-9th Floor: Round Table Room, Great Tomb of Nazarick…
In the center of the room, a gigantic circular table shone with an obsidian gleam. Around it were forty-two magnificent seats.
Most of them, however, were empty.
Once, all of the seats had been filled, but now only one figure remained.
Momonga, Guild Leader of the Guild called Ainz Ooal Gown. He decides to stay in the game while waiting once the game system is shut down he'll be forced to log out.
He sat in his seat quietly in his sad thoughts about missing this place.
He and his guild mates built it many years ago.
After briefly chatting with his friend who hasn't been seen for three years, HeroHero. It was a miracle he came in a minute ago then he decided to bid farewell and logged out.
When HeroHero quit the game, Momonga then released his anger and frustration, slamming his skeletal fist on the round table, enraged at the fact that all his guildmates had left both him and their beloved guild behind.
'Stop it.' He reasons with himself, saying that. 'None of the guild members have betrayed you.'
Since there was a little time left before the game closes down, Momonga decides to accept the fact that he is still the guildmaster and leader of Ainz Ooal Gown.
As Momonga remained alone, unable to do anything just yet for a brief moment until he soon received a notification from his inbox.
/Zac Bell has logged in/
Momonga was surprised by this name that had appeared in his game screen, he knew him very well.
Zac Bell is an official newest member of Ainz Ooal Gown. He is a little bit annoying on most days, gets easily frustrated if someone messes with his stuff, always causing pranks to anyone in the guild without noticing, Momonga doesn't know how he does it, some or most times he acts like a total moron. But he is respected by his friends and treats them nicely with kindness, including Momonga himself as brothers and sisters, family. He even treats them like they are one.
He joined the guild of Ainz Ooal Gown about two years ago. He was once shy and a little quiet, around him and his guild members, he used to be but not anymore.
He loves playing both Yggdrasil and Assassin's Creed. He even dreamed about becoming an Assassin but instead he decided to become a Templar. His favorite anime character is Zatch Bell. He was so obsessed with him and even admired him.
When he first came into the game. He was the first person, who has somehow made his character into a Mamodo that looked exactly like Zatch Bell.
Hell, he even made a face that looks like him.
His height and weight included. Not only that, he got himself to level one hundred. He was a solo player, he eliminated nearly eighty-seven players in the game server, especially hackers and toxic groups. No one dared to lay a scratch on him, only a very few players have but none were able to live to tell the tale. He proved to be unstoppable and a force to be reckoned with.
His ways soon attracted the attention of the Guild of Ainz Ooal Gown, believing his methods could help them further.
Impressed with both his skill and his combat in online battle. He was recruited into the guild shortly thereafter, becoming the first Mamodo player member.
This suggestion was Momonga's idea.
He was thankful that Touch Me, Ulbert, Bukubukuchagama and several other guild members agreed with him while few of the members didn't but were ultimately convinced.
Once inviting him in, he didn't hesitate to say yes. Although he is a troublesome orphan boy who lives by himself instead of the orphanage after his parents pass away.
Momonga wonders why his kid friend doesn't want to live in a kid orphanage? Maybe because it's his personal reason. He'll ask him that when the time comes.
Soon he appeared before him.
It was Zac.
The outfit of his avatar character wears a dark blue long button up trench coat with a belt showing in front of his chest. The belt buckle's face has a red Templar cross logo, a red and white sash around his waist, a red cape draping over his right shoulder with a yellow cross behind the back. Black leather gloves, blue pants, and brown boots. Over his sash is a second belt with two holsters inside them were revolvers. Over on his left back shoulder was a sword and dagger inside their scabbard. One was red, the other one, blue.
The face of his avatar is the exact same as his favorite anime character.
His hair is short, light blonde, eyes large light orange-colored with distinctive thin black lines on his cheeks underneath them.
Looking over to his skeleton wizard friend. "Hey Momonga." He greeted him in a kind tone.
"Hi Zac." He greeted back waving his boney hand to him. "It's been a while. I haven't been on for five days."
"It has, hasn't it? Sorry for not being on for a few days. Let's just say I have been taking care of old business. This place hasn't changed one bit." Zac takes a look around the room, noticing none of his friends are here except Momonga and himself. "So…" looking back at his friend's avatar. "I take it, the rest of our friends decided to quit the game or perhaps they have their own personal reasons to quit?"
Momonga sadly sighs. "Yeah…" There was no way he couldn't deny it to him.
"Can't say I blame them, still I'll miss them especially Bukubukuchagama." Zac commented, ever since he became a guild member of Ainz Ooal Gown. He had kept playing regularly after everyone else stopped. He didn't play every day unlike Momonga but on some days and weekends he has.
"Me neither still, I'm glad you came, you just missed HeroHero, he was on for a short bit but he left not too long ago." Momonga explained.
Zac let out a sigh though his avatar can't move its mouth. "Well, that was unlucky I missed Herohero though, it's been a few years since I've spoken to him."
"It's fine, he wasn't on for too long anyways, he's probably been too busy at his job to come on much over the last few years, I can hardly blame him. It would've been a lot more boring if I was the only one maintaining Nazarick this whole time."
"I got nothing else better to do except hiding from the authorities." The Mamodo player commented. "All right, since I'm here, what should we do?"
"I got one." Momonga stood up from his chair. "Why don't we look around at what we've accomplished."
"Just the two of us, my friend." Zack nodded in response he would've smiled, but his avatar doesn't have the functionality to move the face. "Just the two of us. I don't see why we shouldn't, no point in wasting our time sitting in one room."
Momonga was happy that his friend was going to stay with him rather than leave him alone in the game. But despite that the Skeleton Overlord is still sad about the fact that his other friends had left if only they were here.
Looking at the wall to the golden staff floating there.
It was made of seven golden snakes that twirled and weaved through each other ending with each snake holding a different color jewel jewel in its mouth. Momonga stood up and walked over to the staff, he admired it for a few moments remembering all the hours and raids it took to create it. The staff of Ainz Ooal Gown, their mighty guild weapon.
Before he could take it, the Skeleton Overlord looked back to his youngest friend who is still standing. "Should I?"
"Go ahead." The Mamodo player told him it's alright. "It's the last day so what can possibly go wrong."
"Thanks." Momonga reached out and took hold of the staff, watching as a dark aura radiated from it.
"Shall we go to the Throne of Kings? My Generous Guild Leader." The Guild Master with weapon in hand turned to the last Guild member who asked him a question sarcastically.
"Yeah." Momonga nodded, nearly laughing. "Let's go here."
Both players headed out of the room. Before heading to the throne room. Zack and Momonga encounter Sebas Tian, Touch Me's NPC Creation and Pleiades in the Royal Suite.
They had been designed to act as the last line of defense to hold off any attackers that could make it all the way to the 10th floor so the guild members could set up a final battle for the invaders.
Zack suggests they'd come with them to the throne since they have nothing else to do. Momonga agrees with him but just for today and commands them to accompany them.
'I hope the other guild members will forgive us, only for today.' Momonga thought.
As they continued on the course through the hall, the two guild members passed through Lemegeton and arrived at the Gates of Judgement, the entrance to the Throne Room.
Zack looks at the Gates of Judgement. "Can't believe LuciFer designed this. I got a taste for his talents and his awesome details but still he's always a troublemaker like me."
"You have no idea." Momonga would recall how on several instances where LuciFer had given him trouble at some point in time. For that reason, Momonga has not taken a liking to him much, despite being a fellow guild member. Momonga even went as far as openly stating that if his Lion Golem attacks him, he would end up getting mad at LuciFer in the process. "By the way, thank you for getting rid of him for me a few months ago. He kind of deserved it since he almost got me angry."
"Don't mention it." Zack appreciates his thanks, remembering the prank he pulled on his troublemaking friend.
Some years ago. Zack gave LuciFer, a present of an item, however that 'present' turns out to be a visual virus which causes his game character to go haywire, the game was forced to kick him out for three days while fixing the problem unfortunately he didn't quit yet. At least he was out of everyone's hair in the guild for a while. When LuciFer came back online. He got so frustrated at Zack and didn't talk to him and everybody in the guild for nearly a week.
Which was a relief to them.
'Not to mention he was also a pain in my ass.' Momonga thought.
The double large doors automatically open for them, revealing a great hall with large chandeliers on the ceilings, banners representing the insignias of every member of Ainz Ooal Gown.
At the very end of the hall. The Throne of Kings came into view as the group walked in, they went their way towards the throne while Zack took a moment to briefly look at his banner which is a Templar banner.
When they approached the throne, the players soon encountered Albedo, Overseer of the Floor Guardians, standing nearby the Throne of Kings beside her was one of Zack's NPC Creations, Penny, Vice Overseer and Assistant.
Momonga then glanced at Sebas and the Pleiades. "The command was 'stand by' right?"
They simply bowed and took a few steps to the side.
Momonga sits his boney butt down on the throne while the Mamodo player comes over and stands by his side.
"No turning back now, my friend." Zack responded.
"I know but let's take a backseat there." Momonga glanced over to Succubus. "Albedo, what were her settings again?" He opens up a window of his console to check out her settings. "She supervises all of the Guardians." He slid down further, and was shocked to see the large amount of words that were written on her log. "Geez, this is long."
"Well, Tabula the settings maniac was the one that created her. Momonga." Zack pointed out.
"Yeah, but still did he have to put all of this in her settings? Oh who am I kidding he would." Once reaching the end of her settings he saw something that surprised him. "Huh? What the hell, no way."
"What is it?" Zack looked over to him, not being able to see the screen that is in front of Momonga.
"It says she's a bitch." Momonga told him.
"Tabula." Zack glared at his guild friend's flag, who is currently gone. "If I ever see him again I'm going to mess him up for the third time but that's him for you, he did love to make contradicting characters."
"Yeah, I can't fault the guy for his tastes. But still…do you think it's best for me to change it? Momonga turned his skull head to his kid friend.
"Go ahead and change it, it's the last day so what the hell." Zack replied after he shrugged.
"Alright." Momonga nodded, turning back to the window settings. 'Normally, you need a tool to change settings but since I have this.' He uses the golden staff to alter her settings to reprogram. "Let's see." He erased the last line before replacing it.
The Skeleton Overlord Player types down. 'She's deeply in love with Momonga, and also she treats Zack and Zeno as her sons.'
"Ugh! How embarrassing. I'm such a dork."
Momonga giggles to himself.
"What'd you put?" Zack managed to overhear him.
"I'll tell you once we'll get logged off." Momonga promised as he quickly deactivated his console. "What was that command again?" He taps the side of his skull forehead with a finger.
"Bow down." The NPCs fell onto one knee in perfect sync and bowed their heads.
With little time left, the two look at the banners of their guild members while waiting for the server to shut down.
"Looks like this is the end of the road. See you on the other side, Suzuki." Zack said, revealing his Skeleton friend's real name.
"You too… Simon." Momonga also reveals his friend's real name. 'Well, It was fun, in fact it was a blast.'

"Huh?" Unexpectedly, the server did not shut down; the two players were still in the throne room.
'Did the devs push back the surfer shut down?' Momonga tried to activate his console but it didn't pop up in front of him. 'Where is my console? I can't use chat or call a GM.' Momonga quickly realizes that something is wrong. 'What's going on?' He made a sudden move by standing up off the throne.
"Oh Momonga."
"Ah?" The Skeleton Player looked over to the direction of his guildmate, speaking in a new voice which is familiar.
As his red dot eyes landed on him worrying for him to see if he was in the same predicament. He noticed something strange about him; he saw his friend's Mamodo avatar eyes blink twice moving naturally like a human and his mouth started to move on its own.
"Why are we still in the game? And why are you looking at me like that?"
"Your whole face was moving!" The Skeleton Mage pointed out, surprised to hear his new voice deep and raspy.
"Say what?!" He touches himself on his own face which he could suddenly feel new skin into his own hands. "Sweet mother of merciful god! You're right!" Zac then realized he had just turned into his favorite anime character he admired.
Himself and his guild leader were in total shock.
But what touch? There was no feature of the game that had it.
He brought his hands off his new face to look at them. "Why does my avatar look so real, why do I sound like Zatch?" He turned his head at his boney friend. "Momonga? What's going on? Are we still in the game?"
"I'm not sure." Momonga's answer was uncertain of his question.
"Is something the matter, Lord Momonga, Lord Zac?" They looked down to see not only the Succubus looking at them but also the Pleiades and Penny as well. "Lord Momonga, Lord Zac?"
Albedo continued to repeat herself. "Lord Momonga, Lord Zac is everything alright? you seem troubled, My Lords." Worrying for her master and her son. Albedo stood up and immediately went over to them. "If there is a problem please let me help." Momonga saw the Succubus push in her breasts. He would have blush if he would have skin but he felt something immediately suppress his emotions, a green light shone onto him.
The green light appeared for three seconds before it disappeared. Momonga spoke. "GM comm function isn't working."
Albedo blinks in confusion as she steps a little away from him. "I'm sorry but I have no answer but this GM magic is beyond my comprehension." As the Skeleton Player looked at her and saw her lips were moving perfectly in sync with her words. As if she were to actually speak to them, and her voice. Neither of him or Zack remember Tabula hiring someone for voice lines.
'Her mouth is moving!'' Momonga shouted in his mind with a little panic.
"I realized my failure to assist you is inexcusable. I don't deserve but I beg of your mercy, Lord." Albedo stated apologetically.
'I'm actually talking to an NPC?' Momonga lowered down onto his throne as his mind tried to make sense of what was happening. 'No way is this a bug or a programming error?' He looked at the golden staff in his hand, letting go of it as it flew out, then watched as it floated into the air without touching the floor while turning. 'Okay the staff still functions like it normally does but I can't use my console or contact the administrators. What should I do?' Before he could decide. Momonga checks over to his friend by his side, noticing he's a bit panicking, muttering to himself softly and quietly as if he's going crazy. 'I should calm him down before he gets out of control.' However…
"Are you okay, my creator?" Zack snaps himself out of it and comes back to reality. "Huh?" he turned his head to look at his own creation, Penny who was alive and speaking to him. "Is there something wrong?" She walked up to him a little too close.
Zack wanted to freak out but he took one deep breath to calm down and suppress his emotions. "I am fine, Penny, thank you for worrying me."
"Think of it, it's nothing, Lord." Penny seems to have been relieved by her creator's words.
"Momonga." Momonga cast a glance at Zack, seeing him moving and waving his hands around. 'Are we still in the game or is this something else different when it gets shut down?' He immediately recognized what his friend was doing; it was sign language.
'I still don't know.' Momonga did the same thing, only moving his left hand to him.
Zac had him train to use sign language ever since he joined the guild. Momonga memorized every exact detail top to bottom, every lesson that he taught him what to do. It was a bit hard but he managed to succeed and it paid off. 'I'm not exactly sure myself what's going on but I am going to find out.' Without any thought he looked straight ahead. "Sebas."
"Lord." The Butler turned up his head to look at him.
'Is it okay for me to give him orders?' Momonga wonders to himself while the butler stares at him waiting for his order. 'Yeah, screw it.'
He continues. "Sebas, step out of the Great Tomb and confirm the surroundings of Nazarick."
Sebas stood up. "By your command my lord. I'll return." With that being said he turned to walk off, following his order he was given.
He puts his attention to the maids lined up at the side of the room. "Pleiades, I want you on the 9th floor. If anyone tries to trespass, deal with them."
"As you wish my lord, it will be done." Yuri Alpha and her sisters stood their ground and started to leave.
'They even recognize and respond to the commands that weren't native in the game. What in the world is going on?' Momonga looks up at Albedo, who's smiling softly at him.
He put back his attention to his thoughts. 'Think how I can contact an administrator? The GM busted. The Message spell? Maybe it's normally used for players to contact each other so there is a chance but I'm not sure I can't even use magic.'
"So, Lord Momonga." He turned back at the Succubus. "Do you have any orders for me to obey?"
"Let's see, I guess you can come here for a moment." Momonga ordered.
"Sure." Albedo quickly appeared to him closely, while those two were busy with themselves.
Zac has his glance at his creation seeing how happy she is, to him. The way she looks at him there is no doubt in mind she has a crush on him like she usually does from his favorite show.
'She has a huge deep crush on Zac Bell.' Remembering what he put in her settings since the day he created her.
Zac could add something else to her design but whatever, what's done is done no point in changing it. He was super glad Yamaiko helped him while creating Penny's abilities which he was forever in her diet.
With enough silence in his mind, he began to ask her. "Penny, can I hold your hand for a moment please."
"Of course." Penny holds out her hand over to him with a wide smile and blushing her cheeks.
Without a moment's hesitation, he grabs her wrist gently, but when he does. Zac can smell a strawberry perfume on her. Wait, there is no function like that in Yggdrasil.
Zac also can feel a pulse coming from her. This was crazy. She was supposed to be an NPC run by an AI program. Why is she still alive? It seemed as if the NPCs were now alive. Are they even in the game anymore? Is this some kind of update?
Letting go of her hand. "I need to confirm this.' Zac thought as he looked towards his creation and spoke to her. "Penny, do you wanna hug?'
Penny only looks at him for a few seconds worrying he might have said the wrong words to her until…
"Yes, hug me as much as you want." Penny spread her arms wide to welcome him.
Zac blushing nervously without a second thought he went over to her to hug her while she wraps her arms around his back returning the hug.
As he hugs her. Zac can hear her humming happily as if she is purring like a kitten and rubbing her cheek against his.
'Let's think this through no doubt Momonga is probably doing the exact same thing as me. The fact I can do something reserved for an anti game means this isn't a new version of Yggdrasil and chances are slim, this is some new dmmo rpg. Is it possible that this virtual world somehow became real all of a sudden? No way, that's impossible but really talking to the NPCS, smelling their scent, touching them all of these things have been impossible to program into the games.'
Suddenly a soft moan could be heard. Zac breaks the hug with Penny to follow the source and sees his friend doing something inappropriate to the Succubus which is clearly unexpected to him.
"Momonga! What the hell are you doing?!" Zac exclaimed, witnessing Mononga was touching her breasts repeatedly, squeezing and rubbing them.
Momonga snaps himself out of it when hearing his little friend's yelling. He quickly took his hand off Albedo's cheat. 'Hey?! How long have I been fondling her?' As he tried to apologize to the Succubus he was cut off by her.
Albedo exhaled hotly, her cheeks turned red as she looked at him slightly. "That's it, you're going to take me? Are you?"
He stared at her in shock. It took him a moment to understand what she was saying until he realized what she meant…
"Are you planning to take off my clothes or should I take them off myself?" Albedo asked, flapping her black wings in excitement.
"Not in front, Lord Zac. You're not!" Penny exclaimed, covering the eyes of her creator with her hands so that he couldn't bear witness the scene.
The Overlord panicked and threw my hands up. "Hold on a minute, Albedo! This isn't right!" Momonga quickly told her. Before pretending to cough to his boney hand even though he doesn't have lungs. "Now is not the time to do such things."
Albedo gasped in shock, slowly stepping away from her master. "I'm sorry."
Momonga raised his hand to calm her down. "It's fine Albedo, I forgive you completely. More importantly, I have an order for you."
"I will do anything you wish."
"Except for the Guardians of the Fourth and Eighth Floor, gather everyone to the fighting Arena on the Sixth floor. Have them gather there in one hour." Momonga ordered.
Albedo bowed. "Understood, my Lord."
"Penny." Zac gently takes her hands off his eyes. "Go with her in case she might need some assistance."
"Of course, my liege." Penny nodded.
With that both of them went across the hall and left the Throne room, leaving their masters.
"Okay, now that they're gone." Zac looked towards his friend. "I think I realize we're probably not in a game anymore."
"I… sort of realize that as well." There was no other option, Momonga had to assume the most extreme outcome had come true, even if he didn't fully believe it, it's best to remain safe than sorry.
He placed a hand on his boney forehead, beginning to regret changing the settings of Tabula's Creation. After a few more moments of thought Momonga made the guild staff go back into his hand.
'Dammit I'll worry about it later.' Momonga stood up from the Throne. 'Right now I have more important things.' Momonga turns over to his friend. He sees him pulling out a ring from a dark, purplish portal that opens up in the fabric of space and time before he placed it upon his left ring finger.
That portal was known as an item box.
It can allow players and NPCS to store their loot and equipment. It's basically their dimensional inventory or storage for short.
Zac looks at the ring he was currently wearing. It is the Ring of Ainz Ooal Gown which allows Guild Members to freely travel around the Tomb through teleportation. But he customized his and turned it into a Templar Ring. Nobody in the guild can pull that off but he did.
Momonga wonders to himself how Zac does it? Did one of his friends help him? Did he use some sort of cheat item? Or was there always customization in the game? He doesn't seem to recall.
"Momonga." Zac calls him, gets him out of his thoughts, returning him back to reality as the necromancer spellcaster looks at him. "I have a theory and you may not be able to believe it. Is it possible our bodies have altered our minds by placing them in our avatars when the game shuts down, think it's possible?"
The skeleton mage put a hand on his chin and put some thought for a moment of his friend's theory. "Hmm It could be so, though that's maybe here but let's not get ahead of ourselves there." Momonga rise up from his throne. "Look I know you're freaking out like I am and it is a lot to take in and believe me, it is. But for now we should head to the 6th Floor first before we discuss this situation at hand, is that alright with you?"
"Okay." Zac seems to agree to his request and decides to focus on heading to the Colosseum Floor before anything else.
With that the two players use their guild rings to teleport themselves to the floor.
6th Floor: Colosseum
As the players appeared on the floor. They found themselves in a stone hallway lined with torches, one way led into the darkness and the other to an iron gate with light flooding through.
Without a thought, they both walked towards the gate.
Momonga turned his gaze to his only friend by his side. "I've been wondering how are you feeling right now?"
Zac responded to his question without hesitation. "I somehow feel strong, but light. I can also feel one of my hands like I could shoot a bolt lighting with close and long range distance. I could also run like a zebra without even breaking a sweat. You?"
"I… don't have to answer for that." Momonga replied.
"Then take your time and don't overthink."
As they approached the gate, it lifted by itself allowing the two to enter a massive arena completely lit with magic light, the sky above them was pitch black and completely filled with stars. They looked around at the thousands of spectator seats, all of them filled with golems ready to attack any intruder.
Suddenly a voice could be heard from the very important person's box room section of the Colosseum. High above the arena floor and as a figure came up from the box room and landed on the arena ground like a feather.
The individual was a young tomboyish female dark elf with short golden hair and her left eye was blue while her right eye was green.
She was wearing a reddish-black dragon scaled leather full bodysuit with her white and gold vest with an acorn-shaped necklace around her neck, wearing a color-matching trousers and gold plated shoes.
Upon landing on the ground, she performed a double victory sign, before running her way towards the Supreme Beings with incredible speed and stopped right in front of them.
She was known as Aura Bella Fiore, One of the 6th Floor Guardians, Bukubukuchagma's creation.
"Ah Hello, Aura." Momonga greeted to her
"Welcome, Supreme Beings! To the floor to which I guard!" She said proudly to them.
"Listen, we'll be intruding here for a while. We hope you don't mind." Momonga told her.
"What are you talking about?! Both of you are the Supreme Beings! So there is no place in Nazarick that any of you aren't intruding in!"
"She is correct." Zac agreed. "We are not intruders here in this area, only rulers and our word is law. We can pretty much visit any of the floors as we pleased."
"I see." Momonga didn't want to admit it but he silently agreed to their words. He noticed that someone was missing. "Where's your brother?"
Aura blinked for a moment then she realized that her brother was not here with her, knowing where he was. She turned to the very important person section.
"Mare! You're being rude to the Supreme Beings! Come down here at once!" She shouted at her twin brother.
"B-But sister, I can't." He wanted to protest.
"Maaarrre!" She won't ask him for a second time.
"Ok, ok I'm coming." With that, Aura's twin brother Mare hops down from the section, becoming a little bit clumsy when he nearly loses his balance and makes his way towards the players.
He has short golden hair and has the same eye color except for the position of his eye color were the opposite of Aura's eyes as well as his personality.
He wears the same full-body suit except for the color of his suit was blue, wears the same vest as Aura with a forest green-leaf cloak on his back, wears a skirt that exposes his thighs and boots with gold lining from top to bottom, wears shiny white silk gloves and he holds a staff which was called as the "Shadow of Yggdrasil" which looks like a twisted black staff.
Once Mace arrived and stood before his sister, and the players.
"G-Greets I apologize for making you wait, My Lords." Mare bowed his head a little to them.
"You don't have to be sorry, Mare." Zac told him.
"Yes, it's fine. Now I would like the two of you to help us with something." Momonga taps the staff in the ground to get their attention.
The twins gasp as they stare in awe at the legendary weapon in his hand. "Amazing isn't that the legendary item?" Mare asked.
"Indeed." Momonga held it high as he started ranting about how powerful it was to the enthralled elves.
"But that's besides the point, right Momonga?" Zac spoke up to stop friend's rant.
"Yes, now we would like the two of you to test it out, would you like to help us?" Momonga looked at the excited elf twins.
"Right." Aura agreed and her brother nodded that he'll do the testing too. "We won't let you down, Lord."
"Also, Aura I have called the other guardians to meet here they should arrive within the hour." Momonga told her.
"Huh? Does that mean Shalltear is coming?" Aura questioned about the vampire who annoyed him.
"Yes." Momonga nodded, causing Aura to moan a bit.
"Don't worry my friend." Zac came over and patted her over the shoulder. "You get used to it?"
(Skip scene)
Two Dragonkin came in the center of the Colosseum carrying two straw dummies placed them at a safe distance between the guild members and elves.
Once the Dragonkin were done placing the dummies, both of them went beside Aura and Mare.
"So what are you planning to do?" Zac turned to his friend. "Are you going to destroy them or summon something deadly?"
"You'll see." Momonga raises his staff and aims at both dummies. "[Summon: Primal Fire Elemental]!"
The dummies were caught on fire by the staff's power and reduced to ash. But a fiery tornado appeared which burst flames on the ground, the Dragonkin shielded Aura and Mare from the heat radius, coming right at them while the players were unaffected by it because of their high stats and defense.
Soon a large fire demon was formed.
"The Primal Fire Elemental." Momonga spoke in pride that he was able to summon something. "It's level is in the upper eighties."
The two elves stare in awe at the fiery creature right before them
Momonga turned to the dark elves. "Would you like to fight it?"
Aura became excited. "Yeah! I love to!"
"I just remember I still have a few errands to attend to bye." Mare tried to get away but his twin sister stopped him from leaving and dragged him into the fight.
Once the twins were up against the Primal Fire Elemental, Momonga ordered it to attack the twins as a signal to begin combat.
Two players watched the fight between the Twins and the flame monster. The skeleton mage have a feeling this would be easy for them since they're working together.
As the battle goes on, Momonga confirmed that he can use magic his friend will no doubt could too. He then decided to use "Message" to find out if they could get a response to players. But there was a no go, he can't connect to the GM or the other guild members.
Sebas got connected with the Message spell. "I'm here. Is there something you need, Lord Momonga?"
The Japanese man was surprised before he got serious. "Sebas, how does things look from the other side?"
"Well, Lord, there is a slight problem."
"Mhm. I have called all the guardians to gather." Momonga told him. "Come to the Amphitheater on the sixth floor immediately, you can report what you saw from here."
"Understood." Sebas said before the communication was cut off.
By the time the conversation was finished, The Twins had defeated the Primal Fire Elemental and approached the guild members afterward.
"Well done you two, That was quite the fight you've shown." Zac gives them a thumbs up congratulating them.
"That was fun. I haven't exercised that much for a while." Aura said, wiping the sweat off her forehead.
"You two must be thirsty." Momonga reaches for his inventory and pulls out the Pitcher of Endless Water and two glasses, filling them up with water he passes the glasses to the twins.
Both of them look at each other in confusion yet surprise before drinking the water up.
Momonga puts the picture away after the dark elves had finished their drinks. "I have to admit, Lord Momonga, I thought you would be scarier." She-elf told him.
"Oh, is that so? I can do that if you want me too." Momonga offered to be a little sarcastic, causing Zac to laugh a bit.
Aura declined. "I like you this way, it's the best!" Mare nods his head in agreement.
"Wow Momonga." Zac started to smirk. "It seems these two like the new you rather than the old you. Speaking of which." He looked towards the twins. "Aura, come forward for a moment."
"Yes?" Aura walks up to him.
"I would like to give you a gift." Zac goes inside of his inventory and takes out a hidden blade for him to see.
"Is that-"
"Uh huh, it's another one of my own favorite weapons I'd created. Though this is quite different from the others. Bukubukuchagama accidentally stole it from me and added a poisonous curse onto it well, the blade itself. One cut on the skin the curse will spread through a foe's body, killing them, in the matter of seconds by stopping their hearts." Zac explained. " I don't know how she managed to do it but I am grateful." He holds it out for her. "Here you go she wanted me to let you have it."
Aura didn't take it; she was unsure of this when he offered the blade to her. "Lord, this is such an item. I couldn't accept it."
"Nonsense." Zac assured her. "I know you, you definitely accept a gift and there's no way you wouldn't decline. if you do Bukubukuchagama would be disappointed."
"Well…" Aura scratches the back of her head a few times before sighing and chuckling. "All right. you got me. it will be my honor to accept this generous gift in the name of my creator."
"That's more like it." Zac gave her the blade.
Aura gently took it before thanking him as she placed it underneath her left forearm over her glove before strapping it on.
"Ha, it feels comfortable and flexible to move around freely."
"It is." Zac replied. "I did leave one thing, do you know how to activate it?"
"No." The dark elf shook her head to him.
"Is simple and easy, but don't cut your ring finger." Zac gives her a demonstration. He raised his right arm and flexed his hand. As he did this, a long blade emerged from the underside of his left sleeve.
This caused the dark elf twins to stare in awe and wide.
He returned the blade from its socket and observed it very carefully.
Aura brought up her arm, flexed her left hand the same way he did and the blade emerged out, this made her smile. "I like it."
"Aura." Momonga gets her attention. "You do realize you need proper training on how to use an iconic weapon, such as that against your foes, am I right?"
Aura let out a gasp. "Oh, you're so right, Lord Momonga. Why have I thought about that sooner? Lord Zac." She returned her gaze towards him. "Would you mind training me to use this powerful item?"
Zac didn't hesitate to nod his head to her. "Sure, I don't see why not. But it will start when you're ready."
Suddenly a [Gate] appeared inside the Colosseum and a pale red-eyed girl wore a soft black evening dress with a big heavy skirt. Her upper body is dressed in a lace embellished ribbon and a short tailored jacket. Her hands are donned with long lace gloves walked out of the portal.
"My, my it appears I am the first one to arrive." This girl was none other than a Vampire, a True Vampire and Creation of Peroroncino named as Shalltear Bloodfallen.
As she exits the portal, the undead being looked towards at the Supreme Beings until her eyes land on Momonga. "Oh wow! Lord Momonga!"
She ran towards the skeleton and hugged him by throwing herself into the undead's boneless chest while Momonga stood unmoving but feeling a bit embarrassed. "The one man who I never rule in my eternal beloved."
Zac stood to the side looking on in confusion as he wondered just how his pervy bird friend made his creation like that? As a matter of fact, he don't wanna know.
"Stop Shalltear you're starting to slobber him on." Aura demanded.
"Hello, half pint." Shalltear mockingly greeted before removing herself off of Momonga to look at the elf with a grin. "I didn't realize you were here."
This caused Aura to grinded her teeth in annoyance as the vampire continued. "Having such a foolish older sister must be difficult, Mare. However, did you manage it?"
"Um Shalltear. Y-you also didn't greet Lord Zac." Mare told her.
"Oh my apologies, Lord Zac." Shalltear curtsied to him.
"That's fine." Zac said calmly to her. "
"Ms. Fake tits."
"Wait!" Shalltear exclaimed in panic, covering herself, turning back to the elf of whom she mocked.
"Just as I thought." Aura snickered. "That's why you went through all the trouble using a [Gate] to save you the trouble of reorganizing them."
"Why you!" The True Vampire was now enraged by Aura. She came over to the twin elf and both of them engaged in an argument.
Zac watched the creations of Peroroncino and Bukubukuchagama which reminded him of their relationship. They are always bickering at each other from time to time in game. Sometimes they get along, but not always.
While Shalltear and Aura argued with each other, the air suddenly got cold and heavy footsteps could be heard..
"What's with all the ruckus?" The guild members turned their heads to the direction of the booming voice and saw a massive silvery blue armored insectoid with icicles sticking from its back and four arms carrying a halberd walking up.
A Vermin Lord, he was none other than Cocytus. Guardian of the 5th Floor. "Stop acting children in front of the masters."
"Yeah, what he said." Sitting on Cocytus' right shoulder was a humanoid kid with pale skin, spiky blue hair, gray eyes and bags under his eyes as well as the iconic vertical lines on his face. He is adored in a dark blue shirt with white patches that give the blue a cross design on the front and back and a large silver snowflake in the center of the shirt, periwinkle pants that are several sizes too large, and consequently rolled and knotted at the bottoms of the legs, and gray and white tennis shoes.
He was known as Reycom. He is also a Guardian from the 5th Floor of Nazarick, Cocytus' Secretary Assistant and Bodyguard.
"You're making yourselfs feel stupid especially you, Shalltear." Reycom told her. "It's best for you to quit this nonsense."
"I'll stop until this elf bitch pays for her life." Shalltear said with red glowing eyes while both of her hands were forming dark flames.
"Try it vamp." Aura challenged readying her whip.
Cocytus slams the butt of his halberd which causes the ground to turn into ice heading straight at Aura and Shalltear.
Momonga noticed Cocytus' action was about to erupt the fight. However, he decided to put an end to the argument before things could get worse to each other.
He quickly activated his [Aura Despair]. "That's enough!" He examined catching the attention of the two Guardians. "Shalltear, Aura. We don't have time to play around."
"He's right, quit fighting already."
Aura and Shalltear stopped their arguing and bowed towards the members of the guild. "Forgive me, my Lord." They both said in unison.
Momonga placed his gaze on the blue insect and the ice mamodo. "I'm glad you're here, Cocytus, Raycom."
"We will always come on when you call." Cocytus stated, breathing out a cloud of ice while Raycom nodded in response before jumping off his superior's shoulder and came over to his creator and kneels down before him.
"Greetings to my creator, Lord Zac."
Zac chuckled and greeted back to his creation. "Hello Raycom, It's good to see you've arrived today with Cocytus."
"Of course! For I too heed the call of the Supreme Beings and it makes me feel even more grateful to see you milord." Raycom said proudly.
"Come." Zac gives him a hand to stand up, which he accepts, without hesitation.
"What did we miss?" A new voice was heard by the Floor Guardians and the Supreme Beings when they all turned to the direction of the voice and saw two individuals approaching them.
One appears similar to Zac, save for his white hair and purple eyes. He is taller than Zac, his teeth were sharp resembling fangs. He adorns himself in a white tuxedo suit, a blue tie, a white cloak, shoes light blue and white.
Zeon Bell. Guardian of the 5th floor.
The other was a young boy with yellow star-shaped hair.
Pamoon. Not only is he the Guardian of the 9th floor. He's also a Surveillance Chief and his job is to monitor all in the Great Tomb with the help of his stars.
Once they were close to the Supreme Beings, they all bowed down before them.
"Greetings, Lord Momonga and our creator Lord Zac." Pamoon said.
Zac smiled at the arrival of his creations. He'd step forward to them. "There's no need for formality. Please raise yourselves."
"As you wish, Lord." Pamoon and Zeon stood up.
Zeon came up towards his twin. "I'm most grateful to see you are here, brother."
"To you as well brother." Zac gave him a bear hug which he returned before separating.
"Sorry everyone, I hope you weren't waiting too long." The guild members turned to see Albedo and Penny being followed by a demon wearing an orange british suit, small round glasses he had nicely combed hair, and a flaming haired mamodo.
The demon was known as Demiurge. He is an insanely powerful demon, Guardian of the 7th floor.
And the kid with the flaming hair is Fango. He's also Guardian of the 7th floor. But also Demiurge's helper and plan advisor.
"My Lords." Albedo spoke after walking up and standing in front of all of the Floor Guardians. "We the Guardians pledge our fidelity." The Guild members watched as the Floor Guardians lined up together before kneeling down with one knee before them.
{That's it for this chapter, and I'll work on the next one very soon.
I apologize for being out and the very long delay. Let's just say I've been busy at work. My computer is acting up with glitches and bugs if you know what I mean.
Anyway, that's the end of the chapter.
However, if I'm gonna continue this I want you all to read my stories I made some days ago of Assassin Creed Trolberg or Pink Alice.
Let me know in the comments and tell you what you think o. You can also tell me, what should I change so I may grant, however, I can't keep up that promise.
But I don't make promises.
That's all.}
