Draco Malfoy was panting, half-glowering at Theodore Nott after he finally managed to catch his breath. He couldn't be too mad, he supposes, since if he were, Theo would've let go of him by now. Draco doubted he's ever hated being ticklish quite as much as he does right this instant, but even so-

"Are you done yet?" Draco growled.

There is no amount of glowering in the world that could damped the wide grin stretched across Theo's face from where he sits straddled over Draco's hips. Theodore thought to himself, a little too gleefully, that this was one thing that he was never going to get tired of, not when it was so ridiculously entertaining. At the moment, Theo couldn't even recall how they even ended up in this position. The two of them were in the living room of the Malfoy Manor. Both of the boy's parents had gone out for the night, the next thing Theo knew, they were here.

"Stop?" Theodore laughed. "I think I'm just getting started-"

Then, another round of tickling started up. This could almost be amusing, if it wasn't so horrible. And yet, the masochist in Draco still hadn't tried to fatally injure Theodore in order to get away from him and end this. That must have said something about him.

Draco couldn't do much to help the slightly enraged, slightly pained, slightly something-else-unreadable shriek that he emitted as Theo tickled his sides before targeting his ribcage. Draco was writhing as best he could in an attempt to get away from Theo's fingers. Completely in vain, since he was very much pinned underneath the other Slytherin and barely able to twist, let alone properly get away. This is a riot to Theo and completely worth the bruises he was more than likely going to have later on when all of Draco's wriggling finally earned him a little bit of revenge.

In-between laughs, Draco tried to say something.

"G-g-ge..t-"

"What was that Draco?" Theo asked. "I can't hear you over your squealing." Draco almost can't answer with how hard he's laughing, but that doesn't in anyway stop the dancing of Theo's fingers as he now was tickling any place on Draco that he could reach without the risk of being dislodged from Draco's waist.

"G-g-ge-" Draco manages to catch his breath briefly, getting the demand out in a shrill squeak of a run-on sentence."Getoffme!"

Theodore didn't let up for a moment.

"You're going to have to try that again, mate."

"I ha-" Draco's interrupted by another shriek, another abrupt twitch as Theodore's fingers hit a particularly ticklish spot and his body refuses to take that abuse. "Yo- You're a t-" he then ineffectually swatted up at Theo, almost sobbing with laughter at this point. It really doesn't take him much to get there, apparently.

"I'm a what? Terrific person?" Theo smirked. He took pity just for a moment and stopped his assault on Draco. "I know I am but thank you for the compliment."

"Terrible." Draco finally managed.

He barely got it out, breathless and quiet as it was. He now was clutching onto Theo's wrists with his hands, in hopes that he'll finally get the other boy to stop. However, Theodore didn't budge from his position, but he allowed Draco the time to get his wind back so he could start breathing normally again. However, it was short lived. Theo pulled his wrists away from Draco before flattening his palms on Draco's stomach. Draco's breath caught in his throat as Theodore lightly moved his fingers, just slightly tickling him which somehow was almost worse.

"Should I keep going?" Theo teased. "You're laughing so much, so I assume you must be enjoying it."

Letting out heavy sigh of frustration, Draco responded. "If I ask you not to, you will anyway. And if I say, 'go ahead'"...

"I'm glad you've finally got a handle on how this system works."

"You b-b-bastard." Draco gave another half-hearted swat. He was too tired right now to fight back properly, even though this brief pause probably gave him more than enough opportunity to flip them over so he can get away.

"No need to be rude, Draco. Think of this like behavior training." With a smirk, Theo doubled his efforts. He began tickling Draco's stomach harder and faster than he had anywhere else had targeted on his friend. Another shriek of laughter, another ineffectual swat for Draco's troubles.

"HAHAHIWIIIIIIIILLLLLKIIIILLLLLYOUAHAHAHAHAH!" Draco managed to yell out, but Theo was unphased by his threat. Out of desperation, Draco tried kicking out on the hopes that his legs will do Theo more harm than his fingers. It all had been fun and games until Theodore caught a swift kick in the center of his back by one of Draco's long flailing legs.

"Ow, damn it! " Theo cursed at the slight pain. "Stop kicking!" Draco just gave Theo a skeptical, flushed stare, panting now as he wished more than anything that he had his wand on him so he apparate away. "You really need to talk to someone about your propensity for violence."

"I do not." Draco raised his chin. "You need to talk to someone about your propensity for torturing me."

"Once I show them how funny it is to hear your shriek like a hysterical woman, they'll understand completely."

"Hmph." Draco expressed his annoyance as he again reached up and tried to push Theodore off of him. "You're a terrible friend, you know that?"

"Hardly." Theo responded after rolling his eyes. "If you'd like me to be terrible, I could do this in the middle of the common room."

Theodore finally decided to be nice for moment. The least Theodore could do was let Draco regain his composure before starting up round two. He rolled off of Draco which made him sigh heavily with relief as Theo settled at Draco's legs. He probably thought that this was all over, but it was only the calm before the storm. "I could probably make a killing if I sold tickets."

"Don't be a git." Draco growled. "My father would hear about that, and he'd shut it down before it could ever get off the ground."

That was probably a lie.

Suddenly, Thedore grabbed a hold of Draco's left ankle. Gripping it tightly with his left hand, Theo used his other hand to begin tickling Draco's foot. Draco loudly squeaked and squirmed, laughing like a maniac.

"AAAAAAAAHAHAAAAHA. OH PLEEEEEHEHEHEEEASE STOOOP!"

"You're severely underestimating my ability to be discreet when the time calls for it." Theo grinned, not letting up on the torture for a second. Theo began attacking Draco with a newfound drive, tickling faster and more efficient than before.

Theodore's fingers explored, frisking and probing, and dancing over Draco's foot. Theodore couldn't laugh a little but as he continued. It was kind of nice to see genuine laughter from Draco for a change. Draco on the other hand vowed never to allow Theo to spend the night here when their parents went out...and to curse him with the Rictusempra spell when he finally got a hold of his wand.
