Greetings to all! I'm ReaderandWriter9000 and here I bring you a brand new story. Here I bring you a special story of our favorite guppies from the show that we love so much.
As many of you know, the original show has already ended and I honestly think we all wished it would at least have one final special episode. Well, I think it was to be expected. That's why I wanted to create a special story to pay homage to the original show, creating a story that could be part of the canon without a problem. It should be noted that this story is completely separate from the universe of my Teen/Adult Years saga.
This project is special to me because I wanted to give it original touches that would make this story feel very attached to the original show, something like a special two-part episode that the original show gave us. It could be considered a special episode or a short movie of Bubble Guppies.
With nothing more to say, it's showtime!

With our beloved and catchy introduction, we can start with the reveal of the show's logo where pink letters appear revealing a subtitle under the light blue letters of the name of Bubble Guppies

The little orange fish tell us the full title of this special and this is where our story begins. We as spectators follow the little fish as they go directly to the yellow building that we know as the school of our favorite guppies. The door opens so we can see inside while some of the protagonists of this story greet us.
"Hi there!" Goby is the first to greet us.
"Hi!" Oona appeared too.
"Hello there!" Deema greeted us too.
"Hi!" Zooli said too. We then watch as the seven guppies take their respective seats before their favorite teacher arrives to spend another exciting day at school.
"Good Morning, Mr. Grouper!" The seven guppies greet their teacher happily
"Well, good morning everyone!" The big orange fish answered with a big smile. Before anyone could say anything, a strange sound began to play. It was like something vibrating. Everyone turned to look everywhere looking for the origin of the sound until someone spoke.
"Ups! My bad! It was my cell phone, I think I got a notification" Zooli apologized while she took her cellphone to check it quickly.
"Notification?" Oona asked curiously.
"A Notification is a type of message that the cell phone shows you something new" Nonny answered quietly.
"AHHH! Oh my gosh! She published important news!" Zooli said excitedly.
"She? She who?" Deema asked confusedly.
"The biggest talent scout in all of BubbleWood, Madame Octavia!" The dark-skinned girl guppy answered.
"Cool!" Deema said calmly until she processed what she heard for a few seconds "Wait? Madame Octavia? THE Madam Octavia?! AAAHHH!" Deema screamed excitedly and ran straight to where Zooli was. Everyone else was filled with curiosity and came to see the news about this famous woman. Even Mr. Grouper wanted to know "I follow her on my social networks!"
"She is a celebrity well known for her talents!" Molly commented. Everyone paid attention to Zooli's cell phone. She decided to watch the video where the woman gave her announcement. The woman in question was Madame Octavia. She was an adult guppy with a unique quirk, she was not a mermaid, she was a cecaelia. That is, a woman with eight tentacles in the lower part of her body like an octopus. Basically an octopus woman. She was a light skinned girl with blue eyes and beautiful bright red hair. The same bright red color of her hair was on her one-piece suit and her tentacles. In addition to that, she wore two crystal earrings and bracelets and her nails were delicately manicured, as was her use of sophisticated makeup.
"Greetings to all my dear followers. This is Madame Octavia, your favorite talent scout with important news! Any of you want to be famous like Stylee or many BubbleWood stars! Well don't wait any longer! I have opened a talent contest, where all of you are going to send me videos of your singing and dancing talents! The best of you will have the privilege of going with me to the city of BubbleWood and become the next popular star of the moment! Do you think you have what it takes to be famous? Then this is for you! Send your videos from now on. Only today I will receive the videos and make a choice! May the best win!"
The octopus guppy woman said all the contest specifications and her video was over. This filled the seven guppies with joy.
"YAY! Did you hear that? We could be super famous!" Molly said excitedly.
"That's how it is. It must be great to be popular!" Gil commented.
"We could try it. We have proven to have musical and dance talent" Goby added.
"Of course we must prepare something" Oona said with a smile. Everyone seemed very happy, even Nonny although he was not smiling much.
"Whoa Whoa Whoa…Calm down, kids. These kinds of contests are very complicated. I assure you that you are going to have tough competition. Are you sure you want to try it?" Mr. Grouper asked them.
"Yeah! Of course!" The 7 guppies said at the same time they were very determined. The big fish thought long and hard before agreeing to the little guppies' request.
"(giggle) Okay Okay…We can prepare some simple music video" Mr. Grouper proposed kindly.
All the children were excited and started preparing for the video. Mr. Grouper brought a music system to play some background music for them so they could make their music video. He himself prepared a camera to record. The 7 guppies discussed among themselves the possible lyrics of a new original song. Something simple and catchy. After a long time writing and learning the lyrics, plus creating choreography. Curiously, for this piece, everyone had more relevance in singing and dancing. Everyone was preparing for the music video, the guppies talked to each other before starting.
"It seems like you're too excited, Molly" Gil noticed his best friend's behavior.
"Of course I am, Gilly! My dream would come true: Be a famous singer like Stylee! And much better... next to my best friends" Molly commented.
"I think it might be fun to try" Goby added.
"Alright, kids...To your positions...Let's see how the video will turn out. Very good, ready? Three...Two...One...Go!" Mr. Grouper said before starting to record and turned on the music system to accompany the choreography. It was a pop rhythm widely used by our protagonists. The guppies had their moment to perform a choreography together and start with their new song. It was a simple pop song, but with a catchy beat.

"Aaanndd….Here we go!" Mr. Grouper finished the recording and the children went directly to him to watch the video together. They were excited to see the video they planned to submit for the contest. Everyone was talking about how great they looked in the video "If you wish we can improve the video with an edit"
"An edit?" Deema asked confusedly.
"A video edit is when you use a device like a cell phone or computer to add things to improve the video or eliminate certain errors" Nonny replied quietly. Mr. Grouper began to do the editing work, which was not very complicated and he showed his students the result.
"IT'S PERFECT!" The blonde guppy shouted excitedly.
"We all look great!" Goby commented.
"Our dance moves were cool!" Oona said.
"Our voices are heard very well" Molly added.
"There is no doubt! You have to send that video to Octavia! We will win without a doubt!" Zooli said confidently.
Everyone agreed to submit the Bubble Guppies music video for Madame Octavia's contest. That was the key to achieving greatness. At least that's what the guppies hoped. Shortly after, we will focus on a place far away from BubbleTucky. It was an exotic city called BubbleWood. In a huge office it seems that there was a very famous and important person. It was an octopus woman reviewing with her electronic device all the videos that she was receiving from the contest. She was sitting on her plush couch in boredom.
"Hmmm….Boring...Cliché...Very Normal...Mediocre...Meh...Repetitive...Not Cool at all...AGH!" She was the popular Madame Octavia, the talent scout. She was frustrated by seeing music videos that didn't convince her "I don't like these videos! I need something extraordinary! Something out of the ordinary! I need a future musical star!" She told herself tired "WALLACE!" She screamed and snapped her fingers to call someone. At the entrance to her office, a snail boy wearing a small white hat appeared. He wore a white shirt with an unbuttoned red plaid button down shirt. He carries a brown fanny pack on his waist in addition to always carrying his trusty clipboard. This guy seems to be the celebrity's personal assistant.
"I have arrived, my lady! What do you need? Drink? Meal? Schedule a meeting? Do you want the spa appointment?" Wallace asked her a lot of questions.
"Just…..(sigh) Can you tell me how many videos are missing?" Madame Octavia asked boredly.
"Oh! There are too many, my lady! We could review them together, although it would take us many hours" The snail boy said with a smile.
"Ugh! But how boring! How will we get our future superstar with so many mediocre videos? We need luck to find what we are looking for" The cecaelia was resigned to reviewing the hundreds and thousands of videos until she came across one that caught her attention. It was a music video of seven very striking guppies with great musical and dancing talent "Oh wow...but who are those seven lovely little guppies?" She asked curiously.
"Hmmm I think I have seen them somewhere else, my lady... I think I know where" The personal assistant decided to take out his electronic tablet to search the web to find out who those children were. Finally, he found the Bubble Guppies song and dance videos "Gotcha! Those guppies call themselves: Bubble Guppies. They are little children who attend school...And what talent in music and dance for being so young. That was not their first music video" Wallace showed his boss some Bubble Guppies videos. This amazed the octopus-woman. She was fascinated by the skills of the protagonists.
"Bubble Guppies, huh? They have potential...With the perfect guidance, they will go further...They are exactly what I am looking for! Talent, charisma, passion...They have all that! I think we already have our little winners!" Octavia said happily. She got very excited until she thought of a very important detail "Ahem! Wallace, a very important question: Where do they live?"
"According to social media...Hmmmm...They are from a small far away town called BubbleTucky. Far away from here, my lady" The snail boy answered.
"Who knew that such talent was hidden in a small, faraway town. Very good...Wallace, prepare the limo! We'll go to BubbleTucky! Coming soon...Bubble Guppies: The Next Youth Pop Superstars!" Madame Octavia said with a twinkle in her eyes. It seems that she was excited to meet the popular Bubble Guppies.
A few days later, we returned to the classroom. Where the guppies were doing their routine school things. Goby and Oona were drawing together. Gil played with toy cars. Deema was preparing her next "store" for some new development. Nonny and Zooli were reading books together. The only one who wasn't doing something everyday was Molly. She was sitting a little impatient and very excited. Some of the guppies noticed that and wanted to ask her.
"Hey, Molly! Do you want to see something amazing I made with blocks and cars?" Gil asked excitedly. Possibly it was one of his crazy creations that would end up falling on him, as always. But Molly wasn't paying much attention "Huh…Molly? Are you okay?"
"Oh! I´m okay, Gilly. I just feel impatient. I want to know what happened with the contest. And if we can win it. It's just that...I really want to become a great singer" Molly shared her dream.
"But you're already a great singer, Molly. We all know it well here" Gil complained to her.
"Gil is right, friend! You don't need to win a contest to prove it" Deema commented.
"Thank you very much, but I was referring to being a popular singer. Like Stylee!" Molly expressed.
"Now that Molly says it...Madame Octavia has not published anything on her social networks regarding the contest" Zooli said.
"I guess she got a lot of videos. I don't think we are the only ones participating in the tournament" Goby added.
"That is sure. I don't want to tell you but... there are many people who also participated... It's difficult to win those contests" Mr. Grouper said, trying to use the right words. Those words entered more into the group leader's mind. She simply gave a disheartened sigh.
"Hey, don´t worry, Molly! It doesn't really matter if we win the contest or not... We had fun together making the video, right? That's worth much more than any prize: Spending time with your best friends" The light blue haired guppy encouraged his best friend. Molly saw him and then she saw the other guppies. She gave a small smile.
"Thanks, Gilly…." She said more relieved until someone rang the school entrance bell.
"I'll go see who it is" Mr. Grouper said quickly. He opened the door to welcome the visitor. Mr. Grouper was surprised to see that it was a snail boy.
"Ahem! Good day sir! By any chance is this the school where the famous Bubble Guppies go?" It was Wallace with a kind smile.
"Euh…Yeah, I´m their teacher? Do you need something?" He asked confusedly.
"Alright...Ahem...I think it's time to say my thing...Hmmmm...Okay Here I go...Ahem...With you, the super popular musical talent scout, Madame Octavia!" The snail boy bowed to the popular figure who approached Mr. Grouper. She was the Cecaelia woman with tentacles and a red body and very extravagant accessories. The 7 guppies heard that and quickly came out to receive the visit.
"MADAME OCTAVIA! SHE'S HERE!" The guppies said excitedly.
"Awwww but what lovely children! You must be the popular Bubble Guppies! I have heard a lot from you. I would like to know you better" Octavia greeted them kindly.
"It's an honor to have you here! I'm Molly!"
"I´m Gil"
"I´m Goby"
"Name´s Deema!"
"I´m Oona"
"I´m Nonny"
"And I'm Zooli!"
"Arf Arrf!" Bubble Puppy appeared barking happily.
"It's a pleasure to meet such lovely guys...and your puppy...Well, no need to introduce me. You already know who I am. Madame Octavia, at her service. And that boy over there is my personal assistant, Wallace" The woman said kindly.
"You can call me Wally, if you want!" He said happily.
"Hi, Wally!" The seven guppies greeted him.
"We have come from afar to announce in person that you, Bubble Guppies, are the winners of my contest!" Octavia gave them the greatest news. The guppies couldn't believe it.
"Really?!" Molly asked happily. Octavia just nodded.
"YAY! HOORRAAYY!" The seven guppies screamed with joy and hugged each other out of excitement.
"Just as you hear it. You amazed me with your singing and dancing skills. You have what it takes to be famous" Octavia flattered them.
"Although we are already a bit popular around here" Gil commented funnily.
"I know...But I'm talking about world fame! Popularity, wealth, they can have it all! Your natural talent must be shown to everyone! And that's why I've come. Remember that the prize was to go to BubbleWood with me and you will be chosen to be the new youth superstars of BubbleWood!" Octavia said happily before her assistant threw some confetti into the air.
"BubbleWood! BubbleWood! Bubble-I guess they get it" Wally said nervously.
"AHHHHHH!" The seven guppies screamed with excitement. Bubble Puppy barked happily. Until someone intervened.
"Wait! Wait! Wait! Are you serious, Mrs. Octavia? Do you really want to lead seven little kids to stardom?" Mr. Grouper asked confusedly.
"Of course, Mr….Mr….Huh….Goldfish?" Octavia asked.
"Mr. Grouper…" He said his name.
"Right! Mr. Grouper! Age does not matter. No one is too young to start a successful music career!" Octavia said confidently.
"Hmmmm I'll have to make a lot of calls. The word of their parents is final" The big orange fish said before taking his cellphone. He knew that he should inform the guppies' parents about that trip. Mr. Grouper was surprised by how easily they agreed to let his children go to BubbleWood. I guess they trusted the orange fish deeply "Hmmm It seems like all of your parents agree. Alright kids, we're going to BubbleWood!" Mr. Grouper said, despite not being very sure.
"FIELD TRIP!" All the guppies screamed happily.
"It seems that then it is decided. Don't worry about anything. Madame Octavia is willing to serve you in everything. If you want something, just ask for it. Alright...time to go to BubbleWood. Your path to stardom is about to begin" Octavia said excitedly. She guided the guppies, Mr Grouper and Bubble Puppy to the luxurious limo.
"Wow!" All of them said surprisedly.
"Seriously, it's an extravagant limo! Worthy of superstars!" Deema said happily.
"That's precisely the idea, dear! All right, everyone inside. This will be a long journey" Madam Octavia said before everyone got into the limo. It started to move when the driver started driving. The guppies were very excited and happy.
"Looks like your dream will come true, Molly!" Gil said happily.
"Yes, this is incredible! And it's just getting started. Although...I'm happier to be in this with you and the others" Molly admitted with a kind smile.
"Everything will be fine as long as we all stick together" The blue-haired guppy added.
"Arf Arf" He was in Gil´s lap throughout the trip.
"I want to try all the suits and dresses!" Deema said dramatically.
"I would like to see the entire musical section. Instruments and professional equipment" Nonny commented quietly.
"I want to meet some famous people. Maybe we'll see Stylee again" Oona said happily.
"Did you guys meet Stylee?! Oh but how lucky! I want to meet her too!" Zooli was surprised.
"We will help you get to know her if we see her" Oona added kindly.
"Hehehe, thanks!" Zooli replied with gratitude.
"I'm excited to see BubbleWood City. They say it's unique" Goby commented.
"You´ll discover it by yourself soon, dude!" Wallace said with a smile.
Everyone was happy for a new adventure. They were close to discovering a new world. The world of fame in BubbleWood. Where they are going to discover many things and many exciting things will happen. Everyone had high expectations of what the city awaited them. This seemed to be the beginning of the professional musical career of our favorite guppies.
"BubbleWood, here we come!"
This is how this new story begins. What things await our protagonists in the great city of BubbleWood? How will the Bubble Guppies' musical career begin? Well we will see how this will develop soon. I will try to make this story feel close to the essence of the original show. So we might see more songs hehehe.
