Lala, with her pink hair flowing softly behind her, cast a curious gaze towards Light. With her face lit up by an innocent and hopeful smile, she asked, "Light, remember that technique you used to enhance the attack of the little water weapon? Could we try that on Peke, what do you think?"

Light, with his usually calm expression, seemed to consider the suggestion for a brief moment. "Hmm, that's an intriguing idea," he mused.

However, he quickly added, "I believe it would have a more notable effect if used on your combat uniform. We might be in for a pleasant surprise."

The ever-restless Lala, excited about the possibility of a new experiment, replied, "Let's do it!" And, almost like magic, with a little help from Peke, her attire transformed into the majestic 'Dress Form'.

Lala's uniform is predominantly white, accented by blue lines and details. It consists of a tight-fitting short-sleeved blouse complemented by a skirt that extends to her thighs. The raised collar of the uniform gives it a futuristic and technological look.

Its most distinctive feature is the tail that emerges from the base of her back, long and slender, ending with a delicate heart at the tip.

The outfit is complemented by accessories like gloves and boots that harmonize with the overall design. Lala's long pink hair is adorned with a unique white beret. This beret is decorated with thick black swirls that circle once, sloping downwards. Wings, reminiscent of bat wings and of the same color as Lala's tail, project from the beret. They are decorated with thinner black swirls, curling inward. Peke's attire further accentuates her shimmering green eyes.

Noticing the change, Light did not hesitate. Channeling his unique skill, he amplified Lala's energy.

As Light invoked his skill, from a distance, one could observe a sequence of golden medallions softly emanating from his hand. As if dancing in the air, each medallion gracefully flew towards Lala, merging with her in an almost magical harmony, seven times in succession.

With each fusion, Lala radiated an increasingly potent aura. The air around her seemed to pulse, reflecting the mounting energy that now enveloped her. Her uniform, though unchanged significantly, acquired subtle majesty. It was as if the outfit had absorbed part of that strength, becoming more imposing, a reflection of the newfound power of its wearer.

"Wow! This is amazing, amazing, amazing!" Lala shouted. In her euphoria, she tried to jump for joy, but nearly collided with the high ceiling of the room.

Himari, with her long black hair and violet eyes that reflected loyalty and a hint of protection, immediately stood guard against Light, her instinct always active.

In a silent room, the atmosphere became tense when Rias, with flame-like red hair, addressed Light with a look laden with astonishment. "Light!" She exclaimed, her voice tinged with disbelief. "What magic have you cast on her now?"

Light, always calm, lifted his eyes to face Rias. "It's a spell I recently perfected," he began, his balanced tone contrasting with the general surprise. "Originating from my 'Light Ferry,' I named it 'Stellar Multiplier'. After ten invocations, I can amplify a force up to 1,024 times its original potential."

Rias was speechless for a moment, her uneven breathing betraying how taken aback she was. "This is... astounding," she murmured, stepping back a few paces before settling into a nearby seat, as if her legs could no longer bear her.

From a distance, Kuroka, who until then had been relaxed and satiated after a delightful meal, had her posture transformed. The shock reflected in her eyes, she straightened up immediately, her attention fully turned to Light, as if seeing him in a new light.

Kuroka Toujou, with curious eyes and a thoughtful look, softly murmured in her mind, 'Interesting, nyah.' It seemed something about Light had captured her attention.

[The Female Protagonist, Kuroka Toujou, displays a growing interest in the Host, Light. As a result, her Fortune points rise by 20, and her Fate points by 100.]

A subtle thought crossed Light's mind: 'Did I recover the points I gave to her?' But he quickly corrected himself internally, calculating, 'Not exactly. If I convert the 20 of Fortune, I might obtain more than just 100 Fate points.'

It was not surprising to Light that his impressive display of skill had caught Kuroka's attention. He had anticipated it, being familiar with the nuances of the situation and having glimpsed the complexity of her personality.

In this vast setting, no one understood Light and his narrative evolution as deeply as he did. He moved like a divine entity, possessing an almost omniscient vision, anticipating and predicting the countless paths the future could take. And after meticulous analysis, the chances of him being surpassed or defeated were virtually nil.

Although recent twists had occurred, Light remained firm and dominant. The fact that he couldn't anticipate absolutely everything didn't mean he lost grip on the situation. So far, he was in control, playing masterfully on his favorable ground.

"Speaking of which, Akeno-senpai," Light directed his gaze at her, his eyes reflecting determination. "I recently developed an advanced technique related to lightning. Considering your affinity for it, I thought I could share what I've learned."

He wanted to introduce her to the Railgun technique. Even though he had mastered and practiced it only in the training space, the refinement period allowed him to become skilled in this domain.

Certainly, dedicating himself to reading web novels and consuming anime and manga in his second life, even if he stayed for less than a day, had been worth it; since the memories of the original body he had transmigrated to proved it wasn't a total waste...

Although the system provided Light with a plot outline when he came across a new "Fortune Chosen" unknown to him, this information wasn't exhaustive. Everything revealed to him focused strictly on the protagonist, and if there was an external force not directly connected to the "Fortune Chosen," Light would remain blind.

A notable example was Misaka Mikoto's story. Light used his theoretical knowledge to replicate her distinctive ability, Railgun, and indeed succeeded. In the animated universe, Misaka could launch metallic objects at speeds surpassing three times the speed of sound using her electric capability. Her Railgun reached an astonishing speed of 1030 m/s and could fire up to eight times per minute. For convenience, Misaka often used arcade coins as ammunition, limiting her effective range to about 50 meters, as friction caused the coins to melt. However, she could also opt for larger objects to increase range and power.

So far, Light has managed up to five shots per minute. Although he hadn't mastered the technique at Misaka's level, he was still in his early phase, having paused his practice after a few successful attempts.

His motivation to share this skill with Akeno was twofold. First, by teaching her, he could garner gratitude from her, which, in turn, would translate into more system points for him. It would also strengthen their bond. Secondly, the teaching process would be a way for Light to refine his mastery of the skill. It was indeed a win-win situation for both.

"Ara?" Akeno raised an eyebrow in surprise, but in a few moments, her eyes sparkled mischievously, and a teasing smile outlined her lips. "Ara, ara. So, Light-san, are you offering me a lesson?" Her musical laughter echoed, bathed in charm and mischief. "Fufufu~ I'm looking forward to learning."

Light nodded, trying to find the right words. "It's called Railgun. The basis is in manipulating magnetic fields, but I think seeing is more instructive than hearing the theory." He then turned to Lala, with a challenging look, "How about a friendly fight, Lala? Want to test the new power?"

With eyes shining with excitement and a fist raised, Lala agreed. "Absolutely! I can't wait to test this new strength!" She looked adorably determined, especially in her current outfit.

Light then cast a glance at Rias. "Rias-buchou, could you put up a barrier for us?"

"Light, you can just call me Rias." Standing up, Rias said and added, "No problem." She thought, if Akeno benefited from the skill taught by Light, it would be an advantage for all of them.

"Okay, Rias." Light replied and thanked, "Thank you."

Kuroka, not wanting to be left out and curious about the result of Light's skill, offered her assistance. "I can help with the barrier, nyah."

Rias smiled gratefully. "Thank you very much, Kuroka."

The two of them then focused their energies, forming a protective barrier that stretched for miles around Light's residence. With everything set up, they all headed outside the house.

With a competitive and energetic gaze, Lala challenged, "Get ready, Light! It's going to be a duel!"

Light nodded with a thoughtful air. He was contemplating the best way to utilize the Railgun.

As his thoughts wandered, Lala had already positioned herself at a certain distance, preparing for the imminent duel.

Shaking his head slightly, Light dispelled his musings and directed his full attention to the present moment.

In an incredibly brief span of time, less than a tenth of a second, Lala had covered an impressive distance of 100 meters. Her agility and speed were so extraordinary that they could be mistaken for a form of teleportation.

"This is surreal!" Lala exclaimed, still airborne, amazed by her newfound prowess. In her elation, she threw down a challenge: "Come on, Light, show me what you've got!"

Responding to the call, Light began to be enveloped by a crackling purple electric aura that surrounded him. The scene was almost mesmerizing, with sparks of energy dancing and lighting up the surroundings.

Even though his outfit was resistant and insulating, shielding him from the effects of the lightning, the ground beneath his feet wasn't as fortunate. The surface began to display burn marks, and every time one of the purple electric tendrils touched the ground, electric rumbles echoed, filling the air with their electric symphony.

With an almost casual move, Light pulled out a coin from his pocket. He positioned it between the thumb and forefinger of his left hand and skillfully flicked it into the sky.

"Lala, be ready. It shouldn't hurt you, but I have to say I've never tested this on another person," Light warned.

The coin, tossed into the sky, spun in a gravitational dance, catching sun rays and reflecting them intermittently. As it described its arc in the air, Light channeled even more purple electrical energy into his right hand. And just as the coin returned, aligning between the thumb and forefinger of his outstretched hand, he propelled it with supernatural force, enveloping it in intense lightning. The result was a deafening detonation.

"Boooom!"

"I'm ready!" Lala, observing the scenario, realized that despite the coin's breathtaking speed, she could easily dodge it, thanks to her enhanced agility. Even if the object sliced through the air at breakneck speeds, surpassing the sound barrier, Lala did not feel threatened.

With strength that could now rival the power required to obliterate a mountain, she concentrated her energy and lunged, firing a punch brimming with energy.

"Booooom!"

When they met, Light's electric attack and Lala's potent punch resulted in a collision of epic proportions. Shockwaves emanated from the point of impact, tearing through the air and creating concentric patterns reminiscent of the surface of a pond after a stone's disturbance.

The ensuing roar from the collision was deafening. A sound wave so intense that it made the girls present let out surprised screams. Some, more sensitive to the noise, instinctively covered their ears, trying to muffle the sudden and powerful reverberation.

'Is this the skill that Light wishes to share with me?' Akeno, with a glint of curiosity in her eyes, licked her lips, an involuntary gesture of interest and anticipation. Her eyelashes lowered slowly, partially concealing her iris, as a smile filled with expectation formed on her face.

The other observers were equally stunned. Light's performance was impressive on its own, but Lala's strength, equivalent to that of a high-ranking Devil, was not to be outdone. A mere punch from her held almost unimaginable energy.

Collective admiration for Light's performance seemed to have exponentially increased after that display.

[A favorable event has occurred. Your Fortune has increased by 50 and your Destiny points by 250.]

Upon viewing this message, Light was momentarily puzzled. He wasn't sure what he had done to earn such a reward. Nonetheless, he welcomed the points with gratitude. Without wasting time, he tossed another coin into the sky, this time summoning even more of that purple energy, as if wanting to surpass his previous feat.

Lala, with bright eyes and determination painted across her angelic face, exclaimed, "Here I come, Light!" And with her heart-shaped tail, she fired a laser beam that painted the sky with colors so intense it seemed to tear the heavens apart.

Watching Lala's move, Light let out an admiring smile. He recognized that the magnitude of power she displayed might rival his own. At a pivotal moment, as the spinning coin positioned itself in front of his right hand, he released the purple lightning accumulated in his palm, which hit the coin with such intensity it almost turned to dust. If not for the magnetic field skillfully generated by Light at the very moment, the move would have been in vain.

"Boom!"

"Boom!"

Two resounding blasts echoed through the air, almost in unison. Lala's had a higher pitch, reminiscent of a sharp whistle, while Light's thundered like the roar of a storm at its peak.

"THUNDEROUS BOOM!"

At the point of collision, the space between the two attacks seemed to warp. The released force was so monumental that the sky twisted, creating visible waves of energy that spread in all directions. These waves, echoing a cataclysm, had the potential to cause atmospheric disturbances that could alter Earth's weather patterns.

Furthermore, if directed into space, they might interfere with the orbit of smaller celestial bodies, diverting asteroids and even small satellites from their original paths. The whole world at this moment seemed like a chessboard, vulnerable to the power of two supreme players.

Rias, with a concerned look, warned, "Light! The barrier is reaching its limit!"

Raising his eyebrows slightly, Light murmured, "Is it?" He then intensified his concentration and, with a fluid and resolute gesture, waved his hands, causing all remnants of the energy released by him and Lala to dissipate into the air. Then, in a firm voice, he proclaimed, "Lala, it's time we stop."

Lala's reply came from afar, laden with slight disappointment, "Are we already finishing?" Although sounding somewhat disheartened, her voice also conveyed understanding, and she ceased her actions.

As Lala approached, Light's face lit up with a genuine smile, highlighting the admiration he felt for her. "Lala, your performance was spectacular. I loved what you did earlier!"

Lala, in turn, was overtaken by a bout of shyness that rarely showed itself. Her cheeks took on a rosy hue, and she lightly touched her lips with her index finger, almost tracing a curved line. "Hearing you praise me like that... makes me so happy."

After uttering those words, Lala placed her hands gracefully before her waist, not noticing that her arms gently pressed against her bust, enhancing even more her shy and vulnerable appearance.

Rias, unable to contain her admiration, exclaimed in her heart: 'Oh, what a charming girl this is!?' Her desire to embrace Lala was shared by all the other girls present, including Koneko. They were all enchanted by that pure and genuine expression.

Himari, observing from a distance, found in Lala's behavior the reason why she couldn't harbor resentment against her. Even though Lala was the betrothed of the man Himari loved, jealousy seldom sprouted in her heart. Instead, she yearned for a sincere friendship with Lala.

Light, however, couldn't help himself. He lovingly hugged Lala. "Lala, you are so adorable."

"Fuee?" Lala didn't know how to react to the sudden embrace, but she didn't think much of it and simply smiled gently. "Hehehe, you're adorable too!"
