Attack on Titan
Attack on Paradis: Nightmarish Reality
It was a horrible revelation for the people of Wall Sina to come to grips with. When combined with the people of Walls Maria and Rose, what was once an enclosed society of more than four-hundred-fifty-thousand…had been drastically reduced to a mere twelve-thousand within the course of a single day…and most likely by a creature that had appeared the same time a Titan larger than the Walls had…and attacked as soon as it was attacked. However, because it was only a theory, as they didn't know if the Colossal Titan attacked first or the creature attacked first, it was all they had to go on…and the description provided by the only person the volunteers found beyond the devastation caused to the lands of where Wall Rose once stood. Men, women, children, plants and animals, all burned away in a matter of seconds…and the creature responsible was still there, waiting for an opportunity to attack again.
"They only found one survivor?"
"A monster?"
"It destroyed everything beyond Wall Sina?!"
"A Titan as big as the Walls?! That's impossible!"
"Will it come for us? Will it attack again?"
These were only some the questions from the concerned citizens that couldn't put this aside and return to the normality they were used to.

"…What…in the name of God?" One of the Marleyan soldiers uttered as they saw a large creature standing alone on the ruins of where Wall Maria once stood. "What is that thing?"
"A Titan?" Another soldier suggests.
"There ain't no Titan in history that looks like that," another soldier expresses, afraid to go near it, despite it looking immobile. "It looks like a devil from another time."
Crack. A sound from afar was heard. But because of the ruins, it was hard to tell where it had originated from.
"Come on, men," the lead soldier told the rest. "We're still on the job, and we have to investigate the whereabouts of the subordinates we sent on this mission."
"Uh, sir," an Eldian soldier utters, "based on the devastation around us, isn't it likely that anyone, including one with the power of the Titans, is…unlikely to have…survived?"
Everyone looked at him like he spoke out of turn, and the leader approached him.
"If that's true, then Marley will have been robbed of four of its seven Titans," he reminded the soldier. "How do you want to explain that to the chain of command?"
Crack! Some louder noises came from a distance…and they saw the reason.
The creature that was immobile was starting to move! Pieces of its body were falling off, like it was dying or shedding its husk. In less than a minute, the creature was moving, and not like it was before. While still massive, it now looked like an armored version of itself, covered in segmented plates of armor. If anything, the form it had before this was like a husk or cocoon of sorts, protecting it from external harm while it generated a new form.
"Grrr… Rrrrraaurgh!" It roared, causing the ground to shake. "Rrrrraaurgh!"
"Whoa! Aah!" The soldiers gasped as they reacted with the most basic sense to retreat before it could come after them.
The creature, having finally escaped all of its previous wounds and grown into a stronger state of being, saw the tiny beings fleeing…and paid them no mind. While it could still smell the stink of the people that had attacked its kind ages ago, they were minute compared to the stench that still lingered on this patch of land that needed to be purged before it could go anywhere else the stench could be found. The world had become a stinking wasteland of these people that had drove its kind to the brink, and now it was its turn to send them to the brink…and put them to rest in the cradle of damnation. It would take them out and leave no survivors, just as they had done long ago.

"…What was that?!" Frieda heard Historia ask as everyone in the Fritz house heard the loud noise that came from outside.
In the last five days, Frieda had brought Historia to live with them…and revealed that she was Rod's daughter outside of his marriage, which was something he tried to hide. While this damaged his relationship with her mother, Frieda refused to let this revelation be reflected on their half-sister; she nor they had done anything to deserve any ill will from anyone because of their father's infidelity. And Historia's mother, despite coming from a family of nobles, exhibited no interest in her daughter, whatsoever; it was as though she were afraid of her or resented her for just existing, something that she could've handled a long time ago, with or without anyone's influence, including Rod's, making it all her fault if she chose not to. Even though this affected the Reiss family dynamic, it didn't change the fact that they were all dealing with an issue that was beyond their control, and they needed to work together if they were going to survive this.
"I guess the talk about there being a monster out there is true," went Frieda's mother as she held her little brother.
"Yeah," Frieda responded, worried for the people within Wall Sina, the last remaining wall meant to protect them from the Titans and the rest of the world, now just a barrier that could tumble at any moment.
With little to no other alternatives available to her, Frieda had only the potential options at her disposal against this creature: She could release the Titans within Wall Sina to defend the people, turn the people within Wall Sina that could be turned into Titans into Titans in order to stand some measure of a fighting chance against this creature, or reveal the truth to those left and then issue a mass retreat and try to survive out at sea, away from Paradis. Despite all of this, she could see Historia standing at a beach, watching the sunset, beside this woman with freckles; even when faced with danger, that vision didn't change in the slightest, which made her believe that it was a definite point in the future that was bound to happen. But with what was in front of her, there seemed to be obstacles in the way of that future. And worse was that even with the additional powers that had been, up until a few days ago, out of her possession until Walls Maria and Rose fell; she had reclaimed the powers of the Colossal, Armored and Female Titans when their previous holders died, so she could exploit their powers however she chose.
"What are we going to do?" Rod asks, unsure of how to progress from this moment of woe.
Thud…thud…thud… The way the ground shook every few seconds…mirrored the way something large and heavy took a while to walk, one step after another. Something big was coming towards them and everyone else within Wall Sina. And it wasn't going to stop until it had done what it came to do. This left Frieda with only the lesser of the three evils she couldn't forsake right now.
"We need to get to a shelter far from here," she tells them all. "If it was strong enough to destroy two of the Walls, then we can't depend on Wall Sina to keep it out."

They made it back to the ship, but were wondering why the creature wasn't following them; it saw them running, but it made no attempt to kill them, even though it could've.
"How big would you consider that thing?" One of the Marleyan men asks.
"It was larger than sixty meters," another says. "Far bigger than the Colossal, the largest out of all the Titans ever encountered."
"If that thing destroyed the wall that was said to contain large Titans, setting the entire place ablaze overnight, screw those kids that got sent here. They're as good as dead as the rest of those island devils. We gotta protect the motherland."
Even the Eldian soldiers had no choice but to accept this possibility. If this creature was able to destroy much of Paradis, it was only a matter of time before it showed up to attack Marley. They needed to retreat, to warn their superiors and prepare for the worst possible scenario. If it showed up to attack Marley or anywhere else in the world, they would be next to powerless to stop it.
But it wasn't just the revelation of this creature being capable of destroying an entire civilization enclosed behind three concentric walls. It was the likelihood that it caused the deaths of four of Marley's Warriors, leading to the loss of four of their Titan powers. This alone would decrease Marley's power by a significant degree. As they pulled away from Paradis' territorial boundaries, one hope had been running through their minds, and that was the prayer that this creature couldn't swim and give chase after them.

It would be a while before it reached its latest target, but it wasn't going to give up. They had lived long enough to enjoy their lives, and now it was time for them to put their affairs in order before the sun set over their eyes for good. It had lived long enough with the thought of revenge and justice for its kind, and now it was time to bring it all to fruition. Once this island was cleansed, it would go after the descendants of the people that tried to kill it across the world, making sure they would repent for their ancestral crimes. All manner of life these despicable creatures had devastated would be able to regenerate, the world would be restored to its rightful state, free from the sins of their past.
With every step it took, it made the land shake from its weight. With every breath it took, it made the air feel warmer than it should've or shouldn't have. From a distance, it could see only more ruins, but to it, that was a good thing. It meant that the enemy was less than it had been on this island when it regenerated enough to arrive on land. It was only a matter of time before those that remained joined the rest of their kind in the next world.
To be continued…
A/N: Just to let you know, Godzilla's new form is based on his Ultima form he has in Godzilla: Singular Point, but without the multitude of teeth. The fourth form he took in Shin Godzilla was just a defensive combat husk that would eventually come off in due time. What do you think will happen in the next chapter?
