I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, in which trouble is brewing, and UA Academy is about to feel the corruption of the Hero Public Safety Commission as they targeted the school anew whilst searching for Midoriya and Camie…

Ch. 27: Mata shite mo fuhō taiho

At Heights Alliance, the scene shifts at the dormitory of Class 1-B, where the rest of the students are stationed as they await the instructions of Vlad King, and though they feel somewhat restless due to the Hero Public Safety Commission unjustly arresting Kendo and Tetsutetsu, the rest of the students were assured by Vlad King that he would do everything he could to secure Kendo and Tetsutetsu's releases with no charges levied.

Meanwhile, Tokage, Kodai and Komori were talking to Hagakure, as she remained NAKED as a preemptive strategy since her Quirk makes her invisible so that in case the corrupt members of the Hero Public Safety Commission show up and look for Hagakure. They assured to her that the faculty members are looking into it and would definitely do everything they could to exonerate Class 1-A from the false charges.

"Don't worry, Hagakure…"

"Vlad King and the other teachers are doing something…"

"And I'm sure they can figure out a way to clear your classmates' name in no time…"

"Thanks…"

"So right now…sit tight."

"Yeah…there's no telling what might happen next…"

"There's a possibility that those guys at Hero Public Safety Commission might come barging in and look for you…"

"Point taken..."

Suddenly, agents of the Hero Public Safety Commission suddenly barges in as they brandishes several weapons and aimed them at the Class 1-B members and demanded that they hand over Hagakure, saying that they have information that she is hiding here, and the lead agent threaten to have Class 1-B arrested for harboring a WANTED FUGITIVE.

Class 1-B's vice president, Shoda, approached the lead agent and told them that Hagakure is not here since this is Class 1-B's dormitory, and said that they haven't heard anything from her and that all of Class 1-B has been here the whole time, hence they haven't seen any other students, which the agents aren't convinced.

"…and that's the truth. We've been staying here since Vlad King instructed us to do."

"…"

"And as far as we Class 1-B is concerned, we haven't seen any of Class 1-A since you hauled them away without basis, so that's that."

"…"

With the agents focused on Shoda, Hagakure took the opportunity to head towards the stairs as the agents began searching for her on the ground floor areas, and there Shoda asked if the agents coordinated with UA Academy about this as he reminded the lead agent that the Class 1-B members are still minors and that they needed an adult to represent them for situations like this.

The lead agent just stared at Shoda before another agent came, carrying what appeared to be a rifle gun-like item and struck Shoda on his nose, sending the teen to the floor while getting BUSTED OPEN in the process, where blood spilled onto the floor which the rest of Class 1-B reacted in anger.

"Shoda!"

Suddenly, some COSTUMED PRO HEROES entered the dorm, and this caused Class 1-B to stare in apprehension as they suspect that Rokuweru is behind this as they have a feeling that he is using underhanded tactics just to force Midoriya to come out of hiding should he find out that his friends are being threatened and from there the Hero Public Safety Commission would employ their agents or pro heroes to ambush and apprehend Midoriya.

The costumed pro heroes who showed up, are dressed in battle armors in which they have corresponding Animal-type motifs, are identified as:

- The Crab-shelled Hero: Scissors

- The Rhino-horned Hero: Gai

- The Clawed Hero: Tiger

- The Gazelle Hero: Imperer

- The Chameleon Hero: Verde

- The Swan-type Hero: Femme

- The Black Dragon Hero: Ryuga

- The Shark Hero: Abyss

The lead agent then told Class 1-B that the students are all under arrest and will be subjected for interrogation, which Awase, Kodai and Rin protested, stating that the Hero Public Safety Commission have no proof, and that the commission just violated human rights by suddenly confronting innocent minors without coordinating with UA Academy officials and for striking down Shoda for no apparent reason, but the lead agent ignores the protest and reiterated that all of Class 1-B is now under arrest.

"We have orders. And now you are to be placed in restrictive custody."

"What?"

"You're crazy!"

"No way!"

"That's despicable!"

"You won't get away with this!"

"The UA teachers are going to hear about this!"

"Yeah!"

As the injured Shoda, still nursing his bleeding nose, picks up his phone and is about to call UA Academy to inform them of what is happening when Ryuga made his move, where he uses his Quirk, Blackfire, and struck the smartphone, burning and melting it, but seriously burned Shoda's left hand in the process, which the teen boy screams out in pain as Yanagi, Monoma and Honenuki grabbed a large cloth and tried to put out the flames, and moments later they realized that Shoda's left hand suffered from 3rd-degree burns, which is a serious injury.

There the rest of Class 1-B glared at the Hero Public Safety Commission lead agent and told him that he committed a serious crime by having a pro hero attack an unarmed student and said that the authorities will definitely hear about this outrage and that the Hero Public Safety Commission would definitely be investigated.

"Damn you!"

"Why did you do that?"

"You committed human rights!"

"Now you showed your true colors!"

"Now we're sure that you did something that caused Class 1-A to escape from your custody!"

"You won't get away with this!"

"We're definitely going to expose you!"

"That's right!"

The lead investigator just stared emotionlessly at the students and there he glanced at the pro heroes, where he gave them instructions on what to do, which the armored pro heroes complied with the order without question and hesitation, showing that the pro heroes involved do not care about basic rights as they appeared to be complying only for some shady reasons.

"Yes sir."

Shishida was angered and activated his Quirk, Beast, and is now ready to fight, with Kamakiri, Tsunotori and Tsuburaba joining in, but then Gai went forward and activated his Quirk, Confine, in which he uses this ability to CANCEL the Quirk of selected targets for a duration of three minutes, thus Shishida's Quirk was cancelled and he reverted back to normal much to his surprise, and there Gai brought out a weapon, which is a right-hand gauntlet that resembled the head of a rhinoceros and uses the gauntlet's rhino horn and stabbed Shishida, causing him to careen against the wall.

Yanagi then uses her Quirk, Poltergeist, and telekinetically hurled huge objects at the pro heroes in an effort to distract them, which momentarily worked before Gai uses his Confine Quirk to cancel Yanagi's Quirk, and there Imperer came forward and activated his Quirk, Drive Divider, which he MYSTERIOUSLY summon a horde of Gazelle-like humanoid ENTITIES to charge Yanagi and stampede the target.

As Yanagi was stampeded by the horde of Gazelle-like entities, she was seen bloodied and bruised before Imperer makes his move as he emerges from the herd and delivers a knee strike to the opponent's head, hitting Yanagi and was BUSTED OPEN, and she collapsed onto the floor, seriously injured.

Femme then made her move as she uses her Quirk where swan-like feathers appeared and began blocking the rest of Class 1-B students' field of vision, which distracted them before Tiger made his move as he activated his Quirk, Freeze, which immobilized the rest of the Class 1-B students, and there Imperer uses his Quirk and sent his herd of Gazelle-like entities to stampede the rest of Class 1-B, seriously injuring the teenagers and are knocked unconscious.

There the lead agent told the other agents to restrain the BLOODIED and injured Class 1-B students and have them discreetly loaded inside the van that is parked outside which the agents nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes sir."

However, the Hero Public Safety Commission agents and the pro heroes seemingly overlooked something as Kuroiro managed to sneak away and hid at a very dark portion within the dorm and regretfully had to stay hidden as he struggled to find a way to contact UA Academy so as to inform Vlad King of what is happening here.

Meanwhile one of the agents asked the lead agent what if a UA teacher happen to pass by, in which the lead agent said that he has already took preemptive measures as they have their orders, and there he told the other agents to hurry up in loading the injured students into the waiting van, which the other agents nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes sir."

Just several steps away from the gate of Heights Alliance, Vlad King, Cementoss and Snipe are running, as Hagakure was able to contact the UA faculty room and told Vlad King about what is happening, and there Vlad King hurriedly left as Cementoss and Snipe volunteered to go with him as they have a feeling that Rokuweru is up to no good and probably ordered some AMATEUR pro heroes to obstruct the teachers from reaching the students.

"Damn that Rokuweru…what the heck is he thinking?"

"I think he's abusing his position…and feels that if the organization is unable to apprehend some of Class 1-A…then it seems that Rokuweru is intending to use Class 1-B as a scapegoat to make the Hero Public Safety Commission look favorable to the public…"

"Yet their methods are now bordering on immoral and violating basic rights…"

"We got to hurry! I have a feeling that those agents have already harmed my students!"

"Me too!"

"Hope we're not too late…"

"Lets hurry!"

"Right!"

Suddenly, another armored pro hero appeared and blocked the three UA teachers' path, and there he told them that he is under instructions from the Hero Public Safety Commission to stop anyone from attempting to obstruct the operations of the Hero Public Safety Commission agents, and he introduced himself as the SWAT Bull Hero: Zolda.

There Vlad King told Zolda that the Hero Public Safety Commission violated their code of conduct as they are ILLEGALLY ARRESTING the students without notifying the faculty staff, but Zolda said that it is not his problem as he is only following orders and that this is between the SUSPECTS and the Hero Public Safety Commission itself.

"Sorry…but I'm under strict orders. The commission told me to tell you not to interfere."

"What was that?"

"Is the commission that foolish?"

"Do you realize that the Hero Public Safety Commission are doing something immoral and are violating human rights?"

"Not my problem. I'm just following orders. So you three better do as told."

"Grrr…"

"This is not good…"

"Blast it…"

Vlad King gritted his teeth as he finds Rokuweru's actions as despicable, but Snipe told Vlad King and Cementoss to go ahead as he will deal with Zolda, which the two teachers asked him if he is sure, but Snipe told the two teachers to get going as Class 1-B is being unjustly denied of their basic rights, and thus they needed help from the teachers who are supposed to protect the students.

"I'll be fine. You two go!"

"Are you sure?"

"Think you can handle him by yourself?"

"Yeah. I'm a very good gunslinger myself!"

"Okay…"

"Now go! Class 1-B needs you!"

"Okay…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as Class 1-B takes the spotlight as they are now targeted by the Hero Public Safety Commission under the pretense that they are harboring a WANTED Class 1-A member, resulting in a stand-off yet some MINOR pro heroes appeared and are working for the Hero Public Safety Commission, in which the said pro heroes are modeled after the characters from Kamen Rider Ryuki.

While Midoriya and Camie are absent here, they will be back by next chapter.
