Haylan wasn't going to get to see Blaise at all until after Dumbledore's sacrifice thanks to the bloody Order of Fried Chickens.

After Haylan had announced to the ICW what would be Dumbledore's punishment, chaos had broken out. Not just because of everyone's reactions to what would be done to the old war hero, but also because there were several members of the Order in the crowd watching the meeting.

One Elphias Doge fired a killing curse at Haylan which of course did nothing because of the peace wards that had been activated for the meeting. Chaos further broke out because Lord Elphias Doge tried to kill the Emperor in Dumbledore's name in front of hundreds of witnesses.

Two more order members, Emmeline Vance and Sturgis Podmore, apparated out of the ICW in response to Elphias being taken into custody and probably to warn the rest of the Order.

A threat that Supreme Mugwump Akingbade took very seriously.

Now the civilians had been evacuated and the ICW building was under lockdown, wards fully powered until Haylan could deal with Dumbledore and Doge.

Haylan sat on a rather comfortable leather chair, watching the ICW as they discussed how to handle the Order and how civilians may try to treat Dumbledore as a martyr. All things that Haylan had thought about, but it was nice to see some people coming at it from his perspective.

"Emperor Caliban, when and where are you planning to deal with Dumbledore and Doge?" Lady Metaxas of Greece asked politely.

"It will be done at Caliban Castle in the ritual room," Haylan said after taking a sip of his mint tea that desperately needed some milk in it.

"Will you need the Unspeakables to grant you passage to the veil in Britain after you have finished the rituals?" Lord Strongarm of the U.K. inquired.

"Oh no, the Calibans have had our own veil for centuries. The one housed inside the British Ministry of Magic pales in comparison to my family's veil." Haylan helpfully informed them, watching half of the ICW members pale at the thought of a more powerful veil.

"How will you make sure everyone knows about what you are going to do? If they do not see the ritual happen many will not believe it and will doubt your power. It will not be the deterrent you are hoping it will be." Supreme Mugwump Akingbade said curiously, not maliciously.

"Ah that will be a Caliban family secret, but everyone will see. Afterwards, I must prepare myself for the Order's retaliation. Although I have received several letters from a few who were in the Order detailing how they have left the Order and want no quarrel with me, several others have not been so sensible. Alastor Moody, Severus Snape, and Kingsley Shacklebolt have distanced themselves from Dumbledore's actions for some time now. The Weasley family has finally denounced their support of the old fool, and Mundungus Fletcher is a coward who wouldn't stick his neck out for anyone. Current members that continue to support Dumbledore are currently known as Elphias Doge, Emmeline Vance, Sturgis Podmore, Arabella Figg, Hermione Granger, Remus Lupin, Rubeus Hagrid, Hestia Jones, and Minerva McGonagall." Haylan informed them grimly.

"We can put out alerts on those members to make sure other member countries are aware. It might not help prevent any actions that they might take, but we might be able to keep track of them." Akingbade said with a firm nod.

"I will take my leave so I can begin preparations. The ritual must take place at sunset and it will take me a few hours to prep for a double sacrifice." Haylan spoke as he stood up from his seat.

"Let me know if you need any further assistance, Emperor Caliban," Akingbade said with a bow. Haylan responded with a nod before apparating back to the castle.

He had a lot of work to do.

Dumbledore and Doge lay tied up in the center of several very complex rune circles and surrounded by black candles and the thick smell of incense in the air.

But this isn't what made Dumbledore afraid. What scared the old man was the giant veil at the other end of the room. Where the veil inside the Department of Mysteries was a tall stone arch with whispers from ones from beyond trying to lure you in like a siren's call, the veil Dumbledore was staring at was so much worse.

Instead of an archway, it looked to start out as a large stone bridge that faded into the Veil. Dumbledore couldn't tell if there was a wall behind the veil or not because the veil encompassed the entire side of the room they were in.

There were no whispers here either. Just silence and the presence of Death in the air.

Dumbledore couldn't believe that this was how he was going to die. He had lost hope for a rescue when Doge had been dumped in the cell next to his and informed there was no need to travel anywhere to perform Dumbledore's punishment, Caliban had everything he needed right here in his castle inside his impenetrable wards.

Dumbledore had even attempted to summon Fawkes to no avail.

He could only hope that the rest of the Order remained uncaptured until they could defeat both Voldemort and Caliban.

"The sun is setting," Caliban announced from where he stood near the veil. "Time for the show to begin."

With a swipe of his wand and a quiet chant that Dumbledore couldn't make out what the words were or even what language Caliban was chanting in.

As Caliban chanted a molten silver sphere appeared in front of the man, it was about the size of a quaffle and hovered in the air.

"What is that?" Doge asked in fear, trembling next to Dumbledore.

"This sphere acts much like a muggle video camera or a pensive. It is going to show the entire wizarding world what exactly I am going to do to you by broadcasting you live in every major magical city there is." Caliban informed them smugly.

"Then everyone will see what a monster you are. Only a Dark Lord would mess with necromancy and blood sacrifice." Albus stated with a sneer that looked out of place on the old man's face.

"I do want everyone to see. I want them to know just what I will do to traitors and those who try to kill me. Let's just call it a nuclear deterrent and leave it at that. Now hush. It is time to begin the ritual. I hope you both have prayed to the Gods recently because you are about to become very reacquainted with their presence." Caliban talked as he approached the ritual circle, beginning to light the candles in a clockwise direction, the silver sphere following in Caliban's wake.

Caliban didn't speak, which was odd for a ritual, but when he finished lighting the candles he sliced open his hand and let the glowing runes carved into the stone floor absorb his blood.

"Lady Magic, I bring you two traitors, may you take their magic freely and use it for better things," Caliban said softly and suddenly they were not alone in the room. The shining gold and silver-haired woman from Caliban's coronation now stood in the same room as them, just on the edge of the runic circles opposite of Caliban. Doge wet himself in fear.

"Albus and Elphias." The woman's lilting tone was musical even in her disapproving tone. "You have both wasted the gift I granted you. Turned your back on everything I stand for and tried to kill my chosen. I now take back what I had gifted you so you may do no more harm in this life or the next and you may never enter the Summerland. So I say so mote it be."

As soon as Lady Magic finished speaking, Albus felt his magic ripped from his body. It was worse than being hit with a crucio, it was the worst pain the man had ever experienced in his long life. There was now an emptiness inside his soul where his magic once filled him, his body felt weak, and fear flooded his senses.

Lady Magic was gone as quickly as she had appeared to them and Caliban was speaking again. What more could the Emperor do to them? Elphias was crying and moaning in pain but Caliban's voice carried easily over his friend's cries.

"Lord Death, I bring you two traitors, may you take their souls freely and hold them inside Limbo until they repent."

The death magic in the air got thicker and Lord Death was suddenly standing in the center of the runic circle, in between Albus and Elphias.

The shadowy man spoke in a raspy tone that felt like nails were being dragged across his bones still in his body.

"Albus and Elphias. It is time you both return to me. You have turned traitor against my chosen and you have sullied my name and purpose across the magical world. I will be holding your souls so you may not reincarnate nor will you enter the Summerland until the time that you have properly repented to me and mine."

This was not how Albus wanted to go. At the hands of the Gods, he had been deriding for decades because of a teenage boy trying to take over the wizarding world.

As Lord Death reached for Albus, Caliban spoke one last time, leaning forward so only Albus could hear him.

"I do hope you do not run into my parents in the afterlife. Lily and James Potter are currently quite displeased with you Albus." The boy said with a shark-like grin and Albus felt his insides freeze as he stared into those emerald eyes. Lily's eyes.

Before Albus could say anything Lord Death was ripping Albus' soul from his body and he knew no more.

Haylan was just stepping out of the shower after he had finished the ritual and disposed of Dumbledore and Elphias' bodies when he felt the alert for the floo going off.

It was pretty late but Haylan figured it was just Sirius coming over to the castle to bug the house elves for food.

Haylan walked out to his room that he kept here in the castle with only a towel around his waist and suddenly came face to face with Blaise. Haylan could feel himself blushing all the up to the tips of his ears.

"W-what? Blaise? What are you doing coming over so late?" Haylan stuttered slightly, not able to pull his eyes away from Blaise's intense maple syrup-colored eyes.

"Haylan," Blaise spoke his name like a prayer, making Haylan shiver. "Do you know what you do to my control?"

"Uh… No? Blaise what are-" Before Haylan could even finish his question Blaise's warm soft lips were pressed against his.

Haylan had no choice but to close his eyes, just the feeling of kissing Blaise made him feel dizzy. Leaning farther into the kiss, Haylan pressed his damp bare chest against Blaise's black silk shirt.

"Blaise," Haylan whispered against his betrothed's lips.

"Haylan everything you do makes me want you more. But seeing you humble Voldemort, seeing you destroy Dumbledore in that hot as hell black outfit of yours, Gods I need you so badly Haylan." Blaise kissed him more urgently, slipping his tongue into his mouth this time and exploring Haylan's taste with a soft groan.

Haylan knew they should stop because of their betrothal contract, knew they needed to calm down, but having Blaise's lips on his was like an oblivate to all of his good intentions.

They kissed like they couldn't breathe without the other, bodies pressed tightly together, hands roaming each other's bodies. Blaise leaned down and grabbed Haylan's legs, lifting him up ( the strength to do that was wow hot) and carrying him to sit on top of his bed.

Haylan knew he needed to stop Blaise, but just a few more kisses couldn't hurt…

Blaise's lips left Haylan's and started to trail down his jaw and neck, nipping and sucking at whatever skin he could find that would make Haylan release louder moans and whimpers.

"B-Blaise-" Haylan moaned, making a half-hearted attempt to slow him down, but knew he was a lost cause as soon as he felt Blaise's leg slide between his and press his thigh against Haylan's desperately hard dick.

Oh, he was a goner.

Haylan arched into Blaise's touch as his mouth sucked his right nipple into that warm cavern, rutting against Blaise's thigh, as he moaned and begged for more.

Haylan definitely wanted more. More of Blaise's mouth on his skin, more of Blaise's hands touching places that he had never been touched before, more of whatever he could get.

Unfortunately just as Blaise had reached to remove the towel barely clinging to Haylan's body, Sirius burst into the room as Padfoot barking, growling, and howling startling the shit out of Blaise.

"God dammit Padfoot!"
