Episode 3: Friend-ships Don't Last.
"Last time on Toadal Pony Worldwide Tour!" Toad began. "The 40 members of this season were split into 4 different teams. Most of them had to 'adjust' to their teammates since some are not happy with their teams, but who am I to judge? It's their problem after all, not mine. Their first challenge took place in Jamaica where they had to jump off a high cliff into the lake below. Otherwise, they would be forced to wear this chicken suit for the rest of the day and believe me, nobody wanted to unless they were too afraid. The Fireballs took the first challenge like it was nothing since everybody on that team was really brave enough to jump and win first class. The rest of them had at least one or two refusers, but the Fungi Fanatics were the worst out of all since Rarity and Wendy chickened out earning their spot at the elimination ceremony. It came down to Wendy and Rarity, but Rarity lucked out and survived while Wendy took the leap of faith and dropped out of the competition. Who will be taking the plunge next and how much more humiliation will they be put through? My guess is a whole lot more, so stay tuned because this is... Toadal Pony Worldwide Cruise!

Episode 3: Friend-ships Don't Last.
(We now go to the plane in the air, and cut to the first class area.)
"This sure is relaxin'." Applejack said as she was resting in her seat with her hat covering her eyes.
"I'll say." Spike added. "This totally beats sleeping in those bunk beds back at camp."
"You're telling me." Scootaloo agreed. "We'll be living the sweet life of luxury if we keep on winning."
"Don't get confident. We might not win every challenge, but we should at try to not get eliminated." Sunset tells them.
Carl does more sounds which no one still understands.
"I don't know what he said, but I think he agrees." Silver Spoon said.
"Don't forget there's an invincibility statue back on the island and we just found out that one winner gets to look for it." Mario said.
(We go back to the island where the previous season was held and also to Trixie's location.)
"Where are you invincibilty statue? Trixie needs to find you." Trixie said unaware she didn't realize she was walking in a cave.
AAAAAHHHHHHH!
She runs out of the cave as the bear chases after her.
(Cut back to first class.)
"But you saw how Trixie was last time. If she finds that statue, she'll be safe and who knows what she might do until then." Spike said with worry.
"So maybe we should eliminate her right off the bat." Mimi suggested. "Throw the next challenge?"
"We can't make it obvious. Maybe if we're lucky she could screw up badly and then we vote her off." Applejack tells her team.
Confessional
Spike: I definitely learned my lesson last season. I won't feel useless anymore because now I'm gonna stay focused and press on. I'm sure to make it farther this time.
(Economy section.)
"I've heard of a full flight, but this is seriously ridiculous!" Yoshi complains.
"When did I get stuck with these losers?" Chrysalis mutters to herself.
"Oh my. This is not how I want to spend my flight." Rarity said.
"I bet it's really cool in first class. I want to go there so bad." Sweetie Belle hoped.
"That is if we win next challenge." Lightning tells her.
"Assuming you don't push yourself too much to make us lose." Rainbow Dash mumbled.
Confessional
Princess Luna: I've noticed some tensions rising between others. I don't want everyone turning against each other because don't want someone framing others for their loss. Especially since I was framed for losing the dream challenge last season, but it wasn't my fault. That shapeshifting changeling posed as my dark self; even I'm scared from that experience.
(We now go to the map as it shows the plane flying to a random location.)
Pinkie looks out the window. "Hey look, there's a giant head statue."
"Wait, I think I know where we are. It's Easter Island." Twilight said already knowing.
"Easter Island? Does that mean we'll get to see the easter bunny?" Daisy asked. "I want to get a picture with him."
Toadette rolled her eyes in annoyance.
Confessional
Toadette: It's like I'm stuck on this plane with losers.
Now all the players are on seen in Sweden with their teams as Toad, Bobei, and Jimmy are right in front of them in winter garments. Everyone else is just seen shivering trying to keep themselves warm.
"Um I don't want to be rude or anything, but where are our winter clothes?" Cheerilee quickly asked.
"Oh well no worries. I got plenty for everyone." Toad replied.
Everyone cheered.
"That won't arrive in about a month or two."
All the players groan.
"Welcome to Sweden everyone which is where our next challenge takes place." Toad explains. "Before I go any further, we should bring back someone who went to the island."
A tandem plane lands and opens the door. Trixie hops out and rejoins her teammates as the plane leaves.
"Any luck finding that statue?" Mimi asked her.
"What's it to you?" Trixie replied. "Trixie doesn't need to tell anything you might know to ridicule her."
"Continuing, today you all will be playing a nice game of battleship." Toad tells the teams.
"Oh no. Don't tell me." Yoshi suddenly realized.
"Yep, it's a four-way free for all battle to sink all your opponents. You guys must head to the middle of the water and sink your opponent's ship. As usual, the two teams that get out first will be up for elimination. The final two teams will battle it out for immunity and also first class."
"Um how may I ask? Do we even sink the ships we need to target?" Rarity pointed out.
"Well each ship will be equipped with two cannons." Toad answered. "And unfortunately, my contract has forbid me to use actual cannonballs, so instead... you all will be using rubber balls! Not as hard as cannonballs but they sure pack a wallop. Observe!" Threw the ball.
"Ow!" Spike rubbed his forehead in pain.
"Told you. Now one more thing, anyone that gets knocked out of the boat and into the water is out of the game. Once you get on your ships, you'll be deciding who works the cannons, the captain, and who will bring the rubber balls from the lower deck. Since the Fungi Fanatics are down a player, the other teams have to sit one player out for this round."
"Me! Me! I'm sitting out!" Yoshi quickly volunteered.
"Hmm, I may not be beneficial for this challenge so I better sit this one out." Boo told the team.
"No worries, we get it." Twilight assured her.
"Silver Spoon, can you sit out this round?" Applejack asked her. "This might get ugly."
"I guess so." Silver Spoon nodded.
Confessional
Silver Spoon: I don't understand why Toad is having people sit out on challenges. It's not like him to do that, I've seen the previous season.
"Ok, so Bobei and Jimmy will take you all to your ships." Toad told them."
Time skip to the Fierce Flying Fighters on their ship.
"I'll be the captain." Lightning Dust said.
"Oh no you won't, I'm gonna be the captain!" Rainbow Dash told her.
"Both of you stop now!" Twilight said getting between them. "I'm captain and that's final!"
"Oh come on." Lightning Dust complains.
"That's just how it is. Now you two are gonna work together on one cannon and Bowser and Waluigi take care of the other. The rest of you get the balls so we can load the cannons."
Switch to the Shining Starsprites.
"I'm captain! Live with it!" Chrysalis declared. "Piranha guy, green guy, you take this cannon. Princesses, take the other. As for the rest of you, gather the balls. We're taking these teams down!"
"Great." Peach said dryly.
Confessional
Peach: Ok, this insect queen might be a little suspicious. I have a bad feeling about her.
"Hey I can see Carl from here!" Daisy said. "You think he can see me?"
"Umm, he might be doing something at the moment." Goombella answered.
Switch over to the Magical Blazing Fireballs.
"It's only fair that Trixie herself is captain." Trixie said. "I'm best suited for it."
"Maybe I should be captain. It wouldn't hurt to try." Cheese Sandwich suggested.
"I nominate him as the captain." Mimi said pointing at Spike.
"What?" Everyone exclaimed.
Confessional
Spike: Wait, why would she suggest me as the captain? I guess I should just go along with it.
Mimi: Don't worry, it's all according to plan. It's just another strategy I have.
"I'll take the cannon here." Applejack said."
"Mind if I join you?" Sunset asked.
"Not at all."
"I guess I'll fire this cannon then." Mimi said.
"Me too." Mario said.
"Then I guess the rest of you might as well gather some balls." Spike said to the rest of the teammates. "Prepare to battle!"
Switch over to the Fungi Fanatics.
"I'm captain!" Toadette said.
"No I am!" Gilda told back to her. "Besides, I'm bigger than you."
"Fine, we'll let the rest of the team decide but we can only have one captain."
Gilda rolled her eyes and sighed. "Fine whatever, who here would like short stack as our captain?"
Five raised their hands/hooves.
"Guess they made their choice!" Toadette declared.
"Are you kidding me? Listen here missy, if you think I'm gonna take orders from a wimp like you well then-"
Gilda was cut off because Toadette immediately shoved her off the edge and knocked her in the water.
Confessional
Toadette: In all honesty, she needed to shut up and she was asking for it.
Starlow was shocked. "Toadette, taking out your own team members is not how to win challenges."
"Nice going, now we're down a player." Trooper said.
Toad blows the horn from faraway. "...and begin!"
Yoshi, Boo, and Silver Spoon were also watching the challenge.
"Battlestations!" All the captains cried out.
Team triple F fired their shots first and aimed right for the Fungi Fanatics.
"Incoming!" Toadette said pointing at the incoming balls.
The players do their best dodging the balls.
"We must be aware of the-" Luna began before one of the balls struck her on her face and sent her off the edge into the water. "AAAHHH!"
SPLASH*
"Oh dear, we lost Princess Luna!" Rarity said with worry.
Confessional
Princess Luna *faced is a little bruised and her mane is a little messy: How in Equestria did I get taken out right off the bat? This is so humiliating! I'll bet Tia is having a good laugh at my expense.
"What do we do?" Luigi asked.
"Just try not get hit off the boat." Peach replied. There was a ball that almost hit her but missed. "Whew, close one."
"I really wish I was sitting out." Fluttershy said hiding in a barrel.
"Fire!" Twilight shouted. Her team launched more balls and hits the Fungi Fanatics' ship twice and also sent Starlow overboard in the water.
Switch over to the Fireballs.
"Ugh, missed again." Trixie complains.
"Aim low." Sunset suggests. "We have to go for the lower part of the ship if we want to sink it. Observe." She aims for the Starsprites and as the players collect balls, one goes through the lower deck and they all get knocked down.
"Ok, now I get it." Mimi smirks.
"Glad I can help."
Trixie looked at her. "You wanna aim for the ships now, or are you still trying to aim for the princess?"
"Peach, definitely aiming for Peach." She replied.
Meanwhile, Gilda, Starlow, and Princess Luna wash up to shore.
"Huh? How did you get past the sharks?" Toad asked them.
"Sharks?" Everyone exclaimed.
"Guess Bobei didn't release them or maybe they just killed him. Oh well, guess I'll have to do it myself." Toad pushes a button and the sharks have been released from the cage. "Attention everyone, sharks are now in the water! I repeat, sharks in now in the water!"
"Tell me he's not serious." Luigi sighed.
"He is." Peach nodded.
Another shot was fired toward the Fungi Fanatics.
"Why on earth would he put sharks in- AAAAHHHHHH!" Cheerilee thought before getting hit and got knocked in the water. She quickly resurfaced. "Well that was rude."
Over to the Fireballs...
"Four balls locked and loaded." Mimi said. "FIRE!"
The balls launch and only two hit Peach as Trixie and Mimi high five each other. We switch over to triple F.
"What on earth are those guys doing?" Twilight asked. "Why are they hitting the players?"
"Wait Twilight, I think they're onto something." Sweetie Belle realized. "Let's try what they're doing."
"I never thought I'd say this but the blank flank is right. Let's try their strategy." Diamond Tiara agreed.
"What?"
"I think what the young ones are saying is if we take out enough of the players on one boat, then they can't fight back." Rosalina explains. "Their defenses would be limited and they'll battle shorthanded. Which would give us the opportunity to blast their ship until it sinks."
"You know what? Let's do that." Bowser said in agreement.
"Attack!" Lightning Dust called out.
"Who are we aiming for?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Them, let's get those guys." Waluigi said point to the Fungi Fanatics. "They're running low on players."
"No worries, we'll get these geezers out before- YAAAAHHHHH!" Toadsworth was cut off as a ball knocks him overboard.
"Ok, I don't normally do this but... RETURN FIRE!" Twilight called out.
More balls were launched to the Fungi Fanatics.
Trooper moves aside to avoid the hit.
Rarity and Starlow came back up with the team with more ammunition.
"Starlow and I got more of these to-" Rarity was smacked with a ball and she and Starlow got knocked into the water all while losing their ammo that was rolling off the boat.
"Quick, grab the balls before they roll out." Pinkie said grabbing two of them. Trooper caught a few as well, and Wario caught only one.
"Alright, I'll go and see if I can grab some more ammo from the-" Toadette said before getting smacked on the back with a ball and belly flopped into the water.
Over to the Starsprites...
Birdo gives the team more ammo. "Got some more red balls."
"Took you long enough." Chrysalis said. "Get those cannons loaded before our ship- OOMPH!"
A ball smacked her in the face and sent her overboard into the water.
Apple Bloom chuckled at that. "Well at least something useful happened."
"Now we gotta find ourselves a new captain." Goombella pointed out only to get hit and sent into the water.
"Why isn't Yoshi here on the boat?" Birdo asked.
"He's onshore because he's sitting out." Fluttershy answered.
"I better go see if he's alright." Birdo said jumping overboard.
Confessional
Peach: Seriously, we're dropping like flies. First two people get taken out and now Birdo takes herself out just for Yoshi? What is going on with this team?
"FIRE" All the captains shouted.
When the balls were launched, Carl, Daisy, Luigi, Wario, Scootaloo, Mario, and Spike were all taken out. On the other hand, Fluttershy used her tail and launched a ball off the boat.
"Whoa, that's impress-" Peach was surprised but gets knocked off by a ball she didn't see coming.
"Yes!" Mimi cheered. "I got her! Alright! She's out!"
"Ahem." Trixie interrupted.
"Er... I mean, we got her."
"Better."
Pinkie and Trooper were left on their ship.
"What do we do? What are we going to do?" Pinkie asked rocking back and forth.
"Let's ram one of the ships." Trooper suggested. "Preferably, the one with the most players."
"Is that a little too much?"
"No, if we sink a ship with the most players with us and we both sink, then they'll lose too. It's all I-" Trooper saw a ball heading for him and gets hit in the stomach sending him into the water.
"It's just me now." Pinkie said. "Ok, so I just have to ram a ship into the water? Let's do this!"
She hoists up the anchor and starts steering to Triple F's ship. Meanwhile, most of the players that got taken out, washed up to shore.
"Nice job captain." Gilda told Toadette sarcastically.
"Hey! Back talk has its consequences." Toadette said. "Had you kept your big beak shut, we wouldn't be here would we?"
"Excuse me, can I finish watching the challenge." Toad asked them.
Back in the water, the Flying Fighters noticed Pinkie heading right towards them.
"Umm.. why is Pinkie heading right for us?" Twilight asked her team.
"She's trying to sink us." Rainbow Dash replied. "Sink both ships and tie for last."
"Look, we gotta stop her cause I seriously don't want to get wet right now." Diamond Tiara tells them.
"Well then fire at her!" Bowser suggested loading the cannon.
Pinkie is still charging right at them but only took a few hits on her boat.
Toad sees what's going to happen. "Oh this is going be great!"
"For you maybe." Yoshi muttered.
"Lots of people are going to die." Silver Spoon said.
The Fierce Flying Fighters saw she was getting closer.
"She's gonna hit us!" Lightning Dust shouted.
"Everyone brace for impact!" Twilight said to the team.
Everyone on that team screamed and closed their eyes for what's about to happen next.
"I can't watch!" Pinkie said covering her eyes. Unknown to her, a bird lands on her steering wheel and veers her off course to the Starsprites.
Toad's excitement diminished. "Aw no no no no no!"
"Coincidence." Boo replied.
"Hey look something's coming this way!" Petey said pointing at the boat.
Apple Bloom's eyes widened. "Wait, isn't that-"
CRASH!
The two boats collide and sink into the water.
"We're sinking!" Fluttershy cried in panic.
"Huh?" Pinkie thought. "The captain always goes down with his ship. How ironic! Since I'm actually-"
Later all the teams were onshore after the battle.
"Well that was certainly a challenge I won't forget." Toad began. "The winning team for today is... The Fierce Flying Fighters!"
"How come?" Mimi asked. "We were still in the game too."
"Actually, did you guys remember to keep track of your teammates? That's the most important part of the challenge, but yeah you guys lost five. Triple F lost only one, so they win the challenge and first class."
The members of the Fierce Flying Fighters cheer for their victory.
"Now I do require a volunteer for exile time."
"I guess I'll do it." Boo volunteered. "It's only fair since I sat out this time." She flies off to the island.
"Shining Starsprites, I'll be seeing you later at the elimination ceremony. Also, Fungi Fanatics will be up for elimination, again." Toad explains.
Elimination ceremony
All the teams minus Boo were back on the plane and in the air. We switch over to the elimination ceremony with the Shining Starsprites and the Fungi Fanatics.
"Welcome losers! Since this is the first time for the Starsprites, let me explain how this works." Toad explained. "In the confessional booth, you'll find an index card and a marker in there. You guys get to vote by writing down the name of the player you want to eliminate. Move!"
Rarity: (shows she voted Trooper) Next time, give me a warning before those balls hit me.
Toadette: (shows she voted Gilda) You were no help at all. If only you let me be captain and didn't talk back.
Gilda: (shows she voted Toadette) This loss wasn't my fault. You knocked me overboard. If I was still there, we would've won.
Wario: (shows that he voted for Pinkie Pie) What on earth was on your mind?
Yoshi: (shows he voted Birdo) I just want this nightmare over with already.
Princess Luna writes down her choice then Peach does the same, Apple Bloom writes her choice down.
"You've cast your votes and this time.. I'll give the cookies out after the ceremony is over."
"Aww come on." Pinkie cries out.
"Since the Fungi Fanatics lost again, I'll do them first." Toad announces taking the votes out. "First vote: Trooper."
Trooper raised an eyebrow after his name was shown. Rarity turned away from him with a huff.
"Second vote: Gilda."
"Third vote: Toadette."
"Fourth vote: Pinkie Pie. One vote Pinkie, one vote Toadette, one vote Gilda, and one vote Trooper." Toad recaps then flips over the next ballot. "Toadette."
Toadette gets angry and narrows her eyes.
"Sixth vote: Gilda."
Gilda was also mad as she narrowed her eyes as well.
"Seventh vote: Toadette. That's three votes Toadette, two for Gilda, one for Pinkie Pie and Trooper."
"The last two have the same votes, and the second loser of Worldwide Tour is..."
Gilda was biting her nails as she was nervous about the last two votes. Toadette was getting frustrated.
Toad flips over the final votes. "Toadette."
"Oh yeah baby!" Gilda cheered turns to Toadette who was in shock. "Better pack up your military stuff cause guess what? You just got the boot!"
"Oh whatever." Toadette replied. "Like i even care in the first place."
"Well Toadette, here you go." Toad threw her a parachute and she walked over to the exit.
Confessional
Toadette: I don't see how this loss was my fault. I shoved someone overboard and shouted orders at the rest of the team to show they were weaklings. I didn't do anything wrong.
Toadette jumps out and screams as she falls.
"Well Fungi Fanatics, you're dismissed."
They get up and leave as it is now time for the Starsprites.
"Ok now to read off the votes for the Starsprites." Toad announces. "This is quite a start. I've looked at the votes and the votes are unanimous. Except for one particular vote for a certain shy little pegasus."
"What? Who on earth voted for her?" Peach asked. She didn't realize Chrysalis smirked and turned away.
"However, all the votes mean that the third loser is actually... Birdo. Majority rules, you must leave."
"Thank you." Yoshi muttered to himself.
"Aww ok." Birdo got up and got the parachute on. "Best of luck to you Yoshi. I'll be waiting for you back home." Jumps off.
"Glad that's over." Yoshi said.
"Yes that's over, but the competition is far from over. We say goodbye to Sweden. Where will we go next? And will the Fungi Fanatics get it together before the merge? Find out next time on... Toadal Pony Worldwide Tour!" Toad explains ending the episode.

Sorry this took awhile but I'm still going to continue this and The Amazing Crossover Race 3. I've just been backed up on Deviantart with requests but I still make time for this. Anyway, Toadette and Birdo have been eliminated and only 37 to go. If you don't know who's on what team, go back to chapter two and see for yourself.
