Chapter 1: A Promised Duel

A/N: Hello everyone of Yugioh Vrains Fandon in this site! It might be a surprise or so that I have finally started to write a Yugioh fanfic. I've been frank, I've never had the confidence to write a fanfic until in 2021 I have decided to take a step forward and write other fanfics. Then it slowly progressed to where I am right now. This story is just the duel notes for my upcoming fic Yu-Gi-Oh Vrains: Transmulated World. As of this writing, the story for chapter 1 has been long completed but I am not satisfied if it's good enough. As for how the duel was carried out alone, I am quite fine with it even though there may be some errors which at this point, I don't know how I can fix it. So here it is!

Just to let you know, when I started out this fic, I immediately jumped into the duel writing aspect and had not decided their names which made them have their temporary names of Main A and Sub B.

Turn 1: Main (A) 4000 LP,Hand 5

A activates Thunder Dragon to discard to add 2 Thunder Dragons to his hand. Then he activates Polymerization to fuse 2 Thunder Dragons to Fusion summon Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon (2800/2100) in ATK position. A then discards Thunder Dragon Dragondark to add another copy of it to his hand. He sets Thunder Dragon Discharge, Thunder Dragons' Hundred Thunders and ends his turn. (4000 LP, Hand 1)

Turn 2: Sub (B) 4000 LP, Hand 5

B draws and activates Unexpected Dai. At this point, A activates Dragondark's effect to add a 3rd copy to his hand by discarding it. Unexpected Dai resolves and B summons Crowned by the World Chalice (0/2100). B uses Crowned to Link summon Imduk the World Chalice Dragon (800). With the effect of Imduk, B can Normal summon 1 "World Chalice" monster in addition to his Normal Summon/Set. B uses this effect to tribute Imduk to tribute summon World Legacy- "World Chalice" (0/0). Since Imduk is sent from the field to GY, Imduk's effect activates, special summoning Chosen by the World Chalice (1600/0) from the hand. B uses Chosen and World Chalice to Link Summon "Auram the World Chalice Blademaster" (2000). Normal summoned World Chalice effect activates when it leaves the field, special summoning Lee the world chalice Fairy (100/2100) and World Chalice Guardragon (400/400) from his deck. Lee's effect activates on summon, adding Beckoned by the World Chalice to the hand. Auram gains 300 ATK for every World Legacy Monster in the GY (Auram ATK: 2000 - 2300) .B uses Lee and Guardragon to link summon Ib the World Chalice Priestess (1800). Guardragon's effect activates by banishing itself to summon Crowned from the GY. B then normal summons Beckoned (1800/0) from his hand. He uses Beckoned and Crowned to link summon Lib the World key Blade master (2000). Lib effect activates, setting World legacy succession from the deck to the field. Since a World Legacy monster (World Legacy- "World Chalice") is in GY, B can activates "succession" on the same turn he sets it. He activates Succession to summon Imduk from the GY to Auram's down left's Link Marker. B uses Lib and Imduck to special summon Ningrisu the World Chalice Warrior. On summon, Ningrisu's effect activates and B chains Lib and Imduk. On resolution, Imduk summons another copy of Chosen from his hand to Ningrisu's left Link Marker. Then Lib returns Discharge to the deck and B draws 3 cards under Ningrisu's effect. B activates ningrisu's effect to send chosen and Hundered Thunders to GY but A chains with Hundred Thunders. This summons 3 Thunder Dragons from the GY in def position (1600/1500). Then Ningrisu sends Chosen and Hundred Thunders to GY. All 3 World Chalice monsters attack and destroys all 3 thunder dragons. By the effect of Hundered Thunders, all 3 Thunder Dragons are banished. B sets World Legacy Landmark. B ends his turn. (4000 LP, Hand 4)

Turn 3: Main (A) 4000 LP, Hand 1

A draws and activates Thunder Dragon Fusion, shuffling 3 banished Thunder Dragons to Deck to fusion summon Thunder Dragon Titan (3200/3200) in attack position. Titan attacks and destroys Ningrisu (B: 4000 - 3300). Twin-Headed attacks and destroys Ib (B: 3300 - 2300). A ends his turn. (4000 LP, Hand 1)

Turn 4: Sub (B) 2300 LP, Hand 4

B draws and normal summons Knightmare Corruptor Iblee (0/0). On summon, Iblee activates and summons Ib such that Ib's left link marker points to Iblee. B uses Auram and Iblee to Link summon Knight Unicorn (2200) and activates Unicorn effect, shuffling Titan to extra deck by discarding a card from hand and then drawing a card since this card is co-linked with Ib. Since Iblee's effect activates, special summoning Iblee to A's field. World Chalice activates from the GY, banishing it to add World Legacy- "World Lance" to hand. B activates Landmark, banishing World Legacy-"World Armor" from hand to summon Beckoned and Chosen. B uses Ib, Chosen and Beckoned to summon Knightmare Gryphon (2500). Gryphon attacks Twin headed with B activating World Lance effect, discarding it to reduce Twin-Headed's ATK by 3000 (Twin-headed ATK: 2800 - 0). Twin Headed is destroyed. (A: 4000 - 1500). B activates World Legacy's Nightmare and World Legacy's Corruption. B sets World Legacy Awakens and ends turn. (2300 LP, Hand 0)

Turn 5: Main (A) 1500 LP, Hand 1

A draws and activates Fusion from GY, banishing it to add Thunder Dragonroar from deck to hand. A then activates Dragonroar by discarding it to add Fusion back to the hand. A normal summons Thunder Dragonmatrix and uses Iblee and Dragonmatrix to link summon Cross-Sheep (700). Since Dragonmatrix is sent from the field to GY, Dragonmatrix's effect activates, adding another copy to hand. Then A activates fusion, shuffling Dragonroar, dragondark and Twin-headed from GY to Fusion Summon Titan (3200/3200) in Cross-sheep's down-right link marker. A attempts to activate Cross-sheep's effect to summon Dragonmatrix from GY but due to the effect of Gryphon, Cross-sheep cannot activate it's effect since it's not co-linked. Titan attacks and destroys Knightmare Gryphon. However due to the effect of Nightmare, B does not take any battle damage since Grypon is co-linked with Unicorn. Since Grypon was destroyed, Corruption activates, summoning World Legacy - "World Armor" from deck. A activates Dragondark, chaining with titan, targeting unicorn. However, B activates Awakens. On resolution, B uses Unicorn and World Armor to Link Summon Accesscode Talker (2300). Titan resolves without destruction and Dragondark adds another copy to hand. Accesscode activates, targeting Unicorn and gains 1000 ATK per Unicorn's link arrows (Accesscode Talker ATK: 2300 - 5300). A ends his turn. (1500 LP, Hand 2)

Turn 6: Sub (B) 2300 LP, Hand 0

B draws and activates Accesscode Talker effect, banishing FIRE Auram to destroy Titan. But Titan negates the destruction by banishing Polymerization and Hundred Thunders. After Accesscode Talker's effect Resolves, A activates Dragonmatrix's effect and chains with Titan. On resolution, Titan destroys Accesscode talker and Dragonmatrix increases Titan's ATK by 500 (Titan ATK: 3200 - 3700). B activates Monster Reborn and Special Summons Ningirisu. Ningirsu's effect activates, sending Nightmare and Titan to GY. However, A chains with Dragondark and Titan. On resolution, Titan destorys Ningirsu and Ningirsu sends Nightmare and Titan to GY. A adds a copy of Dragondark to hand. B ends his turn. (2300 LP, Hand 0)

Turn 7: Main (A) 1500 LP, Hand 1

A draws and activates Fusion from GY, banishing it to add Thunder Dragonroar from deck to hand. A then activates Dragonroar by discarding it to add Fusion back to the hand. A activates Fusion, shuffling Dragonmatrix, Dragonroar and Titan from GY to Fusion Summon another copy of Titan. Titan attacks directly (B: 2300 - 0). A wins.

A/N: This entire duel will be played out on Chapter 1. What do you guys think of this duel alone? Let me know! FYI, there isn't any custom cards in this duel. So nothing to be taken note off.

There is no set date or schedule on when am I publishing this fanfic. Though my plan is to start publishing this fic when I am done with Chapter 20 story wise. Maybe that's a stupid idea to keep so many chapters waiting to be published. As of this writing, I have finished duels up to Chapter 16 but for story wise, I am writing Chapter 13. Though it's funny how I finished the story of Chapter 16.
