At least Brooke has friend that are supportive of the pregnancy and Karen also.

Anyway here is chapter 4

I stood at the long length mirror on my room turning side to side taking pictures. I did this every moment I noticed my bump change so I could share it with Lucas when he finally woke up. I've come to terms that he may not wake up during my pregnancy as I am getting along now and yet not still no sign of him waking up, but it's okay. I'll take pictures and videos and share it all with him.

After taking many photos and videos of my bump I set all the clothing I have already gotten for the twins into two piles. I wanted to sort the nursery out so bad, but Peyton still hadn't finished the big surprise yet, but she has told me that she will be finished tonight. I was super stoked to see it.

I got to the hospital at my usual time the start of visiting hours. I sit down in the chair beside his bed and take his hand in mine like I did every time.

"Hey Lukey" I kiss his knuckles "I hope you're doing okay in there. I continue not to know if you can hear me, but I tell myself that if I continue to talk to you then maybe you'll follow my voice and open your eyes for me" my hormones kick in sending a tear down my nose and falling off the end of it.

"I miss you Luke" I admit "I have ever since you left New York to come home" I wipe my face with a tissue "I miss you voice and our morning breakfast that we would go get from our local cafe. I miss the movie nights we'd have and most of all I really wish you could see your two babies growing inside of me. I know you will be a great dad as you haven't had that yourself and you've always told me how much of a good dad you'd be and how much you've wanted children"

"Morning Brooke" Rachel says as she does her morning rounds "there has been no changes to his condition which is still good news, it might not seem it right now, but when he does wake up it'll be the best news"

I nod "I know I think my hormones are on one today"

"I get it. If you need anything please don't hesitate to ask"

I thank her and she leaves "you hear that Luke you still have function in your brain which is awesome news, but the doctors still don't know why you won't wake up" I stroke his face again "I'll take as much memories as I can to show you when you wake. The twins are growing nicely and Peyton is creating their nursery. I haven't seen it yet, but she said she will be finished tonight. I'm super excited though"

"Oh yeah by the way that means we are staying in Tree Hill in my family home. I have sorted everything back in New York so you don't have to worry. I not sure what we will be when you wake up. Whether that night still meant something to you or not. Whether we try us out or not. Right now that doesn't really matter. First things first you need to wake up for us and then we can discuss everything else"

"I still have those baby names, you know the ones I picked out when I was what like 10. I thought we could use those for the babies. The names are perfect for the twins" I smile placing his hand on my stomach and feeling them kick against it.

I was happy. I mean as happy as I could be with what's going on. I have the family I've always wanted I'm just waiting for their dad to wake up from his coma. I can not wait to meet my babies and love them even more than I already do.

After my visit with Lucas I went baby shopping again. Yes I have a problem. I can't help it. I had already ordered a double of everything for the nursery and Peyton said she was dealing with that today when the delivery was arriving.

I really do have great friends.

I went from shop to shop so excited to be going through this journey.

"Brooke" I heard my name being called "Brooke Davis" I turn around in the last baby shop I was popping into to see Lindsey standing there.

She and Lucas dated in high school. They were together literally since freshman year to Junior year so what like 3 years or so. It was a bad break up. She cheated on him with Julian his friend at the time and Luke found out and almost blew the basketball season. It was crazy.

"Hi Lindsey"

Her eyes travelled to my obvious grown belly "Oh my god you're pregnant? Wow that's amazing. I bet Chris is really excited"

Chris being my ex boyfriend. While Luke and Lindsey were dating Julian and I met and dated for 4 years. We broke up senior year.

"Actually no" I state "Chris and I broke up senior year if you remember"

"Oh right you did" she nodded "you loved to New York right?" I nod "with Lucas?" I nod again.

"Well we went to college in New York together" I correct her

"Yeah figures. You guys have always been just... too close for my liking even when I was with Luke I just found it super weird"

"Werid huh?" she nodded

"Yeah like always together. Lucas would always worry after you and you guys were glued at the hip. It wasn't just me though, others found it weird too"

"Well Lucas and I have always been close and we grew up with each other and we are bestfriends"

"I guess"

"Anyway I have to go Lindsey. I've got things to do"

"Okay well good luck on the pregnancy and I hope all goes well. Tell Luke hi from me please"

I wasn't doing that. That girl broke him and I had to pick up the pieces. I put him back together because who else would have.

I just wave bye to her and leave the store.

That evening u got home with the many bags from the shopping spree. I place on bags in the kitchen item when I notice Peyton walking towards the kitchen with a smile on her face.

My excitement woke as my eyes went big as she stopped at the kitchen door "it's finished?" she nodded.

"Wanna go and see it?" I nod and follow her unto the nursery. I was so excited to see what she has created. I trusted her with everything, so of course I trust her with the two most precious humans in my life.

We get to the top of the landing and head towards the double door of their nursery. Yes double door. We had to change the room when I found out I was having twins.

"Okay so I have worked really hard on this and so many hours creating this master piece and it came out better than my vision"

"I am so excited Sawyer"

We stop outside the doors and my heart was beating super fast with excitement. I could feel the babies moving around as well.

"Okay on three" I nod "one, two three" Peyton opened the door and my mouth fell open as I walked in. It was amazing. Tears filled my eyes a my hands went to my face in shock. Good shock.

"Oh my god Peyton" I was in awe. The nursery was better than I even imagine. She done so well "it's beautiful"

She had created a disney room for my twins. On my boys side was jungle book and on my girls side was a mixture of the princess films, Ariel to bell to Cinderella to snow white and finally Aurora. It was so good and I loved it.

"I can't believe that you've done this. You truly are talented Sawyer"

"Anything for my best friend and her babies" she says "thank you fir trusting me with the nursery"

I walk over to her and pull her into a hug "thank you for doing this. Everything is just perfect. Down to the furniture"

"So now you can grab everything from the cupboard in the hall and organise everything the way you want it"

"Oh I'm super excited for that too"

Peyton laughed "yeah I know" she hugged me again "right I'm heading out to meet Jake. I couldn't leave the reveal until tomorrow. I know how much torture that would be to you"

"Well thank you for thinking of me Sawyer, but you go and enjoy a night of passion with your boyfriend and I'll enjoy organising the twins room"
