The following day, the scene shifts outside the Omokagedo Antique Shop, where Haruto Soma is ready to board his motorcycle as he is going on patrol to see if there are any remaining Phantoms lurking, and by then Kosuke Nitoh passed by and asked if he is going to find any Phantoms, and when Haruto nodded Nitoh requested that he tag along, saying that he needed to consume Phantom mana to keep Chimera satiated.
"Huh? Chimera still needs mana?"
"Yup. You already know why…"
"Oh boy…your case slipped my mind…had I realized this I might have asked Potter how to solve that problem of yours…"
"Oops…you're right…I should have thought about it…"
"Oh, fine. You can come along."
"Really? Thanks a bunch!"
"Its fine. Shall we?"
"You bet."
By then Rita Skeeter came and showed up, and there she glanced at Haruto from head to toe, as this is the first time meeting him in person after seeing photographs of him via leaked pictures came to her possession, while Haruto and Nitoh were baffled at being approached by a foreigner before the two Muggles somewhat see sensed that she is British and wondered if she is from the Wizarding World or just an ordinary tourist.
Smirking, Skeeter, who is wearing a magical device that lets her speak using any languages depending on which country she is on, approached the two and introduced herself and asked them if they are aware about any META-MUGGLES, which Haruto and Nitoh became baffled, and there Skeeter showed the two a newspaper article (from the Wizarding World) about the MOVING PICTURES of the various Kamen Riders caught on camera, which includes:
- Kamen Rider Gills
- Kamen Rider Blade
- Kamen Rider Garren
- Kamen Rider Kabuto
- Kamen Rider Os
- Kamen Rider Snipe
Naturally, Haruto and Nitoh were baffled as they never encountered any of them as the two are unaware of the fact that there are Kamen Riders within Japan, and there Nitoh saw a picture of Ryo Ashihara transforming into Gills, and he immediately assume that Gills is a Phantom and there he told Haruto that he is going to find him and absorb his mana, which Haruto tried to stop and pacify Nitoh, to no avail.
"Okay! I'm going to find that guy! I'm pretty sure that he's a Phantom!"
"Hold on, Nitoh!"
"Don't worry! I can handle him!"
"Wait, Nitoh! Calm down!"
"Cant wait! Dangerous coming is equals opportunity!"
"Will you hold up?"
"Later!"
"…"
As Nitoh left, Haruto glanced at Skeeter and asked her how was she able to obtain these pictures and what made her believe that the said individuals are DARK WIZARDS, which Skeeter claims that she believes that the individuals shown on the pictures are using ILLEGAL magic, though Haruto urged her to investigate properly, saying that it is unlikely that the individuals involved are probably not magic users, reasoning that otherwise he would have sensed it and believe that there may be an explanation.
Skeeter then asked what would Haruto do if one of the said individuals is a DARK WIZARD and that he would encounter one, which Haruto told Skeeter that he would get answers first before doing anything, stating that a misunderstanding might lead to serious consequences, which Skeeter felt insulted at being told off by a mere Muggle.
Unbeknownst to Haruto, the hardliner from the Wizarding World came with Skeeter and secretly brought a magical creature hidden inside a magical case and there he secretly unleash it at the streets, revealing it to be a wild hippogriff, and began attacking incoming vehicles which killed a few motorists.
The hardliner smirked as he plan to take pictures in secret and make it appear that Haruto is using magic in a malevolent way so as he would have a good argument against the Ministry Of Magic that would force them to acknowledge that Muggles have no right in wielding magical properties.
Haruto went towards the scene as he intend to stop the rampaging magical creature, and there Skeeter went towards an area and found the hardliner, asking him if this scheme of his would work, which he assured to her that it will and she would get a very good scoop at the Wizarding World and make her a famous reporter.
"You sure this is going to work?"
"Believe me, Ms. Skeeter. It will."
"Fine."
"And I'm sure this would benefit you and your career."
"You bet. I really wanted to be famous in the Wizarding World. And you might get a front page row once you make a good argument."
"Indeed. And I'm pleased that we decided to work together."
"Of course."
"Heh-heh…"
Haruto then placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver where a magical spell was invoked, and there a magical circle appeared and several chains came out and restrained the wild hippogriff yet the creature swings his body wildly and the chains started to snap one by one, which Haruto is forced to make a decision.
"Damn…this isn't good. Too bad Nitoh isn't here…maybe I should call for Mayu and Yamamoto for assistance…"
Skeeter and the hardliner smirked as they are getting ready to take pictures so as to make the scene look like Haruto is at fault and would make Skeeter a FAMOUS reporter and giving the hardliner a strong propaganda against the Muggles.
However, something unexpected took place two Muggles happened to pass by, and saw what is going on in front of them and this gave them an impression on something which they misunderstood as they assume that they believe that they know about the creature, unaware of its origin.
"Whoa-whoa…"
"Goodness me…"
"Just my luck…"
"Is that a Megiddo…? I thought we destroyed them all?"
"Probably a stray one…"
"Still we can't let it go and cause a rampage…"
"Right. We better take it down…"
"Agreed."
The two Muggles in question are identified as Touma Kamiyama and Rintaro Shindou, the latter a member of a magical group of sword-wielding guild known as the Sword Of Logos, which the former is not actually a full member but an honorary one, in which he is a natural-born Muggle who is a novelist and owner of a nearby bookstore, and there the two brought out two sword-looking sheathes and attached them onto their waist, forming a belt, the items are revealed to be Swordrivers.
"Looks like a little exercise won't be a bit bad."
"Nevertheless…you shouldn't let your guard down, Touma."
"Point taken, Rintaro."
"We better contain this situation before it causes more deaths and injuries."
"Got it. You ready?"
"Of course."
"Good. Let's go."
"Right."
Skeeter and the hardliner blinked their eyes at what they are seeing, which the hardliner wondering if the two Muggles are thrill-seekers but Skeeter suspect that they too might posses ILLEGAL MAGIC items, which the hardliner smirked deviously as he now has additional proof for his propaganda against the Muggle-born.
"Looks like you're in luck."
"Yes…more Mudblood using ILLEGAL MAGIC…"
"And I'm about to get more scoops with this one."
"Ha-ha-ha…looks like my propaganda is about to take shape…"
"And I'm about to get recognition in the Wizarding World as an ACE REPORTER…"
"And soon I will have my revenge on those Mudblood lovers!"
"Hee-hee..."
"Ha-ha-ha…"

Ch. 40: Scorpius Malfoy no sōsaku o kaishi
At the same time, the scene shifts at a meeting room within Hogwarts where Headmistress McGonagall is overseeing the situation, as Tsukasa Kadoya and Daiki Kaito are getting ready as the two VOLUNTEERED in participating in doing a CROSS-DIMENSIONAL search for Scorpius Malfoy, in which Harry Potter arrived along with some OTHER VOLUNTEERS who agreed to accept Harry's request to help in finding which world Scorpius ended up.
There you can see that Harry and Draco are there and with them are some of the persons they approached and requested for their aid in doing a risky search party, and there you can see which ones who answered Harry's request, which includes the following:
- Newt Scamander
- Fred Weasley
- Rolf Scamander
- Fleur Delcour-Weasley
- Neville Longbottom
The four former Hogwarts students, a former Beauxbatons Academy of Magic student and two members of the Scamander family assembled as Tsukasa Kadoya told the seven about the mission and the risks involved, as well as what to do in the event that they succeeded in their missions or if they need to leave should any of them are unable to locate Scorpius.
Harry and the others nodded and said that they are aware of the risks and are ready to face it, which Tsukasa nodded in reply and told them to be ready as he reminded them that each of the first nine worlds they are about to head to may contain danger, which the seven reiterated that they are ready for anything and would not back down as long as Scorpius is found.
"This quest is going to be quite dangerous. Are you prepared for this? I can't guarantee anything but please brace yourselves as you all be encountering unexpected dangers. And you're free to use your magic if your lives are in peril. Are we clear on this?"
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."
Suddenly, Harry sensed something and uses his wand to open the door, where it shows that Albus was secretly eavesdropping and there Harry approached Albus and told him that he should be attending classes, but the latter said that he just finished and said that he wanted to come along given that Scorpius was his only friend and that he wants to find him.
Moreover, Albus so said that he is worried about what might happen to Harry if anything bad happened to him, and Harry can tell that his son is facing a lot of distress. There Harry assured to his son that everything will be okay as well as assuring that nothing bad will happen to him.
"Albus. It's okay. There's nothing for you to be worried."
"But…dad…"
"Don't worry. I'll be fine, since I can come back anytime."
"Still…I want to come along and find Scorpius. He's my only friend…"
"Albus. It'll be okay. We will all go and look for him. So calm down and focus on school."
"…"
"Trust me on this."
"…"
Draco approached Albus and told him that once Scorpius is found, he would be the first to be informed, which Albus reluctantly nodded seeing that Draco assured to him that Scorpius would be found safely given that Draco's tone is that of a reassuring one.
After that, Tsukasa is getting ready before he caught Daiki attempting to sneak a rare book into his pocket and he smacked Daiki on the head, the sound was audible enough which Fleur and George snickered a bit as Tsukasa berated Daiki for his foolishness.
"I thought I told you to behave."
"Ow…cut me some slack…"
"I went through a lot just to get these folks to overlook the mischief you committed…so stop pocketing what you see."
"…"
"Or else I'll leave you here with these folks and let them use their magic to FRY YOUR BALLS…"
"Anything but that…!"
"Then behave yourself."
"…"
After that, Tsukasa summoned the DIMENSIONAL WALL and told the seven wizards to get ready, and they, along with Tsukasa and Daiki, entered the dimensional wall before it disappeared, and there McGonagall placed a hand on Albus' shoulder and assured to him that Scorpius would be brought back safe and sound, while advising him to ignore what other students say about him, which a silent Albus reluctantly nodded in acknowledgement.
"Albus. It's okay. There's nothing for you to worry about. Your dad will be fine."
"But, Headmaster…my dad…"
"Don't worry. Your dad will be fine, since he is not alone in their quest."
"Still…I wish that I could come along and find Scorpius. He's my only friend…and he…"
"Albus. It'll be okay. Your dad and the others are now on their way to look for him. So calm down. Also, you should ignore what others say about you. You are your own person, so don't let their taunting bring you down."
"…"
"Trust me on this."
"…"
After that, Albus left as he head back to the hall where he is about to resume his studies, and minutes later he is about to sat on a long bench where the Slytherin table is there where Albus is about to open his books when James came and told him that a MAGICAL LIVE FOOTAGE appeared where Haruto is fighting a hippogriff, which surprised Albus upon hearing this.
"Did you say…?"
"Yeah! You heard me!"
"Are you serious?"
"Dead serious!"
"How…?"
"I don't know how! It just appeared!"
"Can you show me?"
"Okay! Follow me!"
Following James, Albus joined the Gryffindor students as they stared at the wall where the magical live footage is shown, where they saw Haruto using magic (via his magic ring and Wizardriver) to hold down the hippogriff but the creature is gradually breaking free, and soon members of the Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and even Slytherin students join in, and there some of the students noticed that Haruto wasn't using a wand and wondered what kind of magic he is using, which Albus and James were mentally worried as it was revealed that Harry made James and Albus promise to keep it a secret about Haruto having a different kind of magic, which the two Potter children acknowledge what their dad ask them to do.
The other students were at awe as they wondered if Haruto is a DARK WIZARD as he is seen not using a wand and wondered which Wizarding school he came from, unaware of his origins.
"Is he really a wizard?"
"He has no wand…"
"But how did he make those chains appear…?"
"Is he a Death Eater…?"
"Or perhaps one of Voldermort's followers…?"
"What the bloody hell is going on?"
"This I cannot believe…"
"Indeed..."

Back at Japan, Haruto is trying to hold down the hippogriff using the BIND spell but the creature ultimately broke free and Haruto staggered backwards but Touma and Rintaro caught him, and there they told him to leave, saying that it is dangerous. Both Touma and Rintaro are unaware that Haruto is a wizard and believe that he is merely an ordinary citizen.
Likewise, Haruto thought the same thing about the two, unaware of the fact that they are members of the Sword Of Logos and Kamen Riders at the same time, and as Haruto tried to dissuade the two, they stood in front of the rampaging hippogriff as they put their Swordrivers in front of their waists, and there Touma told Rintaro to get ready as they may have to kill it in order to halt the creature's attack.
"Looks like we might get a little rough here. That thing's a bit too violent."
"Agreed… so we should approach with caution…so Touma… be careful and you shouldn't let your guard down."
"Point taken, Rintaro."
"Okay. We better get a move on and contain this situation before it causes more deaths and injuries if it moves to the next section."
"Got it. You ready?"
"Of course."
"Good. Let's go."
"Right."
As Haruto appeared to be worried, believing that the two men do not know what they are facing, he blinked his eyes as Touma puts on the Swordriver in front of his waist, then he brought out what appeared to be a palm-sized book that is colored red, where the title is shown, which says Brave Dragon.
There Haruto looked baffled as Touma inserted the book onto the center slot of the belt and then pulls the sword out, which triggered a transformation sequence which surprised Haruto.
Brave Dragon book: "REKKA BATTOU! BRAVE DRAGON ~! REKKA ISSATSU! YUKI NO RYUU TO KAENKEN REKKA GA MAJIWARU TOKI, SHINKU NO TSURUGI GA AKU WO TSURANUKU!"
The scene showed that a red, FLYING bio-mechanical DRAGON appeared and then flew towards Touma, and soon he is encased in an armor.
Touma is shown to resemble a knight, wherein his armor is colored red, black and white, while his armor has the motif of a dragon. He is now transformed into Kamen Rider Saber, and now he is ready to fight, and Haruto was quite bewildered at what he just witnessed, and wondered if Saber is a fellow wizard, not knowing that he is also a Kamen Rider in his own right.
Haruto then glanced at Rintaro, where he also did the same thing, placing the Swordriver in front of his waist and a belt was formed.
Then he brought out what appeared to be a palm-sized book that is colored blue, where the title is shown, which says Lion Senki.
There Rintaro inserted the book onto the center slot of the belt and then pulls the sword out, which triggered a transformation sequence which surprised Haruto once more as he witnessed what he saw a moment ago.
Lion Senki book: "NAGARE BATTOU! LION SENKI! NAGARE ISSATSU! HYAKUJUU NO OH TO SUISEIKEN NAGARE GA MAJIWARU TOKI KONPEKI NO TSURUGI GA KIBA WO MUKU!"
The scene showed that A SEA OF WATER appeared and then a blue-colored creature, resembling a bio-mechanical lion, showed up and ran towards Rintaro, and soon he is encased in an armor.
Lion Senki book: "MASHIMASHI BATTOU! ELEMENTARY! MASHIMASHI! NOSEMENTAL! MASHIMASHI! MASHIMENTAL! MASHIMASHI! ELEMASHI!"
Rintaro is shown to resemble a knight, wherein his armor is colored blue, while his chest armor has the head of a lion. He is now transformed into Kamen Rider Blades, and now he is ready to fight, just as the hippogriff is growling and ready to pounce on its prey.
The two Kamen Riders are now getting ready, and there they told Haruto to evacuate as they stated that this would be very dangerous due to them failing to notice that Haruto was using the BIND spell a moment ago, hence they are unaware of the fact that Haruto is also a Kamen Rider.
"Kind sir…you better get going."
"It's dangerous here."
"Actually, I..."
"Don't worry. We got this."
"Yes, so please run while we hold the monster off."
"Actually, I was…"
"Go now, sir! Rintaro!"
"Got it, Touma!"
"Oh boy…should I transform…?"

Hope you liked this chapter, as it looks like the situation within Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft And Wizardry has intensifies…in which Harry and a select members of the Ministry Of Magic are now off to nine different worlds to begin their search for Scorpius, while Albus gets a surprise as a magical footage of Haruto fighting a hippogriff is shown inside Hogwarts and the students get to see what is going on.
At the same time, Rita Skeeter showed up and indirectly revealed the existence of Kamen Riders to Haruto in an attempt to see of there is a connection, while the hardliner resurface and wrongly claim that the Kamen Riders are dark wizards, which she attempted to exploit in order to boost her reputation as a RELIABLE reporter.
Their antics caused some destruction before two sword-wielding Kamen Riders appeared, who are from Kamen Rider Saber.
