Gwen was scared as Chandler tied her to a tree. Luke swooped in and took Chandler down.
"Thank you." Gwen says.
"Of course." Luke says, walking Gwen home.
"What's your tour like?" Gwen asked.
"It goes to different states and I get to sing for millions and millions of people. It's pretty incredible." Luke says. "Each show has a different theme. It's fun to dress up and match it. If you can do a themed song, it's like a bonus. The crowd loves what the performers can bring to the show."
"Okay. I have talents, but I'm not sure I'm good enough." Gwen says.
"I would be honored if you would join the tour as well." Luke says. "You could learn something."
"I've performed in pageants and on American Idol when I was 3." Gwen says.
Luke was stunned.
"I don't want to compete. Not with Lincoln in the hospital. That hurt Lucy mentally." Gwen says.
"You can come watch." Luke says.
The next day, Luke came to pick up Lucy and Gwen.
"You girls have fun!" Rita says.
"And be safe!" Lynn Sr says.
"We will." Lucy says.
Lucy takes Gwen's hand as they head into the limo and go off on Luke's ANH tour. Lucy hoped Lincoln was going to be okay.
They soon see Luke as Lucy blushes and waves.
"Ready for some fun?" Luke asked Lucy and Gwen.
Lucy nodded. Luke smiled at Lucy.
The first night of the tour was tonight. The limo pulled up to the show venue.
Lucy looked up. Luke heads in as Lucy zones out.
"Lucy?" Gwen asked, concerned.
"Oh, right!" Lucy says. They head in.
The show was beginning. There was a lot to look forward to in the show. Several people performed a lot of different songs and acts.
Lucy just wanted to see Luke.
Luke soon came on stage and smiled. He then began to sing "Flame" by Laine Hardy.
Lucy smiled as Gwen cheered.
Luke soon walked off stage as everyone cheered. Gwen clapped as Lucy smiled. She loved Luke. Lucy blushed as she watched him walk.
He got the platinum button from the judges. Luke squealed with excitement.
Lucy smiled, happy for him.
After the show, Charity smiled at Luke.
"You were wonderful!" Charity says.
"Thank you, Mom." Luke says. "I hope I win the whole show."
"I'm sure you will." Charity says to Luke, who smiles.
Lucy nods. "He will." She says.
Luke then relaxes after the show. Gwen got him water.
"Well, thank you!" Luke says.
"You're welcome." Gwen says
Lucy was writing poems. Luke was interested.
"You want me to read them?" Lucy asked Luke. Luke nodded.
Lucy begins to read to Luke. Luke felt relaxed by listening to Lucy's poems.
"How wonderful!" Luke says. Lucy smiled at him.
Lucy's gaze fixated on Luke's face, her eyes drawn to his lips that had never experienced the touch of a kiss. A subtle blush colored her cheeks, betraying her inner thoughts.
She decided against it. Luke just smiled at Lucy.
That night, Lucy remembers her promise and calls her mom.
"Hi, sweetie! How is the tour so far?" Rita asked.
"It's fun." Lucy says.
Lucy let Gwen talk to Rita.
"Hi, mom, how are you doing?" Gwen asked.
"Great! Now, listen, don't go off on your own. You and Lucy are sisters, so stick together." Rita said.
"I will stick with Lucy, Mom." Gwen says.
That night, Gwen diligently brushed her teeth, ensuring every surface was thoroughly cleaned and shining brightly. Afterwards, she proceeded to take a refreshing shower, meticulously washing both her hair and body, leaving them feeling clean and rejuvenated.
"You done?" Lucy asked Gwen as Gwen nodded.
Lucy began to brush her teeth as foam formed in her mouth. She thought about Luke and what it would be like if they kissed. Lucy noticed she was blushing again.
Lucy takes a shower and realized something she forgot to pack.
"Oh, shoot, I rely on Lincoln a lot." Lucy says, but Gwen had packed for Lucy.
Lucy was in her room when she heard the sound of singing coming from the bathroom. It was Luke, singing in the shower. The sound of his voice made her blush uncontrollably.
Gwen's dream that night took her back to the memories of her beloved parents. They were not only kind-hearted individuals, but also possessed an innate understanding of Gwen's desires. Throughout her upbringing, they imparted invaluable knowledge and skills, ensuring she was well-equipped for life's challenges.
Lucy goes to sleep. However, she was having a different dream. She was beginning to blush in her sleep as she had butterflies in her stomach. She was dreaming of Luke.
The next day, Gwen woke up early and prepared breakfast. Luke was awake before Lucy, once again taking a shower to prepare for this day.
Meanwhile
"Mom, can we go see Lincoln?" Leni asked as Lisa couldn't sleep. She was actually worried.
"We can go see him after breakfast." Rita says.
Leni smiled and went to eat.
After breakfast, the Louds came to the hospital.
"Is Linky going to be okay?" Lola asked.
"He's recovering bit by bit, but he's very sore. He will also have to regain the ability to walk. Until then, he'll be confined to a wheelchair." Maria says.
The Louds go see him. Lincoln looks up at them tearfully.
"Why?" He asked them. "Just…why?"
"We're so sorry, Lincoln. We were really angry with Lucy and you got in the way." Lori teared up.
"You could have just used your words to solve that. But nooooo…you just had to use violence instead! And you used it on me!" Lincoln cried. "You must really hate me!"
"No, we don't." Luna sniffed.
"Linky?" Leni says concerned for his health "I'm sorry I couldn't prevent you from…you know." Leni says.
"I'll try to do something to help you recover." Lisa says.
"We're so sorry." Lola says.
"You'll forgive us, right?" Lynn asked.
"It'll…take some time." Lincoln says. "But for now, yes."
They hug him.
"We'll do whatever it takes to earn your trust." Lori says
Meanwhile, Luke was teaching Gwen. Gwen was learning fast. Luke was surprised by how good she was.
"You're impressive!" Luke says.
Later, Lucy found a piano and was curious as she began to play. Luke smiled as he watched her.
"That's some nice piano playing." Luke says.
Lucy was startled by Luke's presence and blushed.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." Luke says. "I was just mesmerized by your piano playing."
"You liked it?" Lucy asked.
"I loved it." Luke says. "You're really good at it."
Lucy smiled a bit. Luke held her hand.
With the Louds, they sat in the room with Lincoln, feeling sorry for what they did.
"Where's Lucy and Gwen?" Lincoln asked.
"With Luke on his tour." Rita answered.
"Oh." Lincoln says.
"They'll be back in a few months." Rita says.
"Do you want any food?" Leni asked Lincoln. He nods.
Maria brings Lincoln his lunch. Lincoln tries to eat, but is struggling.
Luna feeds him until he's finished with lunch, then Lincoln goes to sleep.
