I doubt you want that option. Then there is waiting in the rafters."
"I have to remain near by Incase something bad happens. That doesn't mean I have to hide with in a holding space." He expressed as he pointed to Lukas wrist wear his miraculous was hiding under his arm gloves. "A kwami can hide within an object as well. I can simply reside back in miraculous for a short period of time."
Luka blinked. "You can do that? I thought that was only if I relinquish you. Why am I just now finding this out?"
"You weren't the type to need to use that. In the three years we've been together. You've pretty much resided in your home and when not. I would hide in your guitar case. But since you don't play much. There isn't much options I have left with you breaking from your norm. I can hide with in the jewel but I won't be able to hear anything once I reside inside. There are barriers that keep kwamis at bay such as our miraculous and others like gems, tainted or cursed metals and also oracle mirrors and crystal balls. So you have to say a chant to release me back from the holding of the miraculous to be able to remanifest to this reality." He expressed.
Luka stared confused but pondered. It would make traveling with a magic like powered lizard genie easier. "What's the chant?"
Sass inhaled slowly before he resighted. "Selease ta kwami sithsin ts jewel free srom sarm."
Luka flinched back and shook his head. Did he just have a stroke or something. "What?"
Sass repeated.
Luka shook his head as he tried to follow along but butchered every word along the way. "Maybe I can write it in my phone?" He asked as he pulled his phone out. He typed the words as Sass resighted. "How do you spell that?"
"You have to mean each word when spoken or it won't work. You have to concentrate hard. Only another kwami can release me if the chant doesn't work or breaking the object works as well."
"But Miraculous are indestructible."
"Which is why it's best to know the chant." Sass sighed.
"How about it record your voice?"
"Kwamis can't be picked up by your technology. Like cameras or even microphones." Sass told. "You have to say it."
Luka jumped as somebody knocked on the door rapidly. "Hold on!" He yelled as he turned to Sass.
"Selease…." They both said together. "ta… kwami…. sithsin ts jewel… free srom…. sarm." They looked to each other and Luka resighted the phrase again as he put his mask back on. "Selease ta kwami sithsin ts jewel free srom sarm." He said as he read along his phone screen and then blinked as Sass flung his body into his wrist suddenly as he shifted into the bracelet. His wrist vibrated and then faded to a stop. Luka gulped as he examined his arm as his fingers shook.
Luka made his way from the restroom. His eyes shifted off toward the bar area and puffed at his loose side strands that flared to his eyes. He shimmed through the river of people that stood before him with ease. Luka leaned against the bar counter as he breathed heavily. The crowd was so intense that the air felt thick amongst them. He stared down at the wood finish and hung his head as he sat at the chair. Maybe this wasn't a good idea. He looked down as his hand was beginning to shake. It seemed as he stared as it shook even more. He tried fighting it by holding it with his other but it felt as if his bones still rattled in his grasp. His eyes look back and forth along the stretched out counter towards the people that were up against the bar just like him. One person was already passed out on the end, and then there was a female further down, with a man hovering over her as they were intimately close to one another. He rolled his eyes as he looked away. He cursed under his breath wondering where Zeke would have wandered off to. Zeke knew very well that Luka was not familiar with this place. Why would he just dash off like he did? The bartender turned towards him, he was a heavier set man, bushy beard and ratty eyebrows with some scars going down his dark skinned cheeks and forehead. He chewed on a sucker of some sort.
"What will it be, kid?"
"I'll just get a steamroller."
"You got it."
Luka sighed as he looked away and turned in the spinny chair to look about the crowd along the establishment. His foot tapped nervously as the blaring music blasted in the distance, he couldn't even make out what they were playing. His tensed muscles began to burn as the vodka started to settle into his system. He was slouching a tad but set up right when he noticed a familiar person. Zeke waved over at him as he made his way over.
"Sorry man, I had to use the restroom real quick before things got real." He said as he turned on his heels to check out some girls that walked by.
"A little heads up next time," Luka stated. "I thought you just up and left. Besides I went to the restroom. You weren't there."
"Didn't say I went to the mens." He chuckled. Luka stared confused before he caught sight of some lipstick on his neck. "Sorry man. Used to coming by myself so not used to communicating with someone." Zeke chuckled as he leaned against the counter of the bar, they faced opposite directions as they talked. "Want me to get you a drink?" As on cue the bartender sat Lukas beverage down. Luka side-eyed Zeke with a small smirk.
"Beat you to it," he said as he reached, taking a small sip of his drink. "Shouldn't have abandoned me in my time of need."
"Oh well I'll get the next one." Zeke commented. "Hey Oliver, can you get me a blue sour martini and a scotch on the rocks."
Luka scuffed in his beverage and looked over to zeke. "A martini? You?"
"Yeah," Zeke stated. "One way to break the ice with a lady is by buying her a drink."
"Isn't that kind of like bribing almost?"
"No, not at all. Like I said, breaking the ice. What if a girl bought you a drink? Wouldn't you want to talk to her?"
Oliver sat the scotch down as he turned to prepare the martini. Zeke nodded and took it into his hand. Luka rolled his eyes, that was a Fair point. It was only polite to talk to a person that would buy you a drink. Luka took another sip of his steamroller. He licked the small bit of foam from his lips that grazed along his snake bites. His eyes scanned the area as Zeke turned to face the same direction as he took a tiny sip. "See something you like?" Zeke asked.
"No, I'm just trying to calm my nerves right now first. Not really looking. I'm guessing you have someone in mind?" Luka peered down at his drink as he turned the cup about as he stirred the liquid into a motion.
"Of course I do, you always keep your eyes open. I spotted an interesting blue dressed figure on my way out of the restroom. Getting her a martini to match her dress."
"Is that how you're going to break the ice, hey sexy got this drink to match your dress?"
"Hey I sounded sexier in my head but now that you say it that way maybe I should rethink the pick up line." Zeke pondered as they both took drinks from their cups.
"You were looking a little blue, so I bought you a drink." A female voice spoke. They both turned and Luka coughed from his drink. The alcohol burned his throat as he thrusted his fist into his chest to clear his throat. He gulped as he sat up straight as a female approached the bar down the stretch. She wore a tight strapless red club mini dress that she tugged at to go further down her legs which were lined with matching red fishnets with sparkling gems along the crisscrossed strings. Her lips black as crimson. And blue eyes like wisps hiding behind her ladybug printed mask, the red compared to her eyes made them pop. Her hair dark, long and loose along her shoulder. She leaned against the counter.
"Sorry, kind of eavesdropped. You should say that. It would have made me giggle at least. But uh. You should wipe the lipstick off you first unless she did that." She stated sheepishly. "C-can I get a sour amaretto, please?" She asked Oliver, who nodded as he sat the martini down next to Zeke. Zeke couldn't help but look the new piece of eye candy up and down. They both stared along her body as she leaned against the counter. Her chest hung a smidge over the counter and dangled for their pervy pleasure. She was tiny, so she stood up on her tips of her black heel ankle boots to lean over the counter. Her rear end was plumped out a bit as she was leaned over the counter. Zeke smirked as he turned to look at Luka. He was close to saying he changed his mind but the look on Lukas face as he was leaning past Zeke to eye the girl, the curiosity in his eyes made him submit.
"Thanks, I'll definitely have to use that." He told turning toward her as he cheered his glass up at her before he reached wiping the lipstick off his face. "My friends got your drink by the way." He stated as he grabbed the martini and looked to Luka who snapped his head to him.
"Go get some of that tiger." He whispered before he strutted away. "Zeke, Zeke!" Luka grumbled as he reached toward his friend who was out of reach. His heart raced fast as he grumbled, punching the side of his fist on his forehead. She stared after him as she pulled herself upright from leaning.
"You don't have to get my drink." She called over. He shyly looked to her and he gulped, melting in his seat again as her hair stands curls bounce with her head movement as she bounces on her heels in a cute manor. She seemed nervous with her fidgeting. Her figure was slender, the dress fit her curves just right. The fabric shined from the lights above and caught his eyes as he made him observe each curve on her body. That short lap dance did not make eyeing her any easier. "N-no, I don't mind." He cleared his throat as he took a sip of his drink. "Don't mind. At. All." He stretched, eyeing her bottom without her looking as he turned the chair around and faced toward Oliver who was shaking her drink together. He gave a look Luka knew very well as a bartender himself. A look of, you-poor-sape. He never thought he'd be on the receiving end of that look. He gulped. He was one of those guys. He never knew.
"Well, thank you." She stated as she leaned against the counter once more. She was four stool chairs away from Luka. Luka had the urge to talk to her but didn't know how to. He kind of wanted to fill the gaps between them but didn't want to come across as creepy or desperate. "S-so. Come here often?" He asked. Fuck. Oliver was mid shake and stopped giving him a are-you-serious-look. Luka huffed as he hung his head in shame as he listened to the clinging of the ice in Olivers shaker. She felt awkward from that question from the sound in her voice.
"Uh, no, first night here actually. Friend dragged me here."
Luka chuckled. "Same." He sighed. He glanced as he noticed no friends at her side "So where is your friend?" He asked.
"I'm not so sure about this Zoe." She stated with a blush along her cheeks as she tugged at the bottom of the dress. The feeling overtook her, she felt almost naked in a sense. "I'm not use to short stuff like this."
"I think you look h-o-t-t." She spoke. "Sure you don't wanna date girls?"
Marinette huffed at her bangs and looked at Zoe with a pout through the tall mirror. "I'm kidding. But offer still stands." She shrugged, bumping her hip against Marinette's. "Look, from what you told me. I think you need a night of fun, to let loose." She stated as she looked Marinette in the mirror and reached fixing her hair strand to drape it over her collarbone. Marinette had explained all that had happened so far being back in Paris. Chloe, Lila, Adrien and even bits about Luka and now with Alya. "You have not had an easy return home. You are the nicest person and deserve to have fun." She spoke. "You are in the city of love after all."
"I'm just going to mess everything up. That's what I'm known for."
"Not tonight." She smirked. "My friend Cat owns the club we are going to. It's my first night there but she told me about their theme tonight." She started as she walked over to her bag and tussled through it. She pulled two masks out of her bag, a Rubybug and a Viperion mask. "Tonight, you will be Ladybug." She giggled.
"What?" She stared confused as Zoe shoved the mask into her hand. She stared at the slightly glittered covered plastic in her digits.
"Her club is having a Miraculous Masquerade tonight. So this is your chance to not be you." Zoe started as she held the Viperion mask in front of her face. "Be the you you want to be. Your not RubyBug, your going to be Ladybug."
Marinette continued to stare down at the plastic. "Why don't you be Rubybug?" She asked. Zoe hissed like a snake as she danced away from her and around the room. "Nah. I think you'd make an amazing Ladybug." She told as she pulled the mask down from her face. Marinette sighed slowly as she watched her friend move around. "Maybe even a sexy Kitty Noir~ But look, it doesn't matter what mask you wear, it's all about how you wear it. How you present yourself. In my honest opinion. You should let loose. From my understanding with this Luka dude. It sounds like you need to take action. But you are so stiff." She told as she walked back over to Marinette and squeezed her shoulders. "Use this chance to break out of that shell. Flirt with some guys. And then you will gain the confidence to talk to this boy."
"If you're right, what about you? I don't want to just leave you."
"I'm probably going to do the same. Flirt with some guys and some girls if I'm lucky." She winked. "The perks to being bisexual. The whole crowd is my oyster. Besiiiiiides. I haven't had any luck in the love department and this girl is getting antsy." She giggled. "If you get what I mean."
Marinette turned red as the dress she wore as she looked away.
"You act shy but I know you are feeling the same. You want that lust filled affection. Find a guy. Flirt. Maybe make out. Get you some. And see how you feel. It sounds like you are unsure if you wanna date or you want a fling. Soooo go for a fling as Ladybug. Ladybugs are supposed to be lucky after all. You are not going to get anywhere if you are horn dog swooning for a guy." She paused. "Well, the right guy, I mean. There are a lot of guys that will have sex with a lamp post."
Marinettes face felt hot as she was feeling so antsy with this conversation but maybe Zoe was right. Maybe this was a good chance to break out of her shell. She looked at herself in the mirror. The outfit Zoe gave her was amazing. She never saw her wearing such a get up. She felt sexy. It has been stressful since she got back from new york, but who is she kidding it's been totally stressful the last three years. She did deserve fun night out. Period. She slowly inhaled through her nose as she closed her eyes. She didn't like the idea of a hook up but maybe flirting would help her. Besides, a few drinks would not hurt, right? She reached putting the mask on. She opened her eyes and stared at the girl in the mirror. A confident woman stood before her. Luscious red, her curves showing with her tight dress. She looked down at the selection of makeup and perfumes in front of her. She reached taking a bottle in her hand. "Time to become someone new." She spoke as she sprayed herself with a bottle she recognized. The smell of coconut and mint entered her nose.
She stared as something clicked on her wrist as Zoe approached her. She stared down at the silver chain with a blue smiley circle charm.
"We will get separated, I know we will. Click this and it will alert my phone if you get into anything or run into anyone creepy. Okay?"
Marinette nodded.
Marinette glanced down at her bracelet. "Not sure," she started, should she careful telling a stranger she was alone? "I kind of lost her amongst the crowd. Mom always taught me to stay in one spot. So here I am." She forced a fake giggle. She left the hotel, filled with such confidence and now that she is here, she's a nervous wreck. Oliver sat her drink beside her. "Thank you." She stated as she turned leaning on the stool. She fingered the glass and rose it toward Luka after a second of silence. She hoped maybe this drink would loosen her up. "And thank you, as well." She said toasting the air. Luka chuckled as he rose his cup along hers in the air before he took a sip and continued to face inward to the bar as he slouched over. He exhaled harshly as he stared up at the TV screen that loomed over the bars counter. The old flat screen flickered for a second as an infomercial played. He couldn't make out what was being said but they were selling some type of kitchen gadget. He rolled his eyes as he looked back over at the female before looking forward again. He didn't know if he should keep talking to her or if he should just keep to himself.
His foot twitched nervously as they sat there, in silence as the music played loudly between them, what felt like hours was only a few minutes. He glanced over at her as her eyes continued to scan the crowd as she tapped her hand along her thigh. Her eyes glanced to him for a second before returning. His heart raced, staring along her body. She was small but her thighs against the chair appeared plumper. The fishnet stretched against her porcelain skin and made it pop out like bubble wrap. He gulped as he ran his hair through the bits of bangs loose from his hair pinned up ponytail. Why couldn't he think of anything to say? His eyes kept glancing over toward her as he took every inch of her body in and then would quickly look away before she could notice. Her skin was doll like. The red of her dress made her pop out like an expensive canvas.
Her heart thumped fast as she felt his eyes on her body. A heat sensation lingered in her blood and above her skin. She tried to hide her shaky hand by grasping it with the other as she held the amoretto firmly. His eyes were like hands, touching every groove of her body. She sighed and hoped a heat of smoke didn't lure out. She felt like an oven cooking on high. The butterflies on fire in her lower stomach hit the wall lining of her ovaries.
Luka blinked as a small basket was set between the space between them. It was a set of what appeared to be curly fries "I didn't order this?" He looked to Oliver. Oliver rolled his eyes. "Customer sent them back. They didn't want curly but wanted wedges. So I thought, instead of tossing them, you could eat them…" he said as his eyes flicked over to the girl and back to him. Sending him a signal to share. Luka looked to the basket and to the girl and then to Oliver who turned away as soon as Luka clicked it in his mind. Luka reached for a fry and popped it in his mouth before he looked over to the girl as she sipped her drink. He noticed she shivered from the beverage. He chuckled and locked his eyes forward as she glanced at him. "Uh um. Would you like a fry?" He questioned. Marinette glanced at the fry and then her drink. Her stomach rubbled. She barely had food in her belly so food was probably the best move before she would indulge more into her alcoholic drinks. She shyly sat her glass a stool away before she stood to her heels and tip toed over and sat a stool closer. Two stools away she was now. She reached and took a fry and slowly put it in her mouth. "Thank you" she stated as she chewed and swallowed. She took a small pinch of them and ate them before she took another sip of her drink and shiverer once more which caused Luka to chuckle once again. "Can't handle alcohol?" He asked as he took a swig of his.
"Is it that obvious?" She smiled nervously, cheeks turning red but not from embarrassment as she nibbled on the fry like a hamster. "I can't stand the stuff at first. Got to get a couple drinks in me before I can't taste it anymore. But doesn't help me being a lightweight." She huffed, being almost on E for her stomach. She worried the alcohol would cause her to become intoxicated faster then normal. She already felt a tad loose. "Learned from experience?" He asked. That felt rude saying. He tsk at his question.
"Yea," she twirled her hair nervously. "I'm not a party girl. I've only gotten stupid drunk maybe 3 times." She didn't want to admit this wasn't her first drink tonight. She had a few shots in her already when they first came in. She hoped it would ease her nerves but they didn't. Maybe a big girl drink would do it? She stared down at the sour amoretto in her grasp. She felt she said too much now, to a complete stranger too.
Don't say it. Don't say it. "I bet you're super cute drunk." Fuck. Luka secretly slammed his fist into his thigh out of view from her. He wish he had a dagger to stab his leg muscle. She chuckled awkwardly again. "Uh, I wouldn't know." She stared, she said nervously. Was he flirting with her? Her heart was racing super fast in her chest already but the thought of a man flirting with her made it beat faster. Her racing heart and lava boiled skin caused her to breath fast but she tried to not let it show. Luka grumbled in his head as he felt he was making her nervous. You're ruining everything he would tell himself. "S-sorry." He sighed. "I said that wrong."
"You're fine." She said but he got the vibe she was just saying that by the ring in her voice and by the look of her tapping knee.
"I'm not used to being social. I'm so awkward." He huffed. "I get nervous around pretty girls." He blinked. Did he just say that? Marinette blink and she quickly looked at him with a small smile glowing on her face. "Pretty?" She questioned as she gave him a jokingly judging face. He was trying to flirt with her. This made her feel all giddy in her stomach.
"Uh, yeah," he turned red with a tiny bead of sweat in his temple. "The Rubybug mask looks really good on you. Makes your eyes-" he popped his lips to make the pop noise and then chuckled awkwardly as he looked to his drink. She couldn't help but giggle after that noise. Maybe he wasn't a creep. He was kind of cute. She stared along his gothic punk like outfit. All black was a bold choice but he made it work. She bit her lip as he brushed his shaggy bangs to the side. "So what are you like as a drunk?" She asked as she looked to her drink once more. Luka scratched the back of his neck. "Uhhhhh, well," he coughed as he started to remember his drunken nights.
"Kind of clingy and needy, I tend to stutter around girls." He blushed. She blinked taken back and then looked the man over. Him? Needy? Now that would be an interesting sight. He seemed confident but also kind of sad loner at the same time. But he was being super nice to her. If he kept staring her down though, she might not know what to do with her Jello mind. Maybe this was her chance to finally break out of her shell and flirty back. She took in a shaky inhale before she answered confidently. "Needy? That's cute." She said as she stood to her feet and moved closer in the stool next to her. She leaned against it. Her stomach began to churn as her heart caught on fire by her surprise confidence that overtook her like a adrenaline shot going through her veins. Luka glanced down at her movement. She was only one stool away now. "I think you are doing fine."
Luka looked her up and down and turned a bit toward her as he took a quick sip of his drink. He tried fighting back a smirk. He didn't want to seem too desperate. "Sooooo. Are you not into socializing as well?" He asked. "A hottie like you could land a few conversations and broken hearts behind with" He cleared his throat as he looked her dress over. She was closer more and he saw more of her curves. The dress pushed her breasts up which caused a tiny mountain view he could stare at for hours. "That d-rEss" he choked on his words and bullied his saliva down as if he was close to drooling. "Nah, not really." She stared. "I'm, picky with people." She stated. "I can kind of tell who I will vibe with."
"Not vibing with people? Or not wanting to vibe?" He asked. "I can leave you alone if you don't like vibing." Luka felt he needed to sew his mouth shut with how he said the word vibing. He almost said it as if he was a high stoner, he even threw in the small arm movements as he swayed his head. God he hated his awkwardness. When will this drink finally take effect?
"You are fine." She sighed. "Nah, just been a rough night. So don't really wish to add more drama with just anyone." She stated. She half wondered if she should word vomit to a complete stranger. Normally she wouldn't but under her mask she could be anybody to him. She was a stranger. She could say whatever she wanted. "Let's just say I ran into my friend and she wanted to hang, kind of followed her lead cause I didn't much want to go home." She told as she sipped her drink again. Her skin started to heat up more.
"I'm sorry. I feel it though. Had a rough one myself." They looked at each other and rose their glass. "Here here." They said together and then chuckled.
"So did your friend drag you here?" She asked as she turned more toward him in the stool. Luka couldn't help but glanced down between her thighs as her knees pulled in close to each other. Her racing heart began to slow down a smidge as her heating skin vibrated her area as she noted his glancing. She bit her inner lip. He quickly darted his eyes trying to hide his glance behind an eye roll as he spoke.
"Yes and no. I kind of pulled the trigger to be dragged. Funny enough." He stated as he traveled his hand through his bangs. Marinette gulped as his hair fell loosely along his cheeks. Her heart was about to jump from her chest.
"Oooh, gotcha." She spoke. "I hear yea." She giggled as she pushed his knee.
Luka smirked a tad as he looked her way, her grasp lingered on his knee like a phantom. Their eyes locked for a second. Luka puffed at the techno music played between them like it was annoying fly. "Man, wish they would play some metal or rock." He commented, eyes never leaving her.
Marinette nodded. "Yea maybe some Jagged Stone or some Bad Wolves." She spoke. "How bout some…."
"Rob Zombie?" They said together and both stared shocked and then laughed. Luka smiled. This girl had similar taste as him. Interesting. He stared along her aura that bounced off her body. A familiar tone played off her that seemed familiar. Marinette felt the same as his stare lingered on her body. She bit her lip again but more in her view as her mind grew calm. His stare first made her nervous but as his eyes lingered more and more on her, it trickled excitement to get lower region. "You know Jagged originally wanted to do Techno when he was young." She leaned.
Luka leaned forward into her space. "Yea but a street player made him change his mind."
"Thank god for that." They said once again together.
"What I love about Jagged is he says he can hear people's melody and see the aura of their hearts." He whispered. She looked and stared him over as he got lost in his words. "When I found that out about him. I freaked because I can as well." He chuckled.
"You can see people's auras?" She asked as she adjusted in her seat and adjusted her dress. "Ooh, what's mine?" She asked. He chuckled. "So I have you permission to stare at you?" He asked. She blushed and giggled like a school girl. "I-guess you do." She looked away for a second. "Take as long as you need." What's gotten in to her? She smiled. She liked this coincidence. She took a slow sip as her eyes looked up at him as she crossed her legs.
He smirked and then looked her over more closely. Even with a mask he could make our her aura beautifully. When he concentrated hard he saw the colors. Purple, pink and red. He chuckled out loud as it pulsed more pink then the others. She stared confused. "What?"
"Nothing just. Interesting." He smiled as he turned with a stern grin. "You have strong purple, red and pink aura." He started as he looked over and popped a curly fry into his mouth. "Purple means your empathetic toward others and creative. But I think anyone that wears a dress that attractive has a bit of creativeness to themselves." He winked. She sunk into her shoulders with a small smile. It wasn't her idea to wear this dress but she'll take the compliment. "Pink means your caring and loving. The boring stuff." He lied. She gasped and threw a fry at him. "Hey! Mean!" He laughed and then continued. "I'm only kidding. Haha. Anyways. But the red aura is what I am finding interesting." He spoke as he leaned in close. She stared as he gestured her to come closer as if he wanted to whisper. She looked back and forth and leaned in close. He whispered in her ear. "Red basically means your passionate, energetic and sexual."
She turned just as red as her aura as she jerked away. "H-hey!" She pouted as she threw another fry at him. He laughed as he dodged the fry. "Hey. It's your aura. Not mine. I never lie." He spoke. "What can I say. I am very attractive." He joked. Her stare was averted away as she was feeling a tad embarrassed. He noticed this quickly. "I will say. I know my aura is big time red right now, sitting next to someone with such a pretty melody playing." He said as he stared her down. She looked to him and smiled a tad as she sat there as she pushed her hair behind her ear as she blushed from his stare. He continued to smile as he eyed her gages came into view as she pushed her hair away like a curtain. "Cool gages." He spoke as he pointed lightly toward them.
"Uh, t-thanks. My parents don't like them much but I don't know. I really dig them."
"You're not Rubybug are you?" He chuckled as he extended his reach towards her to poke her mask covered cheek. "You got the red aesthetic going on. Wouldn't be shocked if that's your miraculous in camouflage mode." He winced as he felt an imaginary Sass kick his rib from his pack. Maybe he said too much.
She laughed. "No. I'm not that courageous. Also what kind of hero goes to a bar as themselves?" She giggled. This idiot. He forced a laugh. "Sure you're not Viperion? You know stuff about miraculous." She roses a brow with a teasing smile. Luka gulped as that did come across odd. "Uh, uh. I learned it from a girls blog." He pulled his collar. "Yea, the ViperBlog." He sweated. Marinette's expression changed as she looked down. "Oh, gotcha." She turned a bit away from him in her stool. She swayed the seat back and forth as she stared along the floor. She completely forgot about Alya already. She hopes she wasn't too mad at her. Her fingers twitch that she wanted to reach for her phone but it wasn't there on her hip.
Luka gulped as he felt made that came across weird. He stood up and moved a seat closer to her. The gap now closed. "So, if you don't mind me asking, what really brings you here?" He asked. She blinked and looked over at him. Her nerves began to fester on her skin once more. Her heart felt heavy after bringing up Alya. She didn't know how to respond now. "Uh, like I said, my friend dragged me here." She spoke, starting up at him. He was so close. She faintly smelled his cologne and a hint of dye.
"Yea, I know, but if I didn't have a reason to be here, and my friend left me, I would leave if I didn't feel comfortable." He stared down at her. He inhaled air through his nose to continue speaking but the sweet scent of her perfume hit him. What was this interesting smell combination?
She sat there and pondered as she thought of Alya. "Honestly. Sounds sappy but, another friend and I got into a fight."
Luka took a sip of his drink as she turned to face him more in her stool. "It wasn't bad, bad, but it was about me." She spoke. "I was with this guy for a few years. And it ended. Badly. So I was thinking of going after another guy." She spoke. Lukas hopes went right down the toilet. "Oh." He whispered. He looked a bit off in the distance as he took a sip. "So going to go after this new guy?"
"I wanted to, but." She paused. "My friend made a point that I was only doing it to cover my feelings for my ex. Maybes she's right." She told. "Things could of gotten messy. I don't want to be with my ex though. Even though he tried to push plans on me."
Luka sighed. "I was wanting to pursue a girl but her ex came back. So here I am." Luka whispered as he sipped his drink some more before he sat his cup down and motioned Oliver to make him another. "Honestly, I didn't know her well. So maybe it was for the best."
"I feel it. I didn't know this second guy well. I think I was just lonely and…" she stopped as she sipped her drink some more.
"Horny?" He joked but when she didn't answer. He glanced and saw her staring at her knees with red cheeks. His stomach flipped as he chuckled. So the aura was right. "Yeaaaaa, me too." He admitted as he leaned to catch her gaze.
She turned red. "Wh-what?! No!"
Luka smirked as he leaned toward her. "It's okay to admit it. We are all human with needs." He whispered. "Kind of why I'm here, honestly."
She blushed with a roll of her eyes. "So why are you at the bar?" She questioned. "Not flirting with some hot girl?"
He sighed as he looked back as Oliver brought him a new drink. He took it and sipped it. "Kind of was hoping a drink or two would help me out of my nerves to talk to a hot girl. Second drink here. And a hot girl in my presence. Check and check." Luka motioned his glass towards Marinette with a wink before he took a long swig of the drink. Luka chuckled as the alcohol burned his throat after chugging the half the glass. "But it sounds like you hot stuff are off limits. A forbidden treat." He coughed. Her cheeks felt flushed as her eyes stared along the grain of the wood on the bar. She took a long swig of her own drink and she tapped her finger along the glass as she felt a tinge of brain freeze hit the center of her brain. Her heart continues to race still. They sat there. In silence. She wasn't sure what to do. She felt like a follower for most of everything she did. When she was at the head to take any lead. She wouldn't know what to do.
"Sometimes it's better to take your own leap of faith." Oliver butted in, Luka and her looked back at him. "Sometimes you fall but it shouldn't stop you from trying again." He told as he leaned back against the middle display counter. Luka looked at the wood grain on the table and then glanced at the girl as she stared along Oliver as he spoke. "It's okay to go off track when heading to a certain destination. Enjoy the scenery of this new beaten path. And it will make the home stretch a lot more enjoyable."
She smiled. "So you're saying. It's okay, to venture off trail and take your own lead?"
He nodded. Marinette took these words in with an open heart. She knew she was done with Adrien but the love would always be there. She had a lustful draw toward Luka but was it healthy to jump in so soon? She out of habit reached for her phone again but it wasn't there. Her mind thought of Alya once more as she sighed. She looked to the time along a clock above Oliver. It was the turning 10pm. She saw the guy staring at her from the corner of her eye. This guy. He seemed nice and funny. Her goal was to flirt and have fun. He someone she's not. Get attention she felt she deserved.
She sighed. "Why am I here you ask?" She whispered as she turned toward Luka. "I think part of me wanted to branch. To go wild and do whatever the fuck I wanted to do." She stated boldly as she took his glass from his hand. "Meet a hot guy and do whatever the night brings." She stated. She shook a breath in and took a drink of his alcoholic drink. Her skin turned hot as Luka stared after her as she swallowed. Her stomach churned as her muscles relaxed more and felt a hint of numbness and carefree. "I do have a hot guy in front of me." She said boldly as she sat the drink down and stared directly at him. Luka blinked with a blush on his cheeks as a small smirk perked his corner. Her heart raced as she turned reaching taking his wrist as stood to her feet suddenly. "How about we dance Googly Eyes." She called him. "And see where the night leads us, shall we?"
Living Dead Girl by Rob Zombie played as she tugged his arm. Lukas heart stopped in his chest as he was dragged behind as he watched her hair bounce behind her and her hips move through the crowd. He looked back at Oliver who was giving him an approved nod. Luka gulped as he turned back toward her. He should use that line for the future. This girl was a flipped coin. Two different sides. Her candy like scent lingered once more. The sweet scent of mint trickled his nose and the after of coconut slithered in like a garden snake. His heart that stopped began to pump quickly as his mind raced as he chugged along behind her. He blinked taken back as this scent entered his nose. Is this… His tall figure loomed over her like he was a predator and she was his pray. She turned and looked back at him briefly, her blue eyes felt like a stake stabbing him. If he was a vampire, he'd be dead with wood in his chest. Her? He couldn't help the smirk that spread across his face. He walked to her side as his hands glided along her waist as they made it to the dance floor amongst other crowds of people but it felt like it was just them. He didn't want to break her but he wanted to grab every inch of her. The mysterious girl in red.
Marinette's heart raced as his fingers glided her hips and held them firmly. This was happening. She felt almost in a trance as they moved along the dance floor. She closed her eyes as she took this confidence in. She breathed it in like some type of chemical spill that poisoned her blood system and she kind of liked it. Her blood felt hot and her head a tad clouded as his hands held her hips close to his side as they rocked back and forth to the song as it continued to play. This song was perfect. Whenever she heard this song she got a sensation of confidence in each of her steps and her movements. She wasn't Marinette right now. She was Ladybug. Confident. Sexy. Courageous.
Luka stared down at the bit of gap that loomed between their bodies as he held her hips with a bear claw like grip. His pelvic area tapped against her right buttcheek as they danced to the fast tempo. This red dress was going to be his funeral. He wanted to grind all over her but he held back a tad as best as he could. His brain was foggy and blood hot. The smirk never leaving his face as his right hand left her hip and reached touching her shoulder and sliding down her arm; goosebumps formed along her skin. Her hand touched the hand on her hand and the other took his other wrist as it fell from her slinked arm. As she turned to face him, her rear end gliding against his front before facing toward him. She leaned in close to his ear. "What are you thinking about?" The female voice in the song chittered the air which gave Luka goosebumps as Marinette whispered the same line in unison. Luka groaned. "You don't wanna know." He spoke. His mind went dirty but he's went dirtier.
Marinette blushed under her mask as she tried to hold this confidence on her persona figure. She gasped as he quickly twirled her around. Though she was pretending to be confident, she can't pretend her clumsiness away. She gasped as her ankles caught each other and she started to fall back. She winced her eyes waiting for the floor impact but a force kept her upright. She squeaked as a hand grasped her lower back. She looked up at the man. Her stomach flipped staring along his demeanor. She gulped as he was leaning close to her to ensure she didn't fall. His long locks tickled her collar bone and cheeks. "You okay?" He whispered as he pulled her a bit upright but his hand still held her back firmly. Her heart was racing fast and her brain was foggy. She turned red as she realized his other hand was holding onto her as well. Her leg was slightly propped a smidge and his hand was grasping the back of her upper thigh, below the curve of her bottom. Her dress raveled up a tad. Did she dare move his hand away? He pulled her close.
Their eyes stayed locked together as she felt as if her head was being gravitated toward his. His eyes were blue and filled with such a look of both lust and loneliness and care that seemed like a distant memory. Her fingers trickled his chin. His eyes glanced to her black lipstick stained lips as her heart did summer salts. He gulped as he pulled away but blinked as she grabbed his face, pressing her lips against his. His heart stopped as they're lips moved together just perfectly. His eye lids slowly shut as his hand on her lower bottom squeezed tightly. But this moment was cut short as they both stumbled as the room filled with a high pitched screech. They both grabbed their ears as the pitch was unbearable. Marinette fell to her knees by the sound as Luka placed his hand on her back as he half kneeled beside her. He opened his eyes slightly as they were shut tight from the noise piercing his ear drums. What the fuck? People yelled and screamed in pain as the annoyance continued. His eyes pulsed as the sound waves were almost visible. The waves pulsed off each person. He felt his phone pulse in his back pocket as he glanced around the semi dark room as others took their phones out. What was happening?
