Chapter 21
After continuous rebuilding for quite some weeks of rebuilding, some incidents occurred, like almost stepping on people by accident, but the biggest thing in one evening, during her dinner separated in some forest (having to eat weird stuff due to her metabolism in that size), Videl alongside some policemen and citizens went to the gigantic ape, Videl started talking

-Like i said not nutritious, but in its own way, tasty like revenge, now let's finish this-. A month and half later Gwen and Videl had rebuilt everything that was destroyed by their responsibility before and even recovered a decent amount of android attacked sites, they agreed to conclude their partnership for now and wait for news from Trunks and Mai in a meetup at CC some time in the future.
Meanwhile Trunks and Mai in the gap of those months didn't make any advancement like the lab discovery but they were given some clues of someone with the resemblance of the android they were looking for was seen in the south east islands, but they searched there for weeks and didn't get anything, they gave themselves a time limit of three more months due to Trunks' slight obsession and look for closure, but of course nothing happened and defeated and sad he returned home to West City and called a meeting with all their members, they discussed and gave an ending to this mission and just promised to stay alert to protect the peace, so they all went their separate ways, except Trunks and Gwen, they promised to train but they really didn't do this and time flew by until seven months later the new Z warriors enjoying peace and continuing their lives felt something.
Chapter 22
In a distant land underground, a weird looking creature awoke, this being its birth, as Trunks thought something was indeed lurking in the shadows without anyone's knowledge, the creature now born took action and flew away from its birthplace immediately. Not many days after our heroes felt the weird sensation, news flashed of many towns being decimated only leaving clothes behind, one day during that starting week of incidents, Trunks, Gwen and Videl saw on the TV a coverage of an attack happening in Ginger Town, there were screams and some weird sounds and then nothing, our three heroes got ready quickly and flew to the scene and found something disturbing, clothes all over the streets empty, they searched all over the city finding the same until, in a dark alley, Trunks saw some weird red eyes he noticed a ki and almost as fast as blinking he dodged an attack, and the creature revealed itself, Gwen and Videl arriving quickly to the scene, they saw the thing they were chasing, finding the sight very disturbing, a weird bug creature with a tail and a stinger with stripes and weird patterns on his body, it just was odd looking and surely didn't have good intentions, then it talked, surprising everyone
-Well well so we meet at last-
-What are you?! What is your origin?! and most importantly what did you do to the people that vanished?!- yelled Trunks
-I guess there is no harm in talking to my snacks-
-Snacks?!- yelled Videl
-I am a biological android created by Doctor Gero, my name is Cell- to this Trunks received a shock in all his body and couldn't believe it
-My purpose is to perfect my body by absorbing humans and most importantly the two androids #17 and #18, to achieve perfection, after that probably exterminate inferior lifeforms- to this Gwen laughed hysterically at him
-Then you're doomed because we destroyed one of those terrible androids, #17 to be precise- first Cell recieved a shock just as Trunks, he thought they were lying to him, but quickly realized they wouldn't gain much by doing so and realizing his main goal was unachievable, he responded
-I don't know how you worms managed to kill 17, as you were meant to be inferior according to the computer, you probably had your weird way to defeat them, but no matter i'll take my revenge by ending you as a snack-
-Gero's creations end now, your time terrorizing the earth is over and after today we keep that peace we wanted- said Trunks with bravery, after that both parties got into fighting stances preparing for the inevitable fight, and with that they were off, Gwen and Trunis launched themselves together, and Trunks turned super saiyan instantly, they were serious on ending this thing as quickly as humanly possible, while Cell was overwhelmed and surprised by the strength of the foes he just had to face. A barrage of punches and kicks, Videl supporting with some blasts in the back, Cell was struggling and it was evident still he had some tricks up his sleeve, he pulled his hands upward and yelled
-MASENKOO!- surprising both Gwen and Trunks, who blew the attack up with blasts
-How do you know how to do that?!- said Trunks perturbed
-Can't you feel it Trunks?- said the creature, Trunks got to sense the thing and opened his eyes in anguish, he felt… he felt himself in him, not only that but Gwen and even Gohan too as well as many unknowns more, Gwen got even more scared as she recognized some of those presences in him, Frieza and his father Cold and many more, this was disturbing, Cell noticed their reactions and laughed
-Why do you have all of those kis?!- said Gwen
-That's because i was made with the cells of the best fighters in history, you, Frieza and his father, Goku, Vegeta, the other Z warriors and even some dead enemies too, and of course as you saw i have their techniques- now more determined than ever they needed to end this thing here and now.
Chapter 23
As the fight went on, he tried stabbing them with hkis tail, although unsuccessful, and both warriors took mental note of being in constant alert about the creature's tail. Cell noticed their clear killing intents, he was starting to be overwhelmed heavily and was now just decided to escape, now it would be not as a matter of will he, but as when will he do it, feeling cornered, he remembered a technique, and just a moment later Trunks said
-It's over Cell, nowhere to run it's time to end the madness made by that monster Gero- Cell maliciously said
-Aah in that you're wrong Trunks, my story won't be over right now hehehe, SOLAR FLARE!- he said while putting his hands besides his eyes, a light as bright as the sun blinded the earth defenders, and Cell approached the chance and flew as fast as he could for some minutes until he knew the blinding effects were over, he then lowered his ki to the minimum and hid in plain sight, while running in between the trees
-AAAAAAAAAAH!- yelled Trunks with pure rage, ascending super saiyan in the process
-There is no way i let him escape! to hurt this world again! those damned infernal creations from hell never end i just can't put an end to the suffering!-
-Trunks calm down, we need to focus on the task at hand having this rage attacks won't help, we need to look immediately for this Cell creature- said Gwen in a firm way as well as commanding, Trunks grunted and returned to base form, knowing what needed to be done the search was on.
The new Z warriors have been looking for Cell for four days now, they only arrive late to attacks on towns, many have fallen victim to the new enemy, Mai noticed how this was hunting Trunks, during this period, Videl encountered the monster on time, but being the weakest of the main heroes, it was impossible for her to face him but she put her efforts to save a family from him, she was saved by Trunks arriving quickly but again he was late, Cell having the edge had escaped just in time to miss him, during this time Cell was feeding himself to grow a lot in strength but not to face our heroes but to face 18, he knew but how the heroes worded their tale of victory over the androids Cell knew not all of them were destroyed, and in this timeline, Cell had an internal radar that confirmed the survival of #18, it was remote and a very small connection and he decided to go to the highlighted connection and decided he was on his way.
Chapter 24
A day later Cell was in a remote town very far in the south, people looked at him odd, not recognizing him but giving everyone a sense of danger, he knew like this it would be tough for him, so he made a mess knowing this was very far away so it would take some time for his enemies to arrive, and snacked on some citizens causing panic and and disturbances, this alerted a certain blue eyed blonde, who was in a hut there, after some time she got out, and by chance (or maybe not), she turned around to see a hideous creature looking directly at her, she was rattled and in extreme alert she said harshly
-I don't know what you are but you're not scaring me as you don't know how much of a threat you're dealing with right now, so get ready!
-Oh, but i do know you… sister, or better known as #18 right?-
-What?! but how do you…-
-But that is of non importance, as soon we'll fulfill our purpose by fusing after i absorb you and get as close as i can to perfection-
-Huh? absorb me? you're not doing any of that pal, i don't know how you know me or if you're part of Gero's crazy experiences from that old creep, but you're not doing jack shit against me, the strongest android there is, HA!- she said while launching herself towards the enemy, Cell laughed diabolically at the comment and prepared for the fight that would determine everyone's fate, he also took mental note that with the magnitude of this fight it would be inevitable that his other enemies will show up eventually so he was on a timer to absorb this android and achieve his final form, it also did not take long for the earth defenders to notice the giant ki and the detect the fight so they took off to the battleground to end this menace, meanwhile Cell and 18 were even, but Cell was holding quite a bit back knowing that his best odds to end this quickly was that his foe went overconfident and lowered the guard and then he will have his precision strike, so the fight dragged on quite a bit, more of the same a barrage of kicks, punches and blasts everywhere, a lot of destruction and many innocent civilians became casualties of this fight, it was reckless and tough but it was perfect for Cell, not long after he heard the words he was expecting coming from his foe
-You're not bad, but for you it will be impossible to win as my energy reserves are infinite, yours probably will deplete eventually and i will be the victor, so i'll give you this chance to leave as i don't want unexpected attention and to attract certain people here, so have your choice, leave or die quickly- Cell knew well what this moment meant
-Oh trust me sister, i know too those unwanted guests and i'm sure i'm finishing this before they arrive so this the reserve, surrender willingly and it will hurt less-
-Make me then you creepy monster- 18 bantered without noticing the gigantic ki ball that was about to blow in her back, when she noticed it was too late, it exploded causing heavy damage, and leaving her stranded on the ground, Cell approached her quickly, knowing what had to be done now, he opened a giant hole in her tail, and he was about to swoop her in, he received a kick to the face that knocked him back and internally he shouted -NO! THIS CANNOT BE, THEY ARE HERE!- he noticed the three opposing warriors
-This is over Cell, you won't cause any more harm, time to meet your maker in hell- said Trunks confidently and serious, Cell remained composed as he knew something they didn't and took chance in the commotion of their arrival to do some improvisation tactics

-Reveal yourself creep! fight and don't be a coward!- the android yelled while looking at all directions, and just behind her a figure with red eyes appeared, and the warriors heard a suffocated yell, when the smoke cleared, Trunks saw a panorama of horror, Cell had something in his tail and it was going into his body he knew what it was, he shouted in desperation
-NOOOOO!- while attacking with all his strength but Cell just dodged, and then it was too late the process had started and it was unstoppable.
Chapter 25
The process was undergoing a light show coming from the creature's body, as he was shining and spreading illumination everywhere a weird green aura surrounded him, the process took some minutes, but after the lights were dying out, small electric sparks where he stood were bolting around, when our heroes saw the creature, they saw a more humanoid one, with some of his features changing, trending to being more defined or just straight like his head, he now got a mouth instead of a weird beak
-At last my evolution is complete, and it wouldn't be final if you hadn't interfered in the past, and for that you will pay!- said the creature with intensity
-This amount of power should do for you worms, at last the best being to ever live will go and do what's he's supposed to hahaha- our heroes prepared for the inevitable combat, and then, in a split second he was behind Trunks kicking him square in the jaw and knocking him away, this surprised the rest of the heroes who engaged the beast but couldn't do much, Gwen fought close combat and Videl firing ki blasts but Cell was on another level, those attacks were like mosquito bites for him, he quickly with a swift punch in the face caused heavy damage to Gwen, then Trunks recovered powered up to the max and went in for a fight, he was fairing better than the rest of them but it was clear there was some gap between him and Cell
-I commend you, you're strong foe, stronger than that ridiculous android i fought earlier and you could have beat me in me in my previous form, but now… this is a mismatch!- he then punched him in the stomach taking the air out of Trunks then a kick to the back and a blast which knocked him far away, Cell now seemed invincible and after everything after Trunks has done to save his world, his efforts were a waste now.
