Chapter Ten

Sassi

Looking around I take in the beautiful scenery of the woods that surround me. I used to love coming up here. It has been years since I've been. So how did I end up at Piney's cabin in the middle of the night? Some bitch named Rita. All because of that redhead ATF bitch. She obviously didn't find anything on me so she set her sights on everyone else. When it was confirmed that they were going after the women of SAMCRO I wasn't surprised when they went after Luann and her porn business first.

However, I was shocked when Gemma called me last night telling me that Cherry was picked up. Even more shocked that Cherry isn't her real name. She hasn't even been here long enough to know anything but apparently, she's wanted for arson and robbery. She burned down her husband's house and took his dog. Straight out of a country song.

I left Bri at the house with Bridgette with clear instructions for both of them. They're to have breakfast and head straight to TM. Bri will practice her jump shots and Bridgette will be filing invoices. If they both know what's good for them that is.

Heading back into the cabin I sigh and begin making breakfast. My man is on his way to get Cherry and Cameron out of the country. I want him to at the very least have a to-go plate waiting for him for the drive. Look at me being all old ladyish. Who'd have thought? Damn, sure not me.

Until this, I was adamant that I'd never settle for a Kutte. I had seen too much of the men's side for me to ever be able to trust one to be faithful. And that's what I deserve, a man who loves and wants only me. I don't think it's too much to ask for, to be honest. Something like what my parents had. Everyone in the MC knew that my Dad was madly in love with my mom. When they went on runs, he was faithful. He loved her so much that he never even thought of anyone else warming his bed.

Once the French toast is done I turn the griddle off and lightly dust them with cinnamon and sugar. Going to the cast iron, I flip the bacon and begin scrambling the eggs. I love how no matter where I am my morning routine is always the same. Making breakfast for my family.

The door to the cabin opens and I turn around on instinct and am greeted by the sight of Happy. I haven't seen in almost two weeks and the foreign feeling of excitement fills me to the brim. He meets my eyes and I swear there's a fire there that wasn't before he left. Wiping my hands I go right to him and wrap myself around his body.

" Hey. " I say into his neck.

After a moment of apprehension on his part, he wraps his strong arms around me. " Miss me, Sweet Butt? "

" Don't you think we're passed this? " I chuckle at him while pulling back a bit to look him in the face, but not letting go.

He smirks before giving me a predatory look. " I just like how worked up it gets you. "

Saying fuck it, I reach up and firmly kiss his plump lips. Surprised, he grabs onto both of my arms and roughly kisses back. The next thing I know I'm being roughly pushed against the counter and kissed senseless while he grinds his very hard erection against my stomach.

Fuck yes, I'm in outlaw heaven.

" Well, well, well. " We hear from behind.

We pull apart to see Gemma looking very smug. Happy keeps his hands firmly on my hips keeping me right where I am. " Hey, Gem. "

" I guess I'll just leave you two alone and get the other lovebirds out of their post-coital bliss. " She says before giving us one last haughty look.

Shaking my head I look up into his eyes. " Hungry? Looks like you have time. "

" I could eat. " He rasps sexily.

Nodding he lets me go and I go back in the kitchen andbegin piling a plate with eggs, bacon, and French toast. He washes his hands, takes a seat at the table, and digs in. Setting a cup of coffee in front of his plate, I feel his free hand rub my ass in thanks.

" Breakfast, yes! " Cherry cheers as she and Half Sac emerge finally with Gemma and Cameron on their heels.

Setting everyone elses plates down, I say, " Come sit down. You need to eat quickly or you'll fall behind schedule. "

Twenty minutes later Cameron is buckled in for the long ride.

Cherry says her goodbyes to Gemma before coming over to me apprehensively. Pulling her for a hug I rub her back a bit. " Take care of yourself. "

" You too. I really appreciate everything you've done for me. " She says back.

Pulling away I watch her get into the truck. Going to the back I watch Happy as he loads the truck. In less than five minutes they will be out of here.

" Promise you'll watch your back? " I call out randomly.

Giving me an unfamiliar look, he throws the last bag in the truck and comes up to me. " I will. Thanks for breakfast. "

Rising up on my tip toes I give him a final, firm kiss.

" What's that for? " He asks but doesn't look the least bit ungrateful.

Shrugging I say, " I just wanted you to head out with me on your lips ".

" Fuck, you don't know what you just did, Reese. " He growls while gripping my hips harshly.

Gasping at the sensation that flows into my entire being, I ask, " any idea when I'll see you again "?

" Soon. " He promises before pulling me into his arms. " Don't know how long exactly, but I put in for my transfer. It's just a matter of waiting. "

Breathing in his scent I say, " I'm not going anywhere so "...

" I know. " He grins cockily.

I narrow my eyes at him mockingly at his audacity but secretly love it. " Just don't keep me waiting too long, I still haven't gotten to see what's under this kutte. " I tell him while sliding my hands under both his kutte and SAMTAC t-shirt to feel his abs underneath.

" Like you've shown me what's under these baggy ass clothes. " He rasps just loud enough for me to hear.

Do I dare say that I feel his body tremble under my fingers?

" Next time you're in town... " I start slowly. " I'm sending Bri to Gemma's for the night and then I'm going to fuck your brains out. "

Chuckling he says, " I'll hold you to it, Sweet Butt... After you take my crow. "

" You finished it? " I ask in excitement.

Nodding slowly he gives me an evil smirk. " You'll see it when I'm finished inking it into you. "

" You're no fun. " I whine before sticking my tongue out.

Slapping my ass again, he says, " I can be "...

" I can't wait to see that side of you, Mr. Lowman. "

One Week Later

Happy

Took a while, but I finally got my man. He squealed like a fucking pig after losing three fingers and one big toe. I'm ready for a shower, a meal, and a beer. This job took way too fucking long.

Heading in I'm almost to the bar when I hear Lee call out, " Hap! ", from the chapel. " In here! "

Fuck, the shower is gonna have to wait. I head into the chapel and sigh. " What's up pres? "

" Good news, Hap, and just in time. " He says while looking me over thoughtfully. " Your transfer has gone through as of now. They'll be calling you in a week's time with your first job. "

I nod and shake his hand. " Thanks for everything man. If you need me, don't hesitate to call. "

" You heading straight to Charming? " He asks like the nosey bastard he is.

I nod again. " Yeah, gotta touch base. Jax's son is coming home and they're throwing a big party for him. "

" More like you're racing back to ink Tig's daughter. " Koz says from the doorway.

Cutting my eyes at him I say, " I still have time to beat your ass. I'm sure she'll get a kick out of that. "

He steels and for a second I think he's going to lunge. Instead, the fucker smiles and pulls me in for a hug. " Good luck brother "

" Don't need it. " I mumble. " Watch your back, Herman. "

Sassi

Jaycee wakes me up bright and early with her hand over my mouth. Typical. When she's sure I won't say anything she takes it away, points to the roof, and holds up five fingers. I nod and she leaves our bunk silently. Sitting up, I look over at Bri who's sleeping soundly. Swinging my legs over the side of the bed I slip into my Crocs. ( sue me they're comfortable ) When five minutes pass I leave the bunk and walk silently up the stairs before pulling them up and locking everyone out.

" What's with the outlaw wake up? " I ask with a long yawn.

The look on her face damn near scares me. " I need to tell you something but I need full disclosure. "

" You really need to say it? " I ask in an " are you serious? " tone.

Taking a deep breath she shakily says, " You know how ATF has been on our asses "?

I nod and wait for her to continue.

" ... They think Opie is turning on the club in exchange for getting a pardon. " She finally gets out.

Are you fucking serious? Are they truly out of their minds?

" That's crazy. Opie just did five years for the club why is his loyalty being questioned? " I ask fully waking up and not believing what she just told me. " Ope isn't a snitch you know that. "

She nods sadly. " I know... I don't know how to get them to see reason. This is the thing about not being a full member. I don't get a say on anything. ANd they don't give a fuck about how I feel. "

" Ceecee... " I say putting my hands on her shoulders and forcing her to look me in the eyes. " What are they going to do? "

Blinking away tears, her lip trembles as she says, " I heard Clay and your dad talking... They aren't going to wait for a vote. I don't know when it's going to happen... "

Her voice cracks before she says the words that I know will haunt me for the rest of my life...

" But Opie is going to die. And your dad is going to be the one to pull the trigger. "
