on a remote island somewhere a mad scientist named James Dirman had a machine inside his lab that he had built for a purpose of bring dead animals back to life with DNA of that specific animal there he had a brilliant plan of bringing Reptar back to life
James Dirman : with Reptar's DNA i bring the green tyrannosaurus rex back to life
pouring his DNA into his machine and pulled a lever soon a few flashing lights were sparking from it while his monitor was keeping track of his heart beat with a number at 175 of his heart rate from there a green tyrannosaurus rex was in his machine and soon opened his eye to reveal a orange eye with black pupil , blue dorsal fins releasing a mighty roar forcing that mad scientist to flee as pieces of his lab started to fall and crumble above him once outside Reptar broke free from his tube thus destroying his lab now a 400 f00t tall mutated dinosaur appeared before him releasing a more stronger mighty roar than his awakening afterwards he looked around the island then at James so he spoke to him
James Dirman : don't worry i'm not here to hurt you i brought you back to life
he continued to listen to him as he went on to explain that he was going to support and aid him in his master plan for revenge against those who mocked for my ability to bring dead animals back to life he also stated that Reptar had now new abilites that he has never done before
James Dirman : alright i need you try and releasing a atomic breah attack on those trees right over there
looking forward at three trees there his blue dorsal fins started to glow green for a few seconds then fired atomic breath at a group of trees setting them on fire pleasing his creator as he went on to explain that he had also a ability to send his blood to others as well giving them his ability as well which pleased him even more
James Dirman : alright that's enough talk it is is time for you to cause your first major damage
points to that ship out there so Reptar walks directly into the sea and goes underwater now swimming underwater toward a ship unaware of what danger they were about to be in while James stood there and watched on from his island
Captain : well everything is going smoothly with this ship
he continued to drive his ship when Reptar appeared on his radar so he tried to maneuver his ship around but couldn't as bottom of his ship was scratched by Reptar's blue dorsal fins doing a little bit of damage but the worst was yet to come because he rose up from the sea and was staring the captain directly in his main part of his ship and opened his mouth releasing green atomic breath thus setting his ship on fire leaving a flame burning
James Dirman : he's very powerful enough to begin my next phase of my revenge
meanwhile else Kira Finster was home while her daughter Kimi and Chas's son Chuckie were hanging out with Tommy , Angelica , Phil , Lil , Susie and Dil when a new report appeared on their radio about a ship that was attack and set on fire as well which caught Kira's and Chas's attention
Kira : oh dear
Chas : that's serious
Kira : they're saying that it was Reptar
Chas : wait you mean Reptar that our kids used to love when they were still in diapers ?
Kira : yes and no one knows where he came from
Chas : i hope that he doesn't come to the city and start to do damage
Kira : that is what i'm hoping for

Kira : hi Betty did you hear about that ship that was attacked ?
Betty : yeah i saw in the newspaper that was some event
Kira : they're saying that it was Reptar
Betty : but he's just a fictional character
Kira : he was but somehow he has been brought to life
Lucy : what is this about Reptar being brough to life ?
Kira : he has been brought to life somehow and attacked a ship miles away from here
Lucy : oh that's bad
Kira : i have a feeling that things are going to get much worse from here

back with James Dirman he was pleased as Reptar returned to his island feeling a lot stronger now than he has ever felt now he was given a new assignment to attack the city to do major damage with his destructive power showing everyone how much of a villian he truly was now enters the water again and swims under this time toward the city where the Rugrats AGU were at who were unaware of Reptar coming to do major damage to their hometown
James Dirman : once this attack hit them where it hurts everyone will know my true pain that i felt for being called crazy and a madman for my scientific research and inventions
goes back inside to his now demolished lab and cleans up his interior and rebuilds his machine that brought Reptar to life and waited to see this outcome of his mission thus making this a new adventure and story for Tommy , Chuckie , Phil , Lil , Angelica , Dil and Kimi to go through that none of them are going to be ready or anything that have been through before with their imagination and other adventures from their time as babies to now as preteens could prepare them for this
