Author's Note: I don't own Naruto. Also this is a nod to Snafu the Great's "Emperor Naruto" series. With my own twist of course.
Chapter I
The Long Road Here and Trouble Brewing
The Imperial palace was a sight to behold. Almost everything about the palace was grand. Below it, the capital city of Taloga sprawled out before it. Taloga was a costal city and as such, had many walls to protect it from various threats. Everything from the mighty tsunami to the strongest fleets have tried to break those walls yet never could. On a balcony overlooking the city, five men stood there looking at all they accomplished. The emperor was among them as he was one of them. The four beside him were his closest friends and most powerful allies. Together, they helped run this vast empire they called the Talogan Empire. The furthest to the right of the emperor sighed. His hood hiding his face but all could tell his mask was off. "What is it Falcon?" One of their party asked. The hooded figure, who went by Falcon, sighed before he started to speak. "Have you ever thought about the long road we had to take to get here?" The emperor bent his head down slightly. "You're right, we've been through a lot." A white eyed young man smirked. "True and all the trials we had to endure." "It has been a most youthful experience for sure." One on the emperor's left said. Everyone else face palmed. "Lee how many times do I have to tell you to stop that? It's too troublesome for the rest of us to hear." Shikamaru said. The emperor merely groaned. "Will y'all quit that?" Falcon barked. Falcon wasn't one to be quick to anger, but the way these two would bicker made him think he was going insane. "You guys heard Falcon. Stop it!" Naruto said as his two friends slammed their mouths shut. It might be worthy to note that Naruto is in fact the Emperor of the Talogan Empire. How did he come to this position? Well it just so happened that Naruto was banished from his home in Konoha after Orochimaru attacked Konoha. There was no Hokage to stop his banishment and the those who were in-favor of keeping him were out ruled by those who didn't. Neji, Shikamaru, Lee, and Konohamaru all left with him to seek out a better life. Along the way they ran into Falcon. Who was in dire need of help. His home city of Taloga was under the reign of a tyrant. In the end Naruto was the one who ended the tyrant's reign. He was giving the role of leadership by his friends and the citizens of Taloga. From here, Naruto decided to unify the warring states under his banner. Naruto succeeded in unifying the warring states. All of them had tyrant daimyos that had fallen to Naruto. When the Empire was finally forged Naruto decided that he wouldn't run this empire on his own. He decided to have his friends to help run the empire. Falcon was the commander and chief of the imperial army and the head of the Intelligence Service. Lee was in charge of the academy's for ninja and other warriors a like. Shikamaru was the chief advisor. Neji was over diplomatic relations and the police force and Konohamaru was too young to be given any real position of power, but he assisted the others. Naruto made sure their power was equal with his own except for on the ground that his rank as emperor and his word was final. With this unusual way of running an empire, Naruto would have expected it to fall if it wasn't for one fact. They were brothers bond by war they wouldn't betray the others for anything.
"Any word from the East?" Naruto asked as he leaned forward. Falcon nodded. "Trouble is brewing. My spy in Suna says there's tension in the air from civilians who fear their current Kazekage is going to kill them all. It seems Suna is on the brink of Civil War. In Konoha, the Hokage passed away and a new one has taken her place. A guy named Danzo if I remember correctly. My spy there says that the Hyūga clan is planning on relocating. Says Hiashi, the head of the clan, is uneasy about the situation. In Iwa, there seems to be preparation for war. In the Cloud, the Raikage is troubled by Iwa's movement. Akatsuki is aware of where you are now, so they may try to attack you." Falcon said as he finished briefing everyone. "Well, that is troublesome." Shikamaru said. Everyone else agreed. "I guess you are going to confirm the reports then?" Naruto asked. Falcon nodded. "I'm leaving right away." Falcon said as he vanished from sight. "How does he just teleport like that?" Neji asked. "He's Falcon, he was granted power from a higher being so he can do things like that. Plus he doesn't do that all the time. He does prefer to take a ship too." Naruto said. "True, it's just mind boggling that he can do that." Neji stated. Everyone else agreed.
Falcon appeared outside Suna just as he disappeared from Taloga. His hood hid much of his face, and what wasn't hidden was hidden by a mask. Falcon could already sense the sound of shouts. He disappeared and reappeared inside Suna's capital building. He quickly approached his spy. "Kankuro, what's going on?" "Falcon the citizens just captured the Kazekage and they...killed him." Falcon nodded. "Will they be coming this way?" "No, they just made someone not even remotely close to us the Kazekage. I'm escaping while I can." He said as he disappeared. Kankuro ran, and ran for a long time. Gaara's lifeless body was still hanging there from the gallows. Across the way, Temari was discovered and almost killed when a hooded figure stopped the attacker in his tracks and disappeared with Temari. She soon arrived in a place she never knew and before she could catch a glimpse of who her savior was, he was gone. However, Temari fainted, barely aware of the four young men who now rushed over to her to bring her to the hospital.
Back in east, Falcon appeared in Konoha next. He saw his spy immediately as he was walking towards a remote area of the village. He quickly approached the Hyūga. "Kō, do you have anything to report?" Kō looked to see Falcon standing there. "Hiashi-sama is relocating our clan, we are planning on going to Taloga. It's not just us, others are making the trip with us, here's a list of the names of who are going. Danzo is not pleased with our decision, but we have no choice now." Kō whispered. Falcon took the list offered him and nodded. "I will let his majesty know of your plans. Good luck Kō." And with that Falcon disappeared.
Falcon next appeared in Iwa. And he didn't have to worry about talking to his spy here on if Iwa was preparing for War. The whole village was up in arms almost. As he made his way to his spy here he quickly realized that she was dead. But she left a note behind. Reading it, Falcon confirmed his worst fears. He didn't bother going to Cloud. He headed straight back for Taloga.
As he reappeared he summoned the Top Five, as they were called to a meeting. "Well, you got information, and why was Temari brought here?" Naruto asked as they sat down at the circular table. Falcon in turn handed everyone at the table a folder. Everyone opened their's and read. Everyone's faces fell. "So it's confirmed. Akatsuki, Oto, Iwa, Konoha, and Suna are now unified." "From what I gathered, the alliance is called the Axis Alliance. Their goal is to take over the world, they will undoubtedly come here." Falcon said as he sat down. "Well, Falcon what do you say we do first?" Falcon looked up. "I'm taking the Eagles and rescuing the Konoha citizens who are coming here. Naruto and rest of the group nodded. "Then go. Make it fast." Falcon nodded. He got up and walked out the door. "Hiro, inform the Eagle's Brigade to meet me on the Kiros at once." Hiro nodded, "yes sir, I will do as you have said sir." Hiro said as she ran to inform the Eagle's Brigade, the most elite force in the Imperial Army, of their mission. Falcon sighed to himself. 'This is going to be one long war for sure.' He though as he ran to grab his armor. Knowing full well, that trouble was coming. He could already smell war on the horizon.
Author's Note (post script): I am so sorry that I haven't been posting as often as I would like. I have ADHD like issues and I constantly get bored out of my head doing things. But I have been working on this for a while now and I hope y'all enjoy this story. I also wanted to add my character "Falcon" into this story cause I want to see how he does.
