I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, the current story arc is building up, as a MAJOR villain from One Punch Man is on the move as she is being pursued by some certain UA students whilst the female UA teacher is kept busy at the moment…

Ch. 60: Chimei-tekina josei part 4
After a few minutes the police car arrived, where the occupants got off and survey the scene of the crime, where the four policemen were surprised to see that Uwabami is acting in an uncharacteristic way, as she is using her Quirk on someone, who turn out to be Nirengeki Shoda, the vice president of Class 1-B, and there Kendo asked Shoda what is going on here and why is he fighting against Uwabami.
"Shoda!"
"Kendo!"
"What's going on? Why are you fighting against Uwabami?"
"Something is wrong with her!"
"Huh?"
"I saw someone whipped Uwabami…and now she's trying to attack me and she looked like she's been possessed!"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes!"
Midnight and Kendo blinked their eyes at hearing what Shoda said as the description he gave about the mysterious culprit matches the one that the eyewitness gave a while ago, and there Midnight sensed that the culprit is nearby and there she whispered to Kendo, discreetly telling her on what to do, which the Class 1-B president nodded in acknowledgement and began to move ahead.
"Kendo…you know what to do, right?"
"Yes, sensei!"
"Good. Do what you need to do."
"Okay. But what about…"
"I'll be fine."
"You sure?"
"Leave it to me."
"Okay."
Midnight then approached Shoda and discreetly whispered to him, giving him instructions, and he asked if she is sure, which the Rated-R hero nodded and assured to him that she will join him and Kendo in a while, and there the Class 1-B vice president reluctantly nodded in agreement and ran off, where Uwabami, who looked like a possessed person, moaned like a puppet as she attempted to use her Quirk on Midnight, but the latter uses her Somnambulist Quirk and Uwabami unknowingly inhaled the fragrance and she was sedated as she collapsed onto the ground.
Midnight then told the policemen that it is okay now as Uwabami is neutralized and that she won't be forced to hurt anyone at this moment as the policemen are making sure that Uwabami is sedated by Midnight's Quirk and that she won't be causing unintentional problems.
"Gentlemen…can I leave her to you…?"
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"I'm pretty sure that she'll be back to normal. Until then, you may restrain her of she is still under control by the culprit."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
The four policemen approached the sedated Uwabami and there they noticed the whip marks on her upper torso and arms, which matched the ones found on the group of boys and Jiro, and the four policemen realized that the victims are indeed being controlled by someone using a whip.
"Look…she got whip marks all over her body!"
"Damn…"
"So it's true…"
"One hit and she gets taken over…"
"We're definitely dealing with a villain here…"
"Yeah…"
"No doubt about it…"
"This is one heck of a situation here…"
There Midnight told the policemen to discreetly secure Uwabami in case she is still being controlled by the unidentified culprit as she would join her two UA students in finding the perpetrator, which the policemen nodded in acknowledgement and urged her to be careful and watch out for the whip as she might fall victim to being under the culprit's control.
"Gentlemen…do be careful…unless the culprit has been knocked out…Uwabami may still be under control…so you may restrain her if needed…"
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Good. Then I'm off. Call for reinforcement in case she might have UNWILLING accomplices. Until then…please be careful."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
As Midnight is about to depart, a group of local pro heroes blocked her path, and as Midnight wondered what is going on here, the policemen noticed that the upper portion of the pro heroes' costumes had holes and realized that they had been whipped on their upper body areas, and there the local pro heroes in question, about eight of them, moaned like possessed puppets, and there the policemen warned Midnight that the local pro heroes in front of her are under control by the unseen culprit.
"Midnight!"
"Watch out!"
"They're being controlled!"
"What?"
"They got whip marks!"
"The culprit got them!"
"We'll deal with them! Just go and find the culprits!"
"Okay!"
In a surprising twist of events, another female pro hero happened to pass by and noticed the commotion, and there she is rather perplexed to see Uwabami laid on the ground in handcuffs by the police whilst Midnight is facing off against some local pro heroes, and there she approached one of the policemen and inquired about the scene she is seeing right now.
The female pro hero in question turns out to be Mirko, and she smirked in a professional way after getting the gist of the situation, as well as she felt challenged upon being told of a possible female villain who appeared to have the ABILITY to control people through the use of a whip.
"A whip-wielding bitch, huh?"
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Fine. You boys stay back. I'll handle the rest."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, ma'am."
There Mirko approached Midnight and told her to leave the possessed local pro heroes to her while Midnight should go follow her students, reasoning that Midnight's Somnambulist Quirk would be needed in pinning down the whip-wielding culprit as well as there is the possible scenario that the culprit might outwit and whip the Class 1-B students and put them under Do-S' control, which Midnight reluctantly nodded upon realizing the logic.
As Midnight leaves, the possessed local pro heroes attempted to go after Midnight but Mirko blocked their paths and told them that they are going to be dealing with her while she berated them for falling too easily to the culprit's attack, though the possessed local pro heroes were mindless at the moment and can only moan in reply as they wobbly headed towards her.
"Sorry, boys…you'll have to deal with me."
"Hhhhhaaaaahhh…"
"Hhhhhaaaaahhh…"
"Hhhhhaaaaahhh…"
"Nothing personal…but I'm afraid I'll have to hurt you guys bit…"
Hhhhhaaaaahhh…
The police captain watches on as Mirko is getting ready, and there he told his subordinates to be ready, saying that once the possessed local pro heroes are defeated and restrained, they are going to call for reinforcement in case there are other people who might have fallen into possession caused by Do-S and that Mirko might need some support, which the other cops nodded in acknowledgement.
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"

Not far, Kendo was approaching an unmanned junkyard site-like parking area as she has been looking everywhere to find the culprit whilst worried that Shoda might fall victim to the attacker due to the culprit possessing a whip that allows the wielder to control the person who got whipped, and as she is approaching a corner, Shoda showed up and pulled Kendo towards him and hid behind an abandoned unused car, where she narrowly evaded a whip-strike.
"Kendo!"
"Whoa!"
"Are you okay?"
"That was close…thanks!"
"Be careful. The culprit is no ordinary lady."
"So the attacker is a woman?"
"Yeah, although she was wearing a facemask, her body says…"
"I'm listening…"
Kendo listened attentively as Shoda gave his classmate the description of what the attacker looked like, showing that he managed to get a look on Do-S' appearance and told her that Do-S is someone not to be taken lightly as she appeared to be good in using a whip and there he told Kendo that he was forced to use his Quirk to disable some workers here as they fell victim to Do-S' whip attacks that caused them to get possessed and attack Shoda against their wills.
Realizing that they need to keep Do-S busy so that reinforcement would arrive, Kendo suggested to Shoda that he use his Twin Impact Quirk to distract Do-S, thus allowing Kendo to try a sneak attack to either knock Do-S out or at least disarm her, as they believe that Do-S' power is dependent on the whip she is wielding, which Shoda agreed and said that if things do not go as planned they would at least keep her busy until help arrives.
"…and that's the plan…you cool with that…?"
"Yeah…"
"And this require a bit of precision and timing…"
"Yeah…"
"So we got one shot at this and we can't let her whip one of us or we'll be in trouble."
"Yeah…"
"Good. You ready?"
"Yeah…"
After that, the scene shows that Do-S is hiding behind another abandoned, unused vehicle, awaiting for either Kendo or Shoda to come out, and once either one of them comes out and enters her range of vision, she would use her whip and control either one or both of them and use them for her upcoming plans, and from there she would systematically produce more slaves and use them to help her procure more slaves to control so that she would eventually take control of the main city and soon the rest of Japan.
There Kendo suddenly showed up and Do-S saw this as an opportunity and began to use her whip, and while it struck Kendo on her arms, Do-S stared wide-eyed as the scene shows that Kendo was wearing what appeared to be an improvised as arm-like pads on both her arms (covering her from near the shoulders down to her wrists), the material were thick enough to protect the skin, thus Kendo has an ample means of protection from falling into Do-S' control.
"What the…?"
"Looks like it worked!"
"Damn! I didn't expect this to happen!"
"Looks like you're the one getting the pressure!"
"Don't get ahead of yourself, you orange-haired bitch!"
"Coming from someone like you!"
"I'll make you mine!"
"You wish!"
As Do-S' attention was diverted towards Kendo, Shoda sneaked behind the female attacker and uses his Twin Impact Quirk on some small construction items and hurled them towards Do-S, but the latter managed to spot it and uses her whip to deflect them, and there she tried to hit Kendo again yet she uses her padded arms to shield herself as she tried to get closer towards Do-S, in which the Class 1-B president is timing her attack, as she intend to get close enough to the point where Do-S couldn't use her whip in close range, and from there Kendo will use her Big Fists Quirk and knock Do-S out, and there she hoped that Shoda would do his part of the plan.
Shoda then uses his Quirk again and uses another piece of junkyard items and hurled them towards Do-S, but the latter managed to evade them as she moves farther away before using her whip to try hitting one of her targets, and there she admitted that Kendo and Shoda's tactics are good but she figured it out, and there she told the two Class 1-B members that their efforts are a waste as she will bend their wills and submit to her DOMINATION.
"Not bad…it's a pity that I figured out what you're trying to do…"
"Damn…"
"Oh boy…"
"But I'm a compassionate person…so I'll offer you something that would benefit you two…"
"Huh?"
"What…?"
"How about this, kids…submit to me and I can make you rich and powerful…"
"No way!"
"We won't!"
Kendo and Shoda gritted their teeth as they found out that Do-S has figured out their plans, and then she is offering the two teens to work under her, which they knew it was only a bluff, and now the two class representatives of Class 1-B would have to shift gears and keep her busy until Midnight arrives, as the two teens knew that if Do-S escape she would be difficult to locate and that she is definitely a threat as she has the ability to control people through the use of her whip, and there Kendo whispered to Shoda, telling him that they have to keep Do-S preoccupied as long as possible, which he nodded in acknowledgement.
"…and that's the plan…we'll have to pretend that we're getting desperate…so that she won't figure out that we're buying time…you cool with that…?"
"Yeah…"
"And this require a bit of precision and timing…we can't let her find out that we're stalling her…"
"Yeah…"
"So we got one shot at this and we can't let her whip one of us or we'll be in trouble."
"Yeah…"
"Good. You ready?"
"Yeah…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as things got a little intense as Kendo and Shoda are on the defensive as they are facing against Do-S and are trying to avoid getting hit by her whip whilst Mirko showed to assist Midnight…
