Los Voces spread even more of the flowers all around town and came to the top of the Senate building, where they began playing more music.

"Atencion, everyone!" Cuatro announced into a magical microphone. "I am Cuatro, and mi hermanos, Uno, Dos, and Tres. Together, we are Los Voces, and we have come to start a fiesta that shall never end!"

Uno played accordion music, Dos and Tres percussion, and Cuatro did backup vocals.

Unbeknonwnst to the musical band of villains, the Jedi heard their music from all directions, and were looking for them now!

Comedia carried Ki-Adi on her back and flew out, accompanied by Zipp and Eeth Koth, looking all around for any sign of the villains.

"You're sure you saw them come this way?" Ki-Adi said.

"This was the last place I saw them." Comedia said. "Correct me if I'm wrong, but my instincts tell me that if we follow the trail of roses, we'll find these villains, whatever they call themselves."

And sure enough, Comedia saw a lot more of these roses growing in a certain direction all over a lot of buildings, and more of them were growing and spurting more gas.

"That way!" Eeth said, and he snapped the reins to get Zipp going.

"I can hear music too!" Comedia said. "It sounds like it's coming from that way!"

"We'll rescue everyone we can." Eeth said. "Go find the villains."

Ahsoka rode on Sunheart since obviously her horse wasn't available to give her a ride.

"Where do you think they went?" Sunheart said, looking around.

Ahsoka contacted Obi-Wan and Peppermint on her comm.

"Master Kenobi. Are you finding any signs of the villains down below?" Ahsoka asked.

"Negative." Obi-Wan said. "Not seeing too many of those flowers down here."

But then, Peppermint heard something. It sounded like... laughter? And people screaming and crying.

"Maybe you spoke too soon," said Peppermint. "This way!"

Peppermint rushed as fast as she could in the direction she heard the laughter coming from. She and Obi-Wan followed it to a street, where to their great surprise, they saw another kind of strange plant.

These new plants looked like giant munching plants, only with red heads instead of green. They weren't munching anything either; they were actually grabbing people who'd breathed in the roses' blue pollen and holding them while the big plants laughed and said all kinds of hurtful things like, "You have a funny accent!" and "What's wrong with your voice?" and "Why can't you talk normal like the rest of us?"

Their prisoners struggled to escape, but the plants constantly taunting and mocking them didn't help at all. In fact, it made a lot of people cry and try to keep from saying anything as the plants continued to make fun of them.

Obi-Wan ignited his lightsaber and Peppermint used her teeth and her horn to get the people free and fight off the plants

"Are you alright?" Obi-Wan asked one boy.

"If by okay, you mean I sound weird, then yes." said the boy, sounding like a chipmunk, amid Peppermint holding back her snickers.

"Did any of you see who did this to you?"

"Some flying horses came along and made a bunch of roses squirt us, and then next thing we know these bigger plants just popped out and grabbed us."

Peppermint and her rider both knew immediately they had to warn the others about these plants. Plants calling people names might've seemed like child's play, but they weren't willing to wait and find out if the plants could do something worse.

That was also when Obi-Wan and Peppermint heard music playing really loudly, and making even more roses grow and spurt out more and more pollen.

Y yo dejo que tú te pegues (hey)
Tú rápido te me pegas
Se libera y ahí es que brega
Ella se entrega, una guerrera

Mãos pra cima, eh, eh (aja)
Tudo pode acontecer (tra, tra)
Aproveite a vida porque
Ela só se vive uma vez

Eh, eh
Tudo pode acontecer
Aproveite a vida porque
Ela só se vive uma vez

"I hope Hydrangea can find some way to beat these plants." Peppermint said, running.

Que viva la vida (aja)
Que siga la fiesta
Las manos en la cintura
Que así es que va esta

Então viva a vida
Num clima de festa
Vem dançar comigo
Curtir é o que interessa (síguemela)

Un paso alante, un paso atrás (sube)
Cinturita, así es como va (hey)
Vamo' allá (hey), ponle más
Siente el ritmo (W)

"I hope so too," said Obi-Wan.

Só se jogar se entregar (sube)
Deixa que o som vai te levar (hey), vai te levar (hey)
Sente o ritmo

Me muero de ganas de ser tu pana
De bailar hasta por la mañana
Si estás triste, el baile te sana
Ando con Luny, tráete a tu hermana
Esa, esa, esa falda corta, no se comporta
Cuando se mueve a mí me transforma
Me mira, me tienta y me confronta
Me roza, me tira y me la monta (opa)

Y yo dejo que tú te pegues (hey)
Tu rápido te me pegas
Se libera y ahí es que brega
Ella se entrega, una guerrera

Meanwhile, Zatt did some more work on his tablet and the computers at the temple with a few droids assisting him. And thanks to what they could find, they eventually found Fiesta and her brothers in different locations, and he couldn't believe what led to them being clavatized.

"All this fuss over people making fun of their accents?" Zatt said.

"It's not the first time that's happened." Magenta said, her ear on a phone. "The Cantars are old family friends of mine. It's happened to them too often to count. And believe it or not, words can really sting, especially when they're directed at things beyond one's control." She suddenly got frustrated when the phone went to voicemail. "Ugh! I can't get a hold of Remix or any of the family!"

"I guess that means we're on our own this time." Citrus said, carrying Turha on his back. He looked at the young togruta apologetically. "Sorry you had to come home like this, Turha. If we'd known there was gonna be a clavatization, we would've pushed to bring you here sooner or waited until the threat was taken care of."

"It was usually pretty boring at the orphanage anyway." Turha said. "And running into supervillains was so exciting!"

"Well, I'm glad at least one of us can find a bright side to this." Magenta said, trying to get a hold of the royal family one more time.

Zatt made the videos stop where he spotted the mariclavas and then saw what each of them landed on.

"We got it!" Zatt said. "I know what each mariclava landed on!"

"And I know what kind of flowers those are!" Hydrangea said, running in with a green book in her mouth.

Comedia flew through the skies with her father and saw more and more roses spurting pollen, and some transforming into giant talking plants and then grabbing people and laughing at them and taunting them brutally.

"There are even more plants growing in all directions!" Zipp said.

That was when Eeth and all other Jedi searching for the villains heard their comms beeping. And they all answered them. Zatt came on.

"Masters! I know what the mariclavas landed on. Four of them landed one different things, one for each horse."

Magenta then listed each clavatized object.

"One landed on the rose Fiesta has in her mane, Benito's bow tie, Maraca's... maracas. and Sombrero's hat."

"And I've identified the red flowers," said Hydrangea. "Did any of you get a good look at their leaves?"

"Yes," said Zipp. "I saw that they looked like they had music notes on them, and they looked like they were dancing just before they spurted pollen. Why?"

"Those are no ordinary roses. They're actually called Sing Around the Roses." Hydrangea explained. "They're a magical plant that responds exceedingly fast to music, and they grow all over Musi-corn Meadow back in Equinaro with all the musical activity there. The more you sing, dance, and play music around them, the bigger and more beautiful they grow. And during the early days of spring, they are known to unleash a pollen that enhances the voice of anyone who breathes in enough of it, and their nectar is often used in teas drunk by lots of great singers."

"But do they turn into plants that laugh at you?" Comedia asked.

"Not normally. And they don't usually change your accent. Mariverde must have manipulated their magic so that when the villains grew them, they would do those things."

"Apparently, they're also calling themselves Los Voces. We've just spotted them at the Senate building. We're headed there now."

"Be careful, Comedia." Magenta said. "Music-based magic is very powerful, and musi-corns live, sleep, and breathe it from the moment they're born."

"I survived a beauty pageant full of pesadilas, the Baby Shark craze, and my birth parents for fourteen years. It takes more than a little music to phase me."

"Still, you'll need help. And clearly the royal family isn't gonna be able to help us this time, so we have to face this ourselves. You'll need at least one musi-corn on your team. I'm coming to help."

But, Magenta had a special something Mariposa gave her before the royal family left just in case.

Meanwhile, Los Voces were continuing to make music and make even more sing-around-the-roses grow and spurt even more pollen.

Dale pa'ya, ahora pa'cá
Dale pa'ya, ahora pa'cá
Tra-Tra-Tra!
Ahora baila, baila, baila, baila, baila
Dale pa'ya, ahora pa'cá
Dale pa'ya, ahora pa'cá
Tra-Tra-Tra!
Ahora baila, baila, baila, baila, baila

Tell me what you thinkin' and I'll give you it all
Dime lo que quieras y te doy el mundo
Luces violetas
Really wanna vibe with you, yeah

Lo que te pasó, déjalo atrás
Quédate a mi lado, baby, ya verás
Let go, come on, let me show you
I'm gon' say I told you so

Yeah, there's something in the air tonight, I can feel us
The mood is right, right in between us
Ay, ay, ay, ay
Ay, ay, ay

Yeah there's something in the air tonight, I can feel us
The mood is right, right in between us
Ay, ay, ay, ay
Ay, ay, ay

The Jedi and their horses all arrived at the Senate building, all of them meeting on the ground so the band wouldn't see them.

"How exactly are we supposed to fight them from down here?" Citrus asked.

"With a little music of our own." Magenta said, bringing out the box, where inside there was a necklace with a green butterfly charm. "This charm carries the power of the emerald swallowtail butterfly, it grants the power of chloropathy. If one of us uses it, we can take control of the plants while the rest of us catch the mariclavas."

"How exactly does that work?" Grassi asked.

"Mariposa said that the wearer must be able to concentrate while wearing it and connect with the plants for it to work."

"Then let Hydrangea handle it," said Peppermint. "She knows more about plants than any of us."

"Hydrangea? Do you think you can handle it?"

"I believe so. Just tell me how to make it work."

Magenta placed the necklace around Hydrangea's neck, and got the others to work out a plan to get the clavatized objects. So far, they'd noticed three things about Los Voces:

1. They played music everywhere they went

2. They each played a different instrument,

and 3. None of them ever played alone.

Each time anyone spotted the villains, there was always at least two present and making music. Any true musician knew that it took more than one note, more than one sound, more than one voice to create a hit song that brought joy to the ears, invoked emotions, and made people want to get up and dance. Therefore, if they wanted to defeat Los Voces, they would have to separate them and de-clavatize them, even if they had to do it one by one.

"How do we separate them?" Plo asked. "From what Fiesta has said each time she talks about her brothers, they are an inseparable group."

"Well, they're all music-corns, and from what I've been reading about different kinds of unicorns lately," said Ahsoka. "Many of them exhibit different kinds of weaknesses. Magenta, you're a music-corn. Is there anything that music-corns can't stand or that frightens them?"

"Well, like the notes in songs, every music-corn is different, but if there's one thing that's the same about us and many other living things, it's that we can't stand the sound of music played off-key."

"Then here's what we're gonna do."

Los Voces continued to play their music and grow sing-around-the-roses everywhere... when suddenly they heard the loud sound of someone playing a tuba really loudly, which made them pause their music for a moment.

"What was that?" Tres said.

"Just me," said Comedia, blowing into a tuba again, not even trying to be musical. "Learning the tuba."

Comedia blew the tuba louder, which irritated the villain quartet.

"You'd better stop that right now!" said Cuatro angrily.

"Why don't you come and make me?" Comedia blew the tuba again as though taunting them with 'Na, na, na-na na."

"You're going to regret that!"

And Cuatro flew off with Tres accompanying her, while Uno and Dos were distracted by Zipp flying by with Master Koth banging two trash can lids together while Zipp whinnied really loudly. But they weren't the only ones coming to make some noise.

Magenta and Master Yoda flew in, the musicorn blasting the song "Ice Cream (Milkshake)" from her horn, while Yoda played a violin Carmine left behind that desperately needed tuning.

Ahsoka also grabbed some pots and pans and started banging them together.

Dos and Uno both needed to cover their ears with their hooves and fly away to get away from that awful noise.

"Myra, now!" Magenta shouted.

And Myra jumped in and rocked out on her guitar to distract the two villains. Ahsoka literally got between the two and banged the pots and pans louder, making the two stallions split to get away from the noise.

Myra kept Uno distracted while Ahsoka took Dos.

Uno was so busy avoiding the noise, he didn't notice Strawberry Sundae and Mace closing in, or Mace pouncing onto his back, grabbing the hat right off his head and slicing it with his lightsaber, allowing the marivclava to fly out and transform Uno back into Sombrero, whose eyes were all swirly as he fell onto his stomach.

"Hey! Are you okay?" Myra said, seeing Sombrero looking dizzy until she snapped her fingers in front of his face.

"Huh?! Que pasa? What just happened?" Sombrero looked around. "Where am I? Where's Fiesta?"

"She was clavatized and so were you and your brothers." Round n Round said. "But the Jedi are on the job."

"But you should probably hex that butterfly before it hexes someone else." Myra suggested sternly.

So, Round n Round cast the Luminesk spell on the mariclava they just freed. One down, three to go.

Ahsoka rode Sunheart as fast as she could run as they chased after Dos, but he was flying toward the direction Tres and Cuatro were headed.

Fortunately, Citrus, Comedia, and their riders were on the job to catch the other two.

Citrus and Plo took on Tres while Ki-Adi and Comedia got Cuatro.

Unfortunately, Fiesta still had magic and got rid of Comedia's tuba to make her stop the racket.

"That's better." Cuatro said.

"Uh oh!" Comedia gasped. "That's not good."

Cuatro took out her magic microphone and started to sing to make more sing-around-the-roses grow and start to snap and attempt to wrap around Comedia. But the silly-corn started shooting magic, kicking, and nipping at the vines and flowers. And at one point, stood on her hind legs with a loud whinny, spreading her wings and soaring before swooping at Cuatro, knocking her down, taking the rose that decorated her mane and chewing it to smithereens, releasing the mariclava so she could luminesk it.

However, just as Master Plo destroyed Tres's bowtie to release his mariclava and Ahsoka Dos's maracas, all the Jedi paused a moment as they felt a strong disturbance in the Force.

"Did you feel that?" Mace asked his daughter.

"I felt something. It was weird." Myra said.

Fiesta and her brothers were all snapped out of their trances, all of them feeling confused, especially with how ridiculous everyone's voices sounded right now.

"You and your brothers got clavatized," said Ahsoka, petting Fiesta's muzzle.

Fiesta suddenly had a hypothesis.

"Ugh! Not again! People are always making fun of our accents."

"It's true," said Maraca. "Normally we can let it roll off our backs, but this time we faced some more brutal verbal abuse."

"I guess that explains why Mariverde gave you the ability to grow sing-around-the-roses." Citrus said. "And make our voice sound ridiculous."

"In short," said Myra. "You wanted other people to see what it's like to be made fun for something as normal as talking."

"And here we thought we were just going to have a peaceful visit with our hermana." Benito said.

Maraca then noticed he still had his saddle bag with the package he and Benito picked up earlier.

"At least we didn't lose the package." Maraca said.

Hydrangea did a little more research on the sing-around-the-roses. It turned out, they could actually change a person's voice if they breathed in too much pollen, and usually it wore off within a matter of days, but luckily she knew a cure to make it go away fast: The same cure for a sore throat. Herbal tea with honey.

So, everyone who'd breathed in the pollen got some tea. Luckily for them, Hydrangea's herb garden currently had plenty to harvest right now. So she and Master Tiin got to harvesting and making the herbs into tea.

However, the Council all noted that they'd felt a strange disturbance in the Force earlier that day. But it didn't come from any of them, and currently the Skywalker-Jinn Family was on vacation, and unless all Force sensitive members combined their power, the Jedi wouldn't have sensed it from Coruscant. So, where had it come from?

Together, the Council decided to meditate on it to uncover where the source of the use of the Force. This went on for hours, well into the night. Nothing.

The Council figured maybe they should do it again, but Master Plo and Shaak declined, as they had one other thing to take care of.

The Koon Family finally got to introduce Turha to his new bedroom and give him his welcome home present. Knowing their new son loved to do artwork, inside the package Maraca and Benito picked up was a new sketchbook and some crayons he could use to make all kinds of great drawings of many colors.

"Welcome home...son." Plo said, smiling behind his mask.

Turha felt so loved as his new mom and dad tucked him and his tooka into bed that night.

"You don't think Mariverde's gonna come for me, do you?" He asked.

"I would hope not, Turha." Shaak said. "Mariverde is a threat, this is true. But she cannot hurt you if you don't let your anger get the best of you."

"Mariverde is not as strong as she portrays herself to be," said Plo. "She makes others do her dirty work for her."

"Exactly. As long as there are those willing to fight her and stand up to any other villains who come by, the Galaxy will be safe for all of us." Ahsoka said, giving her brother a kiss goodnight. "And you're a creative one. Who knows? When you're big and strong, you'll be able to fight for the galaxy too or do whatever you set your mind to."

Meanwhile, Zatt was doing some more searching on video footage of the clavatized villains, hoping to see if there might be any clues to where Mariverde might be hiding or at least a way to track her down. The Council had tried meditating to locate her new hideout for months, but had no luck. But instead of finding clues to Mariverde, Zatt spotted something else odd when he spotted Comedia and Cuatro with the extra flowers that tried to grab the former.

As Comedia stood on her hind legs and kicked at the vines, the vines were thrown back... but she never touched them. Her horn wasn't even glowing either.

"What...?" Zatt was shocked and perplexed.

He immediately rushed to Master Fisto that night and showed him the video.

Kit was flabbergasted when he saw this. So he rushed to Master Mundi's apartment as he was getting into bed.

"What is so important it couldn't wait until morning?" Ki-Adi asked.

"It is about your daughter." Kit said.

And then Kit Fisto showed Master Mundi the video.

Master Mundi nearly fainted when he saw what Zatt had found.

"How is this possible?!" Ki-Adi said. "Comedia is an equine, and why wouldn't she have told me?"

"She probably didn't know, and it would not be the first time the Jedi recruited an Enchanted."

Ki-Adi immediately went to Comedia's room, where the latter was already fast asleep.

"Comedia, wake up!" he exclaimed, startling Comedia awake with a big yawn.

"Is it time for breakfast already?"

"No, but we do need to go to the healer's wing right away."

"Why?"

"Just come."

Albeit reluctantly, and exhausted, Comedia did go to the healer's wing with her father. And she was really woken up when she felt the pinch of a needle stuck into her to collect a blood sample.

Ki-Adi quickly started to pet Comedia's muzzle to calm her down while the droid took the blood sample to do a midichlorian count. And to his and Kit and his Padawan's great shock, Comedia's midichlorian count was pretty high. Around thirteen thousand.

"How did I never notice this before?" Ki-Adi asked. He looked at his adopted daughter. "Did you know about this at all?"

Comedia shook her head. "Nuh uh. I'm as surprised as you."

This was very bizarre; an alicorn with Force abilities? It was completely unheard of. The Jedi knew animals could sense the Force, but they never knew any to have the same abilities as the biped species who became Jedi!
